The most amazing venue. The setting is so dreamy and it is the perfect size for small or mid-sized weddings. Autumn was absolutely amazing to work with. She went above and beyond throughout the process to make our day perfect. She was so responsive and adapted easily to all of our changing requests. She made the wedding planning process so much easier (as a destination couple). The food was wonderful, the staff were top-notch. Do not hesitate to book Cannon Green for your wedding.

From the very first day we felt confident using Cannon Green for our event mostly because of Autumn. She was professional, pleasant, and so responsive with communication. We do not live in the area so she made sure we felt good about all the details that she could handle for us. We knew we could call her for ANYTHING! The day of the event she met us early to drop off some things and we knew we were in good hands. The room was beautiful, the meal was fantastic and the servers were kind and professional. Autumn stayed longer than she should have just to make sure everything was how we wanted it. We are so grateful for their service.

We had the best experience hosting our wedding at Cannon Green! From our initial conversation and tour with Autumn to the day of- everything was executed perfectly! The months leading up to the wedding were seamless and Autumn graciously answered all of our questions and helped us coordinate. We had so much fun at the tasting and were excited for the months leading up to the wedding! The day of the wedding was flawless! Autumn really took care of us the entire day, constantly checking in, coordinating all of the little things so we didn’t have to think about anything, she takes a hands on approach and you can tell she’s so passionate about her job! Cannon Green is stunning, I first fell in love with it for all of the plants, the courtyard, the food and how beautiful everything was! It was so nice to have the food done in house, and so much included like tables, chairs, etc. I really only had to focus on the outside vendors. The food was unbelievable! So many of our guests were saying how good the food was and how beautiful Cannon Green is! We are so so happy that we chose Cannon Green for our wedding, it is now a special place for us. It would not have been the same without Autumn’s relaxed demeanor, professionalism and hospitality!!

We were extremely detailed and picky looking at wedding venues and fell in love with Cannon Green's aethestic, personality, what they had to offer and Autumn, the event manager.

We wanted to have our wedding here, but our party size was too large for a seated dinner so we had a 96 person rehearsal dinner and 225 welcome party and our guests cannot stop talking about how fabulous it was!!

Autumn was an absolute dream to work with. She was so organized, detailed oriented, helpful, thoughtful and just the sweetest soul in the world! Autumn went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process.

She helped us from the very beginning all the way to the end. On our rehearsal night she worked ungodly hours to make sure it was absolutely perfect for us! Autumn is the perfect event manager and Cannon Green is so so lucky to have her! We worked with a different venue for our wedding and Autumn's colors really shined through since we had a few hiccups with our other venue (I know we shouldnt compare but Autumn was 12/10). No detail was missed and she was so thoughtful, intentional, professional and overall just made the event absolutely seamless (which you know never happens at weddings or large events).

The entire Cannon Green crew made it so easy for us to have this event. It was so incredibly special and they went above and beyond for us.

When guests arrived, they had wine prepoured and ready to hand to guests. During dinner, they had tableside wine service (which is unheard of with other venues in Charleston). They made sure they were staffed correctly and with our large party, there really were not any lines! It was so impressive!

For the canapes, for the bride and groom, you have your own waitress walking around and following you with your canapes- it was true service!

The food was delicious and our guests adored everything that Cannon Green prepared. It was a top notch event all thanks to Autumn and her team.

The bar manager was also unbelievable. I mean how many people get to meet their bar manager for the party? Not many! Cannon Greens went above and beyond in all aspects and was so helpful at the end of the night. I would rebook this venue 100/100 times and I would work with Autumn and her team again 10000 times over!

It also helped that the weather was perfect! High 50s to low 60s with no humidity in Charleston made it perfect! Cannon Green put the heaters out and made it such a cozy experience for our guests. The courtyard was fabulous and the Trolley Room was a full on party! I didnt think people would dance at the welcome party but our DJ really made it a party and our guests danced the night away! At the end of the night most of our guests were like wow is this not the wedding? I cannot imagine what tomorrow will be like.

Cannon Green also put our photos on the projector when you walked into Wild Common and it was so special.

Our wedding at Cannon Green was an absolute dream. Tayla, Autumn and Eden worked with us every step of the way and provided many helpful documents and vendor recs. They worked closely with our planner to make sure everything was executed perfectly on the big day.
The venue provides so many things you would normally have to rent (chairs, tablecloths, silverware, etc.), which means fewer small decisions to weigh you down during wedding planning! You can still replace any items with rentals if you prefer, but all of the included items are beautiful, classic and high quality.
The food was exquisite, all our friends and family raved about it. From the canapes during the cocktail hour to dinner to dessert to late night snacks, everything was delicious. The drinks were fantastic, and the bartender even worked up a few custom cocktails for our signature drinks! The staff is extremely nice and the service was flawless throughout the whole event, so guests never have to worry about getting a refill or loading up on tasty treats.
We loved having both indoor and outdoor spaces. Having the ceremony and reception in the same location made the day of logistics so simple. The neighborhood is right downtown with so many Airbnbs, hotels, restaurants and bars for you and your guests to choose from. All in all, an incredible venue! And we can’t wait to go back to the restaurant on site for our anniversary!

Cannon Green was the perfect venue for our winter wedding. We had a little under 100 guests traveling from all different states. Tayla and her team were professional and delivered top tier customer service. Not only was the decor at the venue stunning, the food and beverage were all the rave. The morning of our wedding, there was severe weather warnings but I remained calmed the entire day because I had so much faith and trust in this team. We will be talking about this day for years to come! We are so happy that we decided to spend our most special day at Cannon Green.

Cannon Green is absolutely amazing in every way! We fell in love with the Courtyard initially, but our experience through the whole process was incredible - the decor, the attention to detail, the communication, and the food - we love everything about this place!

As a recently married bride, I can't say enough good things about my experience having my wedding at Cannon Green. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, making the planning process remarkably stress-free.

The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, with its historic character and beautiful courtyard. Our guests were wowed by the space and loved being able to flow seamlessly between the indoor and outdoor areas. Having the chairs, bar, desserts, and linens all provided by the venue was such a relief - it allowed us to focus on the fun parts of planning without getting bogged down in logistics.

The food was another standout. The selection was incredible, and the quality was out of this world. Our guests are still raving about the passed hors d'oeuvres and plated dinner. The venue accommodated for all our allergies and dietary restrictions (and we had A LOT!) The intuitive flow of the space also made it easy for people to mingle and enjoy the various culinary offerings.

We live locally, so we had the privilege of touring many of Charleston's top venues. Cannon Green's staff, food, attention to detail, and amazingly well-thought-out wedding day logistics made us feel so good about our day.

We got married at Cannon Green on October 19th, and we are beyond ecstatic that we chose Cannon Green as our venue. Tayla was amazing throughout the whole planning process. From hosting us virtually for the venue tour since we couldn't be in town, to patiently and quickly answering every question we had, to hosting a beautiful food & wine tasting - Tayla is a true gem and made the process so much easier for us!

The entire staff at Cannon Green is so professional and welcoming. The space is beautiful and quaint. It gives the Charleston vibe we were looking for, but in the more modern way that we wanted. The food was exceptional and by far the best wedding food we & our guests have ever had. Guests raved about the canapes, the salad, and the entree. Some even said the salad served was the "best salad they ever had". The portion sizes were great and everyone was full after dinner which is not always the case at weddings! And dinner service moved quickly and efficiently which was very important to us.

The event was so beautiful and we truly could not have asked for a better venue to have our wedding. We will forever recommend Cannon Green to every couple planning a wedding!

This venue has it all!! It is truly perfect and naturally so gorgeous. We knew it would be our favorite venue before we even saw it as it captures the essence on Charleston in a modern way, plus the location is perfect - it’s right down the street from some of the best restaurants, activities, and hotels in Charleston. The food is genuinely fantastic. The staff is even better. When you tell other vendors you are getting married at Cannon Green, they are excited to be working with such a great team and rave about how gorgeous the space is. We wouldn’t change a single thing.

We were in awe of Cannon Green, from the staff to the catering to the venue itself. From the moment you walk in, the attention to detail is evident and it is truly one of the most beautiful venues I've ever been to. We were very impressed by the team that assisted us from start to finish for our wedding day. The tasting and venue walk through was thorough and all the notes taken were expertly on display for the wedding. During the rehearsal, any kinks were discussed and again, communication was at the forefront. As for the food, OH THE FOOD. I have never been to a wedding where the food was this delicious (I am biased, but just trust me on this). Multiple of our guests are foodies and echoed this statement. Cannon Green was a spectacular setting for a family wedding including a courtyard with fountains and lush greenery to an indoor renovated trolley barn space. The food, from canapés to desserts, was delicious, sophisticated, and elevated. The staff adroitly managed to quickly convert the courtyard from ceremony seating to a comfortable mix of cocktail tables and upholstered seating for the reception. Dinner was served inside the Trolley Room and the staff was personable and efficient. The planning was expertly handled by the special events staff who managed the myriad of details involved in such an event. The staff quickly and eloquently responded to questions and concerns during the wedding planning and during the event itself. While pre-wedding jitters are a natural occurrence, we felt confident we were in good hands at Cannon Green.

We chose Cannon Green based on the team, food, and all of the items they include. They made the entire planning process easy and fun. The entire team really took time to understand our vision and make our dreams a reality. This is by far the best venue in Charleston. They take almost all of the worries away from you and what they provide in services is unmatched. We are a local couple and had many locals in the crowd and everyone that we talked to stated how it was the best wedding venue they have been to in Charleston. The food and scenery are just unmatched as well.

We had our rehearsal dinner (60 guests) and later, our welcome party (150 guests), at Cannon Green. It was absolutely perfect. We worked with Tayla, who was wonderful every step of the process. She was great at communicating, friendly, and ensured our day was seamless. The venue itself is absolutely stunning with a large inside space (the Trolley room) and outdoor courtyard (lined with beautiful palm trees, fountains, and string lighting). We hosted my son and fiancé's after rehearsal dinner at Cannon Green. I live in Birmingham and a friend of mine from Charleston recommended Cannon Green. From the very beginning, Tayla Manson and her team provided outstanding customer service. They made the planning process easy and were very responsive and professional. Our tasting was delicious and the food did not disappoint at the rehearsal dinner. We had guests from 17 states and they all complimented the food and service at the dinner. Tayla and the team at Cannon Green helped kick off and set the tone for a fun and memorable wedding weekend!

Undoubtably the best choice I made was choosing cannon green! They offer so much including in their pricing that made my life so much easier not having to worry about a ton of vendors coming together! They go out of their way to make you feel special and Tayla made sure all our details we needed came together! The food has to be the highlight though! We are still getting compliments on the food and the quality!

Best venue and team ever! I cannot say enough good things about Cannon Green – from the beautiful space, to the incredible food (our guests were raving), to the convenient downtown location, to the entire team there. We worked with Anna through multiple (and I mean multiple) wedding date postponements due to COVID, and she was so kind, responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating along the way – I felt like I had gained a friend at the end of the planning process! The day of was a dream and went so smoothly, and I’m still dreaming of the food and drinks we had (they even made a special steak frites meal we requested, and it was fantastic). Wish I could relive our day over and over thanks to Cannon Green and the team!

Im not going to lie, I fell in love with Cannon Green before I even saw the place in person. The photos of the place were gorgeous, it was in our budget, and they included rentals and catering, making it a one stop shop. When we visited the place in person, I knew it was were we needed to get married. And I'm so glad we did. We had no idea when we booked Cannon Green that 2020 was going to be the chaotic year that it was. Throughout all the change ups and adjustments, Anna and the staff at CG was so accomodating. We had the pleasure of working with Anna @ Cannon Green for our big day in Charleston! First & Foremost, I was a #COVIDBRIDE with our big day planned for April 2020…we had to postpone til October 2020. Fortunately they were able to accommodate and work with us on picking a new date!

Quick back story…before I got engaged, I found Cannon Green on the Knot/Wedding Wire. My husband and I wanted a “destination wedding” and Charleston felt like the perfect place for our friends and family to escape for a weekend, explore, and indulge in such a marvelous city. I couldn’t believe how gorgeous Cannon Green looked. Every single picture, review, etc. was GLOWING. I saved/tucked this away…and when it finally came to plan the big day, I thought “Maybe we can make this place work…it would be my DREAM.” Well lucky for us, we were able to move forward with CANNON GREEN! I was so confident in the venue, that we booked sight-unseen, since we were from out of town. I saw it 6 months later at our tasting, where we met & worked with Anna, and I KNEW we made the right choice.

I cannot thank Anna & the team enough for their flexibility, attention to detail, and dealing with a very stressed, sometimes sad & anxious bride, due to this years circumstances! Anna was always there to work me through details, different bumps in the road with lower guest count, and accommodating all our needs for the event. Our guests were blown away by the food and service, the fountains and palmetto trees, the dreamy courtyard. Anna can vouch, that when I arrived an hour before walking down the aisle, seeing the space with all our touches, florals, etc. I was brought to TEARS. It exceeded ALL expectations!!!

Words cannot explain how amazing our experience was with Cannon Green. My husband and I got married on 08/28/20 and I wouldn't change anything about that day..it was perfect. From the first day we saw the venue, we knew immediately that this is where we wanted to get married. It is a stunning, elegant all-inclusive space with the most beautiful courtyard. Cannon Green provided all of the food & beverage service so it's a one-stop-shop dream venue. We had several guests tell us it was the best wedding food they have ever had and we completely agree! Not only did our guest rave about Cannon Green...our Vendors did too! Not only did Cannon Green go out of their way to make us feel more comfortable having a wedding during a pandemic., they also were VERY FLEXIBLE which is huge during times of uncertainty. My husband and I live in Charleston so we have attended weddings at all the top Charleston venues and this by far is the best wedding venue in the Charleston area and probably one of the top venues in the US. It's definitely the best wedding food in the area no questions asked on that - we highly recommend Cannon Green!!

I have loved Cannon Green long before I was engaged. Their outdoor space is a beautiful oasis in the heart of downtown Charleston . As a wedding venue, it could not be better. The natural beauty, water features and lighting of the outdoor space is incredible. The food and service far outshines any other venue. We were thrilled with the all-inclusive nature of the venue which made planning so very easy and had a blast choosing our food and wine selections. We live in Florida and were nervous about planning a destination wedding. Choosing Cannon Green and working with Alyson was the most perfect choice and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The venue is so turnkey the planning was so easy. Alyson was so wonderful to work with - extremely quick, responsive and pleasant. From the initial walk through/venue tour to our tasting/menu finalization through to the day of the level of service was top-notch. The venue itself is stunning. Our guests still rave about it. You can add as much decor as you'd like but you honestly don't need much - the greenery and courtyard and the trolley room are the perfect Southern Charm venue. We were curious to see how quickly the team would flip the ceremony space to the cocktail hour space and to be honest, it was done before I even had time to pay attention. Service was great - a server even brought me a plate of food during cocktail hour while we were taking photos to make sure I was able to taste everything! I'd give Alyson and Cannon Green 10 stars if I could!

As soon as we walked into cannon green we knew that we had to get married there! It is the perfect blend of classic and modern with the charm of downtown Charleston. The entire planning process was so smooth and I was not stressed out at all. They made sure that we knew exactly when everything needed to happen and answered all of our random questions! Cannon Green was the perfect place for us to get married. It is such a beautiful space in historic Charleston. What I loved most was that they gave us all the information we needed upfront on thier website, everything they provide as far as table setting, a break down of how their space can be used, Menu, Drink Packages, everything. The fact that they are a one stop shop and we didn't have to find rentals to fill the space made it easy to plan our big day from Myrtle Beach. They were professional and incredibly kind on my wedding day. We had a few hiccups that had nothing to do with them and they were right there helping to solve them. Definitely book this vendor. Everyone with work with there was great. Anna, the event coordinator and the chef, Amalia and all of the servers and just everyone. We made a special request of venison for a dinner option and not only was it no a problem, but was met with enthusiasm. We didn't have a planner and they were so understanding and accosting, it wasn't even necessary. We had originally booked Edmund's Oast, and when we found out they changed chefs 2 months before our wedding we were in a panic, but we ate and Cannon Green, and need panic no more. It turned out to be blessing in disguise.

We hosted my son’s rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Cannon Green. From initial planning to final execution, the entire experience exceeded our expectations in every way. Our planner Tayla was gracious, knowledgeable, responsive and organized. Her demeanor and poise during some stressful decisions put all of us at ease. The actual venue is simply beautiful and embraces the sophisticated charm of Charleston. The food at Cannon Green is delicious and creative (nothing boring or expected). Topping all of these wonderful attributes with the in-house supply of tables/chairs/china/linens (no need to rent a thing) makes Cannon Green the perfect spot for any event!

My husband and I held our wedding at Cannon Green this past May, and we have nothing but good things to say about our experience. We live in Chicago, so we did the majority of our planning from afar. Demi was professional and easy to communicate with. Everything from the tasting to the rehearsal, ceremony and reception went off seamlessly. We chose Cannon Green because food was important to us, and the food at CG did not disappoint. In fact, our guests raved about the unique and seasonal fare, which I don’t think is typical for weddings. Additionally, the entire staff was professional and displayed amazing attention to detail.
