  The perfect day down to the fine details

  Callie was an absolute dream to work with, truly. First of all, she is one of the sweetest people to get to know, and second of all, she can put together an AMAZING wedding day. She helped me find several of my vendors, so I knew I was going to have a great team. And she was able to think about all the final detail moments that I was otherwise too overwhelmed to do myself, so I was happy that I felt like I could loosen the reigns and really rely on her if I needed. She was very flexible and was able to match my planning style and my day went by flawlessly! I loved her, and I know you will too. Thank you Callie!!

  Callie is an AMAZING coordinator!!

  I hired Callie as my day of coordinator, and she was by far one of the best wedding decisions I made! She was extremely thorough and incredibly responsive. Even if I was just asking one small question randomly, she always responded quickly and I was so appreciative of her help and guidance, especially when we had to postpone our wedding 6 weeks before our original date. Our rehearsal and wedding itself really went off without a hitch, and I really attribute that to Callie being so on top of everything! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a coordinator or planner.

  Callie and her team made our wedding day truly perfect. They kept everything running smoothly and on time, they knew what needed to be done and at times it felt like she could read my mind! This was the best purchase I made for my wedding, don't make the mistake of not booking Callie Gray for your wedding!

  Where do I even begin? Callie is a phenomenal wedding planner! She really goes above and beyond in every way imaginable. She has worked in every part of the business so she knows her stuff and you can trust that she will give you the best advice. She is hardworking, reliable, and just an amazing person all around! Hire her. You won’t regret it.
  Our day wouldn’t have been the same without her! She made our dream wedding happen.

  Professional, Attentive, Dedicated, & Fun to work with!

  Best wedding planner ever!!!!

  Hiring Callie as our month-of planner was the BEST decision we made for my daughter’s wedding! She is phenomenal!! She not only took care of the time schedule, confirming with all vendors, running the rehearsal, setting up & tearing down, but she was such a calming presence to my daughter and me! Callie is very caring and extremely organized! She is so personable and talented! She and her husband also created gorgeous acrylic signs for us! We feel so blessed to have had her by our sides, and we highly recommend her!! She is AMAZING!!

  Amazing planner

  Where to begin!?? Callie is so wonderfully bubbly and personable! You’ll immediately feel as if you’ve known her for years! I highly recommend her for her artistic eye and professionalism!

  Callie was the best! She helped in setting up all my appointments to see different venues and try different cake vendors. I couldn't have asked for a better day of coordinator. She made sure everything went smoothly and did a great job in hiding the fact that my in-laws were late. Everything was set up perfectly for our reception and she guaranteed that everyone was where they needed to be at the right time. Would recommend Callie as a day of coordinator x 1000!
