We are so grateful to have had Madison and Cassandra as part of our wedding team! Madison, our lead planner, was incredible – so organized, attentive, and supportive every step of the way. She made the planning process smooth and stress-free for us, and on our wedding day, everything ran seamlessly thanks to her calm and detailed coordination.
Cassandra, who was also the venue manager, was amazing as well. She ensured everything was in place and checked in with us throughout the planning journey to make sure we felt supported and confident. Both Madison and Cassandra were so easy to work with, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect.
Thank you both for bringing our vision to life and making our wedding such a beautiful and memorable day. We couldn’t have done it without you! -

We hired Cassandra as a full time wedding planner November 2022, after getting engaged in September. We had researched dozens of wedding planner options in the Central & Southern California region, as we knew the general region we wanted our wedding to be in (as my grandmothers can only travel by car) and had a concept of the type of wedding we wanted but did not have any concrete idea for location or the details. We needed a planner who would understand our vision & who we are as individuals and as a couple, and really help bring our wedding weekend to life. We emailed & interviewed many planners, and ultimately decided to choose Cassandra as we felt connected to her and that she was the right fit for us. Cassandra spent a lot of time getting to know us, and in December 2022 helped curate a list of venues for us to tour. We landed on our perfect venue in SLO, selected date in September 2023 and hit the ground running planning the wedding in 9 months. Cassandra's expertise and attention to detail was extremely comforting and helpful. We are not design oriented, and really relied on Cassandra for all the small details to execute on our vision. She really took everything we said to heart, specifically wanting an East-meets-West experience. We also hired her to help plan the Friday rehearsal dinner & welcome party the evening prior to the day of the wedding. We trusted Cassandra and because we didn't have time to be intimately involved with 2 separate big events, let her take control of all the design & details for Friday and let it be a surprise. Throughout the 9 month planning process for the wedding, Cassandra was communicative, responsive, answered all the questions we had, and helped us understand the prioritization & sequencing of tasks that needed to get done. She was very patient with us during stressful planning periods or dealing with difficult vendors. Cassandra was always professional and wonderful for us to work with. She even continued to email and take our calls only weeks after giving birth to her first child over the summer! Super mom. When our wedding weekend came, it was stress free as all the planning had been done. The Friday festivities were beyond what we could have expected and blew us away. All the details Cassandra & her team orchestrated for Saturday's wedding was perfection. We could not have done any of this without Cassandra. If you are looking for a full service planner Cassandra is your woman!!! -

This vendor was right in step with what we wanted to do on this very special day
Cassandra and company were amazing in putting together our dream wedding.
From the get go we had phone conversations to plan the big day. If we forgot something or perhaps we were unclear on something we only needed to text,
email or Cassandra. She kept us on track and on budget. If something was getting too expensive she always found
a way to sort it out. Day of wedding coordination was equally as amazing. Make no mistake Cassandra was in charge,
if anything was out of place or someone was out of place she fixed it in a moment. She kept everyone in check, catering,
photographers, the DJ, the guest, the wedding party as well as us! She also connected us to all the vendors and that was a great help.
Did I mention flowers yet? The flowers were over the top. Right before the reception she invited us into the reception area before the
guests came to see everything first. Our jaws hit the floor on that one. All in all it was an amazing experience in a very
stressful time, should it be stressful? no, but as we all know it can be but once again Cassandra and company took a lot
of that stress off our plate.

Incredibly patient and dependable!
Cassandra is the wedding planner you want on your special day! I am someone that gets overwhelmed easily. Cassandra knew exactly how to approach each step of the planning process. She is extremely organized and trustworthy. Investing in a wedding planner is one thing, but hiring Cassandra will save your sanity! I cannot thank her and her staff enough for turning my wild imagination into the wedding of my dreams! -

We hired Cassandra shortly after getting engaged in July 2020 for her full service option. We knew we wanted a small wedding and thought would be easy to plan but there are so many details we quickly learned and navigating planning a wedding in a COVID world we realized was more challenging than we thought. The last thing we wanted was added stress during a time that was supposed to be blissful. Our first consultation with Cassandra we told her we don’t want to stress and want this to be easy but still involved. She promised that from our first meeting, and she definitely followed through! The whole process and timeline of when to do what and touching base on payments to vendors, random questions...Cassandra was there. We actually had a scare with our original venue that wasn’t entirely truthful that we wanted out of the contract that said non refundable deposits only option was to postpone. Cassandra was able to get full refund and got us set-up quickly for tours at other venues, postponing was not an option for us. Cassandra recommended lots of wonderful vendors and set up the interview calls with my husband and I and followed up promptly after with our thoughts if we liked who we met with or needed to see more. She was also very honest throughout whole process when I thought prices were high and she would handle negotiation with vendor or let me know it’s reasonable based on her deep knowledge of industry. The day of Cassandra and her team were calm and pulled everything together so beautifully. She kept us on our timeline and it was truly the most beautiful intimate wedding I imagined from day 1. Cassandra made my big day STRESS FREE! I cannot thank her enough for making my special day amazing! My mom was able to enjoy my wedding and that’s all I wanted. I absolutely enjoyed myself on my day and it’s all thanks to Cassandra! I though Covid ruined my dream wedding but everything truly happens for a reason. My wedding was a dream come true! -

Seriously the best.

It’s been really hard to write this review because there are so many positive things to say about Cassandra. Before meeting her, I thought that having a wedding planner was an unnecessary expense. And now, after our wedding, I’m 100% confident that there would not have been a wedding without her. But it’s not just that we had our wedding, it’s that she made it exactly what we were hoping for. Even during Covid. She just made the process so much easier. Take the venue for example. She took the time to get to know what we were looking for, how we wanted it to look and feel. Then 3 days later had a spreadsheet with 8 venues that were in our price range and available on our date. So instead of us looking through literally 100’s of venues, she’s done all the leg work and helped narrow it down. It’s that kind of preparedness and professionalism that takes the stress out of the wedding and helps you to enjoy the process, and your day. We seriously walked into our wedding day with so much confidence that everything was going to go just fine because we knew she was there. There wasn’t anything out of her scope if it meant making sure we were happy and taken care of.
3 weeks prior to our wedding we had the venue, the caterer and hair and makeup all canceled due to Covid. And without skipping a beat, Cassandra found replacements for all 3. And honestly I think that all 3 of them were better options than the first three. She negotiated the pricing so that they were all within our original budget, and there was no compromise on the quality.
We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Thank you so much, Cassandra. You really made it happen.

She handled all of my vendors which really lessened the stress as the day came closer. She’s extremely organised and overall absolutely amazing. Cassandra is amazing! She made a bunch of Pinterest pictures and random ideas a reality and just everything I imagined. She worked with our budget and made our special day run so smoothly. Her communication with the vendors leading up to the wedding was such a relief when dealing with family coming in to town and getting together the final details, it was just one more thing I didn’t have to worry about. The decorations were perfect, everything was so beautiful, it was like a fairy tail. -

If you want your wedding to be the best night of your life, then hire Cassandra! Hiring her as my wedding planner was 100% one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I decided to start looking for a coordinator/ planner when I realized I didn’t want to have to be the one to set up all the decorations on the day of my wedding, and I didn’t want to ask one of my loved ones to do it either (because I wanted them to enjoy my wedding day too). From the moment I reached out to Cassandra, she was there for me throughout the entire wedding process. She did SO MUCH more for me than set up the decorations on the day of my wedding. I thought I had the planning pretty under control, but when I met with Cassandra I realized I had failed to think of and plan out so many essential parts of the wedding, simply because I had never done it before. Wedding planning websites, books and apps can only help you so much. Cassandra helped me with EVERYTHING and relieved so much stress. She also handled coordinating with the other vendors, which was not only a huge relief for me, but was also really nice for the vendors because Cassandra is professional, no one was left in the dark and on the day of the wedding everyone was on the same page. I’m very organized and I like to know what to expect, so the timeline Cassandra created for us and all of our vendors (which included pretty much all details of our wedding) was a lifesaver for me. I also rented decorations from Cassandra for our rustic yet elegant wedding (lanterns, crates, candles, etc) and they looked SO PRETTY (see pics of sweetheart table and ceremony attached)! All of our guests were really impressed. The night of our wedding was the best night of our lives, for both my husband and I! We literally had SO MUCH FUN, and so did our guests. Because of Cassandra and her assistant Katie, all we were asked to do was have fun, I didn’t worry about a single other thing. She handled EVERYTHING that night (setting up, making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it, directing vendors and answering any questions they had, keeping the events on schedule, making sure our guests were taken care of, putting all of our personal items and decorations away after the wedding, etc.). Weddings are expensive and you want all the time and money you invest into them to be worth it. You don’t want to have to stress about the little things on the day of your wedding, so I recommend hiring Cassandra so you can enjoy your evening to the fullest and dance the night away with your new spouse and loved ones, just like we did! -

We hired Cassandra to turn our speakeasy venue into a Gatsby glam affair and she knocked it out of the park. We only provided her some inspo boards and ended up with more than we could have every imagined.
Cassandra is a brides dream to work with. She worked within our budget and added small details that I would have never thought of. She's incredibly knowledgable and amenable to all changes and crazy questions. Our only regret is not also hiring her to be our wedding coordinator. I would use her again for any party in the future and too all of my friends. -
