To plan a wedding in less than 6 months time was insane. Our wedding was on May 14th, 2021 and Carolina made our beautiful day a dream come true. She made the time and effort to capture our vision, gave us her expertise and knowledge. She truly got to know us personally. She helped us assemble a great team of vendors. She is very professional and honest. Carolina also had great communication and flexibility. We never once hesitated to ask questions or call, text, or email at anytime. By our wedding date she had gained our trust completely and knew she had everything planned out perfectly. She truly loves what she does. We are forever grateful. -

Carolina’s meticulous event’s planner eyes, listening ears and advice were there for my husband and I every step of the way (with suggestions, backup and plans) during the hectic planning process and we are so so grateful. So much went on behind the scenes but she handled it like a champ. Thank you, Carolina from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did. Words cannot express how grateful we are to you. I know we weren’t the easiest people to work with ‘cos we bugged you 24/7 for a whole year even though we only hired you for a month of coordinator, but you never made us feel like we were a burden. I know this all comes from love. And this year’s worth of work was your ultimate expression of your love for us. Thank you for making sure everything was perfect and the guests were OK and having fun. Thank you for all your selflessness that day, for taking our special moments and treating it as if it were your own. You truly are a beautiful and extremely talented soul and this comes out through your outstanding work. The preparation was a breeze. The day of was stress free. That warmth and kindness that comes so naturally to you put us at ease throughout the whole process. You have made everything so easy for us. We couldn’t have done it without you. What a blessing to work with you. Thank you also for gifting us your coffee truck! That was really sweet! The guests also loved it!

We were very blessed to have a opportunity to work with Carolina Lopez. She is professional, friendly and very passionate about what she does and in our case, wedding planning. There is nothing she won't do to make sure her brides get exactly what they want. She had great ideas that helped us out especially since she has had a lot of experience with wedding planning. She is very flexible and will work with your schedule. She met with us at coffee shops a couple of times. She was always very pleasant and made us feel special in every way. We highly recommend her. You will not regret it. Thanks Carolina for making our day great! -

Best Planner & Human Beign
To anyone looking for a wedding planner, look no further! This woman is amazing! We live 1.5 hours away and she made sure our planning process was as stress free as it possibly could be. She’s organized, detail-oriented, creative, and of course, she had the best recommendations from our photographer, to our florist. We couldn’t be happier with how our wedding turned out. We received so many compliments on how “organized and well-planned” everything was. All I could say was, thanks to her! The most beautiful part is however, that she is not only your wedding planner, she becomes your friend, your family. We are so blessed to have met her and her family and we thank you Carolina for being so amazing to us! You and Juan both. We hope to plan many more events with you in our future! We love you! -

My Vintage Winter Wedding
She worked hours before and after the event, allowing me to focus on hair, makeup, and other personal details. I left everything in her hands and she exceeded all of our expectations. All of our guests were fascinated with the decoration and how lovely everything came together. It was a pleasure to work with Carolina. She was very accessible and kept clear communication at all times of what was emerging. She truly provided excellent service. She was able to adapt my taste and every one of my needs.
