Cakes by Karol did an amazing job on our wedding cake! We have dairy gluten and nut intolerances in our group of guests. The cake was just what I asked for! They were happy to use the topper and stand I provided for my look, and the cake was moist, delicious, very eye appealing, and flavorful! Even the gluten free layer! I had such a wonderful experience with Karol, she made a Porsche themed cake for my husband as a "grooms cake" for him to have with the groomsmen before the wedding. It was such a nice touch. The cake itself was amazing, I wish we could have had more! Karol was great to work with, easy and quick to communicate with as well. I contacted her a little bit last minute, so I was very thankful she could work with me! Thank you Karol! -

I recently got married in Marathon Florida and was recommended to Cakes By Karol for my wedding cake and I can’t express enough how happy I am that I was! My entire experience was just flawless. Karol herself got back to me so quickly and was such a pleasure to deal with. She is so sweet and was always extremely professional. She was very accommodating and willing to make all my wedding cake dreams come true and did! You can really tell how much she cares. I sent her a photo of the look I was going for and she absolutely nailed it! And of course the cake was delicious! Since I am Jersey and I was getting married in Florida I wasn’t able to walk in and do a cake tasting but Karol offers a cake sampling that she can ship right to you which was so convenient and much appreciated. Absolutely can’t recommend her enough you won’t be disappointed!Cakes by Karol Key West's reply:

Excellence
I can’t say enough how happy my husband and I were with our wedding cake and specialty desserts. Our cake was absolutely delicious and stunningly gorgeous. The quality of service was everything I hoped for and expected. Planning from afar was a bit nerve wracking but after working with Karol, I was at ease with her confidence, experience, and level of ease!Cakes by Karol Key West's reply:

Our wonderful wedding
Without tasting a bite and trusting reviews online, we selected cakes by Karol for our wedding cake. They were amazing and phenomenal. The souther in red velvet was perfect with the addition of flowers from Milan. Thank youCakes by Karol Key West's reply:

Perfect wedding cake!!
My wedding cake was the perfect wedding cake!! It was exactly what I wanted!! Cakes by Karol customer service was excellent. They kept me updated on everything and worked with the venue to get the cake delivered and we did not have to do anything. I highly recommend them!!Cakes by Karol Key West's reply:

Karol was extremely pleasant to work with and brought our vision to life!! We did a 6 inch round with key lime & strawberry shortcake shooter tower below. Everyone was obsessed including us! It was gorgeous and delicious! Highly recommend.Cakes by Karol Key West's reply:

5 Star Service
Karol was very helpful throughout my cake process. Since living afar, I purchased the tasting kit. We were very impressed with all the options and they were nicely packaged.
I ended up changing a few things to the cake and made an addition. She was very helpful in all interactions.
Our cake was absolutely delicious. Our guests were raving about it.
We have frozen our cake top and can’t wait to eat more at our 1st Anniversary.

Cakes by Karol was great!
Not only was our cake beautiful, it was also delicious! The execution of my design was perfect and the taste of the cake was superb! Emailing with the company was very easy and I appreciated their fast replies. We ordered the chocolate cake w ganache filling and buttercream icing. I don’t think any bride has ever received as many compliments on a wedding cake as I did on mine! The cake was not only gorgeous, but it was absolutely delicious! If you’re on the fence about having an actual wedding cake, order yours from Cakes by Karol RIGHT NOW!! My husband and I just celebrated our first anniversary so we thawed the top layer of the cake that we saved, and even a year later, it was delicious! My husband said, ‘This tastes better than fresh cakes I’ve had!’ Seriously, we had so many people compliment the cake, and unlike most weddings, it was all eaten by the end of the night!Cakes by Karol Key West's reply:

Planning a destination wedding in 3 months was stressful. Cakes by Karol made the wedding cake process fun! We ordered the cake tasting kit to be delivered to us in NYC. My now husband and I loved getting to try the different combinations of cakes, icing, and filling. We decided on the key lime cake, raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream. So good!! The wedding cake itself was gorgeous and exactly what I envisioned. We were able to pick from several cake stands and really loved the one we picked. Highly recommend! Thank you! -

Perfect cake for an intimate wedding
For our guests peace of mind we postponed our guest-attended wedding to the end of the year and decided that just the two of us would get married in Key West. Cakes by Karol made us the perfect wedding cake and we personalized with our own toppers. They kindly delivered the cake to our hotel and ensured the staff stored it properly for us. The detail on the cake was extraordinary and the cake was flavorful, moist and delicious. Although it was just us, the cake really made it a very special day! -

We found the company online after another cake company in Key West was disappointing in handling my daughter’s wedding. We are not from the area, We did tasting through mailing and very happy with cakes.
We had a cake for rehearsal dinner too. -

I love you, I know... and other conversations I've had with our cake.
The vendor who received the most compliments at our wedding was a tie between the DJ (who you could only enjoy if you were there) and our cake baker/designer extraordinaire! My now-husband wanted to cut costs by not getting a cake. Specifically he told me, "no one ever remembers a cake." The cake was a non-negotiable for me. I live for good food, especially desserts. So, in my search of a cake design to spite my future husband, I located some inspiration on the internet and reached out to Cakes by Karol. And they clearly made it happen! My husband loves Star Wars (the Lego Death Star is our dining room centerpiece) and he absolutely adored, and will always remember, this cake. We used Cakes by Karol for our wedding cake on 12/3/2020. Cakes by Karol was very easy to work with & professional. Communication was great - quick response to all emails and answered all of my questions. We did a cake tasting prior to ordering our cake and all the cake options we tried were delicious. We went with three different flavors for our wedding cake and our guests loved all three. The design of the cake was exactly as requested. Cakes by Karol made the cake for my daughter's wedding. It was the most beautiful and delicious cake I had ever had. Karol replys to every request immediately, and has a huge array of beautiful cakes. She decorates like an artist, and can very quickly interpret exactly what you want. She does almost any flavor you want, and everything tastes heavenly. The whole cake was eaten before the end of the night, and we had a lovely dessert table, but everyone wanted the cake. You will get the best cake you've ever eaten with Karol. -
