Tia and her team made sure we had the wedding of our dreams. From the begging Tia made us feel looked after. She handled all elements of the wedding from coordinating to vendors to execution of the day. She was very accessible and willing to meet whenever we needed to feel like we had everything under control. As a very type A person, I appreciated her well thought out check lists and timeline. Our large 300 person wedding required a great deal of attention, a room flip, and specialty assigned seating. She was more than prepared. She suggested amazing vendors who made it a great day. She is incredibly professional, communicates well, and made the wedding day stress free so all we had to do was have fun. Our only regret was we didn't snag a picture with her! You'll be in good hands with Capstone Occasions. -

Tia and her team were the best wedding decision we could have made! She truly allowed us to be present on our wedding day and leave the day of details to her! Tia went above and beyond since day 1 of working together by answering all of our wedding questions (silly as they may be), attending vendor calls/meetings and calming our nerves. If you are thinking of hiring a coordinator- trust me, just do it and choose Capstone Occasions for your big day! Tia felt like a friend through the whole process and we are so grateful we had her as a vendor! -

Made our dreams come true!
From the start of our wedding planning, I realized I needed help—especially since I’m not a natural planner. With my tendency to procrastinate, I wanted our day to be thoughtful and truly represent both me and my husband, Alex. That’s where Tia came in. She was essential in supporting all the things that mattered to us and made them a priority throughout the process.
One of the most helpful parts of working with Tia was her ability to manage all our vendors seamlessly. I honestly can’t recall any hiccups on the wedding day. If anything did come up, I was completely unaware, which is exactly what I wanted.
My mom was very involved in the planning, so Tia had to handle a lot of thoughts, questions, and ideas coming her way. She managed everything with such patience and understanding, making it easy for us to navigate the process together.
Tia’s constant availability was something I appreciated most about her!! Many planners will nickel and dime you for extra meets or even basic communication. With Tia, she always made herself available for meetings or calls, was extremely prompt with all responses, and from the moment we hired her, we felt comfortable communicating regularly and made me feel supported by her from day 1. I also appreciated how honest she was when I sought her opinion on various details, from the timeline of the wedding day to table décor and napkin colors. Her vast experience in the industry helped simplify decisions that initially felt overwhelming and helped us make decisions that felt right.
On the big day, Tia was everywhere, working alongside her assistant, McKenna, to ensure everything went smoothly. I had made it clear that I wanted to enjoy the day without worrying about logistics or being bothered with questions. Thanks to Tia, my parents and I could relax and soak in every moment.
I can't recommend Tia enough! If you’re looking for a planner who is personable, dedicated, and passionate about her work, Tia is the one for you. She is so genuine, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She always had a big smile on her face, which reflected her passion for making her clients' dreams come true. The Planner Who Made Our Dream Wedding a Reality
One year later, my husband and I are still in awe of our wedding day — it truly was the night of our lives. Every detail turned out exactly how we imagined, and that’s thanks to Tia. From our very first meeting, she made the planning process feel easy and exciting. She listened to our vision, offered creative ideas, and stayed incredibly organized every step of the way.
On the day itself, Tia was nothing short of amazing. When my welcome sign stand didn’t work, she calmly pulled out her own (which she had brought “just in case”). When the men’s boutonnieres went missing, she made five new ones on the spot. She ensured the venue was perfect, the DJ was ready, and the photographer and videographer were in place to capture the moments that mattered most. We were able to enjoy the day without a single worry because she had everything under control.

We hired Capstone Occasions to coordinate our wedding day, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made. Tia was not only professional and organized but also genuinely invested in making our day flawless. She is incredibly well-connected with top-tier wedding vendors—catering, rentals, florals—you name it, she has a recommendation.
We chose the Final Touches Collection package, and I can’t recommend it enough if you want a smooth, stress-free wedding day. Tia and her team executed everything exactly as we envisioned. Months before our wedding, we met at our venue, and she provided invaluable advice on the timing of the day—even down to where the sun would be at different times to ensure our guests’ comfort and the best lighting for photos.
On the wedding day, their coordination was impeccable. Even though we had a set timeline, rain unexpectedly appeared in the forecast. Tia immediately adjusted our schedule, moved the ceremony up by 30 minutes, and got guests seated without a hitch. Meanwhile, her team discreetly relocated our outdoor bar to a sheltered area, transforming it into a cozy cocktail space. They handled so many details behind the scenes—many of which I probably don’t even know about—so that we never had to worry.
One moment I’ll never forget: I spilled red wine down the front of my white wedding dress (every bride’s nightmare!). Before I could even process what happened, Tia appeared with a stain remover and, within seconds, had it blotted away like magic.
If you're debating whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator, trust me—you absolutely need this one. Even with a small guest list (ours was only 50 people), there are countless details that need managing. Having Tia and her team meant we could be fully present, soaking in every moment, knowing they had everything under control.

From our first point of contact to the final moments of our wedding day, Tia went above and beyond to make both wedding planning and our wedding day unforgettable. As an out-of-state couple to the team, we were initially concerned about planning a wedding from afar, but Tia made the process easy! Tia provided us with unlimited opportunities to check in as needed throughout the planning process, making us feel supported every step of the way. She is incredibly communicative and made it a priority to ensure that every aspect of our wedding aligned with our personal vision.

Capstone Occasions is phenomenal!
It was such a delight to work with Capstone Occasions. Tia was on top of every detail during our wedding planning and kept us accountable and organized when it came to our many deadlines. She knew the way to best describe our vision to vendors and created a timeline that had everything that was needed for all vendors. The Capstone Occasions team was a phenomenal asset on the day of our wedding and contributed to a fully worry-free day for my bride and me. Tia even brought us a platter of appetizers during our sunset photos and had our drinks of choice ready at the sweetheart table for us. Tia is INCREDIBLE! Hiring Tia was hands down the best decision we made in our wedding planning, and we can’t imagine our wedding without her.
Tia planned our friends’ wedding a few years ago, and I was so impressed with her eye for design and how attentive she was to every detail – not to mention that teardown at the end of the night was lightning fast! She orchestrated everything expertly, her team is very efficient, and as members of the wedding party, we didn’t have to worry about anything – we were able to just have fun!
When we began planning our own wedding, our number one goal was ease – for ourselves and our family and friends. We didn’t want our loved ones (or us!) to have the stress of arranging and decorating the venue the day of the wedding. We trusted Tia completely to manage the day with care and she knocked it out of the park!!
During the planning process, Tia was very easy to work with – she is incredibly organized, a great communicator, very responsive, and multiple vendors commented on how much they enjoyed working with her too. While we were balancing demands from work and home, she kept us on track with planning in a kind way and made it easy for us to know what to focus on next.
On the day of our wedding, Tia made sure that everything went off as planned – or even better! It was such a gift to walk into the wedding venue and have every careful detail be executed better than I could have envisioned. Because of her, we were able to be fully present throughout our wedding day with our family and friends, knowing that she and the Capstone Occasions team had everything handled. Our wedding was an absolute dream, and Tia was such a big part of that – we are so grateful! -

Tia from Capstone Occasions is everything you need when planning a wedding and making that wedding day perfect. From the engagement to the wedding day, she keeps you on track, solves all the “bumps in the road” and is just a fun person to meet with and plan the perfect wedding. As the parents of the bride, we were able to enjoy the wedding day and all our guests. We didn’t have to worry about setting up, packing up, or the timeline of events during the ceremony and reception. Everything was really perfect! I don’t usually post reviews unless I’ve had a terrible experience somewhere, but my experience here was the exact opposite.
Your wedding day is a day that you put years of mental effort into, and it’s one of the days in your life that you just need to go perfectly.
Imagine spending all that time planning something, and then the day comes and you don’t worry about a thing. How? By hiring Tia. I thought my wife and I would be worried about everything on the day of, but we looked back and realized we didn’t worry about ANYTHING.
As an entertainment industry professional myself, I work with a lot of planners, some great, some just there to collect a check, but Tia Is incredible. If you even think that there’s a chance you’ll be worried about little details the day of, hire Tia. She’s worth every penny. -

We used Capstone Occasions and Tia was such a sweet and amazing wedding coordinator and made our wedding planning process so easy with her help. We originally met Tia at DC Estate Winery, and we knew right away we wanted to work with her just from our first meeting. She was very engaging, and truly just wanted to get to know us and what our vision was for our dream wedding. We can’t imagine having gone through our wedding planning without her. Tia was always on top of everything, planned several meetings with us to make things easier, and did everything she could to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! With our busy work schedules, Tia was able to keep us stress free and kept us on track when our wedding day came closer. LOOK NO FURTHER, Tia at Capstone Occasions is truly, genuinely, and honestly the BEST in the business. My husband and I met Tia a while ago during our early search for a wedding venue, and right away we knew we were not only just in “good” hands, but we were also in the BEST hands for our special day. Every bride goes into their wedding day hoping that it’s magical, organized and everything they could hope for – Tia will give you that and MORE. She goes above and beyond to make sure every single detail is noted and executed to perfection. She will communicate with the rest of your vendors to make sure your schedule is set and that everyone is on the same page. For someone like me, that likes to plan and be in control, she never had me question anything - she always assured us everything was in place so we could sit back and enjoy our day. We planned our wedding (and vow renewal due to covid) from California, and Tia never missed a beat. She still covered everything and made us feel assured that we were taken care of. We looked forward to our meetings because we always knew we would connect and be heard about the things we were looking for. She truly got to know us, and that meant the world to us. During one of our meetings, I told her how concerned I was I would be so busy that I would take time to eat during the day, and once our ceremony was over Tia came over to us with a platter of appetizers for my husband and I, and as our bridal party stared patiently at the food, Tia said, “Not until the bride and groom eat!” LOL It was so funny, but in all seriousness, she listened attentively to my simple concern, and she made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Such a small detail that I will rave about for ever. We 100% booked our venue BECAUSE of Tia. When asked why we chose the venue by family and friends, we simply said- “Tia.” She is so detail oriented, and every meeting is genuine because she wants to get to know you and your partner as a couple – not just a contract. You can tell she absolutely puts her heart and soul into her work and into taking care of each couple, individually for what they want and hope their day to be. A “thank you” will never be enough to tell her how we feel for how she made our special day… the PERFECT day. My husband and I got married at DC Estate Winery, working with Tia, as our wedding event planner. The planning process almost felt too easy! Tia was always there to guide us as far as what we should be working on next and answer any questions we had. We appreciated how quickly she always got back to us, making us feel she was never too busy, despite being in the thick of wedding season. Our wedding day was the most perfect day ever. Tia and her team set up all our decor and made sure the day ran smoothly. Tia fixed every hiccup, navigating thru rain and missing decorations, without worrying us and let us just enjoy the day. On top of making sure things ran smoothly, she went above and beyond to make sure we got to enjoy every little part of our day. She brought us appetizers during our photos and even gave me a pair of her own socks to save my blistering feet. Through the planning process we grew to be great friends with Tia. We cannot recommend her enough when it comes to planning your special day. She puts her whole heart into making sure it’s everything you’ve dreamed of, and more, without all the stress. -

My husband and I met Tia through booking our wedding venue at DC Estate Winery back in January 2019 for our originally planned 10/10/20 date. We instantly connected on MANY things, but one of them being the fun wedding date and she held on to it for us until we could come back and sign a contract. Little did we know at the time how lucky we would be to work with Tia while wedding planning, and for much longer than we anticipated during Covid postponements. Truly the best part of having our wedding at DC Estate Winery was Tia. Words can't describe how lucky my husband and I feel to have Tia in our lives and to have been a part of our wedding planning process! Throughout the last 3 years she has really become a part of our family! She makes the whole planning process seamless. From frequent check ins and meetings, to knowing the venue inside and out, understanding each couples individual vision for their wedding day, thinking of all the little details leading up to and day of, always being an email or phone call away throughout the whole planning process, knowing so many of the other local vendors that we worked with for our wedding, and being the best support system (pre- and during-Covid). Every other vendor that we worked with had nothing but amazing things to say about Tia, which we already knew, but it says so much that Tia truly loves her job and the wedding industry, and makes an impact on everyone she works with. Tia was a godsend in helping us postpone our wedding due to Covid and we are grateful every day that we had an amazing coordinator and venue that made such a hard decision easier to navigate. Tia helped making our wedding day go seamlessly, made all our dreams and visions come true, and our families and wedding parties fell in love with her too. They all raved about her after the wedding. We know Tia will be in our lives forever and we've already made it a point to back into town to catch up with her post-wedding. You will absolutely not regret working with Tia for your wedding and we would recommend her to everyone and anyone!!
