Dream wedding vendor

Casa Marina was exactly the place we envisioned getting married. Virginia was such a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She was always professional, friendly, and easygoing. She was a calming presence and made it easy to communicate with her. She even accommodated a quirky but fun request we had. Our wedding was so beautiful and she was a big part of it. Highly recommend getting married at this venue if you are looking for a vintage, intimate venue right off the beach. We could not have imagined getting married anywhere else.

One tip: I do recommend also hiring a month of coordinator to ensure your wedding day goes smoothly. I have read and heard of other brides having a lesser experience due to this missing vendor. We do not regret it one bit.

A dream come true

So this is where my parents got married and it held a lot of sentimental value for me and truly meant a great deal to me to get married here as well. Virginia knew what to do and say to make this day the best ever! She was awesome, had the answers to every question, and worked tirelessly to help us navigate things especially since we live in Houston TX. I would get married here a thousand times again and again!

Best Beach wedding

We got married in the beginning of July and we were in suits and because it was near the beach it was not hot at all. We got compliments on the food that was served and the Dj was on point (Island Sound). It is a very beautiful place indeed.

Excellent venue

This venue is the best for weddings! The food is top notch and the service is perfect! They made our signature drinks better than I expected! It's a romantic place to hold a wedding

Best Venue/People/Food

First off let me say that this venue was everything we ever wanted and more. When we first looked at the venue they were setting up for a wedding. They took us around the courtyard and dining room and gave us options for the DJ setup, decorations, tables, etc. They then invited us to come and look at it once they finished setting up. It was perfect! Casey was great she responded to all my emails quickly and answered all my questions. The tasting was at their rooftop lounge that over looks the beach and we were the only ones there. The only complaints I have were that my tables were not correct, they ran out of chicken, and the small things like my glow sticks and memory table, were not set up like I wanted. However that was my fault since I was never clear on that. By the help of my sister and a couple of the employees they were able to pull it off before cocktail hour started. The night was incredible. Everyone from the bartenders and servers made sure everyone had want they needed/wanted. They made sure our glasses were full and we got enough food. Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. Our wedding took place in the middle of the COVID outbreak. Casey was flexible on everything. She knew that people would drop out last minute and made sure they followed all CDC guidelines. They set up the courtyard like they were having a ceremony and played our ceremony on a big screen, because we were limited to the amount of guest at the church. I cannot say enough good things about this place. My guests loved the venue and location. It was truly magical.

Exceeded All Expectations!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Casa Marina during and leading up to our recent wedding. We held our reception at CM and the space looked stunning, the food was phenomenal and the service was outstanding. We have received an overwhelming number of compliments on the venue, food and service at CM from the guests at our wedding. Their wedding coordinator is amazing! She took the time to understand what was important to us and our details and exceeded expectations in executing our vision. She was very professional and extremely responsive. We got married on June 6th, in the middle of the pandemic, and her flexibility and responsiveness were very much appreciated as we were dealing with various possible scenarios. She even proactively offered suggestions to make the most of the various scenarios we were working through. The entire staff were very easy and enjoyable to work with throughout the wedding day. They exceeded our expectations and we look forward to other opportunities to work with them!
Note to brides: If you choose CM, please gain an understanding of all of the services their wedding coordinator and her team provides. I would not have hired a day or wedding coordinator (and saved money) had I understood the extent of their services.

Beautiful!

Beautiful venue. Staff treats you like rockstars and acts as your personal waitstaff the while time. We're very responsive in the planning process too. You will also get strawberries and champagne in your room. Our guests did not stay at this hotel, however I did and we had alot of noise keep us up all night from the street and other rooms. If you plan to have cake cut and served please assign a person to coordinate it, as I have heard problems with cake being left in kitchen and never served to guests

Casa marina

Casa is such a calming and a beautiful place to get married. The rooms are old school but it is beautiful in the upstairs and downstairs bar is amazing. Recommended for any bride.

Best Venue!

At first we thought Casa Marina was on our B list of venues. We live right down the road and we see hundreds of weddings there when we grab a drink at the rooftop. We are very shy and were scared of everyone looking down on our wedding. Wow were we wrong! Never once did we feel any awkwardness during the ceremony. Casey and the staff did an amazing job to make sure everyone at the rooftop bar was respectful.

We are so glad we chose Casa Marina! After all it was our first date and now holds an even more special place in our heart. It is an indescribable feeling to be able to go back to your wedding venue whenever you want.

The venue is beautiful and exactly what we envisioned. Outdoors, not too formal, and includes linens, tables, chairs, food and bar services. Everything was reasonably priced and best of all the venue needs minimal decor. The dining room with its wood detail and ecstatic; how could you not fall in love?

Not many venues provide you with a point of contact like Casey. She is amazing, very knowledgeable and super easy to relate to. She went above and beyond to work with myself and my wedding planner. She never once made me feel like I was bothering her even when I asked a million questions. She provided so much guidance with the menu, bar service, layout, anything and everything. The day of the wedding was more than I ever dreamed. Her and her staff treated us like royalty, even the servers during dinner. Everyone is still raving about the food and drinks! After the ceremony Casey turned us over to Sterling who I have heard so many great things about, which all is true! He made sure we had food, never an empty glass and went above any exception to make sure we were enjoying our time.

I am million times positive we picked the best venue!

Simply amazing

Everything about Casa was perfect. We were on the water, it was beautiful that day, and the venue is just breathtaking at night. The hotel works so well with the bridal party. It made my wedding day such a breeze. If something went wrong, Cassie took care of it. We had a personal butler all night getting us drinks, good, and walking us through everything. Even when we had a mishap, they stepped up and fixed it for us. If I had to our wedding again, I would hands down choose Casa over and over again. Love this place.

Could not have been more perfect!

I knew Casa was were I wanted to get married from the first time I went on a tour. Not only is the venue gorgeous but everything about the planning process was stress free. We worked with Casey who is amazing and very professional. You can tell she has a lot of experience. She never made me feel like I was bothering her even when I asked a million questions. After the ceremony she turned us over to Sterling who treated us so amazing during the reception. We always had a drink and he made sure we had everything we wanted at all times. I could not recommend Casa more as a wedding venue!

So excited for my wedding

I havent had my wedding here yet but so far they have been nothing short of perfect ! Casey always replies to my emails in a timely manner, everyone at the hotel has been so nice. We have just started planning and I already cant wait for our special day because I know everyone at Casa Marina will make it perfect !

Beautiful Venue

Casa Marina was the perfect venue for our wedding! We knew then minute we toured that we wanted Casa to be our venue. The whole staff was so amazing throughout the whole process. Casey never hesitated to help and answer my million questions. She was so helpful with the layout, menu, etc. and we can’t thank her enough for making it so easy on us! The room blocks were so easy for guests too! The day of the wedding went so smooth and the whole staff was on point with everything! People are still raving about the food and the bartenders, who did not disappoint. Sterling always had a drink waiting for me all night, the sweetest guy! It’s nice to have a venue that has everything included, linens, tables, chairs, easels, heaters, food, etc. Was just so convenient to have everything in one place. Everything is so beautiful at Casa you don’t even need much decor. We can’t thank the staff enough for making our day so special!

Incredible Venue

We fell in love with Casa the moment we saw it and they did not disappoint! Casey was there every step of the way and Sterling helped us throughout the entire reception! So happy we had our big day there, it will forever hold a special place in our hearts!!!

Casa Marina KNOWS Weddings

Love, love, love the Casa Marina. This is the place to get married. They treat you like royalty throughout the whole process. I had to do half the work of most brides because they take care of SO MUCH for you. Hotel blocks? They got you. Chairs, tableware, linens, etc? No problem. Beautiful view, stunning architecture and detail.. you cannot go wrong. Casey was a dream and never made me feel crazy with all my questions. Sterling took over after the ceremony and was also great. The whole staff just made us feel so special. The food was delicious, the service impeccable; I can't speak highly enough for the Casa Marina.

As everyone knows, wedding planning can be one of the most stressful experiences of a person's life. Rebekah, and the entire staff of Casa Marina, ensured that our wedding was as perfect as can be!

We had a brunch wedding (10AM-2PM) and so the value was definitely worth every penny! We received many compliments on the variety of the menu that was offered, especially the waffles! Other than a few signs and centerpieces, we also did not have to worry too much about decor as the venue is already gorgeous on its own. I had no issues with placing all my trust in the hands of Rebekah and the entire staff. They are pro's and have seen it all! Any issues/questions that came up on wedding day were handled professionally and most importantly, CALMLY. They really make you feel at ease.

I highly recommend considering having your wedding at this amazing venue!

This venue was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful, Beachy, All inclusive - we weren't nickle and dimed for every expense and everyone was exceptionally easy to work with. Rebeckah was a dream to work with and such a professional. She answered our every question with a smile and accommodated our every request. On the day of I had no concerns that everything would run smoothly with Rebeckah and Sterling assisting us with every detail. The food was fantastic and the venue was casually romantic and beautiful. Our day was absolutely perfect!

My husband and I were married last month at Casa Marina and I cannot say enough positive things about this venue, Becky, Casey, Sterling and the entire staff. Becky and Casey were always prompt in answering my e-mails and never made me feel like I was a burden. They helped me work out decorations, timelines and even the rehearsal dinner! We didn't have a wedding planner but with Becky and Casey we certainly didn't need one. The venue has a beautiful, historic twenties feel to it and more than a month later we are still getting compliments on how gorgeous it was. Our ceremony was held in the morning and we had a lovely coffee hour and brunch reception. The food was delicious and so many of our guests went out of their way to tell us how much they enjoyed it. Most "brunch" venues offer mostly breakfast items but the Casa menu was a great mix of breakfast and lunch. For you budget conscious brides looking for a beautiful, classy location- Casa Marina is a great value if you choose a brunch reception. Also, the view and beauty of the building allowed us to use minimal decorations which saved money as well. My husband and I were also very excited that our bridal party could stay on site - just make sure you ask for the "quiet side!" The bride also receives one night in a suite and it faces oceanview. My girls and I stayed together the night before the wedding at it just allowed for some lovely bonding time before the big day. Would definitely recommend this venue!

We just got married a few days ago & EVERYTHING went unbelievably smooth! My husband, Mike, & I cannot thank Becky, Sterling, & the staff of Casa Marina enough for helping us have such an amazing wedding. We picked Casa Marina initially for many reasons - we could get married & have a reception in the same place (we got married in the courtyard, dinner in the dining room, and danced in the courtyard so everything was spaced out yet intimate), the venue is breathtakingly beautiful so minimal additional decoration is needed, the venue comes with Day-Of-Coordinators (Becky & Sterling), the food is delicious, they have a reasonably priced bar package, hotel rooms on site which a lot of our guests utilized (we got a free one the night of our wedding), the upstairs Penthouse Lounge made for an easy afterparty, string lights in the courtyard are already there for evening lighting. And after our wedding went off without a hitch, I am 10000000% positive, we could not have picked a better venue. Becky & Casey were super responsive to my emails. I asked any question I could think of and they never made me feel like a nuisance, which was greatly appreciated. The staff the night of our wedding was all awesome - my parents & husband have all told me how they never had an empty drink in their hands the whole night, they were always checking on me to see if I needed one (I'm a very slow drinker so I didn't need many refills haha), during dinner they brought us full plates and let us know that whatever we didn't eat they'd box up and put in our room for us, we told Becky before the reception that we had a request to have a piece of each flavor of cake at our table which Sterling made sure happened (Sterling's cake cutting service comes at no additional cost!), the few pieces of cake we did have left at the end of the night they boxed up too for our room. We had so many guests compliment our wedding & we truly due owe a huge thank you to the Casa Marina for that. -Carlina & Mike

Thank you so much everyone at Casa Marina for making our wedding so spectacular!! From the planning process with Rebekah and Casey, tasting for menu selection, signature drink requests, making changes to our seating arrangement, saving parking spaces for our guests, Aaron letting us have pelimini, Sterling being there to help us cut the cake, making sure we were doing well, providing extra slices of cake and also dinner in our fridge for the next day, etc.... The Casa Marina is a beautiful place to get married but the staff really makes you feel truly special and we appreciate every little detail and thoughtfulness that they provided. Thank you SO MUCH!!!! <3

I really can't say enough about this venue. They were wonderful with their attention to detail and first class service throughout the ceremony and reception. As long as you're clear and open with Rebekah, the catering manager, things will get done the way you want them too. Rebekah, her assistant Casey and Sterling (the MC) were just amazing. They attended to every detail with care and professionalism. They all worked together with the rest of my vendors to orchestrate a truly amazing day. Then when we had some rain in the middle of it they were able to quickly change floor plans so we could dance inside. The food was amazing and the staff were not only attentive to myself and my new husband, but also to each of our guests, making sure we were all well fed and hydrated :) I would highly recommend their services for any event. I'm truly grateful for their services!!

Rebekah the event manager was absolutley amazing to work with. I had no wedding planner and last minute seating changes, which she handled better than I could of dreamed. Everything went so smooth guests never even noticed there was a seating issue. The venue is beautiful my guests were so pleased at the beautiful reception and food. My Mom loved the blueberry scones they serve with complimentary continental breakfast. My fiancee was so grateful to Sterling for helping us with cake cutting. The Casa Marina is a beautiful place to be married, we have great memories with our family and friends we will cherish forever. This place has the best staff they are amazing we can't wait to go back for our anniversary!

We did not have our ceremony here - just our reception. But all of our guests have told us it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended!! Becky and Casey were EXTREMELY patient and attentive as we worked through our many questions and changes while we planned. When we were unsure of how to proceed, they offered helpful advice. They responded to our multiple phone calls/emails within the same day, and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. Becky actually made sure I had a drink before we were introduced to the courtyard because she could tell I was still nervous from the ceremony! The staff was amazing for dinner. We chose a sit-down meal, and all of the guests received their meals very quickly. They were very sweet to congratulate us as well. Everything was perfect throughout the entire evening. The bartenders were very attentive and friendly to the guests. This wedding reception was a hit! I would absolutely recommend this spot for a reception. It was perfect, and I know I'm biased, but it was the most beautiful reception I've ever been to!

My husband proposed to me outside on the beach right outside of Casa Marina a little over a year ago, so we HAD to have our wedding there- and we are so glad we did! The venue is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff are REMARKABLE! Becky Lowry was so nice to work with in the planning process. She made everything very easy and was very patient with my last minute changes. We got married on a Saturday night in May, so we had to meet a pretty high food & beverage minimum- but it was worth every dollar! We actually paid a little extra to have an extra hour for the reception. Needless to say, I always had a drink in my hand. Our friends are still raving about what a great time they had. I mean... how can you beat getting married at the beach?!

We had our dream wedding at the Casa Marina at the end of May. It was a gorgeous venue with delicious food and an amazingly attentive staff! Their atrium offers the perfect spot for having the benefits of a beach wedding without the drawbacks: we could see the ocean and enjoy the cool breeze, but we didn't have to worry about sand flying everywhere. The architecture of the dining room was so beautiful, we didn't even need to buy fancy decorations or linens to dress it up. It was a perfect wedding and a perfect venue. I recommend it highly!

Becky and Casey were amazing to work with! Food was phenomenal. We had the pecan crusted grouper, chicken wellington and a steak carving station. I personally tried the pecan crusted grouper with sweet mashed potatoes and it was delicious! We also had spring rolls and bacon wrapped scallops that all of our guest loved. Becky is very prompt and helped put everything in order. Casey was there day of directing everything. The whole ceremony went very smoothly as well as the reception. Sterling was amazing as well! Beautiful space!

We could not be happier with this venue for our wedding reception. Rebekah and her staff were amazing and made the day just perfect. Being able to use both the outdoor and indoor area was a big plus for us. The food was amazing and there was a ton of it! Rebekah was so helpful leading up to the big day, she was able to answer every question I had and made wonderful suggestions. They really go above and beyond. The day of was perfect and seamless. We can not thank them enough!

I cannot express how Casa Marina is the most beautiful location for a wedding reception. The building itself is beautiful and very elegant not the typical reception hall. We worked closely with Rebekah who was absolutely amazing! Every step of the way assisting us with recommendations based on her extensive experience. She always responded quickly, went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and as planned. The staff during the reception was exceptional as well, they made our wedding day perfect! The food was incredible; the chef will work closely to create a menu based around your taste and budget. Our stay at Casa Marina was super comfortable! I would highly recommend this place for your special event!

Not only is Casa Marina a beautiful venue with an authentic feel to it, right on the beach (perfect for wedding pictures), Becky was an amazing coordinator, very involved and professional.

We absolutely loved having our wedding reception at Casa Marina! The hotel itself was perfect for the elegant beach theme wedding we wanted. Becky and Casey were extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. They were always a pleasure to work with and answered any questions I had promptly. Sterling made sure that everything at the reception flowed well and that we had whatever we needed to make the night perfect! The food at Casa Marina is incredible. We had a buffet style dinner and our guests continue to tell us how great the food was! We did have some problems with the front desk (hotel room reservations, which operates separately from events), but Becky was helpful in making sure we had what we needed from them and that it didn’t take away from our excitement. Overall, Casa Marina helped make our day truly magical. I highly recommend Casa Marina for any wedding reception!

We loved having our wedding here. It is an amazing location, right on the beach. Becky was the best coordinator and was always so helpful and available for questions of any kind. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Exactly one year from the day of our wedding, we had out little girls baptism at the same spot of our wedding. That was a great treat and appreciate Becky allowing that and helping us with coordinating that.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Casa Marina in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Our wedding coordinator that worked with us throughout the entire thing, Rebecca (Becky), was wonderful! She catered to my many questions, and even kept in touch via phone and email with my mother, who also had many questions. Our wedding day was amazing - we could not have asked for more! Beautiful location and a very sweet staff; plus, the food had our guests begging for more! Our wedding day was truly magical in this magical place.

The venue is absolutely beautiful. Becky and Casey were amazing to work with. They make the entire planning process easy and stress free. The day-of we experienced a number of last minute changes and scheduling issues due to a huge thunderstorm that rolled in (our wedding and reception were set to be outside). Casey stayed calm, cool and collected and handled absolutely everything. I didn't spend a single moment stressed or worried because she was on top of it all and visited my room multiple times throughout the day to reassure me about the ceremony and back-up reception plans, and was on top of absolutely everything. She made what could have been an extremely stressful experience much easier to cope with. Everything went off without a hitch and the guests were non the wiser. We even managed to get the ceremony on the beach as the rain broke. They really know how to take care of the bride and groom there. They made sure we got our food first and even packed to go boxes that they put in our room for the end of the night, just in case we didn't get around to eating. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne and champagne glasses. The food was fantastic as was the venue. And I can't rave enough about how awesome Casey was on the day of. My only complaint about the venue would be the rooms themselves. While the hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are a bit dated and need some updating/fixing.

Rebecca (coordinator) was just a pleasure to work with. She was able to tolerate my extremely annoying questions as I was a huge "planner". I must have emailed her a million times. She always responded and answered my questions. She made the wedding flow amazingly and everything was just perfect.

The venue was beautiful and provided the perfect mix of beach but not sand (my dress was not going in the sand haha). The allow you quite a bit of flexibility to decorate and make your vision come to life. I also loved that my out of town guests could stay there!! The upstairs bar provided a fabulous after party also. My only wish was a more formal "bridal" room as I has way too many gals getting their hair and makeup done at the same time. The hotel rooms are historic (small) so that was a little crammed for my gals. Of course it was my choice to get us all ready there vs salon (part of my paranoia of not driving day of wedding). If they had a "bridal" room it would be perfect!!!

My now husband and I were amazed at how accommodating the Casa Marina staff was in regards to helping us make our wedding vision a true reality. The location allowed for the beach wedding scene without having to have feet in sand (although that is an option!). I live close by to Casa Marina and I had their amazing brunch many times before. When I was looking for venues for my wedding, I kept coming back to Casa Marina. I wanted a beach wedding and it is right on the beach. I already knew the food was phenomenal. All I had to do was convince my fiancé that this is what I wanted. At the time he was on deployment with the Navy. I ended up putting my deposit down in March 2013 for my May 24, 2014 wedding. My advice is to book early because the prime dates are going to fill up fast. Becky is amazing and she worked with me every step of the way and answered any of my questions. I

I had my bridal shower there the week before my wedding. Sterling and Becky made sure that everything was perfect for that day. All my guests raved about the Buffett and the drinks. The location of our table was exactly what I wanted. We had an amazing time!

My wedding day was perfect. I had my ceremony on Saturday May 24 at 10am with the reception to follow. Becky, Sterling, and all the staff worked with my wedding planner, Christina Kopecki with Christina Kreations to make my day perfect. It was exactly what I envisioned. It was my perfect intimate beach wedding with my closest friends and family in attendance. Even my groom was impressed with everything. The first time he was at the Casa Marina was at the wedding rehearsal. Thank you Casa Marina for everything!!

I might be biased, but I had the perfect wedding day every girl dreams of. It rained all day and the day before, which was very unfortunate. They set up the tent in the courtyard and it saved the day. Becky was there for me every step of planning. The location was perfect, rain and all! Sterling was awesome during the reception and kept everything on time! I wouldn't change it for the world!!

Beautiful!! You can't go wrong with the Casa marina!! We held our wedding ceremony and reception here. Held at 9:30am, we has a brunch reception. Absolutely breathtaking!! From day one, Becky and Sterling were caring, honest, and open minded. My fiancé didn't meet either of them until the rehearsal (he had been deployed to Afghanistan). The rehearsal and ceremony were flawless, classy, and the epitome of a true wedding venue. There has been a wedding the night before and one to follow mine, but you wouldn't have known. The staff was polite, professional and made that day ours. They helped bring our wedding to life!

The entire staff were SO helpful through out our wedding planning and during the actual event. My family and friends all had great things to say about the staff's excellent customer service and how well they managed the overall flow of the wedding. Casa Marina is a beautiful venue that accommodated our wedding marvelously. The service throughout our planning was amazing, due to Becky Lowry, the director. Becky was so amazing at Casa Marina! She is the reason we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. She helped us with everything and even gave ideas to make the wedding even better. Casa Marina is a wonderful place to get married! Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful, it's incredible! If you are even thinking about getting married at Casa Marina, think no longer. We looked at many places in the Jax beaches area, and my husband and I are so happy that this is where we ended up. We live in San Francisco and Becky couldn't have made it any easier for us to plan the wedding from across the country. She was extremely responsive both via email and phone calls. When we met with her in person she helped to fill in all the missing details that we hadn't thought about yet. I really can't say enough positive things about how incredibly helpful, professional, and patient Becky was throughout the process.

The venue was absolutely perfect. We were able to add our own pizzaz to the decorations outdoors and they were very flexible in allowing us to either add or take out items. The setting is beautiful.

I highly recommend Casa Marina for the ceremony and reception. In hindsight, I can't believe that we even looked elsewhere.

Oh my gosh...we had our dream wedding at Casa Marina. This place is to die for!!! Becky was so helpful with everything...I felt like we had our own personal wedding planner. She is really busy which makes it had to get in touch with her right away, but the girl knows what she is doing and the place was so beautiful and the food was yummy! Everyone told me that this was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. I felt like I was in a fairytale! Thank you Becky and Casa Marina for making my special day more than special!

Our wedding day was perfect.... thanks to the staff at Casa Marina. Our wedding consultant was very professional and helpful and I couldn't have done it without her. While we were planning our wedding we were introduced to the the consultant that is there now and even though we didn't have her as our main consultant, she was very involved and equally as professional. The venue speaks for itself. She is an historical landmark on the beach, what more could you ask for. The food and service were excelent and very reasonable. My dad (impossible to please) raved about the food. My niece had gotten married a few months prior and spent a small fortune at another foo foo beach venue. We did not, and had an amazing wedding. The staff asked our budget and offered ways for us to stay in it. The only snafu we had was a tray of chapagne was spilled on my father-in-law. The staff immediately went and found a shirt for him to put on and keep. I don't know where or whom it came from, but it saved the day and looked nice in pictures as well. My bridesmaids and I stayed at the hotel the night before the ceremony to get ready and had a late checkout after the reception. The staff was very helpful and Sterling took care of everything for us. I would definitely recommend the Casa Marina

My husband and I could not have been happier with our wedding at Casa Marina. Everything was just perfect. Becky was exceptional and always available to answer the neverending list of questions. Sterling, our maitre d, was an absolute blessing to have to help guide us through the evening. Our wedding feast was AMAZING! My husband and I could not be any happier that we chose Casa Marina as our venue for our wedding ceremony (courtyard) and reception. Yes the prices were a bit high, but the food was incredible, the service was incredible. It was worth every penny we paid. You do not book a venue this great on the beach and not expect it to be a bit expensive. If we had to plan a wedding all over again, we would go straight back to Casa. Becky was helpful (she is a coordinator, not a wedding planner) and Sterling was equally wonderful during our reception. Our friends and family had a great time, and that was our goal. We were incredibly pleased. This location also gave us some terrific pictures and memories :)

Eric and I have the best experience at the Casa Marina. We initially met Beverly six months before the wedding, and then flew back home to California. Throughout the planning process, Beverly and her assistant, responded to my telephone calls and emails in a timely fashion.

The day of the wedding was the best experience every. We are very happy to have chosen the Casa Marina for our ceremony and reception. The food and service were amazing. Our guests had the best time! And, I do have to mention that the venue itself photographs beautifully.

As for the cost, I believe that it was reasonable, and definitely worth the cost. Especially given the fact that the food was really great.

My husband and I have always loved the Casa Marina Hotel & Restaurant. We had been searching for a place to be married and one night we were dining at the Casa Marina Restaurant and there happen to be a wedding taking place the same evening and it was just absolutely beautiful and so we decided we would be married at the same location. However, due to our wedding being a lot smaller (20 to 30 people) we were unable to reserve the patio for our ceremony. Although, we weren't able to use the patio, the management still accommodated us by allowing us to reserve the side banquet room for our mini reception. This actually worked out better for us due to budget constraints and we still managed to have the ceremony on the beach in back of Casa Marina Hotel & Restaurant and then immediately following after have a Sunday brunch as our reception in the private room they provided. It was just right and the staff was very professional and very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better reception. In addition we also stayed at the hotel the night before and was able to get ready for our big day. It was perfect! We will definitely recommend Casa Marina Hotel & Restaurant to others.

My only hang up was just that I wish we had been able to get into the bridal suite earlier -- but we knew in advance when we would get in, so it's not like it was sprung on us last minute. I just wish it had been earlier. A very minor complaint. I would absolutely recommend this venue again and again!

I have been going to Casa Marina for Sunday brunch for the last few years, so I was already familiar with the high quality of the food & service. Casa Marina did not let me down for my wedding day! Everyone raved about the food; even some of my difficult-to-please guests. The historic beauty and charm shines through in the pictures. The courtyard is romantic and perfect for the ceremony. During the planning process, my coordinator switched from Bev to Becky. The transition was smooth and Becky was on top of everything! My wedding was on the 1st of January and it was just beautiful! Bev Davoli worked with me so that it was absolutely gorgeous, and lucky me they still had their holiday decorations up which where a teal color and had peacock feathers in them. The whole thing was just stunning! I am so happy with how it all turned out, and such a short period of time too (Started planning in late Oct/ early Nov!!). Would recommend them to anyone!

The Best Night

Casa Marina was fantastic! I truly had the night I had been dreaming of. We got married in November of 2025 and had about 120 people present. Event coordinator, Virginia, was so helpful and was always willing to answer any questions. Everyone we interacted with was so easy. Bar tenders were very efficient and the rest of the staff were so helpful, professional and nice. While staff was amazing, I highly recommend a day of coordinator. Casa provides a tight window of time for set-up. They will set up tables, chairs, tablecloths, napkins, etc. but all décor and other details are your responsibility. They did help with clean up a bit which was very nice. We loved the space and everything flowed so perfectly. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food and the charm of the building. They also loved the area! A majority of our guests were from out of town so another plus was lots of hotels, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Overall, we had an incredibly positive experience, start to finish. We wish we could do it all again!

Best Venue Ever!

Casey helped us plan the Perfect day at Casa Marina!! Their staff was on it with making my groom and I feel taken care of throughout the whole day! I would 1000 % recommendation this stunning venue!! (Our photographer was Thrilled!)

We didn't have a wedding planner, but working with Becky and Casey it felt like we did. They went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and were super accommodating. We had originally planned some special menu items, but due to financial struggles, we had to cut back on a few things. Becky and Casey coordinated well and walked us through the schedule to provide us a stunning wedding.

The food was delicious, the courtyard was romantic, and the location is right by the beach, so if you want a beach wedding, that's an option, too.

The only mishap was with the rooms. Make sure to confirm early with the hotel if any of your guests plan on booking a room. Also, as part of the contract, one free night is provided to the bride and groom. And the room opens up early so that it can be used as the preparations room for the bride and bridesmaids.

At least the wedding was amazing! All the guests said they felt like they walked into a dream. It was a bit pricey but definitely worth every single penny! Super happy we had our wedding at the beautiful grand lady Casa Marina!

Working with the Casa Marina leading up to the event was great! Becky was both responsive and professional and was very reassuring. The venue itself is beautiful! It is the best venue on the beach by far for the price and better than most of the more expensive venues too.
The food was great! We did a buffet so everyone could get what they wanted and the guests loved it.

I suggest meeting with the person that is going to be there the night of the wedding during at least one of your meetings with Becky. We didn't, and a lot of the smaller details got missed and my mom had to run around making sure things were in place. It was a little stressful.

If you have guests staying in the hotel warn them that they will hear the music from the upstairs bar and from other weddings late into the night, but there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Staying at the hotel the night of the wedding was fine for us because the bar closed by the time we went to bed. Having the upstairs bar was really useful for our friends who wanted to continue the party after the reception ended.

All in all the day went smoothly and our wedding was everything I wanted and more. I would recommend the Casa Marina

Becky was great - quick to respond and worked with me living in Ohio and planning a wedding in Florida. The food was great as well. My only complaint is that a rehearsal was allowed to go on during our pictures before the ceremony. We got married on a Friday and the couple getting married on Saturday was allowed to run through their rehearsal while we were taking pictures. I feel that we paid to have this area just as they did for the next day and didn't think it was appropriate to have them there at that time.

The Casa Marina hotel and restaurant was a great place for our reception. We got married around the corner at BUMC's (Beaches United Methodist Church) small chapel in the back. Anyway, CM was gorgeous. We got married in April and the weather was beautiful. CM was very professional. Both CM and BUMC had coordinators to help with all the logistics. CM is directly on the beach so it made for great pictures. The only real drawback to CM is the price. Get ready to drop a lot of money for this place. I still gave them 4 stars on value because although you get what your money pays for, I've seen more fancy places for the same price, they just happen to be on the beach and charge whatever they want. But I guess that's the name of the business when it comes to weddings.

I had my wedding at the Casa Marina in late December. They did such a wonderful job! From helping me plan the wedding in the courtyard to making sure all of my guests were happy with their stay, I couldn't be any happier! A special thank you to Ms.Bev Davoli and Sterling. They made sure everything ran without worry. It was such a fantastic ceremony and reception venue. I will be sure to recommend it to others. Thank you for making it perfect!

The people at Casa Marina are passionate about weddings. They do every thing in their power to make your day perfect. You and your partner will truly feel like a king and queen for the day. I have yet to hear a single criticism from our guests - over a month later and people are still raving about it. I have also been to other events at Casa Marina and they too, were ideal.

I love the Casa Marina; it is such a beautiful location right next to the ocean but still has a historic and intimate feeling about it. The staff were awesome on our wedding day and the food was delicious! I still have people telling me how good the food was even a year later.

Great Venue

The food was amazing and the service staff was great in helping break things down. Make sure to stay two nights in the hotel if you have a morning wedding. It will make it easier after the wedding.

Such a beautiful place!

Although I have not officially had my wedding yet. I have to say I am so excited to have my special day at the Casa Marina! Casey is super helpful and responds to all my questions in a timely manner. I was very nervous with how the planning would go, but they take much of the stress off of you and assure you that your day will be amazing. This venue is absolutely beautiful and is everything I've visioned for my special day. My fiance fell in love with the venue and stated we had to have our wedding here!

I feel in love with this venue from the moment we walked in. It is elegant, beautiful, and has a vintage touch. We were looking to get married on the beach at sunset and we accomplished just that. Rebekah is great and helped us stay on schedule throughout the ceremony and helped us set up a timeline of events to be following throughout the evening. Sterling was there throughout the entire reception if we needed anything. Everyone was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. If I had to do it all over again, I would not change one thing about my selection of the venue!!!

The coordinator at Casa Marina is fantastic all through the planning stages. It is once the wedding is actually taking place where it all falls apart. The fact that I had to point out that there was gum on the arms of the guest chairs did not sit well. The food service was sloppy and disorganized. I provided color coding as requested and the servers still had trouble getting the correct meals where they belonged. Although - once served the food was delicious.

The setting is beautiful. It is a venue better used by a small( under 100 guest) wedding . Also - it is better for a guest list made up of non dancers.

working with the Casa Marina leading up to the event was very easy, both Becky and Casey were very responsive to my many questions. The ceremony courtyard is also beautiful, but the chairs are stained because of overuse. I highly recommend not using the tent, it's beautiful without it and when I saw it up it was a bit dirty.
The food was okay, there were high and low points. The guest feedback was that the chicken was dry, they were stingy with the prime rib but everyone who ate the Curried Shrimp loved it! It really was the best dish. Also based on feedback the spring rolls were the best appetizer. I also highly recommend having passed Sangria during cocktail hour as it was a big hit and delicious.
During the reception/dinner I had my plate cleared before I was done eating while I went to the restroom, apparently this also happened to one of my bridesmaids. Also for some reason all tables did not receive cake which meant I had a ton of leftover cake.
The bartenders were great and very generous, also working with Sterling to make sure the reception went smoothly was a pleasure, he is a real class act.
One last note, if you plan to have an active dance floor inside be ready for some heat as it was very hot in the room.

All in all the day went smoothly thanks to the staff and the ceremony was beautiful! I would recommend the Casa Marina.

We had our wedding here 9/9/12. The venue is absolutely beautiful!! Sterling is amazing! He took care of everything from the start of the reception and did and excellent job. The food and atmosphere are wonderful.

I have mixed feelings for Casa Marina after our wedding. It was absolutely the most beautiful venue in the city but the cost was very high and they have a minimum amount you must spend. They provide a planner but she was not very helpful. Overall this was a great place but at a bad price and with customer service that left something to be desired.

Summer 2023 Wedding

Our wedding was beautiful. Ninety percent of our guests traveled, which was convenient. The front desk attendees were helpful. The event coordinators were often slow to respond. Our guests loved the food.

Unprofessional

We scheduled a meeting with the event coordinator (Casey) on a Wednesday. We spent a little time looking at the venue and asked a few questions. Then we confirmed our date was available and she stated that it was. So, from there she handed us a nice put together folder for us to take home and review alone. Which, I would have preferred to have set down in an office and went over the material so if we had an additional questions we could ask them then. So, we went home reviewed the material and as expected, had questions. I tried calling and she doesn’t take or return calls, she only emails. So, I sent her my list and she does get back to me with the answers on Thursday morning. Thursday evening we asked her to put us a bill together so we could go ahead and book our date. Friday morning by 11, I have the quote but it doesn’t direct me on how to pay. I send her another email on how do I pay her……her reply to us….I checked my calendar and that date isn’t available. Would another date work? Not even a call or an apology, Nothing!

I would never recommended this venue to anyone. It was raining during my wedding and they venue told the dj not to even worry about setting up because my wedding would be over by 8 and we had the venue till 10 and at 9:50 they turned all of the lights on and kicked everyone out. Also they gave me less than an hour to decorate the whole wedding myself, I was under the impression they decorated but I found out around 4 that wasn't the case, so I was outside with my bridesmaids in the rain unloading cars and decorating. Plus my worst fear was confirmed and there were not enough places to sit, that was after people who RSVPed didn't come. But at the end of the day we were married and off to our honeymoon.

Not a good choice!

This could have been the wedding of my dreams however I was humiliated by the fact that I requested a taco bar ($50 pp) and when my guests were half way through the buffet they completely ran out of steak, and peppers and onions! I was mortified! I had spoken to Virgina Martin on so many occasions throughout the year and she never mentioned that they only prepare 2oz of meat PP and when it’s done that’s it! She was rude and lacked compassion, or customer service at the wedding. Had she been transparent with me I would have gladly paid for extra food! I would absolutely NOT recommend this venue! also the rooms in the hotel are musty, outdated and small and have issues with the hot water and AC. Some of my guests moved to another hotel after checking into their rooms.
