We had the pleasure of working with Casey for our wedding in July 2024 in York, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, she was an absolute professional—her presence and leadership on the day helped keep everything running smoothly and on track. She had shot weddings at both our ceremony and reception locations, so she knew exactly where/when/how to structure the day from a photography standpoint. She guided us through the entire process with ease, ensuring we didn’t miss any important moments while making us feel completely at ease. Her thoughtfulness and kindness were felt throughout the entire day, and her ability to capture both the big moments and the intimate details was truly remarkable. Casey was amazing from start to finish! Our engagement shoot all the way to our completed wedding photographs were amazing. She was always on time and delivered everything before due dates. She made us feel comfortable from day one and we are so lucky we had her capture our event! She was engaging and communicated the entire time and made us feel so special. We love Casey!
We cannot recommend Casey enough! From start to finish, she was an absolute joy to work with. Her communication was excellent, always quick to respond and attentive to every detail. She is incredibly organized, which made the entire process stress-free for us.
On our wedding day, Casey truly went above and beyond to keep everything on track. She not only captured stunning photos but also helped us stay organized and on schedule, ensuring the day flowed smoothly. We are so happy that we chose Casey to document our wedding - she is truly amazing. She was so easy to work with from the first email, quick to respond, extremely professional, and so helpful in figuring out the timeline/schedule for the day. We were absolutely thrilled when we received our photos - she did a fantastic job and we love every single one of them. One of my favorite things was the amount of photos we had of guests during cocktail hour and dancing during the reception. We are so happy - thank you so much, Casey! -

Working with Casey was an absolute dream! Not only is she an exceptional photographer, but she's also an incredible cheerleader and is organized and professional beyond belief. On our wedding day I felt so calm in her presence - she has such incredible energy and has this magical ability to make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She did an amazing job of scouting out locations to take photos at my family home where we got ready and captured all moments, big and small, of our wedding day so beautifully. Her second photographer, Enid, was also so wonderful to work with and kept things so fun and light. I cannot recommend Casey enough as a wedding photographer - you will be in good hands on your wedding day and you will have incredible photographs to reflect on for a lifetime. -

I’ve worked with Casey three times now (headshots, engagement and wedding) and she never ceases to blow me away with her work! From making her clients feel comfortable in front of the camera to producing such amazing photos, she is simply the best. Most recently, Casey photographed our wedding where she perfectly captured everything from the smallest details to the biggest moments. A couple times I peeked over and even saw her tearing up with the rest of my family and friends during speeches and other special moments. This just goes to show how much she truly loves her job and her clients and how much heart she puts into her work. I couldn’t recommend Casey enough to anyone looking for a photographer for their big day! -

Best Wedding Vendor We Booked!
Casey was the absolute best vendor we booked for our wedding! She is incredibly talented, professional and easy to work with. We didn't think we wanted to do an engagement shoot, but we booked one last minute with Casey and we were so glad we did! Not only was it a great opportunity to get to know Casey better, but she put us at ease about being in front of the camera and we were ecstatic with the stunning pictures that resulted! It made us even more excited for our wedding day. On our actual wedding day, Casey was the perfect mix of calming and take charge! I already felt like I knew her at this point, and I completely trusted her. The photos turned out even more gorgeous than I could have ever hoped and I catch myself looking at them once a day still (I got married 4 months ago!). Casey knew our venue (The Viewpoint - York, ME) really well and picked the perfect spots for photos and made sure to capitalize on the best lighting! We never felt like Casey was impeding on our wedding day experience, she was there when we needed her and faded into the background while we enjoyed elements of our reception. I don't know when I will need a professional photographer next, but I know I will definitely be booking Casey!! -

From our meeting Casey to receiving our photos, Casey was a dream come true as a person and photographers! She was punctual, elegant and creative with her poses, helpful as we prepped and came together for our wedding pics and was seamlessly apart of our ceremony! Casey was our photographer for our wedding in York last August. She was, in a word, amazing, and I can't recommend her highly enough!
Photos were really important to us--my husband did his undergrad degree in photography--and Casey's photos are so gorgeous. She captured our day in a way that felt authentic and beautiful. Of course our family and group portraits look great, but when I look through our photos, I'm struck by how amazing all of the candids are--photos that I never could have put on a photo list, and they are perfect. She really has a great eye.
The icing on the cake is that not only are Casey's photos amazing, but working with her was super easy and enjoyable! Of all of our vendors, she was among the most organized and professional. She would check in with us when she needed something, and she was easy to reach and communicate with throughout the planning process. This also carried through to the day off, as she was totally on time and professional throughout the day.
Again, I highly, highly recommend Casey if you are looking for gorgeous photos from a professional and easy-to-work-with photographer!

If you are looking for a wedding photographer, Casey is amazing.
This is the second time my family has used Casey for a Wedding Photographer. The first time was with my sister a couple of years ago. Casey was so incredible that it was a no-brainer to rehire her for our special day.
She was able to take so many incredible photos it’s hard to choose which ones were the best. She went above and beyond with looking at our wedding and reception venues prior to our wedding day to find the best locations to take photos. She was able to capture the memories from my wedding day and all of the important details.
She met with us prior to the day to ensure we got any particular photos we wanted captured. Casey did a really good job managing stressful family dynamics when taking family photos. She was able to arrange family photos in multiple combinations to make every family member happy.
I walked away with many beautiful photos & memories that will last a lifetime. Casey's photos are defiantly worth it and I highly recommend her to anyone considering using her as a wedding photographer. -

Would 1000% recommend
My husband and I wanted someone who would make us feel comfortable in front of a camera for our engagement and wedding photos, so we were absolutely thrilled when we met Casey. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and went above and beyond help us plan what we wanted for the wedding! She took the time to go through everything from getting to know our relationship, to certain family dynamics to be mindful of on the day of the wedding, and even helped us figure out the timing of the big day! She and her assistant Ally were incredible on our day, and captured everything beautifully to give us happy memories to look back on. Casey did an amazing job putting together our wedding album which we have been proud to show off to family. I would absolutely recommend Casey if you are looking for someone to be attentive and supportive through the whole process leading up to and on your wedding day! -

Casey's photography work is absolutely stunning with her artistic talent and eye for capturing the perfect shots on our wedding day in York, Maine! Casey was so easy and fun to work with throughout our wedding planning, the day of, and beyond to finish our wedding album!
On our wedding day, Casey arrived early to get a head start on making sure the lighting, set-up, and detailed shots were perfect before the bridesmaids and I got ready to begin our pictures. We chose a 2nd photographer and she brought Veronica to help complement her pictures throughout the day as well as photographing the groom and groomsmen getting dressed. Casey worked tiredlessly all day and made sure we got every single shot we had on our list during our wedding planning discussions for special memories of our big day. In creating our album, Casey provided great feedback and helped us piece all the best photos together to showcase our perfect day!
Casey also went out of her way to take our engagement photos and made us feel comfortable with her right away during that session.
Thank you Casey for all your hard work and dedication to perserving our wedding day through your photography!!

Casey is the ultimate professional and takes some seriously beautiful pictures. She is well versed in Maine and New England beauty, light exposure and sets up some really awesome locations to shoot. Casey makes those of us who are not used to being in front of the camera feel at ease. She was willing to traipse all over and scale rocks with us to get some awesome photos for our engagement, and even include our beloved pups. And on our big day she made sure we got all the shots we wanted and took care of all the details. My bridesmaids were asking me if I had anything I wanted her to know or shoot and I felt completely comfortable to let her do her thing. We would HIGHLY recommend Casey! -

It gives me great pleasure to write on behalf of Casey Durgin. Her epic pictures, warm, personable charm, and obvious love for what she does literally made for a perfect storm on our wedding day.
It’s a stressful time when planning your wedding, as most wish for a smooth process and their most important day to go off without a hitch. Sean and I’s day was a bit different but never- the- less a day that is impossible to forget. Our wedding took place just in time for fall’s first nor’easter of 2018, October 27th to be exact.
I called Casey multiple times leading up to the wedding hoping to hear the good news- she would be able to get ‘some’ outdoor shots on our day. Lessons to be learned, you will never win against mother nature, however you can embrace the storm and make it a story of a lifetime. Casey helped paint this story with the most amazing pictures the day before as well as our wedding day. With a calm before the storm on Friday the 26th, a beautiful, cloudless, sunshine filled cold day, Casey was so flexible and captured our first look out on the rocks of the Cliff House. This of course was not planned; however, she knew how important it was for me to have pictures outside (as this was supposed to be a beautiful New England out-door wedding).
Having these pictures is a treasure and something that will forever remain in my heart and mind (and to mention I was able to wear my dress twice)!!!
The day of our wedding, Casey was of course at the house bright and early, organizing our outfits, invitations, and jewelry in creative settings- to be remembered always. She kept us on track, watching the time (as of course none of us were tracking) and made sure we had plenty of beautiful indoor pictures with family and friends. Towards the end of our day, I had a tug at my heart, knowing I still wanted an outdoor shot on my wedding day. I approached Casey asking if she could capture this crazy day in the midst of 60 mile per hour winds with rain coming down sideways. Casey did not flinch when I asked. She took off her boots, handed them to me, gave me her black umbrella and followed us outside! As the wind was blowing my dress overhead in fury, and I struggled to keep grasp of the umbrella that was flipping inside out, Sean tried to take control of the situation. The amazing photos captured, were all documented and are to date my most favorite memories of our perfect day.
Casey did not stop there, the Weather Channel contacted her to get in touch, so they could interview ‘the couple’ that had their wedding in the first nor’easter of the fall. This day would not have been the day it was without Casey’s support, patience, and sound advice throughout the entire process. On a personal level, which can’t be said about many, Casey is truly a person who will bring a smile to your day. She receives my highest recommendation as a professional wedding photographer that will capture your day just as you request!

Jessica Sent on 08/12/2017Wedding planning can be tough but one of the first things I've heard from people who have gotten married and didn't take the time to research a good photographer or put money into it- regretted it. My husband and I did a lot of research prior to our wedding on photographers and we knew that pictures would last a lifetime. We immediately fell in love with Casey's style which is beautiful, clean and classic. We actually saw pictures at a venue they kept in a beautiful album and I knew then I wanted Casey to capture those special moments on our day and she didn't disappoint. I loved that Casey really took the time getting to know us, asking lots of questions. I think it's really important to speak with your photographer first and meet with them if possible, that way you can see if you will have a good connection. We were hesitant on engagement photos prior but I'm glad we got them, beautiful memories of us by the beach and we got to feel more comfortable around the camera with Casey and got a taste of what it would be like on the big day. Casey was very accommodating, understanding in our budget and knowing what kind of pictures we wanted and she captured everything beautifully. I wholeheartedly think photography is worth every penny and it's a lot of work being able to coordinate everyone getting together, the whole day is so hectic but Casey knew how to execute everything like a pro. I would highly recommend Casey to anyone looking for beautiful, professional classic pictures that you will love and cherish forever. I can't tell you how many compliments we got on our photos! We can't wait to contact Casey again down the road when it comes time to have a family, you will be floored not only by the quality of the photos but her professionalism and integrity she has.

From the minute I found her work and website online I knew she would be our photographer. Casey is always professional, courteous and was always there whenever I had a question. Her work on our engagement photos and wedding pictures was simply stunning. My husband and I were so comfortable with her. For the reasonable prices she charges, her work is truly above and beyond. I would recommend Casey any day of the week. Look at her work, it speaks for itself! I hope one day to hire her again for photos someday. :) -
