Magical Wedding at Casa Marina

Our wedding at Casa Marina Hotel in Key West was truly a dream come true—beyond anything we could have imagined. The venue itself is breathtaking, blending timeless elegance with the beauty of the ocean. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the atmosphere: swaying palms, ocean views, and the most magical sunset that made every photo look like a postcard.

But what truly made our day unforgettable were the people behind the scenes—Marina and Lori, our incredible coordinators. From start to finish, they handled every detail with such grace, professionalism, and warmth. They made us feel like our wedding was the only one that mattered. No request was too small, no detail overlooked. Their calm energy and organizational expertise allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment.

Thanks to them, everything ran seamlessly—from the stunning ceremony setup on the sand to the flawless flow of the reception. The food was phenomenal, the service impeccable, and every guest left raving about the experience.

Absolute Dream Wedding Venue - Truly Perfect in Every Way!

We had our wedding at Casa Marina Key West and it was truly the most perfect experience imaginable. Every single detail exceeded our expectations and we could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding weekend. The property itself is absolutely stunning, from the oceanfront views to the beautiful grounds and elegant atmosphere, it felt like a dream from start to finish.

The food was incredible, the service was flawless, and every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day special. Everything ran so smoothly and stress-free because of how organized and experienced the team was.

A huge special shoutout to Marina Ray, she was absolutely AMAZING throughout the entire process. Marina went above and beyond for us every step of the way and made wedding planning feel easy. She was responsive, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and truly cared about making our vision come to life. We honestly cannot thank her enough for everything she did.

Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was and how incredible the venue and staff were. If you are considering Casa Marina for your wedding or event, book it immediately, it was a 10/10 experience in every possible way and the best decision we could have made.

Wedding Day

We recently had our wedding at Casa Marina in Key West. I cannot express highly enough of everyone who helped make our day perfect. The hotel/resort itself is absolutely beautiful, the staff are wonderful and helpful, very clean, and so so so organized. We also had several compliments raving about the food, stating it was the best they had at a wedding! The drinks were fantastic. I could not ask for a better team to help us with our wedding day. We had the absolute best time. We will be back for anniversaries as often as we can!!

Casa Marina Key West was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was easy, fast and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful - spacious, clean and extremely well-maintained. On the day of our wedding, the staff took care of everything so we had zero stress and could truly enjoy ourselves. They were also very proactive in suggesting options to keep our guests happy and ensure they had the best experience. Casa Marina = Heaven on Earth

Casa Marina was the ~perfect~ location for our wedding. When we came to tour the resort, we knew that we had to get married there! Blaire Blechinger showed us the property and was so sweet to us during our stay. We then worked with Marina Ray who helped us execute the most perfect wedding day. The entire Casa Marina staff is absolutely amazing, from Gabe the bartender, to Chad the waiter, to Chip with Encore, to Patrick at the front desk, absolutely incredible all around. This venue is one for the books and defiantly has a reputation of being the nicest wedding venue in Key West. We are so incredibly happy and would recommend Casa Marina over and over and over again. Can't wait to go back and celebrate our anniversaries for years to come. Our guests were amazed at how the green space transformed into the most magical night, it was more than we could have ever even dreamed of. Cue the happy tears! We received lots of comments from our guests about how good the food was!! We highly recommend Casa Marina for all of your events, whether it be for a quick weekend trip to the Keys or for your wedding day! Chefs kiss.

1-2-26 Wedding

We got married at Casa Marina the first weekend of January in 2026 and everything could not have gone more perfectly and smoothly. Marina was the absolute BEST wedding coordinator we could have asked for. She was involved from day 1 and willingly so. She is kind, confident, and GREAT at decision making, always trying to go above and beyond to make everything as magical as it can be. She removes stress and replaces it with certainty and sureness. We could not recommend Marina or Casa Marina any more highly!

Best. Venue. Ever.

Casa Marina was an absolute dream and the most perfect place we could have ever chosen to get married. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, organized, and truly exceptional. The communication throughout the entire planning process was top-notch, and every detail was handled with such care and professionalism. The food was literally the best food I have ever had in Key West. It put normal "wedding food" to shame.

The staff at Casa Marina is extraordinary. We felt so incredibly taken care of from the moment we arrived through the very last moment of our wedding weekend. A special shoutout to Marina, our boots-on-the-ground contact, who was nothing short of amazing. She exceeded every expectation and went so far above and beyond to make sure our day was flawless. Her attention to detail, calm presence, and genuine care made all the difference — we truly could not have done it without her.

Casa Marina Key West

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding venue. The space itself is absolutely breathtaking!!! But what made the experience unforgettable was the staff, the service, and Marina. From the very beginning, they made me feel so special and genuinely cared about every detail of our day.

Marina and the team made the planning process feel effortless. They were attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. The coordination between the staff was flawless. Everyone knew exactly what to do and when to do it, which created such a calm and confident atmosphere leading up to and during the wedding.

Our wedding went smoother than I ever thought possible. Every moment flowed perfectly, and I was able to be fully present and enjoy it all. I wouldn’t change a single thing. If you’re considering this venue, book it. It was truly the most magical experience I could have asked for!

ALSO! The food was phenomenal. Our guests are still raving about it!

A Fairytale Wedding!

We recently hosted our wedding at Casa Marina in Key West and it far exceeded our expectations. From the breathtaking venue to the professionalism of the staff, every detail was perfection. The food and catering truly impressed us and our guests — people are still raving about it.

Marina and Lori were an absolute dream to work with. Their attention to every single detail was incredible and they made sure the day went smoothly from start to finish. The entire staff was kind, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our wedding day perfect.

Yes, it is one of the pricier options on the island but I can confidently say that you get what you pay for. Marina went above and beyond to bring our vision to life and we couldn’t be more grateful. It was truly the best day of our lives.

If you’re on the fence about booking your wedding here, this is your sign. We did extensive research on venues across Key West and Casa Marina was by far the best choice. It’s private and intimate in a way that’s hard to find elsewhere and they offer indoor backup space so you don’t need to worry about Florida’s unpredictable weather.

I don't really have the words for how spectacular this venue and this team was for our special day. Not only is the backdrop breathtaking- our guests are still raving about their experience "the best wedding they have ever been to" and that's because of the flawless execution of Marina and her team. Wonderful experience!

We just had our wedding at Casa Marina and stayed at the hotel as well. The suite we stayed in was perfect for our family as well as for getting ready on wedding day! The rooms were cleaned daily, which was nice too. The property is stunning, has a great beach and pools, restaurants with yummy food and drinks, live entertainment, and is within walking distance of a lot of the great sights and popular attractions Key West has to offer! The service was wonderful and all of the staff members were extremely helpful! As far as our wedding, everything was perfect! Our venue coordinator, Marina, was extremely kind and helpful and did everything to make sure our day was perfect! I cannot recommend this hotel enough for your upcoming stay or your upcoming wedding!

The Casa Marina is an incredible beach venue!

Our wedding was picture-perfect on the beach, and the recent renovations have transformed it into a phenomenal location. If you're a foodie, you'll be in heaven—the food is unparalleled. The staff was always accommodating and helpful, even when our planning didn't go exactly as expected. Hands down, the Casa Marina is the place to be for an unforgettable experience!

No place like Casa Marina

There is simply nowhere in Key West that compares to this venue. I explored every option on the island and along the entire Florida Keys, and only Casa Marina was able to check ALL of the following boxes:

1) An on-site Plan B for inclement weather
Your ceremony will simply be moved indoors or into one of the hotel's outdoor/covered corridors. Plan B for weather is critical for a Florida wedding and we greatly appreciated having a built-in backup plan without any additional $$ or movement for our guests.

2) Beach wedding ceremony with a hotel ballroom for the reception
Casa's beach is one of the only private beaches on Key West so your ceremony can be private, aside from hotel guests watching (and cheering) from afar. The iconic Casa walkway from the beach to the hotel is absolutely breathtaking for guests and photos! The ceremony and cocktail hour both are hosted outside to enjoy the gorgeous early evening weather and then guests can head inside for the private reception. The Flager Ballroom is stunning with ceilings lined with wood and built-in dance floor. We simply couldn't find another venue in Key West that offered us both an indoor and outdoor option in one place while also accommodating our guest count.

3) Ability to host a guest count of 140+ guests
Many other venues on the island were non-starters for us due to our guest count. Casa was easily able to accommodate our guest count and in their beautiful, recently remodeled Flagler ballroom.

In addition to our baseline requirements that Casa met above, we were blown away by the menu selections we enjoyed at our tasting. We were only disappointed that we couldn't offer our guests more than 2 options as we couldn't seem to narrow down! The Casa puts on a lovely tasting appointment with personalized menus, samples of your selected dishes and wine. We especially loved meeting the Chef and being able to add suggestions to personalize the dishes based on guest dietary preferences - we even have his email address.

Casa's preferred vendor list also got us connected to wonderful + local vendors on the island. These vendors have become our family over the past year of planning and we are so excited we went with local as opposed to bringing anyone down from South Florida.

One of our only 'wishes' would be that Casa would offer a room block for guests as opposed to a 10% discount. We believe more of our guests would have chosen to stay at the wedding hotel with a room block/room block pricing, making it easier to do welcome bags and gather the guests in one spot. That being said, Key West is full of options for guest lodging and our guests ended up just booking all over the island.

Finally, I'd like to give a HUGE shoutout to our wedding coordinator Blaire. She has been by our side for the entirety of our planning process since March 2019. She recommended my FH and I come down to visit on a popular wedding date a year out from our wedding to see the venue + experience the weather + watch a wedding from afar (sitting on a beach hammock!) She also hosted my parent's for a tour on another trip without us even being there. She also helped schedule a beautiful wedding tasting for my parents, FH and I this past January and sat through the tasting and answered all of our questions/suggestions. I most appreciate her support and flexibility through our recent postponement due to COVID-19 which took us from our May 2020 to February 2021 wedding date. Thank you Blaire!

The venue at Casa Marina is absolutely breath taking! Our wedding guests were so impressed with the gorgeous arches and historical decor and not to mention the ocean backdrop! We had our wedding hosted at the Casa May 2018 and it was fabulous! Most of our guests stayed there as well and had the best things to say about their stay. The grounds were still beautiful after Hurricane Irma, the greenery was up, the rooms were well kept, and the service was excellent. The staff catered well to some serious food allergies and food preferences (gluten Celiac, lactose, vegetarian). The drinks made at the bar were delicious - try the Mo-Tito! - and the staff kept them flowing to our party by the pool and sand. The wedding planning was made simple for us as we live almost 2,000 miles away, and it was exactly our vision. The grounds are beautiful and the staff was excellent. They all deserve a big pat on the back. The Casa is easy access to public transport but we mostly used Uber rides/cabs to get to Duval Street. The Casa was nice, private and quiet but an easy ride to Duval. It is around the corner to a dog beach (if you are bringing a pup they are so kind and friendly), and the southernmost point buoy. The gym facility was clean and had more than I thought it would for a nice morning workout. We enjoyed a couples massage before our wedding day and the staff was lovely as they got all of our stress knots out! I totally recommend this venue for a family vacation or a romantic getaway!

We had our wedding reception at Casa Marina December 16, 2017 and I can honestly say it was perfect. Carina and the Casa Marina staff did everything to make the day run as smoothly as possible. They ensured that our stay at the hotel was a great one. From before the contracts were executed until even the days after the wedding all our communications with Carina were very detail oriented and always warm and caring. My guests kept complimenting the delicious food and beautiful location. I highly recommend this venue for any event.

WOW, what an unbelievable venue! Our wedding at the Casa Marina was December 2nd and it was absolutely perfect. A special shoutout goes out to Carina, you are truly exceptional. All staff at the resort goes above and beyond and deliver truly exceptional service. Our guests were blown away and had a truly memorable experience. SO many good things to say about this venue! TRULY PROFESSIONALS.
If you are considering getting married in KW you MUST do it at Casa Marina. I barely had 3 months to plan our destination wedding as we had to move the date forward, I found this majestic hotel, I adored the beautiful settings and pictures of weddings there, but I fell in love with Carina Primus which is the Catering and Event Manager. She has the perfect temper and warm attitude for this job, every bride MUST have a person like her, and she is bilingüe. The food was amazing, and they prepared per my request a couple typical appetizers from my country that the chef had never prepared before and they were PERFECT and DELICIOUS. The food presentation is spectacular, the taste is delectable, well prepared, and exquisite, for real! We had 3 activities there for our wedding and they were all incredible and beyond expectations, comments from our guests. The staff and their attention is incredible!!! The options they have for the bars are very good and full of liquors of all types to please the taste of your different guests.
We had people with different meal options like vegetarians, Gluten Free and specific allergies, for which we worked out all the menus based on this and they were extremely good to balance the Hours D'oeuvres, and plated dinner options. Whichever activity you choose to do here, you can rely on their experience and knowledge. They won't make you make a decision against your initial plan, or idea unless it is an impending change. I cannot say enough good things about the Casa Marina. My wedding was absolutely spectacular - perfect in every way. The Casa Marina is stunning, there is no doubt about that. I looked at pretty much every venue in Key West before deciding on the Casa, and I am so happy that I did! It had everything I wanted - a backup room in case of rain, gorgeous setting for pictures and a little history.

Carina, my coordinator, was wonderful. She was so organized and really helped guide the whole planning process. She was so sweet, too! I'm grateful for her help - the Casa Marina is lucky to have her!

The food at Casa is AMAZING. Gourmet selections, beautiful presentation, and they are so flexible with your wants and needs. Dinner at most weddings consists of rubber meat and is just meh. Not here. The food (and drinks!) are to die for.

The Casa Marina is not a cheap date. That said, it was worth every penny. My guests can't stop talking about it, and my husband and I are still in awe of how wonderful our wedding was. I want to get married at the Casa Marina again!!

Part 2- The options they have for the bars are very good and full of liquors of all types to please the taste of your different guests.
We had people with different meal options like vegetarians, Gluten Free and specific allergies, for which we worked out all the menus based on this and they were extremely good to balance the Hours D'oeuvres, and plated dinner options. Everybody ate absolutely everything that was out on their plates or passed by, and if you have been at weddings, this does not always happen. All the comments after the wedding have been incredible, our guest were delighted at every event of our wedding.

The wedding was supposed to be outdoors in the beach area but due to inclement weather we had to change this the day of our wedding, and they made it so smooth and pleasant for such a stressful day, and it's because these people are truly professional. Whichever activity you choose to do here, you can rely on their experience and knowledge. They won't make you make a decision against your initial plan, or idea unless it is an impending change. They will always have a backup plan for your event, in my case it was the Grand Ballroom. By the time we came back from the ceremony (which was held at a church, otherwise we would've done it here), we stopped by and went inside before our guests and it was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! It was impressive that in such a short period of time with the other vendors that they could make it look like it was always planned to be in there. A big recognition to Chip Willis which is in charge of the lighting and did an marvelous job with the up lighting.
This venue holds an experienced team that will make you feel like you are a family member, will do everything to please you, to make you feel so comfortable and confident that you will have your dream wedding, and also an amazing stay at their remarkable and astounding hotel. Forever thankful with Carina and her team!

I married the love of my life on December 10, 2016 at this majestic hotel and I can't say enough amazing things about Casa Marina, A Waldorf Astoria Resort in Key West Florida or the extraordinary people that work there. As every bride can attest planning a wedding is stressful, a long process, and overwhelming at times; but the staff at Casa Marina made this journey what became the best year of my life.

I began my planning adventure meeting this beautiful soul called Carina Primus-Gomez (our wedding contact at Casa Marina) in the most scenic of places. I remember she received my parents and I with the warmest of greets showing us around this beautiful resort making us feel on that very first visit like we were already part of the Casa Marina family. That was what originally captured my attention. A beautiful resort will always be nice, but what makes a resort exceptional is extraordinary staff and Casa Marina has that everywhere you turn. From the very warm greets of the doormen, to Jessie the pool man who always made sure my husband and I had cold beverages in our hands and extra towels on our chairs, to David Lopez the VIP manager who made sure that our stay was nothing less than perfect, and of course I can’t leave out Carina who was with me from the start; who started out as my wedding contact and shortly became someone I can call a friend.

I am thankful to have met every single one of them and can’t wait to revisit this magical place for many more years to come.

The Casa Marina is such a wonderful resort and I highly recommend it for any event. Just the resort itself is amazing but its staff is also just as amazing. The chef has the most amazing dishes, the wait staff is very attentive, and the even coordinator Carina is the best. We had our wedding here and all of our guest stayed the weekend at the Casa. Carina helped us plan every detail and took such good care of us while we were there. She was constantly checking in on us, our guest, and our events to make sure everything was running smoothly.

The Casa Marina is hands down the best venue in Key West for a wedding. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and amazing. Our guests are still talking about the beautiful location and several have mentioned that we had the best wedding food they've ever tasted. Key West was a destination wedding for us, and we looked at all of the major wedding venues. When we arrived at the Casa Marina we immediately realized it was the perfect spot just based on the beautiful venue and the food at the restaurant. But our wedding weekend exceeded even our high expectations. All of the staff at the Casa was phenomenal, especially Evelyn, our wedding contact. She was extremely responsive from our very first tour of the property and throughout the entire wedding planning process. On the day of the wedding she was there the entire time working with my day of planner to make sure our special day went perfectly. She even greeted us right after we walked down the aisle at the East Beach with champagne. We also met with the chef three days before our wedding to finalize the menu, and he was willing to make changes to dishes to accommodate our tastes. And the PSAV team was great to work with as well, showing us all of the lighting color options and being flexible about our A/V needs. It all led to a beautiful event. Our guests have raved about the cocktail hour and the reception. The Casa, Evelyn and PSAV did an incredible job, and our wedding weekend was magical. It is a high-end resort and the pricing reflects that, but the quality of food and service made it all well worth it. The Casa will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we look forward to returning there often to celebrate our anniversaries. Thank you Casa Marina for making our wedding one to remember!

Our wedding was gorgeous! Everyone can't stop talking about how amazing it was. The resort is stunning, the beach ceremony was perfect and the cocktail hour and reception were incredible. All the guest said the food was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We have never felt more pampered and accommodated in all of our travels and plans. The team was right there when needed and even checking in over the months of planning. I could not have done my planning from NJ without their help and recommendations of vendors to check out that were in our price range. They were spot on and I couldn't of been happier with their services during our wedding. We felt like royalty. Despite a change in staff during planning, the transition was seamless and even went above and beyond to help us with the final details of the day. They were always there to help us think bout the things we might have forgotten. Very easy to plan a wedding here and I am glad they have you hire a wedding coordinator for the day of the wedding - it was amazing to have both a coordinating team for the venue and then just one for the plans itself/day of. This is a 5 star venue and people are still talking about the food! They gave us the overall experience we were hoping for and made accommodations last minute when I moved cocktail hour inside due to hear concerns for guests. Say yes - splurge on this venue because it was simply amazing from the hotel accommodations, food, and service during out stay. Our guests even raved!

I hosted my wedding at the Casa Marina, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. It was amazing in every way. The food, the staff, and the amenities were all perfect. My husband and I decided to have our wedding at Casa Marina because we loved the beautiful property and it was always a special place for us. We had celebrated anniversaries and birthdays there, and enjoyed the fun atmosphere of Key West! Casa Marina and Carina met our expectations and some! Our wedding day turned out more perfect than we could have ever imagined and working with Carina was SO easy. I asked her many, many questions and she always got back to me right away no matter how small the question was. She made me feel confident that we had chosen the right venue and on the day of our wedding, I did not have to worry at all. Casa Marina and its staff is exceptional at hosting weddings and attending to anything that we wanted. The entire weekend went smoothly and we had over 100 guests staying on the property. The food was amazing as well as the service & staff. Our friends and family will be talking about this day for a long time and I would recommend Casa Marina to anyone! We stayed at Casa Marina Resort for 6 nights which was before and after our wedding. Even though our wedding was elsewhere we were treated like royalty, David from VIP delivered a chilled bottle of Champagne and balloons to our room the day after our wedding, Thank You. Wow! Wow! My girlfriend and I are very familiar with Key West and we searched the island for the perfect wedding location, touring most of the major hotels. None of them had the views, the beach setting, and the picture perfect wedding location that the Casa did. Then we met Reina Todd their Catering Manager. What a blessing she is! She helped handle all of our questions and listened to our desires. What she did then is helped us have a wedding even better than we had dreamed. Our guests said the food was better than any event they had ever been too...and it was! There were challenges out of the hotels control (weather and a concert on the beach next door). But not to worry Reina was on top of it. We changed a few locations for the reception and it was fabulous. All of the staff from the servers to the chef to the managers treated our guests like royalty. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! When we look at our wedding pictures we will always be glad we selected the Casa Marina and that they had Reina Todd there to help us.

My husband and I live in Tampa, FL so when we decided to get married in Key West we knew we had to make a fast and furious trip down to pick a venue. In two days I think we saw almost every possibility Key West had to offer. We were overwhelmed, tired, hot, and starting to question our decision to have a destination wedding. I had always dreamed of having a formal event, but was that even possible in Key West? The moment we got to our appointment at the Casa Marina we knew were in the right place. The outside entrance was a mix of old Hollywood glam meets Key West classy. The lobby is decorated in rich hard wood floors and tall ceilings. Reina Todd met us to walk us around the property, showing us breezeways accented by archways, long reflecting pools aside marble flooring and a private beach perfect for any ceremony. Our ballroom was classic and inviting. I even got goosebumps the first time I walked in. Not only were we so happy to get married there but we are already planning our anniversary trip back. Hopefully we will be one of those couples that celebrates their 50th there.

I could go on forever talking about what a pleasure it was to work with Reina and the rest of the Casa Marina team in planning for our March 2015 wedding. From the first step of the planning process when we toured Casa Marina, Reina was extremely thorough and answered all of our questions about the facility. From that point forward, Reina was extremely accessible and answered all of our silly and not so silly questions immediately.

Once we arrived in Key West for our wedding, Reina and the Casa Marina staff ensured that every single want or need we had was met. On the day of the wedding, the staff was SO attentive and made sure that everything was perfect for us. There was a second wedding reception taking place on the property at the same time as ours and we never would have known it. The food and service was EXCELLENT! We received so many compliments regarding the taste and quality of the food. In a nutshell, working with Casa Marina was so easy! They made a process that could have been really complicated and dreadful seem so simple and fun! Our wedding day was AMAZING and we owe so much of that to Reina and the Casa Marina Staff! Oh yeah... and Casa Marina itself is absolutely beautiful, but that is a given!

Casa Marina is a stunning venue for a wedding. I did not have to worry about a thing the week of the wedding (except maybe tan lines), and when I walked down that aisle and saw everything for the first time, it was absolutely breathtaking. We did a beachfront ceremony and cocktail reception, and dinner/dancing in the Flagler Ballroom once the sun set. Many of our guests commented on how the food was the best wedding food they've ever had. Everything was so well run, and the Casa team worked easily with our other vendors - Julie Shreck of Simply You, Milan Events, 1313 Photography, Studio Marie Pierre, Blue Stone Circle.

I want to specifically call out Reina Todd, Catering and Sales Manager at the Casa, who was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process, as well as the wedding week itself. She went above and beyond the event logistics to make the wedding weekend (and tasting weekend) an extremely special experience for us. When we were surprised about our suite accommodations upon arrival, she personally showed us multiple other suite layouts so that we could pick the one most comfortable for our week at the Casa. This made a huge difference in our stay, and we truly felt at home. Her attention to detail, willingness to go above and beyond, and availability to us made the Casa Marina a place we will never forget, and are sure to continue to visit throughout our lives.

It's hard to know where to start. My wedding was everything I wanted and more. Working with Reina was an absolute dream, I could not have asked for a better person to help us with our wedding. From our first tour of the property Reina put us right at ease, she talked through all of our options and helped us envision everything.

She was super responsive to every little question I had, and I had a lot of them. The whole contract process with about as painless as can be which was awesome. When we came in town to do the tasting she made it fun and another special experience for us to always remember. Also their chef is fantastic! We wanted to change some things on their offered menu and he was super accommodating. We have heard from so many people that this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding!

From Reina, to the chef, the event team, the doormen, EVERYONE was just wonderful to work with so happy and willing to help it was just amazing. All of our guests LOVED the whole experience and I just can't imagine having held our wedding anywhere other than the Casa Marina.

The Casa Marina is an idyllic location for a wedding reception. The property is beautiful and very elegant not the typical "Key West" location. We worked closely with Reina who was amazing! Every step of the way assisting us with recommendations based on her extensive experience. Reina went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and as planned, the staff during the reception were exceptional! During the reception one of my bridesmaids spilt a whole glass of red wine down my dress, before I could turn around they were there with club soda and cloths to assist in the cleaning. They reset the table so that I could hardly notice the wine. The food was incredible, the chef will work closely to create a menu based around your taste and budget. I would highly recommend the Casa Marina and Reina!!

My husband and I fell in love with the Casa Marina on our first trip to Key West, Florida in 2013...so much so that we chose it to have our destination wedding at in June of 2014! The Casa Marina is an absolutely beautiful hotel with the most professional and courteous staff and breath-taking scenery. Our wedding reception was magical and my husband and I had the most perfect day! From our cocktail hour outside on Flagler's patio to the indoor reception in the Flagler's ballroom, the wedding was superb from start to finish! The entire event went flawlessly thanks to our event coordinator, Carina Primus. She is a gem and my husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Carina is the epitome of professionalism, from her attentive emails and phone calls to her caring and efficient demeanor. We planned our wedding with Carina from New Jersey and there was no anxiety about the day thanks to the five-star service from Carina and the Casa Marina. Our families and friends raved about the food and service at our wedding. They also found the hotel and staff to be very accommodating and they keep commending us on planning such a fantastic destination wedding to Key West! There will never be enough that I can say about this venue and its staff! Casa Marina gives you true value for your money. First of all, the hotel is beautiful and historic. The ballrooms are a beautiful colonial style with gorgeous wood floors. The outdoor area is exactly what a tropical getaway should look like. Palm trees everywhere, two large pools, an outdoor bar overlooking the water and a beach area (one of the few in Key West). We had an outdoor wedding and reception. From the beginning, Reina Todd, our wedding coordinator, was AMAZING!!! She was so professional and reassuring. She was on top of everything so we never felt anxious about anything. She suggested several vendors that turned out to be great and even called some of them for us to make same day appts since we only had limited opportunities to visit them on our trips down from Georgia. The food tasting was sooooo good! The chef came out and explained all the items and asked if we wanted to tweak any of it. I can honestly say all of the food was delicious and there is so much variety to choose from (we went with the Hibiscus Buffet).

On the wedding day, Reina and her staff did such a great job of organizing and preparing everything. Besides the normal wedding jitters, I didn't feel stressed at all about whether things were going to get done or not. Throughout the entire day, Reina was there to reassure us and make sure everything went smoothly. During the outdoor reception, it started pouring!! But Reina and the staff were on it! It's like an army of staff members marched out to where we were with warm towels for us and all our guests. We made the decision to take the party inside and it was amazing the speed with which they set up the ballroom and got everything going inside. Til this day my guests still talk about how impressively they responded to the situation.

Overall, it was such a great experience and I will forever be thankful to Reina for all that she did!!

All I can say is WOW! If you are looking for the best location to get married in Key West then this is it! After we had decided to book the Casa Marina for our wedding ceremony and reception location we ended up moving over seas so I had to do most of my wedding planning via e-mail. I was really nervous about it at first and was considering hiring a wedding planner, but after I started working with Reina I no longer felt like I needed one. She was extremely patient and helpful with my hundreds of questions - even pointing out details and things to think about that had never even crossed my mind. She also provided us a list of vendors that the resort has worked with (and had good experiences with) in the past which made searching and booking vendors for my event a breeze. Since we were unable to do a tasting of our own so we sent my husband's sister and brother in-law on our behalf and Reina coordinated the meeting with the chef for them and sent over a summary of what they tasted and what their thoughts were. My husband's sister and brother in-law have pretty high standards when it comes to food so for those of you that are unable to do a tasting, have no fear, the food is superb. We ended up going with the plated dinner duet of filet mignon and mahi mahi, harcot verts and the asiago potato cake - it was fantastic. Several guests told me it was the best meal they had ever had. Not only was Reina awesome to work with, but so was the Casa Marina staff. They were extremely friendly, attentive, professional and left no detail unnoticed. From the minute we arrived to the second we left they made us (and our guests) feel like we were their most important clientele. We had both our ceremony and our reception outside at the East beach location and Reina and her crew did a wonderful job of putting together the perfect layout and even put out decorations that mother brought to help save costs on the décor budget. Omg, I can not express how this is the most beautiful resort in the whole island of Key West! Working with the Corrina from the hotel was so easy. She always responded quickly. Super friendly, her and my wedding planner Julie Sherek rocked my wedding. Casa Marina all I can say is OMG, gorgeous resort and you are on the beach. The catering was super great. Our stay at Casa was the best!

We can not say enough good things about the casa marina. Reina was fabulous to work with. The food was AMAZING! My husband a chef and his friends could not find a fault with anything except they could not eat any more!
Service was impeccable, the small touches from water stations for our guests to champagne in our room after the wedding made the day even more memorable,

The casa marina is worth every penny we spent!

From the first meeting at Casa Marina we just knew it was the place for us. It is like no other resort on the island.

We were married on the beach which was so beautiful. And although at a resort, we felt completely away from anyone but our wedding guests.

We walked off the beach to a glass of champagne, were brought delicious hors d'oeuvres from the cocktail hour and had the most amazing photo opportunities outside and in.

Our reception was phenominal. The food and service just unbeatable. Every request met and our guests raved about the meal: mushroom ravioli, granny smith apple & gorgonzola salad, filet & lobster... amazing.

Our coordinator at Casa, Reina, was just wonderful every step of the way including details for our rooms and guests.

The next day we swam and ate at the outdoor cafe and took an excursion right off the beach.
Really top notch experience all around!

We can't say enough good things about Reina and the entire team at the Casa Marina Resort. They made our wedding weekend perfect. Reina was always available for questions throughout the planning and a complete professional. Not to mention the venue is gorgeous and meticulous maintained. I can't wait to return to the resort in the future!

The most beautiful place to have your wedding. The service is second to none. Drinks, appetizers, and dinner were delicious. Reina is the sweetest most hard working person I have met. You will not need a wedding planner with her on the job. Can't wait to return!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Beautiful resort and grounds, truly paradise! The Grand Ballroom was gorgeous.... Food was the best we have ever had! Warm chorizo potato salad, coffee crusted steak, lobster, paella... The list goes on and on... Everything was outstanding. Friends and family are still talking about the food. Staff was so accommodating and helpful with everything... Everyone was very friendly. And a special thanks to Reina Todd... If any brides and grooms are nervous about planning a destination wedding, don't be if you are working with Reina Todd (catering manager). She is the absolute best. I promise you won't be disappointed. Reina is a true professional and treated us like we were the only wedding she had to take care of... Very special experience. We had our December wedding at the Casa Marina and could not have been happier with it. The property is gorgeous and a destination in itself (amazing views!), although it is very convenient to the rest of Key West. They have ceremonies on the beach, cocktail hours on the patios, and receptions in the ballrooms. Their food is delicious, with extensive menu options, and the service is excellent. Reina Todd is on top of everything, very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our guests had a great time as well!

Amazing place to have your wedding! We absolutely loved Carina. She was very easy to work with and really did an outstanding job making our wishes for our wedding day come true. The location was amazing and secluded. We had about 50 guests who flew in from all over the US and it was the intimate wedding we always wanted. There was a beautiful Plan B if the weather didn't hold out and Carina reassured us the whole time that it will be amazing no matter what. THE FOOD WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! All of our guests are still raving about how awesome it was and its 5 months after. The big thing is that we enjoyed our special day with our family and friends and the Casa was an amazing place to host! Thank you so much Casa Marina staff and Carina! We will suggest you to everyone we know!

Reina Todd is amazing. As beautiful as Casa Marina is, the true treasure of having your wedding there is working with Reina. She made sure everything for our entire wedding weekend went smoothly -from the welcome reception on Friday night through Sunday morning post-wedding. She attended every event that we had at the hotel to make sure everything went smoothly. I forgot a basket for the flower girl petals - Reina found one. We mixed up a table assignment - Reina fixed it. The planning of the wedding was the easiest experience we could have imagined. Our wedding was completely perfect and we are so grateful for Casa Marina and Reina!

If you want perfection work with Reina Todd at the Casa Marina. The background is breathtaking the reception area is so beautiful that if for some reason the weather gods won't accommodate a beach wedding for you, you won't be too disappointed with an indoor wedding. Reina was responsive and honest throughout the whole process. We never ran into any "hidden fees", she put up with my multiple phone calls around some of the silliest details, and if we had any hotel issues (room reservations etc) Reina would do her best to resolve things that were clearly out of her job description. Reina is also a longtime Key West resident and helped us by giving us tons of extra information from where to stop for lunch on the drive down to Key West, to the best restaurants and activities on the island. The food at the reception was delicious and we got tons of compliments on it. As any reasonable person would expect a Waldorf Astoria hotel is not going to be the cheapest place to get married, but I value perfection and don't have a single complaint. I'd rather pay extra knowing that the day will go off without a hitch and found that the price tag was well worth it. Thank you Casa Marina, we're already planning a day to return.

We had our wedding ceremony on the beach at Casa Marina and our reception in the Grand Ballroom in the Casa Marina. The entire event went off without a hitch, despite some last minute items that needed to be taken care of, which the staff took care of promptly. The morning of our wedding it was raining outside. We had a first floor suite overlooking the beach that was going to be used to get 7 women's hair and makeup done, starting at 11am. At 10am, the Bride came in from the deck to find that water was running down the hallway of the suite. The front desk was able to relocate us to a new room, sent a bellhop to get all my things and walked us to the new room. When we got to the new room, it was tiny and there was no way we'd fit 7 women and hair/makeup staff and we called to ask for a larger room or a conference room. The front desk not only put us in a 2-story suite on the 3rd floor, but they also served us breakfast, coffee, mimosas and water at no charge since they knew we hadn't had time to eat that morning while dealing with all the room changes. The VIP Manager printed out our Programs for us on the day of the wedding, amidst all the chaos of our room flooding and our 2 room changes, as they weren't ready and printed when we flew to Key West for the wedding. The hotel event manager, Carina Primus-Gomez, was THE most wonderful person to work with through the entire wedding planning, rehearsal and the actual "big day." She was calm and cool and kept us all calm and cool as well. She made sure that our ceremony was set up perfectly, the cocktail hour was perfect and the reception was set up perfectly and looked gorgeous! We highly recommend Casa Marina as the perfect destination wedding spot. We saw several weddings during our 10 day stay at Casa Marina and each wedding went off without a hitch and was gorgeous. Several weddings that we saw had outdoor receptions right on the beach that looked like a ton of fun! When we renew our vows, we plan to do it at the Casa Marina and we hope to get lucky and have Carina there to assist us along the way. We have always loved vacationing at the Casa Marina and knew it would be a gorgeous place for a wedding. The only thing that made us sad was having to leave. But we're already planning our next trip to Key West to stay at the Casa Marina, so that's helped with our Key West withdrawals. :)

I had lived in Key West for approximately 5 years before getting engaged to my longtime boyfriend. Knowing a lot of local people in the industry, I was repeatedly told by everyone that Casa Marina was the best place for a wedding and they were right. Though I knew that Casa Marina was going to likely be the place that we would hold our wedding, I still did my diligent research (e.g. dragging my fiancee to another hotel and e-mailing two others). No one else compared to Casa Marina in terms of location, price, and food options.

Reina Todd was wonderful to work with. She met with us and our parents repeatedly to make sure that our menu was exactly what we wanted. She kept in constant contact via e-mail and telephone, and promptly answered any questions/addressed any issues we had.

Everyone at the wedding said that the food at our wedding was the best they had ever had. We went with stations and were really satisfied overall with the food choices, especially the dessert bar we chose in lieu of a cake.

Because I got married in mid-June, it was already very hot outside making frozen drinks a must for happy hour. Everyone loved that we added them to our package for that hour only. They were tray passed and ready to greet guests when they arrived. Inside the ballroom, it was also a little warm so advise guests to dress appropriately.

The best part of the wedding was having all of our extended family and friends staying at the Casa Marina. Being able to relax poolside with everyone before and after the wedding was the highlight. A beautiful place to stay with superior service to any other hotel in town.

We had an amazing wedding reception at Casa Marina & I would not have had it at any other place in Key West. The location/grounds are beautiful and our outdoor cocktail reception & indoor Grand Ballroom reception/dinner was perfect for 45-50 guests. All of our guests have raved (and are still raving) about the quality of the food & said this is a wedding reception to definitely remember. I would not have changed a thing & special thanks to Jim Short for making the planning process & reception day flawless.

I cannot say enough about Ronnie Rupe and the entire staff at the Casa Marina. The facility itself is absolutely breathtaking...the grounds are impeccably kept, the rooms are gorgeous and the beach, piers, and pools are magical. It was the perfect place to get married.

We planned our wedding in 3 months and Ronnie and the crew went out of their way to help. They listened to our needs, they took care of any concerns we had, and they went well above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our accomodations were outstanding, that the venue was simply beautiful, and that our dinner and dancing afterward was fun for everyone who attended. The complementary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and the turn-down service for our wedding night was a wonderful surprise as well. Overall, the food was phenomenal, the service was stellar, and my husband and I just kept saying "This is PERFECT" because it was.

The staff at the front desk also helped in a million different ways. They took care of all kinds of last minute questions I had, and they even helped me ship my gown back home so that I could have it cleaned for our reception back in Pennsylvania.

Thanks so much to Ronnie and everyone at the Casa for a fantastic wedding and honeymoon experience. We will definitely be back!

If you want to get married in Key West, checking out Casa Marina is a must. My husband and I are so happy we got married at this hotel. Not only is it a beautiful resort but it also has a gorgeous ballroom, with unique candle laden chandeliers and beautiful wood beam ceilings. Ronnie at the Casa was wonderful to work with. The week/weekend of the wedding, he was always checking up on my husband and I to make sure our stay was top notch (which it was). He also upgraded us to the best room in the resort! We felt like a queen and king during our stay at the Casa.

My Husband and I had our dream wedding ceremony beach side this past oct. 10th. It was an absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing and very attentive to us and to all our guests. We checked in several days earlier due to it being a destination wedding. Our room was beautiful- overlooking the ocean. Champagne and strawberry were waiting for us. The food and service was all we expected and more during the reception it was all amazing, we had a private waiter that only helped us and made our plates from the buffet. I did not have any have issue the day of Ronnie and Yunior were AMAZING!! my guests enjoyed every bit of our wedding and our location. I remember the next day passing by our ballroom and my new husband telling me what a great wedding we had but I could not have done it with out Ronnie Rupe & Yunior Rodriguez. I wish I could do it all over again the money we spent was well worth it. We had our dream wedding.

We looked at every possible venue in Key West to have our ceremony & reception. The Casa Marina is the most luxurious option in Key West. From our beach ceremony, to the outdoor cocktail hour on the patio to our indoor reception, everything was 1st Class. The staff goes above and beyond anything you need - we have never had better service anywhere. The food was AMAZING! Several of our guests commented that is was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Every aspect of planning and working with the Casa was wonderful! I had visited the Casa Marina a few years ago and fell in love with the space. On our wedding day, it surpassed my expectations. The setting was stunning! I was a bit worried that the hotel might not be able to accommodate a couple weddings and other events the same night, but the staff pulled it off seemingly with ease.

We worked with Reina and she was fabulous from start to end! She was responsive and had great vendor recommendations, feedback, and patience. She really made the process easy and fun.

Our November 7 wedding at Casa Marina was truly a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, everything about the venue felt timeless, elegant, and effortlessly romantic. The oceanfront setting is absolutely breathtaking—there is nothing quite like exchanging vows with the sound of the waves and the most stunning sunset as your backdrop.

The Casa Marina team was exceptional from start to finish. They were professional, organized, and incredibly attentive, making the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly. Every detail was handled with care, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worry.

Our guests could not stop raving about the beauty of the property, the seamless flow of the event, and the overall experience. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the spaces are versatile and elegant, and the historic charm of Casa Marina adds such a special, luxurious feel that truly elevates the entire celebration.

Casa Marina is the best venue for a wedding!

My fiancé and I met in Key West and wanted to have our destination wedding there. We met with Bernadette, from Family Affair (hire her) to look at wedding venues. Upon walking into Casa Marina we knew immediately that was the place for our special day. We met with Blaire Blechinger at Casa Marina who was wonderful to work with! She helped us with our menu planning and selecting a top shelf bar for our guests. Our Caribbean buffet was absolutely delicious. The service at Casa Marina was top-notch. We had a clear tent with uplighting and simple yet elegant floral arrangements. Everything was perfect. It was magical! We loved every moment of our wedding day!

The Casa Marina was second to none for our wedding. We had high expectations bringing 109 family and friends from NY and Reina, her team and her beautiful space exceeded our expectations.

Reina Todd is their amazing event manager and she was a joy to work with during this stressfull time. The reception went off with out a hitch.

Reina and her staff went above and beyond to make sure every details was perfect. The location was absolutely stunning, the food was generous and delicious, and the staff was professional and attentive. If I had a 100 times to do this over, I would choose Casa Marina 100 times again.

We had 135 people travel to Key West to celebrate with us and The Casa was the perfect venue! Our ceremony on the beach was breathtaking, cocktail hour around the pool at sunset followed by a beautiful reception in the Flagler's ballroom (which is one of the most beautiful ballrooms I have seen!) Rena and her team were wonderful to work with and everything was executed perfectly. Our only disappointment was that the Casa didn't take better care of us- after 135 person wedding and brunch with 95% of our guests staying at their hotel all we got was a room upgrade.

This is a gorgeous piece of property in Key West. I live in Chicago and my mom is in Baltimore so 99% of the planning was done over email. Casa Marina Resort is now (as of Feb/March) part of the Hilton Family and I think that has made them easier to work with. Besides the snafu of our wedding room blocks being down, I could not have been happier. Kaitlin and Junior were the pictures of utmost professionalism, they both made things happen that I am sure were not supposed to. The food was the greatest any of our guests have had at a wedding.. DO yourself a favor and visit this property, its a resort, I think the only nice one in Key West.. You feel like you are in Hawaii.. just gorgeous.

The Casa Marina is the most lovely location in Key West for a wedding. The venue is on the pricey side but not out of line with a major brand in large metro area, and for the cost, you get truly delicious food. In the months following, our guests repeatedly complimented the food. Reina was our catering manager and worked with us to create the perfect menu. She is very responsive and full of good advice and referrals. The only thing that went wrong with our wedding was that our parents were not announced at the reception, which saddened me once I realized after the wedding (you're just in the moment and following where people point) but if that's the worst thing that went wrong then I think we were lucky. :)

My family and I recently stayed at Casa Marina for my Key West destination wedding. Although, we did not have our wedding at the resort (too pricey), we did have a great time staying at the resort for the week. The front desk staff was excellent, and Patrick was so helpful when we decided to upgrade to a suite. We told him we were staying there for our wedding, and he showed us a wonderful suite that would be available that was oceanfront. The suite was perfect and just what we needed to allow enough space for us to get ready for our wedding. The pool area was really nice and the pool staff was fabulous in helping us to get our chairs and umbrellas set-up. The only downfall was the restaurant staff. Everyone in our party had a difficult time getting service from the wait staff, especially if we were on the beach area. The drink servers never came around to ask if we wanted anything. It was our wedding trip, we would have paid the expensive drink prices to enjoy our time, but the server stood by the bar and never came by to ask anyone if they wanted a drink. (However, the pool staff was great about coming by with popsicles and such!) The bartenders were also great, but for some reason the wait staff service was poor. You may want to eat some place different, but overall, the resort was a great place to stay and one of the few hotels in Key West that has a decent size beach area.

We had an amazing destination wedding here and absolutely fell in love with the ballroom, the property itself, and beach setting for our ceremony. Though we loved it, it certainly had a decent price tag (about mid-way through our planning process, they re-vamped their wedding packages so I am not sure how the cost would work out now). There are probably more affordable options in Key West but the location can't be beat. The walking distance to Duval Street was important for us for our guests.

Ronnie Rupe was particularly wonderful immediately before our wedding and during our stay in Key West. He, and the catering staff, really made our wedding week wonderful, though his responsiveness say, 6mos. before our wedding was not as prompt as you might desire. Hiring a wedding coordinator, especially if planning a destination wedding, like we did, might be useful, especially if you do not have a lot of work-flexibility.

The food and service at the reception was excellent--We were adamant on not serving the standard chicken or steak at our wedding, and Ronnie and the Chef were most accommodating to our request. We served a duo platter of fish and pork with a ratatouille side and though we were somewhat concerned that the food would turn out "fishy", it was superb, and several guests commented on the deliciousness of their meal! Kudos to the chef!

In addition, we held a post-wedding brunch the next morning, that was out of this world! We had an omelette station, selection of pastries, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, and potatoes that were truly delicious and the perfect way to thank our guests!

We had our wedding ceremony right on the beach and it was an absolutely beautiful site. The cocktail hour and reception were also on site. The staff was amazing and very attentive to us and our guests. We checked in several days earlier due to it being a destination wedding. Our room was beautiful- overlooking the ocean (we did have to pay a discounted rate). Champagne was waiting for us- top notch service. The food and service during the reception was amazing- we had a private waiter that only helped us and made our plates from the buffet. The food was delicious and there were many options we could choose from. I did have a slight issue- they booked another wedding on the same night. They tried to move our time up and rush me on the day of the ceremony. But I let it go and enjoyed the day and all of the events.

We had our ceremony as well as reception on the Casa Marina grounds. April was the perfect month for an outdoor Key West wedding as it wasn't too hot out. We researched many different venue options on the island and ultimately decided on the CM due to the fact that it was the only option in Key West with a private beach (well, except Sunset Key, which had a limit of 40 wedding guests, or something like that). The hotel had just finished a $43M renovation and the improvements are just gorgeous! The wedding coordinator as well as the staff were very friendly and accomodating. I did hire a day-of planner in addition to the hotel provided contact though and that was a great decision. It was expensive, but well worth it. I was happy with the Casa Marina in every aspect of my beautiful day but one. They put out a tip jar at the cocktail hour. It did not even cross my mind to tell them not to, dealing with this caliber of hotel, but whatever.....I didn't notice it til the end of the cocktail hour and didn't make a big deal out of it, but I thought it was a little tacky. Other than that, everything was perfect. They upgraded us to an awesome suite, and were very helpful, professional and accomodating. Also the food was awesome!

I was thoroughly satisfied with the Casa Marina's facilities and services. They were flexible enough to work with my reception table centerpieces - early delivery and set up - and they were flexible with my menu choices for the catering. I would definitely recommend them for your wedding reception site and catering needs.

Casa Marina Dream Wedding

All in all, I'm happy we went with Casa Marina. We had some bumps along the way because the person we were working with left a few weeks before our wedding, but Blaire stepped in and was extremely helpful and professional. We were really happy with some creative ways that Casa Marina worked with us. I will say that avoiding Spring Break would be advisable because they resort was so busy. Nevertheless, the wedding was perfect and we're very happy we went with Casa Marina.

The casa marina is TRUELY one of my all time favorite hotels. The experience was amazing from start to finish.
