We had an amazing wedding reception and most of that was due to Glynis and catering by seasons. Our venue was Capital Turnaround, and the catering team supplies the everything from the table cloths to the flatware. Because of this, our entire ambiance was dependent on “Catering by Seasons” promptness, flexibility and execution. We’re proud to say that everything looked wonderful. The team was on time and very helpful and accommodating to our budget. We also were married in Covid season, which made planning more difficult, but Glynis really came through for us. I recommend her and seasons anyday, anytime!

Glynis and Seasons made my son's Bar Mitzvah an event to remember!
Quite simply, wow! Glynis and her team from Seasons truly made our son's Bar Mitzvah celebration at AMP by Strathmore an event our family and friends will remember for many years to come. Glynis worked us to create a menu and setting that reflected to ski lodge theme we envisioned. The staff was prompt and professional, the food was all so tasty and the cocktails were delicious! I did not have to worry about anything thanks to Glynis, who even put up with my late evening texts about the menu. The mushroom bisque shooters, the mini chicken pot-pies and the butternut squash raviolis were some of my personal favorites. Major thanks to Seasons for helping to make this an incredible night for our son!

Strong caterer and planner
Catering by Seasons handled my son's Bar Mitzvah actually but I think that leaving a review here shows their range of capabilities. Glynis was professional and discussed my vision. We worked within a budget and they handled everything from the linens and glassware to the food and service. We had a tricky set up with two rooms and dessert being set up while brunch was happening along with a tight timeline of events. I was most concerned about lines at the buffett but Glynis considered that in the set up and there were nearly none. It went very well. Guests raved about the food and Glynis helped me craft a menu that allowed for several diets from carb loving kids to vegetarians. Glynis and her team also worked well with the other vendors and the facility manager. I got compliments from them all which was important because we are members of the Temple where the party was held. Thank you Catering by Seasons.

Glynis has the experience to be a top to bottom event planner and recommended many other service providers. Perfect experience with Catering by Seasons
Catering By Seasons blew us away. Glynis was extremely involved throughout the planning process and communicated perfectly to our wedding planner and us. Her menu was perfect. The hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour were also fantastic and complimented summer well.
On the day, her staff was incredible. They made sure my bride and I were taken care of from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. The whole staff was friendly and hardworking. We had a large number of people who don't drink alcohol, so she made mocktails for all those guests and included fresh peaches from the farm our venue was on. I 10/10 recommend Catering by Seasons.

Great experience
We hired Catering by Seasons for our wedding at Woodend Sanctuary. Glynis and her team did a wonderful job! They were responsible not just for the food, but also for all our tables, chairs, linens, plates, etc. We provided our own alcohol, but they provided the bar and bartender. They did an amazing job with all of it! The setup was beautiful, and the food was truly delicious. Glynis was helpful and so kind throughout the planning process, and I really appreciated her flexibility when we had to make some last-minute unforseen adjustments a few days before the wedding. Catering by Seasons made it a great experience all around.

Fantastic Caterer
We hired Catering by Seasons for our April 2022 wedding, and they were amazing. They managed the rentals of tables, chairs, linens, plates, etc. in addition to catering the food and beverages. We provided the alcohol but they provided a bartender and ice. Every member of their team was kind and professional, from the booking, to the tasting, to the day itself. They say that the bride and groom don't have time to eat at their own wedding, but the Catering by Seasons team made sure we got a chance to eat and drink! They made us a little plate of appetizers so that we didn't have to completely miss out (since we were doing photos during cocktail hour), for example.
The food itself was delicious. Our guests have a variety of dietary restrictions, and they were able to accommodate everyone. Everyone said how good the food was! And they baked the cake, so we didn't have to hire an outside bakery. It was gorgeous and really good--moist and delicate.
Polly was my main point of contact and she was a joy to work with. I truly can't speak highly enough of Catering by Seasons. They are phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning an event in this area!

Everything was amazing from our very first correspondence with Glynis to the execution on our big day. Food was delicious, table settings and cutlery just perfect. Only complaint is that a lot of food was removed from the tables (we're talking full plates of food) while people were away from their seats without and regard to the fact that they might still be eating their dinner. Same thing happened to my husband. Other than that we couldn't be more happier about how things turned out.

Working with Glynis at the Catering by Seasons team was a wonderful experience. They walked us through the entire process and provided us with an amazing menu, that our guests absolutely loved. We were torn between two caterers but the professionalism and experience of Seasons and the ability to have a free tasting is what helped us make our final choice. Glynis and Seasons Catering worked their tail off for our multi day Indian wedding! Glynis was very organized and helpful in the weeks/months leading up to the wedding, and during the entire weekend she was always there to make sure things went off without a hitch! As you know, weddings can be extremely stressful, so I greatly appreciated having direct contact with Glynis every step of the way. Glynis was very responsive to email and especially by phone. An amazing team that made our day perfect
Seasons catered our wedding at Woodend Sanctuary. Glynis and her team not only made our wedding day perfect, but were with us every step of the way. From the normal steps like picking out settings and menu tasting to the extra craziness of re-planing a wedding three times due to COVID and adapting to a Celiac's diagnosis between the initial tasting and the final wedding date. It's hard imagining planning a wedding once, and especially three times, without their guidance. Everything was stunning, the food amazing (no one knew the entire wedding was gluten-free!), and Glynis was there through the night keeping everything running perfectly even when the little hiccups arose. We could not recommend them more highly.

You just can’t find better! Glynis (our contact) was so helpful and accommodating even when we made changes to the menu just 2 weeks out from my daughters Bat Mitzvah. The Poke Bowls, Flatbreads, Crazy Shakes, and Baileys Donut Holes (adults only) were an absolute hit. We are now 1 month past the event and our friends are still telling us how great the event and the food was! I know exactly who I’ll be using for my next daughters Bat Mitzvah.

Excellent Caterer - Strongly Recommend
We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Catering by Seasons / La Prima, and Dina Silnicky in particular, for our son's March 2019 bar mitzvah. Everything was absolutely delicious, of course, and earned rave reviews from our guests. Even more impressive, however, was how hard Dina, Oscar (captain), and all of the Seasons staff worked to make sure everything was perfect. We weren't working with a planner, and I couldn't be there during set-up - but they worked so hard to make sure everything was in place, it was seamless (or they made it appear so!). Dina worked with us right from the beginning and fielded all of my many questions, was constantly available to us, and just a pleasure to work with. She even went out of her way to find my foodie 11yo during the cocktail hour so he wouldn't miss out on his favorite hors d'oeuvre from our tasting (Peking duck rolls) - and we ended up having to change our venue plans for his 2020 bar mitzvah, so he can have (not so kosher style) duck rolls there. They really went over and above. Our final bill was exactly what we anticipated, no surprises - and the cost was entirely in line or better with what comparable caterers we looked at were charging. There was so much food left over that we froze eleven dinners-for-four afterwards - lots of dinners ready for us when I'm busy planning the next one. We will definitely be using Seasons and Dina again. Highly recommend.

Glynis was such a great help every step of the way for our continuously changing wedding plans due to covid. Glynis at Catering by Seasons took great care of us. She was professional and creative as we had to completely reimagine our wedding because of COVID. She helped us envision how to scale back from a 250 person indoor event to a smaller socially distanced picnic and BBQ. She thought about all of the details and the presentation was beautiful and sustainable. She has lots of experience with Jewish events, reminding us of extra details for the wedding beyond just the food.

Beautiful, delectable savory and sweet treats to tantalize!
Glynis and the CBS team are awesome! The passion for great food and excellent customer service makes them the best. We got married over the weekend- after only having 3 weeks to plan our wedding. Because of this, and Covid consciousness, we didn’t try any of the Hors d’oeuvres or sweet treats we picked. Nevertheless everything was delicious. Our guests raved over and over about each dish, soup, bakery treat... I couldn’t be more sure that I will hire This team again. Highly recommended for sure. Trust that Glynis will present an amazing eating experience that will leave your guests talking about “the food” for days!!

My twins B'nai Mitzvah couldnt have been better !
Dina and her team helped me to plan and execute my twins b'nai mitzvah. it couldn't have been easier ! she met with our whole family to discuss our vision for the event and to understand our preferences. In addition, she referred us to other vendors we needed and we couldn't have been happier. The food was delicious and my guests raved about the menu, the service and the gorgeous table settings and flowers. This isn't the first time with have worked with Dina at Seasons and it wont be the last !
