When my husband and I started planning our wedding at Haiku I Do, working with Catering By Corey (CBC) was an absolute certainty. From the start, Corey worked closely with us to craft and refine the perfect menu, which began with a fantastic to-go tasting put together by Chef Hannah. On the wedding day, Chef Michael, Catering Captain Anastasiia, and the entire crew made everything seamless. Anastasiia kept us feeling pampered all night, ensuring that we had everything we needed and even bringing us special plates so we could skip the buffet line.
The food itself was nothing short of spectacular. In fact, a large portion of our wedding guests were professional chefs — many of them from the Biltmore Estate — and they all raved about how flavorful and exquisite every dish was. On top of that, the team bent over backwards to accommodate all of our guests' allergies and dietary restrictions. From a guest perspective, everyone was so impressed by the top-tier cuisine and the helpful, polite service.
But my perspective is also a little unique: I happen to occasionally work for CBC. Experiencing them as a bride completely blew me away, but having seen this business from the inside, I can tell you that the magic isn't just an act for clients. Corey is a phenomenal boss who leads with genuine empathy, pays well, and fosters a supportive environment where staff can bring their real personalities to work. It is a team filled with outstanding, quality human beings.
Whether you are looking for a caterer who will treat your guests like royalty, or a company you can be proud to work for, Catering By Corey is sheer perfection. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Accommodating, flexible, creative and simply perfect
Catering by Corey is the best decision we made for out wedding reception. We wanted a more interactive dinner menu with food stations so people were able to walk around and visit while snacking on various types of food. Corey heard us loud and clear. Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, fun and overall exceptional. The food was amazing. Everyone was so attentive and professional. Once the ceremony was over and even before we had a chance to take a picture, staff was waiting for us with some of the appetizers and a beverage. Following pictures, staff was there again waiting to make us our plates. We opted to go make our own and at the mac n cheese station, I told the server that she was making me too much but she said she was making extra "for later." I didn't know what that meant at the time, but before the reception was over, we were approached with a bag with two containers in it. Bride and groom "to go meals!!!!!" Perfect touch!

Delicious food, everyone is STILL talking about it
Corey and her team were incredible to work with! Corey helped us to curate the perfect menu for our end of summer wedding. She was great in communicating as we made changes along the way and has plenty of options for our guests with special dietary needs (GF, vegan, etc.). The charcuterie spread for cocktail hour was to die for, the bread and butter, mains, sides, truly everything was SO tasty.My husband and I are both foodies and honestly this food lived up to the hype. Our guests were all talking about good everything was, the food was so flavorful. We did a buffet style so all our guests could try everything and it was a huge hit! Would recommend her to everyone planning a wedding in the Asheville area! There are also SO many options to fit the vibe of your wedding, truly such good food.

Amazing vegetarian wedding
I would highly recommend Catering with Corey to anyone getting married in the Asheville area. They were super easy to work with, and helped us make sure that our all-vegetarian wedding was full of delicious food. We had Mediterranean for our cocktail hour and then two stations for dinner: Thai and Mexican. The Mediterranean apps were amazing, the grilled and pickled veggies were great and the dips were delicious. The red curry was very good and actually spicy (perhaps too spicy for a few guests, but most loved it) and the Mexican enchilada casserole was the star. We heard from multiple guests that it was the best wedding food they have ever had!

Corey was such a joy to work with!! She was so communicative and kind and made choosing our menu a breeze! She has so many options and even offered more off-menu choices when we mentioned that some of our guests were plant-based. Corey was so patient with us when we changed the menu several times and helped us choose the right number of items for each app so we’d have the right amount of each item for our guests! The food was amazing and everyone kept telling us how good it was all night!! Foodies, this is your caterer!
We had Corey’s team for our 2/17/24 wedding, and the food was incredible. We knew from the tasting that the food would be amazing, but then so many of our guests approached us after the wedding to go on about their amazing meal and the creative cocktail hour bites! Steak, salmon, mushroom risotto, and a dozen more entrees to choose from. We also had chicken and waffle bites, shrimp and grits spoons, a cheese board, and other cocktail hour food! The guests loved it. My mom and uncle have mentioned the steak being one of the best of their lives which is a HUGE compliment. I went with salmon and ate it all. Two other couples asked us for Corey’s information, and one couple has already booked them for their wedding!! It was fantastic and we would happily book them again!

Corey and her team were great. Corey was very professional, kind, patient, and flexible with our event/menu. We were very strict on budget and she was able to help us create a menu within our budget but still make it personalized to our likes and favorite foods.
Our cocktail appetizers were so unique to my husband and I and a huge hit overall. And we got so many compliments on how good the food was! Corey and team were so fantastic, that they made sure to include some vegan and dietary restriction options for a few bridal party members. So thoughtful! And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful the entire process. We appreciated the dedicated server making sure we got our cocktail apps and dinner.
I was also happy to support another Johnson & Wales alum and highly recommend Catering by Corey. I just wish I had better photos to share!

They were absolutely amazing! We had a vegan/vegetarian wedding and everybody absolutely loved the food, even the skeptical people 😅. During cocktail hour they personally came out to my husband and I with appetizers to make sure that we ate. They plated our food and had our wine ready to go for us when we sat down, again making sure that we ate. They even overheard that one of my sensory-sensitive family members was not eating and without even asking they found out a food that he liked and brought it to him to make sure he ate. I cannot recommend them enough. They are absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious!

Catering by Corey was the perfect choice for us! My husband and I wanted something relaxed (bar-food style) but my parents wanted a sit down standard wedding menu. Catering by Corey perfectly blended these two to make all of us super happy. I contacted them during the busy Fall 2022 wedding season and they were one of the few companies that sent a prompt response. This consideration and reliability was consistent throughout the planning process.
Corey patiently addressed all my inquiries and graciously accommodated multiple menu changes. Lindsey was on site for my venue walkthrough as well as my May, 2023 wedding and was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. A few days after the wedding, I learned there had been some significant generator problems (it was an outdoor wedding). However, Corey's people were such pros, guests had no idea!
The food itself is delicious and the team’s timing impeccable. Following the ceremony, they gave my husband and me a few moments with the photographer before offering us glasses of water and a tray of appetizers, ensuring we didn't miss out on cocktail hour. I highly recommend the Appalachian egg rolls, bacon-wrapped figs, tostones with duck confit, and roasted red pepper stuffed mushrooms.
Our guests loved how quickly and seamlessly CbC served the plated dinners of trout with lemon beurre blanc, filet mignon with chimichurri, and vegan mushroom risotto. CbC also set up a coffee service after cake cutting which was a big hit. A nice finishing touch was being sent home with boxes of leftovers which my husband and I enjoyed the next day for lunch.
Wedding planning can be stressful, but working with your vendors doesn’t have to be. If you value quality food, excellent communication, and professional service, I wholeheartedly recommend Corey, Lindsey, and their entire team. They made our wedding day even more special and our guests still rave about the delicious food and impeccable service

The most delicious vegetarian brunch ever!
Corey was on the list of preferred vendors for the North Carolina Arboretum and I reached out to her with a date just four months away. Thankfully, she was available, and she made our brunch wedding dreams come true. I asked for an all vegetarian menu and she wowed us with every dish. Everything was seasoned to perfection and I loved the color found on every plate. My meat-loving Dad is still gushing about how tasty the frittata was (I agree!). I highly recommend Corey for your catering needs. She's flexible, quick to respond, and most importantly, makes delicious food! She's also very accommodating to dietary restrictions and allergies. Her on-site team was professional, kind, and made sure everything went off without any issues. We are so happy we found Catering by Corey and would choose them again without question.

Working with Catering by Corey for our wedding in August 2022 was such a great experience from start to finish. She had so many unique and creative options on her menu and let us modify our picks to be exactly what we wanted in our budget. We did the grilled pizza station, and it was SUCH a hit! I wanted something fun on the menu along with some classic options, so we also got chicken, pork chops, mashed potatoes, veggies, salad, and the charcuterie board. The food was all just as good, if not better, at the wedding as it was at our tasting too! She also made sure that their staff brought us our own charcuterie board and drinks during the cocktail party! We still have people that tell us this was the best wedding food they'd ever had, and we're so happy we went with Corey!

Corey and her team are phenomenal! We have been to many weddings where the food is average. We can imagine it’s a difficult thing to do at various venues and for a large number of people. Corey and her team have a system down! The food at our tasting was so amazing and it was just as great on the day of our wedding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had food from cocktail hour and for dinner. During dinner they checked on us at our sweetheart table several times to see if we needed anything. Couldn’t Recommend Enough!
From beginning to end, Catering by Corey demonstrated outstanding professionalism, flexibility and responsiveness. Not to mention, the food was DELICIOUS! We scheduled a tasting, and Corey worked with us to modify our menu until it was exactly what we wanted. On the day of our wedding, Catering by Corey was well-staffed and prepared. They served passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour (we went with the stuffed mushrooms, shrimp cocktail shooters and mini crab cakes - all were delicious)!! When the reception started, guests had a delicious plated salad waiting at their seats. Then there was a quick turn around for dinner (we did the surf & turf, steak and scallops - which were to die for!!! guests also had options to opt for chicken or vegetarian, which we heard were also great!) Everything ran smoothly, all the staff were so friendly, and all of our guests raved about the food. Even 4 months later - we are still getting compliments on our catering!! We also used cheers! By Corey and got 2 signature cocktails that we loved!!!!

I can't rave enough about Corey and her team! The prompt communication, fantastic tasting menu and wedding day food and set up were perfection! I have been to friend's and family weddings at some of the most premier venues in NC and SC (and their catering budgets far surpassed our own) and those same friends were raving about our food! Catering by Corey and Cheers by Corey were absolutely phenomenal! They made our day such an amazing one.
From the very first discussion with Corey about our wedding style and food requirements, she put together the perfect menu. We have a lot of dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan, dairy free) and she was able to accommodate them all easily and without charging extra.
We appreciated how much local food she sourced and how amazing the food tasted. We got so many compliments and our guests raved about the food.
Aside from how great Corey and her staff were and how great the food was, we also loved that as the bride and groom we had an assigned member of the staff who was constantly checking in with us. We were never without a drink in our hand and were offered plates of food during cocktail hour as we were getting photos taken. This was not something I had anticipated but it made such a big impact.
Look no further than Catering by Corey or Cheers by Corey for your bar service. I wish I had an excuse to hire them again. Truly amazing.

Catering by Corey is Unflappable
We cannot recommend Catering by Corey enough! We received SO MANY compliments about the food both during and after the wedding. They even made sure to take special care of us during the wedding so we could eat, drink, and celebrate. We especially want to make sure we mention why we went with them (in addition to the wonderful food): during our tasting, Corey had a wedding later that day and their venue has lost power. She remained extremely calm and still spent time with us during our tasting as if nothing happened. We knew if she could handle that situation, to put it plainly, like a boss, she would be someone we wanted to work with for our wedding as she can handle anything.

A home run!
Working with Corey and her team was a fantastic decision for my wife and I. Our wedding had around 90 guests, and the food was absolutely exquisite. We elected to go with an 'action station' of custom mac and cheese alongside salmon and numerous sides. It was absolutely incredible.
The process from start to finish was great with Corey, the moment we had our food-tasting with her we knew it was a home run. Highly recommend Catering by Corey for any big event.

Amazing caterers!
Catering by Corey was amazing!! We worked with Corey directly for all of our planning and tasting coordination. Unfortunately, we did not get to have her on our wedding day, but rest assured her team did an amazing job and were just as sweet! The food was delicious and we had guests raving about it for days after the wedding. The team was efficient and respectful, and we even had a designated team member that was always making sure our plates were full and our drinks refilled as the bride and groom. We highly recommend catering by Corey for any event you're planning, you won't be disappointed!

Our experience with Catering by Corey was spectacular! The menu items were unique and delicious. The team was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Being from out of state, we booked our catering before even having a tasting - just based off reviews and vendor recommendations we knew we could not go wrong with this team! And the late night snack options were the cherry on top - we went with a nacho bar and it was a crowd favorite. Thank you Catering by Corey!

Absolute Perfection!
The variety and quality of Corey’s menu was absolutely incredible! From the fresh kale salad, to the Gouda mac and cheese, all the way to the citrus chicken and pulled pork, everything was so delicious! We were also blown away by all of the appetizer offerings that Corey and her team had available. The food at our wedding was the most complemented element by a long shot and for very good reason! If we could get married again, we would choose Catering by Corey each and every time. We could not recommend her more!

Fantastic food and great to work with!
Working with Catering by Corey for our wedding in August 2022 was such a great experience from start to finish. She had so many unique and creative options on her menu and let us modify our picks to be exactly what we wanted in our budget. We did the grilled pizza station, and it was SUCH a hit! I wanted something fun on the menu along with some classic options, so we also got chicken, pork chops, mashed potatoes, veggies, salad, and the charcuterie board. The food was all just as good, if not better, at the wedding as it was at our tasting too! She also made sure that their staff brought my husband and I our own charcuterie board and drinks during the cocktail party! This was definitely the easiest vendor for us to pick, and we're so happy we went with Corey!

I had a great experience working with Catering by Corey on the menu for my wedding in Asheville, NC. Corey & Team were easy to work with and extremely accommodating to all of the food allergies we learned of after receiving our RSVPs. Our entire menu was dairy-free & gluten-free and was absolutely delicious! Our guests could not stop talking about the food. I highly recommend hiring Catering by Corey for your catering needs! Best Food EVER!
Corey stepped in for us semi last minute as we had a previous vendor fall through and let me tell you, BEST DECISION we ever made. We did not even get a chance to try the food prior to our wedding because of the last minute changes and us not living in the area to get a tasting in, and it was literally the best food ever! We were complimented by all of our guests on how it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The staff was also so lovely to work with! We had our own personal member tending to us all night to make sure we had all of our needs met and they packed us leftovers to take back to our hotel with us which was so needed after such an eventful day! Thank you so much to Corey and her amazing staff, would recommend to anyone!

Wedding Perfection
The food was fabulous and Corey’s team made sure that we got to actually eat on our wedding day! When we entered our reception after taking some family photos we had a member of the team bring us a board with a sampling of all our passed apps and stations. She continued to care for us without and packed us to go bags for afterwards as well.
We wanted to keep things casual and comforting g to fit the vibe of our wedding, and they did it with class.
The bacon wrapped figs were the absolute surprise hit of the reception and the Mac and cheese bar was just phenomenal!
I would highly recommend Corey. Superb!

Amazing food!
Catering by Corey was BY FAR one of the best decisions I made for my wedding this past June. Her team was professional, on time, and the food was absolutely incredible. Corey's team made sure my husband and I had food during cocktail hour while we were taking photos. For dinner, we went with a plated option that had 2 meat options with sides, and the food was cooked to perfection. I even had a "food critic" guest who had zero complaints. Each table's food came out hot too (which we've all been to a wedding where you're the last table served and your food is already cold....but not with Corey's team!). Our best man even jokingly asked for a second plate because the food was so good, and they actually came out with a second plate for him! I just can't rave about Corey and her team enough!

Catering by Corey did an amazing job with all the food for our wedding!!! Everyone was raving about it and a few of our guests told us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! In particular, the squash casserole was TO DIE FOR. Honestly, it was the talk of all our guests. Corey, I would be thrilled to get the recipe!!! We couldn't be more thrilled with how delicious the food was, the smoothness of the service and friendliness of the staff! Corey was so helpful and responsive during the planning process. So patient even with a number of changes I threw her way throughout the process. She was always calm, sweet, professional and accommodating. I really could not recommend Catering by Corey any more highly!!

Married June 2022.
Corey's team was both professional and friendly. Their food and service were both excellent. Our day flew by, and admittedly we didn't pay much attention to the catering during the event. But my wife and I certainly remember that Catering by Corey was *boom* right there with drinks and hors d oeuvre for us when the ceremony ended, *on it* there again with plates of food at the table once dinner began, cut and served the cake and coffee, attentive but not obtrusive throughout. They did a great job.

On our wedding day, the best decision I made was marrying my husband, the second best decision was hiring Catering by Corey/ Drinks by Corey!!! (I promise I am not exaggerating) We booked her well in advance of our May 2022 Wedding and we were so happy to be proactive because she books up quite fast (for a good reason).
We always would say in our planning process if we were to ever open our own business – we would want to handle it like Corey runs her- with the ultimate kindness, openness to ideas, flexibility, and hard work. Corey was an absolute pleasure to work with – her emails would just brighten my day combined with her can-do attitude. Working with Corey was a breath of fresh air. She was able to make our vision a reality – and coordinated all the rentals of linens / napkins etc.
Let’s get to the food – at our wedding, everyone LOVED the food. Everyone stated that the plated dinner – beef and salmon were both cooked to perfection, and everyone loved the appetizers (My favorite was the beef wontons and tostones). We also had a popcorn bar and a late night snack of warm pretzels that our guests are still talking about!! The whole service team was amazing and we just had the best experience with them.
We used Cheers by Corey for our full bar and it was perfection. Lindsey is the BEST and so kind, accommodating and creating. We chose two signature drinks that all of our guests couldn’t stop talking about- the gin gimlet and the strawberry habanero margarita! Lindsey gave us a drink calculator and was super helpful with any questions that we had. I am so happy with our decision- definitely book Catering by Corey if you are in the Asheville area!!! – Shannon & Dan

Hire Catering by Corey (you won't regret it!)
Corey of Catering by Corey was professional, flexible and extremely prompt in replying to all my questions, before and after we signed a contract. Not to mention the food was amazing! I still have friends raving about it. I did a lot of research during the planning phase and I found her price points affordable. When other vendors asked me who I was using for catering, I think every single one of them told me I picked well; she’s well respected among her peers. She offers a ton of options within her menus but was open to making things not listed too. Her team did a wonderful job at our wedding. Now that it’s over I think it’s normal to go back and think about the things I would have done differently – hiring Catering by Corey was definitely a good call and I wouldn’t change a thing.

All around amazing!
Catering by Cory is absolutely amazing. They were recommended by Longleaf Vineyard and I can see why! When we had our tasting it blew my mind how good it was. It was one of those meals you dream about having again. On the day everything was even better than I remembered it. Everything we had was amazing, especially the scallops appetizer. Everyone was raving about the food. Two of my guests did not show up and their staff boxed up their dinner for us. I ate it cold the next morning it was still amazing. Two months after my wedding people are still telling me how much they loved the food.
Cory was so great to work with throughout. She was very responsive and willing to make any adjustments we wanted. If I have another event in Asheville I will hire Catering by Cory again. She also has a bar tending service!

One of the best decisions we made in our long journey for the perfect wedding was choosing Catering by Corey and Cheers by Corey. We worked with the Catering by Corey team to build a unique menu that reflected our personal tastes and style (e.g., mac and cheese bar with a nod to cajun flavors). Corey and the team were so helpful in helping us find what would really work for our diverse crowd of 100 friends and family without breaking the budget. Corey was very communicative throughout the entire process and organized two tastings to allow us to sample several delicious items to help nail down our menu. The result was a very impressive and well-rounded food and drink experience for us and our guests. Our guests loved our signature drinks, and Lindsey was so helpful in helping us make the perfect drinks that even our guests loved the small details that we added edible flowers that were beautiful in our photos. We worked with Corey to create our late-night snack, Juicy Lucy sliders; they were a hit with our guests and a great callback for our Minnesota crowd! Weddings are inherently stressful. There are so many details to worry about but Corey and the team were attentive, and professional for our event. One of the best parts of our experience on our wedding day that we didn’t anticipate was having someone of the staff be on hand to help give us water and drinks right after the ceremony. We are so happy with how everything turned out. We highly recommend the Catering by Corey team for your next event or wedding!

Catering by Corey was recommended to us by a friend, and I am forever grateful for that friend's recommendation. Corey built an amazingly delicious menu based off of the idea 'Luau in the Mountains'. I still think about those Ahi Tuna appetizers and don't get me started on the mashed potatoes! Not only was the food amazing, Corey's staff was incredibly kind and attentive during our wedding celebration. Our Guests are STILL Raving!
It's safe to say the Catering by Corey team knocked it out of the park... my husband and I have been married for almost 3 months now and guests STILL tell us our food was the best food they've ever had at a wedding!
Corey was super easy to work with, made sure we understood all associated costs throughout the process, and even let us change the entire menu plan prior to our scheduled tasting! From shrimp and grits to a beef tenderloin carving station (plus special plates for our vegan and vegetarian guests), our selections were diverse and so so delicious!! Our food stations ended up being spread around the venue and the service staff handled this spectacularly - the entire dinner service was smooth and efficient.
From appetizers to late night snacks, and even a personal post-ceremony charcuterie board for bride/groom, Catering by Corey does it all amazingly well and I can't recommend them enough!! Best wedding food ever - just ask any of our guests!!

Flexible planner, fantastic food and a beautiful service!’
Catering by Corey was a preferred vendor from our venue, and we are very fortunate to have scheduled her almost 18 months out because she is the vendor to get for the area!! When speaking with other vendors and letting them know Corey was our vendor, everyone only had positive things to say—both about how friendly her team is and how fantastic the food is. And those praises couldn’t be more true.
We ended up doing the charcuterie board for the cocktail hour and a buffet for dinner. Corey was very flexible to our indecision on what we wanted and provided us updated menus/pricing to provide us flexibility and see our options based off our budget. Additionally we were able to do all of our rentals through her, including the bar package (I.e CHEERS by Corey) truly making her a one-stop-shop.
We had numerous guests that had food restrictions and allergies that Corey and her team were very accommodating and responsive to throughout the evening. They even served my grandparents at their table since they were limited with mobility. These small things made all the difference for us.
If you’re looking for someone to be a one-stop-shop that serves beautiful and incredible food, as well as a team that is very very friendly look no further than Catering by Corey! I highly recommend her for any service you may need.

So attentive and amazing!
Mic was the head of our catering team and she and everyone else on our team for our wedding was absolutely amazing. They were so attentive and always made sure my husband and I had anything and everything we needed. The food was awesome as well. We even had guests request the recipes for the food they served. We had originally picked a different less well known caterer who ended up flaking on us(we should have known). It was 6 weeks before our NYE wedding. Corey answered my email within minutes and within an hour had everything taken care of. She was absolutely one of the best vendors to work with. The day of the wedding I knew everything would be taken care of but her team went above and beyond our expectations. As soon as we walked back down the aisle she had someone waiting there with our appetizers and drinks. That same person brought us plates as soon as we sat down to eat and she repeatedly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. And the food! The foot was above our expectations. Amazing Food!
My husband and I are foodies - but wanted to make sure the food for our wedding was delicious but still crowd pleasing. Catering by Corey certainly hit that mark! Everyone raved about about the food and how good everything was from the apps all the way through our late night snack. Corey even made some requested adjustments after our tasting that were exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend hiring them for your event!

The Best Wedding Food You'll Ever Eat
We hired Catering by Corey for our wedding this past weekend in Asheville, NC – Corey and her Cheers team member Lindsay were beyond amazing to work with for our big day! We also had her do the catering for our big welcome party the night before. We found Corey through our venue coordinator at Highland Brewing who had nothing but great things to say. To say we were impressed with the entire process would be an understatement. The food was one of the most important things to my new husband (he is a huge foodie) and we wanted to make sure that our guests were going to enjoy a truly unique wedding catering experience as we were SO over the traditional steak, salmon and chicken banquet style food at most weddings. Corey worked with us to create an entirely new dish based on something I found online and thought looked/sounded delicious. We also went with several of her menu favorites and added a few other originals to top everything off. Throughout both events our guests raved about how delicious the food was. Several bridesmaids cleaned their plates and my maid of honor (who is also a wedding planner in Miami, FL and has worked some high-ticket weddings on south beach) said that it was the best wedding food she has EVER eaten. It was equally delicious the next day as we ate our to-go boxes. ;) We also worked with their team to setup our custom cocktails and liquor bar. Our cocktails were based on a few that my hubby and I like to make at home with our citrus trees and some not so specific measurements. Lindsay, the head of the Cheers by Corey team helped us calculate liquor needs, tweaked our cocktails at our tasting until they were JUST right and everyone had amazing things to say about them.
Without a great caterer, a wedding is just a big party with loud music and some dancing. We could not have been happier with our decision to work with Corey and her team who were beyond professional and provided us with a delicious night. If you’re looking for a catering team in Asheville for your big day, take this as the only review that counts. BOOK THEM!!

Beyond amazing
Corey and her team are absolutely incredible & provided the most amazing food for our brunch wedding. Our guests could not get enough of our biscuit bar, the chicken & waffles were the best ever, and I literally did not know you could make a fruit mix taste so good. They also had the sweetest team - it was not more than 10 seconds after our ceremony before they brought us out our own biscuit spread & champagne which was so thoughtful. You should absolutely choose this team for your special event!

From start to finish, Corey & her team were nothing short of amazing. Not only was Corey beyond helpful in curating our ideal wedding menu, she was professional, kind, and so patient and prompt to respond to our plenty of questions and special requests. On our wedding day, the Catering by Corey team went above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s plates were full and needs were met. Corey was responsive and flexible to our creative idea of having a non-traditional wedding reception ‘dinner’. At the reception, her staff waited on the bride and groom personally which was a wonderful surprise! They even brought food to us during pictures!

Delicious food and excellent bar service.
It’s been nearly three months we got married, and we STILL have people telling us how good the food was at our wedding. Several people told us it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Corey was so nice and easy to work with. She even coordinated our rental order with the rental company. Corey’s bartending service, Cheers! by Corey, and its manager Lindsey were also essential in making our wedding perfect. Lindsey created two signature cocktails that tied in nicely with our wedding. It was so convenient having a one-stop shop for both catering and bartending.

Catering by Corey was Wonderful!
I had heard great reviews about Catering by Corey. Corey was wonderful when Covid happened and we had to change our date. She was also great explaining menus to us, giving us quotes and understanding what we wanted. The food was wonderful. EVERYONE raved about the mashed potatoes & the pork was a favorite of mine. Also, the set up at the event was done quite beautifully which was really nice!

Fantastic food and service
Our experience with Catering by Corey was fantastic in every aspect. Corey was so responsive to emails and phone calls and worked with us on our wedding menu to make sure it was everything we wanted. We also had some very strict guest dietary restrictions (soy and gluten allergies) that required special plates and Corey knew exactly how to alter those plates so they were safe for our guests. On the big day, the staff made sure that we actually got to eat our wedding food including the apps served during cocktail hour. We would highly recommend Catering by Corey!

Top Notch Food and Service
This was a destination wedding for us and I have worked in the food and beverage industry for 20+ years. We were obviously very keen on the experience our guests were going to have considering my career experience. Corey and her team absolutely nailed it. We had passed apps and an action station before dinner. We had a plated and served meal for dinner. The food and the Catering by Corey's service team's commitment to excellent and timely service was everything we were hoping for and then some. I couldn't find one single critique. It was literally a flawless execution from beginning to end. Well done! Corey even gave us the mashed potato recipe that still has our guests are still talking about, weeks after the reception.

Corey was super helpful and responsive from the beginning. We booked her over a year in advance and was super helpful helping us decide a menu even when we had no idea what we wanted. She was helpful in ordering all the plates and flatware for the event. The couple of times I emailed her regarding payment and other details, she was super quick to respond. Day of, her staff was super responsive. They brought me and my husband a charcuterie board right after the ceremony for us to snack on ourselves. They made sure we always had a drink in our hand through photos and dinner. They served me and my husband our meal and checked on us several times throughout dinner. The mashed potatoes were amazing so they made sure I had an extra serving of those. They even packed me and my husband each a to go box, cake, cookies, and a charcuterie board. Also, all my guests said they loved the food and it was some of the best food they have had at a wedding!! It was amazing. I highly recommend her!

Melt in your mouth good.
I don’t know where to start.
When talking about Catering by Corey, my mouth waters. The food was amazing. From the time of our tasting, until our wedding, I think I dreamt about the food as well as talked about it to anyone that would listen.
The service was exceptional. As soon as our ceremony was over, the team captain was at our side with appetizers and beverages. Once we were in the reception and seated at our table our food was brought to us. We never went thirsty.
I would recommend Catering by Corey to everyone.

The BEST food!
I feel like almost every guest at our wedding told us that this was some of the best food they’ve ever had. Hands down I could not have asked for anything better! Corey worked with us to customize our menu to make sure it was exactly what we were envisioning and she was so patient and personable through the entire process! All of the catering staff was so polite and thoughtful the day of as well. You are missing out if you do not use Catering by Corey as your vendor!!! I wish I could eat this food every day!!

Amazing caterer!!
Corey was super sweet and helpful from day 1! She was easily the most responsive vender we had, usually answering emails the same day. Since we had a budget for our caterer but wanted a plated meal, I figured we would have to make some sacrifices to make this happen, but when Corey sent over our options, they were absolutely perfect and everything we could have asked for. We ended up not doing a tasting (personal preference), but I was absolutely blown away at the presentation on our wedding day! Every meal had a different edible flower that my guests loved! She also sent her staff to make sure we had food and drinks during pictures, and they were the sweetest girls ever! Although my husband and I barely got the chance to eat at the wedding, we were both sent home with full meals and we were in heaven eating braised beef brisket and lasagna in our hotel at 2 am that night. I would recommend Catering by Corey to anyone in the area without hesitation and they will be the first company I call for any catering needs in the future!

Corey and her team were incredible. From the beginning, Corey was extremely responsive to our emails and questions! We got SO many compliments about how amazing the food was at our wedding. The entire team worked hard to ensure everyone got their meals quickly and were amazing at making sure those with dietary restrictions received the right food. We chose the beef tenderloin, grilled salmon, and oyster mushroom as our meal choices, and they were all amazing. As the bride and groom, we also felt so special, as the catering team made sure to bring our meals out first, so we could greet our guests after. Thanks to Corey and her team for being so amazing!

A wedding menu perfectly curated to bring our vision to life!
Where do I begin?! Corey is extremely professional and easy to work with! My husband and I had to postpone our August 2020 wedding to August 2021. Corey made everything so easy and accommodated our change. The tasting was so much fun and her studio is adorable! Corey was very flexible with our requests and changes made to the menu along the way. We were able to curate a special menu for our guests that perfectly complimented our palate. Our guests LOVED everything, so much so the majority of our guests went back for seconds! I highly recommend getting the late night apps passed - we had chocolate covered bacon, and pretzels with beer dip. It was such an awesome finishing touch to the evening. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CATERING BY COREY!

So Delicious!

Catering by Cory and Cheers! by Corey their bartending service were absolutely wonderful from start to finish!! Throughout the process the communication was professional, courteous, and very prompt and responsive. They went above and beyond making sure we were happy with everything during the planning process. The day of the wedding the food was fantastic and our guests were very happy and complimentary of it and the staff were professional and kind. The staff also made sure they had hors d’oevres ready for us right after the ceremony so we could take 10 min and eat and chill, and as soon as we sat down to dinner they also brought us a plate of food from the buffet and a drink. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

Catering by Corey catered our wedding at JuneBug Resort, and we could not have been happier with the food, service, and level of professionalism from Corey and everyone on staff. We had a wonderful experience working with Catering By Corey for our wedding. Corey was very responsive to any questions we had and was very flexible with any menu changes we made, as well as our rescheduling due to COVID. The food was outstanding and we received so many compliments from our guests! The level of service was excellent---they brought us an assortment of appetizers during our post-ceremony photos to make sure we ate during cocktail hour (and even brought us some additional apps during dinner to make sure we got a little of everything!). We received several boxes of food to take with us at the end of the night as well. Can't recommend Catering by Corey enough!

At our wedding reception the food was amazing. The process with CBC was very professional and was very flexible. The staff did a awesome job with serving and providing food. We are from out of state so we did not get to do a food tasting -- I'm so happy we went with our instincts based off of their professional response time and client reviews. Their staff was extremely polite and gave great servings in our buffet line. They even went out of their was to customize a meal for our special needs child! Thanks Catering with Corey!

Wonderful Experience!
Catering by Corey was absolutely wonderful to work with for my wedding!! Not only was the food outstanding (our guests raved about the apps & meal) but her customer service and staff were fantastic to work with. Corey was super prompt with responding to emails and also just a really kind person. I loved working with her! Her staff also made sure my husband and I were taken care of the entire evening of our wedding which I didn’t expect but totally appreciated! I loved that her staff made sure we had food, beverages, and snacks at different points of the evening :) thank you Corey and team for a job well done!

Corey was a delight!
We had to reschedule our wedding and Corey was absolutely perfect throughout. She was flexible and made everything for our special day perfect! The communication was great, the service was phenomenal, the variety of options was awesome and most importantly the food was delicious! Highly recommend to anyone for their wedding!
