  Christmas Wedding

  Christmas was always my favorite holiday now it has a double special meaning for me. I was worried about having a Christmas wedding but she assured me that everything would be okay. And it was she made my vision come true incorporating specific Christmas aspects that I wanted such as small tree centerpieces with lights and a Christmas tree arch which was my favorite i will definitely go back for any other events I have.

  Chocolate Strawberry Cakw

  I ordered the chocolate strawberry cake and it was divine, especially the strawberry jam! The cake and frosting were chocolatey without being too sweet. We forgot to take a picture even though the cake was beautifully decorated. But we couldn’t wait to cut into it. It was the most moist and delicious cake I’ve ever eaten. Will definitely order again.

  Chocolate Heaven

  When I ordered it for first time, I never thought it would become my all time favorite. Her Premium chocolate truffle cake is truly amazing in taste. She has once again exceeded my expectations! I always make sure to use her for any special occasion. Excellent services, the delivery was done well within time and the cake was really fresh. Thank you Carlota

  Tropical Cake

  She created an incredible 5 tier cake for our wedding The cake flavours were Hibiscus, coconut and passion fruit, pineapple and coconut. During our meetings, she provided samples of the cake flavours and all of the cakes were very tasty! It was a difficult decision to choose the flavours! All the cake flavours were unique and interesting too! She was helpful in discussing cake table decorations, and helped us decorate the cake itself with flowers. On the day the cake was a talking point and it was a hit with everyone!

  Halloween Wedding

  Carlota had her wonderful team decorate my venue for my Halloween wedding. We met with her at an expo a couple years ago and he decorate and stand stood out. I was so happy when I found her on WeddingWire I knew no matter what I was going to have her decorate my wedding. My decorations where unique and just the way I had imagined even better we wanted to make Halloween fancy and elegant. She did just that. I love her personality easy to work with she just wants your day to be the best!

  Her work is completely impecable and extremely tasty. I highly recommend her for ANY type of events because she is a great person to work with and extremely sweet just like her treats. También me gustó el buen carácter que muestra a todo tiempo.

  We came across Carlota's cakes this Summer at an event in Fort Collins. The cake for the event was very delicious and since we liked it so much, they did a special order cake for a family members birthday. They even made available Gluten Free sample cake for us to try!   Carlota is a great Baker and amazing designer. She made a beautiful design for the Grand opening for my Herbalife studio and it was beyond my expectation, all my clients loved it. For my company meeting and my family gathering and birthday's I always use her company service. My favorite was The oscar night theme design she made at Red Lobster for my company and the cake she made for my engagement party WOW amazing and delicious it was a seminaked Amarretto liquor cake filled with pineapple. I highly recommend carlota. I love her.

  She creates beautiful decor they were fabulous and did an amazing job on our ceremony and wedding reception decorations. My wife and i went to her office to look at colour combinations and decoration options and they were extremely patient and accommodating. Everything looked so beautiful and elegant for our big day.
