  BEST WEDDING FOOD EVER! Our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the food at our wedding. We were blown away by the presentation and the food was excellent!

  I had a great experience with Capri. They handled all of my rentals, as well as the catering, and everything turned out beautifully. The contact person is very responsive by email, and didn't mind my nagging him about all the little details. The food was AMAZING, service was impeccable, and dealing with Capri was a pleasure. I would gladly recommend them.

  Wow! I was sooo happy with the services at Capri Restaurant! I can't even find one complaint if I tried. They were able to offer us a ridicules good price... the lowest price we could find (and we looked). James, the owner, was so helpful and just a great person to work with! When we tasted the food we couldn't believe the price... because it was soo good! The day of the wedding we had a buffet for 210 people with pink sauce on penne pasta, chicken Parmesan, salad, and bread. EVERYONE had to comment on how good the food was! Many went back for seconds. It was a great success! I have been wanting to visit the restaurant since the wedding to eat the pink sauce pasta!

  We ended up using Capri Restaurant as our caterers because we figured that they have been in business since 1958 so they must be doing something right. Capri Restaurant is also the premier Italian restaurant in Homestead. We met with the owner, Jim Accursio, who was very pleasant and willing to accommodate us within our budget and our food needs. He even had his chef create a special bruschetta pizza appetizer at the request of the groom, who is both a picky eater and a vegetarian. I would joke to the groom that he was having the wedding of his dreams because we were getting married in a Railroad Museum full of trains and it was being catered by Capri. Our guests were quite impressed that we had Capri provide the catering - I had several comment that they did not even know that Capri Restaurant catered. My boss' wife said that their sangria was the best she ever tasted. Capri is also affordable if you are willing to make a few concessions; we ended up having a buffet because fewer staff had to be employed if guests served themselves. I heard only one complaint from a guest who said they never refilled her water goblet. Not really sure what the situation was there. Also, just out of a general observation, be sure to bring containers for leftovers. Capri allows you to take home leftovers, but since we wanted to be fancy we only had rented silverware, china, and chafing dishes - nothing that we could take food home in so all the left overs were thrown away.
