Callie photographed my brothers wedding a few years ago, and since she did such an amazing job with his, we decided to hire her for our wedding as well. We are so happy that we did! Not only was she such a joy to work with, but she was also so supportive and caring when we had a little medical situation during the wedding reception. She pulled me aside and asked to pray for me and my family and no other photographer would do that. Callie puts so much heart into the photos and we are blown away by the final product! She pictured our day so perfectly and we are obsessed with all of them! Cannot recommend her enough! -

Winter Wonderland Perfection
I don’t know where to begin- Callie is absolutely amazing. From start to finish, we couldn’t be more pleased with our elopement photos.
My now husband and I found Callie’s beautiful work online and knew right away we needed her to be our photographer. We live on the east coast and had never been to Colorado before so having Callie, a CO native, was truly a Godsend. We emailed back and forth for a few weeks and she had so many helpful tips!
On the day of our elopement, she met us at our hotel to meet us, run through the game plan, and obviously take the pre-wedding/getting ready pictures. From the moment we all met, it felt like we had known each other for a while! She was a calming and friendly presence we all needed. My husband and I don’t necessarily enjoy getting our pictures taken but Callie made it so easy and comfortable for us; we just enjoyed our day and she captured all the best moments. It was literally one of the best days ever and we all had a blast. She also was able to scope out the perfect ceremony spot on a blustery cold day! She’s a true professional.
When we got our gallery back, we were blown away! Callie is so talented and does the most beautiful work we’ve ever seen. We love Callie and are so grateful for her. We will cherish our wedding day and fond memories of her for life. Thank you so much, Callie. You are incredible. -

Amazing photographer!
There's not a single bad thing to say about Callie! As a wedding photographer myself, she is the real deal! I knee as soon as I was engaged who I would be choosing as my wedding photographer. As someone who has a certain style to my photography, Callie was the best match for me. Her style is so rich, bold, colorful, and eye popping. I'm not a huge fan of washed out backgrounds, I want all the details behind me to pop as well. And she always delivers on that! Her specialty is truly capturing the magic of scenery while focusing on her couples. It's soo good!! We loved our engagement photos, and absolutely loved our wedding sneak peeks. If you're thinking about booking her, just do it already! She's worth it! -

On our wedding day, not only was she our photographer, but she was more like a best friend. She was with us the whole day, guiding our timeline, being our hype gal, helping bustle my dress, and fixing my hair… all while capturing the most magical day in the best way possible. We knew having a good photographer was important for helping us relive the day for years to come - but we also found a forever friend in the process. Callie is an amazing photographer and person! She is super creative and let's you have your input as well. She is great at editing after the engagement session and wedding and very quick at getting you sneak peek photos. I started following her years before my wedding and new for a very long time that she would be the first person I would call when I knew I was getting married. My husband and I felt incredibly confident being ourselves with her. She captured us 100% and you can actually hear us laughing through the photos is what our family and friends say. Our engagement session was a blast and our wedding was more than I could have imagined. When I think back to our wedding day, the couple of hours with Callie up in the mountains taking photos with the 3 of us plus our videographer was the highlight of my day. She really exceeded my expectations for a wedding photographer. We now have epic engagement and wedding photos that I am putting all over my house and will be something we keep forever. Callie is extremely professional as well; she kept track of timing, she took photos of a lot of our guests, and made sure we got all the shots we wanted. She is also an amazing person; her heart is huge and she truly cares for her couples and I think that is what makes it so special; that you get to know each other and really get your personality captured in the photos. Callie made me feel so confident that day and the most beautiful I have ever felt which is exactly how are you supposed to feel on your wedding day. I wouldn't have gone any other way than choosing Callie, if you are contemplating anything reach out to her and discuss your options since she has a lot of packages you can choose from. I even set my wedding date based on Callie's availability since I felt getting a great photographer was worth it and it definitely was! -

Callie is single-handedly the best decision we could have made while planning for our wedding this year!! She is extraordinary in her work and makes the entire process effortless. Words can’t explain how incredibly talented and passionate Callie is about her work.. Just look at any photo she’s ever taken and you’ll know what I mean! She truly does devote her entire soul to making sure the bride & groom’s day is absolutely perfect. Not only does she capture every moment of your day, but she is also the most kind, supportive & trusting person. She helped keep me calm, on schedule & reminded me to “be a bride” often. I can’t thank her enough for making my entire day a dream come true. We couldn’t have pictured celebrating our big day without her by our side. We met Callie and her beautiful family on a cruise back in 2019 when we booked her for an island photo shoot. After instantly connecting, we knew we had made friends for life! I've followed Callie's work since the very beginning, waiting for my own opportunity to book her as my wedding photographer. When my husband and I got engaged, Callie was the first person I told. We booked our date and worked our entire wedding budget around having Callie as our photographer. Yes, she's worth all of that and more!! Callie's style and genuine love for her clients and is just unlike any other photographer I've ever come across, taking the time to truly see and understand you as a couple. She drove 8 hours round trip to our favorite camping spot in Crested Butte in the peak of wildflower season to shoot our engagement photos simply because it's where I had always dreamed of taking them. Not only did she endure insane Colorado weather (rain, sleet, hail, sun, repeat) for several hours, but our photos truly convey the goofy and adventurous personalities of me and my husband. We had a BLAST, and our memory of that day is filled with so much joy, laughter, and love.
Being a 2020 bride was straight up stressful and heartbreaking, but Callie was worth more than her weight in gold for just how helpful and supportive she was throughout everything that was thrown at us. She checked in on me consistently and always asked if there were ways she could help. She encouraged me when I just didn't feel like I could handle one more COVID related wrench thrown at me, including bridesmaids suddenly not being able to attend at the last minute. Callie took time out of her very busy days to just listen to the hurt that COVID was sending our way that no one else could understand. She even helped me figure out my day of timeline for our wedding since I didn’t have a wedding planner and was found attaching our altar arrangement after it had been forgotten about. She trudged in and out of ravines with very slippery, wet leaves to get the perfect shot she had in mind, endured the freezing cold Tennessee weather without complaint, and even got out the mud from my train before our ceremony. Callie also edited candle flames back into our photos because she knew I had been bummed that the weather kept us from being able to light them for our reception.
She blew my expectations out of the water with our wedding day photos, and I already had high expectations for them. Callie’s attention to the details that make beautiful photos is incredible, and her editing skills are unmatched. I love her eye for color. The forest we were married in on family property simply looks magical in our photos, which is exactly the way I have always seen it. Our photos are unlike any other wedding photos I’ve ever seen, our joy and our love for each other clearly evident in every single one. Callie’s goal was to make sure we had actual fun taking them, which meant lots of laughs and possibly a good couple of candid shots of us sticking out our tongues at each other. Ya, we are those people… Our engagement and wedding day photos are ones we will cherish forever, proudly and prominently displaying them everywhere in our home for the rest of our lives. I truly believe that Callie’s work is incredible because she wholeheartedly believes in the beauty of marriage and looks at her job as a photographer as the storyteller of the beginning of your marriage. I will always treasure the stunning photos and cherished memories we have because of Callie. Her work is perfection; her friendship absolutely priceless. -

Pure perfection for our wedding day!!
Callie is extraordinary in so many ways and you cannot go wrong with choosing her for your big day, event, or even family photos!! You name it she will make it happen. She is outstanding!
First off, I don’t ever write reviews and second, I’m mad that it has taken me a literal month to write ours for the wedding because our team of vendors were the greatest!! We loved Callie so much and I’ve been a little in denial that it is all over!! Callie has changed our life! During our engagement session, I knew she was the perfect fit for us because we did snow angels together and she made my big burly man not look so awkward with photos and instead we all just had fun. This is huge because the bond we created with her from the beginning was phenomenal. She 100% supported us through all the chaos and planning moments leading up to the wedding and the day of. She always listened, offered to help or gave great suggestions, and gave us nonstop reassurance when things fell apart due to COVID and planning. Callie even helped me find a hair and makeup team after I had unsuccessful trials!! She even put her husband to work at helping us with small video clips since we couldn't have my Hubby's family there at the last minute; he was great too! She knows this business inside and out and will do her best to tailor whatever she can and give you that special day you've always dreamed of :)

As a fellow vendor, I can't say enough great things about Callie and the level of integrity she brings to her business. She truly cares about her couples and goes above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable and taken care of, even if it means getting detail shots in 3 degree weather because that's where the lighting was best!
Covid clearly has been hard on so many small businesses, as well as couples and Callie has worked hard to accommodate her couple's last minute changes, postponements, as well as new couples looing to book. She also has really great connections with other vendors who offer the same caliber of service to help you move through the process.
Go ahead and stop your search, because Callie is the best of the best! -

Callie was our photographer for our engagement photos in 2019, wedding ceremony on 10/10/2020, and upcoming wedding reception in 2021, and we could not be more impressed by her talent and professionalism. Planning and executing a wedding in 2020 during a pandemic was not easy, but Callie was honestly the bright spot of what was otherwise a stressful and confusing planning period! She was extremely flexible and understanding, and made navigating the 2020 ceremony/2021 reception seamless and as painless as it could be. She helped me map out photos I definitely wanted in 2020 versus ones I wanted to do only in 2021 during the reception portion, is an expert on the locations we chose to shoot our photos (both engagement and wedding) in Vail County and Summit County , and is an excellent communicator throughout the planning process. Callie has an intimate knowledge of Colorado and the most beautiful and pristine locations our gorgeous state has to offer. This is honestly SO valuable! She will provide recommendations, feedback/examples from past locations, and help you pick the perfect spot for your photos. She also will make you and your fiancé/spouse feel so comfortable and beautiful – we honestly had a BLAST during our sessions with Callie and still talk about how much fun we had. I could go on and on about how wonderful Callie is – but you really need to select her and find out for yourself – it will be the best wedding planning decision you make, I promise! -

Wedding superhero
If you don’t read my whole review just know this, Callie is AMAZING! She’s the reason our wedding was able to happen, and I do not say that lightly! We couldn’t have asked for better photos, she captured the moment so perfectly!! Every time I look at our pictures I can feel the emotions and how special each moment was! She knows what she is doing and is worth every penny!! Not only did our wedding pictures come out stunning but Callie is one of the most sweet and caring people I have ever met! She was really flexible on date changes and possible venue changes. I encourage you to read what I’m about to post because it will give you a great idea of how wonderful she is and how she is so much more than just our photographer.
I’m one of many covid brides which was a nightmare in itself but the hurdles that came with it were extra stressful! We were originally supposed to get married in July 2020 but come May we made the decision to postpone to September 2020. About six weeks before the wedding, we ALMOST postponed to 2021 mainly because our wedding planner was telling me if they saw anything they didn’t like or people breaking the “rules”, I.E people not social distancing or not wearing masks, that they may walk out on us, ON OUR WEDDING DAY. We were told that most of our current vendors at the time would do the same.. even though our wedding was almost entirely outdoors. (PS Callie was NOT one of these vendors)They were not really willing to budge much on anything. As a bride you can imagine that was a nightmare knowing I had a wedding team who could potentially ruin our entire day. Ironically, Callie had reached out to me right after I was told all of this and she came to the rescue. When I spoke to Callie about it she asked how she could help, and we went over options together and after everything said and done she was able to help me gather an entirely new team, 6 weeks out from the wedding, who understood our wants and needs to for the wedding, while still being able to do things responsibly and in a safe way! I told her what type of vendors I needed and she gave the best contacts! I was able to cut ties with several of my original vendors and get all new ones! I ended up with the most amazing wedding team, from our wedding planner Tresa Taysom from Always and Forever Weddings, our florist Cheri from Southern Charm Colorado, and our DJ Brian Hepperle from HespsDJ & Porta Party Photo Booth, and it was all thanks to Callie. So when I say she is the reason we were able to get married and have the wedding for our dreams, I mean it. I will forever be grateful for all the hard work she put in for us. She is SO much more than a photographer, she goes above and beyond for her clients in ways she would never be expected to! Obviously, I cannot say enough great things about her! -

Perfect Photographer
Callie is truly amazing and the most talented photographer. Our pictures are better than we could have ever imagined. She captured who we were as a couple with all the beautiful details around us. Her creativity, artistic spontaneity, and sharp technique are all impressive. She is a quick thinker and was much more than a person taking photos. She made us laugh and eased the wedding day jitters with her contagious positivity and enthusiasm. She did everything from helping me with putting my veil in to holding my hand on rocky parts of the walk to offering me a Gatorade when I was feeling dizzy. Callie is beyond incredible! There could not be a more perfect photographer for Colorado couples. When I found her work years ago, I knew one day I would have to hire her for my wedding -- the pictures that drew me to her were an engagement shoot of a couple camping and I loved that the pictures not only highlighted an engagement, but also showcased what the couple really loved to do.
My husband and I spend almost all of our free time dirt biking, that's even how we met! We are not the type of couple to pose for fancy photos, and Callie ran with the roots of who we are to take the most EPIC photos ever for our engagement and wedding. She even had us ride a dirt bike in our wedding clothes (seriously, coolest photos ever).
On top of taking the best photos EVER, Callie also takes care of you. Throughout our planning process, she was quick to respond to e-mails or even text messages even if they were not photo related (she was the one to help me review my timeline and provide reassurance around COVID). On my wedding day, Callie was on the ground using dryer sheets to get the static out of my dress, she helped my mom bustle my dress, and she checked on me throughout the night to make sure I was ok. She started as a hire photographer and quickly is now a lifelong friend.
Seriously, look no further and hire Callie -- I promise, you will love her and her work as much as I (and all of her other clients do). You won't regret it! -

Callie made us PHOTOGENIC! 🙌🏽 She was willing to drive hours to meet us while we spent my 25th birthday camping and hiking in Colorado. Even with a dog she was able to capture beautiful pictures that looked so natural and in the moment. She also photographed us on my birthday so it was extra special! I highly recommend her for any and all occasions! -

I first met and worked with Callie for my High School Senior photos SIX years ago. I knew then I wanted her to do my wedding. Through years of following her on social media, seeing her beautiful work, when I got engaged I knew she was the perfect one to help us capture our big day. My husband Alex found working with her to be SO fun and easy as well (for a guy that hates pictures!). She not only takes gorgeous photos, she is there to support you through the whole big day as well. We had an older guest pass out due to heat, and Callie had snacks to help get her blood sugar back up. I was parched after the ceremony, and she had a Gatorade for me. She does the big things AND little things to help make the day smooth and unforgettable. I would recommend her 100x over! -

Callie is ABSOLUTELY wonderful! We are getting married in Vail this December, and I'm already dreaming about the pictures she's going to take!!!
How many photographers drive 18 hours to the middle of nowhere Mississippi to take engagement photos? ..... yeah only CALLIE!
We have received our teasers for our engagement session and I'm head over heels for them!!! I'm super picky when it comes to photos, but Callie is not only patient, but assures me with the amount of photos she takes, there will be enough that I will LOVE! (I don't doubt her for a second- she's that good!)
When it comes to your special day and events leading up, it can be hard to not feel like a total ball of stress. However, Callie brings light to everything (not just the pictures :D) and does whatever she can to help step in with the big day. If I could give her 6 starts I would... I'll report back after Vail. :) -

Look no further – you’ve found your photographer.
We were lucky enough to hire Callie for our engagement session and DC wedding (...okay Arlington wedding...). Personally, I was a bit nervous our Catholic wedding in a concrete jungle wouldn't be as adventurous compared to some of Callie's portfolio. Callie travels the world as a wedding photographer and is known for the breathtaking backdrops and glamorous wedding shots. Ours needed a bit of creativity to find something other than sidewalks full of tourists (which she’ll just edit out, cause she’s that good..). Ahead of our engagement sessions Callie (not from the DC area) found and suggested a beautiful location for our session. During our first session together, she made us feel comfortable and relaxed and showed us exactly how to pose. Going into our wedding day, we were basically pros (highly recommend an engagement session if you can!)
Heading into our wedding, Callie was responsive, flexible (beyond words…keep reading) and easy going. She knew exactly what she was doing, provided her advice, and encouraged us get the photos WE wanted. Callie’s photos speak for themselves, but what a photo won’t tell you about Callie is that she truly cares about capturing her clients’ special day. When Callie’s flight was canceled due to weather in the Midwest, Callie packed a car and drove the 1,600 miles to make it in time for our day (bless her heart for not telling me until she made it!!!!!!!). Day of, Callie ran the [photo] show and made things so stress-free for us. We were concerned about how much time we had to take photos before the reception, Callie assured me we’d get the shots even if we only had 10 mins…and that she did!!
I literally could not imagine working with anyone else. Her prices are extremely competitive, especially for the area I live in and her work is incomparable. She’ll work around YOUR vision and you will not be disappointed in the photos and experience you get!

You won't regret your decision to work with Callie!
Callie is incredible and the absolute sweetest! We had a mini session with her last winter and it just happened to be the coldest day of the year, but she made it so fun, got our mind off the cold, and she was able to capture who we were as a couple in a short amount of time. Not only is she sweet and kind, she is very talented and professional. The pictures are amazing quality and are something we will cherish forever. We will definitely work with her again! -

I can't speak highly enough of Callie and the work she does. Not only is she extremely talented in what she does, the passion she has for her line of work is truly amazing. Callie met my fiance and I at 5:00 in the morning to do a sunrise paddle board shoot in the mountains. When we received the photos back I was literally speechless with how amazing each and everyone turned out. She made the entire experience fun and extremely comfortable. Ways to make your day more perfect
Callie has a unique ability to really make you feel at ease. Being that couples photos are intimate moments it was so nice to have someone who could guide us but also get us to be our natural selves in both our engagement photos and on our wedding day.
Callie also went above and beyond on the day, jumping in wherever she needed to, providing us all advice along the way, I can't think of a better person to choose if you're in the market for a photographer. -

Your wedding day experience matters!
I don’t need to tell you what an amazing photographer Callie is – her photos speak for themselves. What brides really want to know is about the experience and let me assure you, Callie puts maximum effort into ensuring that your special day is a fantastic experience, even if it falls outside of her scope of duties. When my bridesmaids approached me to say they had some “bad news” about the best man’s attire (he ordered the wrong color tie), I watched Callie literally go into Mama Bear mode, physically putting herself between me and the girls to help provide a barrier should I fall into full-on meltdown. She was prepared to handle the situation and talk me off the ledge if need be. Fortunately for her, and everyone else, I was marrying my soulmate that day and wasn’t going to let an incorrect shade of blue interfere with that. I greatly appreciated in that moment that she was willing to do whatever it took to help me keep my eye on the prize.
Later, when it came time for our First Look photos and I was set to go – hair, makeup, and dress on point, Callie went to collect my groom to head to the site. She came back to tell me that my darling soon-to-be husband was just now showering and wasn’t ready yet. I became irked at his typical tardiness and started to get concerned about time, not wanting our photos to get cut short. Callie eased my worries instantly, assuring me that she built in extra time to the schedule so we had plenty of opportunity to get all the photos we desired before the ceremony started. She played timekeeper on the groom, not rushing him, but making sure that there were no distractions that caused him to be further delayed (for the record, his groomsmen failed to keep him on schedule, despite all 5 of them having a printed copy. Ladies, choose someone RESPONSIBLE to keep your groom on time ;) ). Callie was right – we had more than enough time for her to capture beautiful mountainside photos of our first look and all the uncontained emotions that we had in that moment…..and for the rest of the day. When it was the end of her allotted time, she checked in with us to let us know that she was about to take off and wanted to be sure that we had gotten every photo that we asked for. We are grateful she did as there was one specific one that we had forgotten about that we wanted to include in our thank you cards. She didn’t have to do this. She could have left like the other vendors, without saying a word, but she didn’t. Our day was just as important to her as it was to us and it showed.
The experience plays a factor into how your photos come out: if you’re stressed out ensuring you’re going to get all the ones you asked for or if time is of the essence, it will show in your photos and those aren’t the memories you want to have. You can let that go of all of that with Callie; she makes it her personal mission to do everything she can to contribute to this magical milestone. Your hopes, comfort, and happiness mean a lot to her and there’s no doubt that you won’t see how evident this is on your special day.

There are not enough words to describe how awesome Callie is as a wedding photographer. We initially hired Callie because of her familiarity with our venue. Then we kept scrolling through her work and fell more in love and couldn't wait to see our engagement photos. She made our engagement session so comfortable and not so high school promposed. She made sure we were having fun since we were getting married and it should be a happy and fun experience. Fast forward to wedding day and she and her assistant made the day more relaxing. They calmed my nerves and she again reminded me that this is a happy and fun day. Our sneak peeks were more than we could have asked for, I was expecting maybe 1-2 photos but we got 15 that we keep ogling over while we wait for the rest and they are AMAZING! Her talent and dedication to her clients and work truly show and we could not be more happier with who we chose for our special day.
