  Carpe Diem was absolutely wonderful. They were responsive and helpful in the planning of my wedding, and the service was excellent the day of. The food was spectacular. Bonnie did a great job of coming up with a menu that I both loved and could afford, and the food was so good that nearly every person at the wedding commented on it to me. I truly could not be happier regarding my experience with them.

  Choosing Carpe Diem was one of the BEST decisions we made while planning our wedding. Being a foodie, our reception menu was very important and we did not want to serve our guests the 'standard wedding fare'.
  Bonnie was fantastic to work with! After meeting with her to discuss our theme and likes/dislikes, she developed a menu that was unique to our wedding decor and personal tastes. At the tasting - she took notes on all of our reactions and was more than happy to adjust even the smallest details - from spices to serveware. I loved everything - and so did our guests! When asking what they liked most - it was crazy how many people raved about the food. It was that good.
  I really don't think any other caterer could have pulled off what Carpe Diem was able to for our event - Bonnie even made sure that there were leftovers in the car that picked my husband and I up, just in case we had missed a course while running around all night.
  I would 100% recommend them - if I personally have another event that needs a caterer, I won't even be shopping around. Carpe Diem is it.

  I would absolutely recommend Carpe Diem's catering services to anyone planning any kind of event! As co-host of a small event for a small nonprofit with a small budget, I was concerned about being able to provide a decent offering of unique appetizers -- AND with being able to pull off the event within a very tight two- to three-week planning period.
  
  Bonnie was FABULOUS -- she was the first of three caterers I contacted to respond with an actual proposal, rather than a "here's our menu -- let us know what you want." She worked hard to keep within our almost-unreasonably tight budget to provide a beautifully presented spread of delicious goodies that were the talk of the reception, and a staff that was polite, unobtrusive and service-focused.
  
  She even saved the day when, hours before the event, I realized I'd forgotten to get decorations! She offered vases from the restaurant and made a pit-stop to buy and arrange flowers.
  
  You won't go wrong with Carpe Diem and Bonnie and her team at the helm of your event!

  Carpe Diem catered brunch on Sunday, June 24 following the wedding of our daughter on Saturday. Having come highly recommended by our wedding coordinator, Carpe Diem did not disappoint. The owner carefully selected an array of dishes to provide an interesting menu as well as something satisfying for every palate. The food was not only wonderful, but beautifully presented. I cannot say enough about my positive experience both in dealing with the personnel and with the service and menu they provided.

  When you are a stressed out bride, it is great to have a vendor you can trust and rely on! My biggest concern for my reception was to have the best food and great cocktails. Thanks to Carpe Diem I had both! Bonnie took care of everything for me, I just had to show up!!!! I can't say enough great things about my experience!

  Presentation was amazing! Taste was awesome! Loved the combinations!! My favorite was the cornbread/pimento cheese and pickles!! Fabulous! The food stations were set up perfectly.

  Carpe Diem's food is AMAZING. I didn't know it was possible to pull off actual fine dining in wedding catering, but they do it. In my experience as a wedding guest over the years, the food usually looks beautiful and tastes passable, but Carpe Diem's food looks and tastes perfect. Bonnie hand-selected ingredients to provide local and organic food wherever possible, and her kitchen staff turned those ingredients into delectable dishes with complex flavors. Things could not have run more smoothly at the reception, with ample staff and quick bar service. The beef tenderloin was the best I've ever had. The cost came in right at our original budget. My husband and I very highly recommend Carpe Diem catering to anyone with a discerning palate.

  Carpe Diem has done several parties for our group and each time it's flawless. The food is incredible and their service is excellent!! They are always prepared and ready at the time the event starts and they clean up like the party never happened. I would highly recommend Carpe Diem to anyone for a corporate party or a private party. They are awesome!

  Many compliments from the guests on the food. Not only was it delicious, but served at the proper temperatures and in attractive ways. Would have liked to have rice with the scallop/shrimp dish to catch the lovely broth.. Asked for table set up for 7, weird but do one argued with me!. Appreciated the thoguthful and complete feedback on changing menu item to provide balance to entire meal. Don't kow if it's considered tacky, but name cards for buffet items is helpful to some. Next year would like an analysis of 2011 actual bar usage to perhaps increase value. Servers/bartender were friendly and professional, which doesn't always coincide. And the last minute change to a better dessert ingredient when the market availability of menu dessertwasn't top notch, was truly excellent customer service!
