    Amazing sugar flower work and excellent cake

    Our daughter had a destination wedding at Grand Island Mansion. Cake Castle took care of everything in a professional manner. We weren't even able to have a tasting. The cake had intricate sugar flowers on it and they went from the picture we sent to replicate them. The work was BEAUTIFUL! Above and beyond our expectations. The actual cake was amazing too. Thank you Cake Castle for making this important part of our daughter's wedding perfect.

    The cake was beautiful and looked exactly like the picture we wanted. It tasted delicious and there was none left! I recommend Cake Castle. The cake tasted as good as it looked. We had strawberry champagne cake. It was wonderful for a summer wedding!

    We tested several cake places and it was a close one between here & freeport bakery, but their champagne cake with fresh strawberry filling won me over. We ordered the champagne cake for our wedding cake and for half of our cupcakes, the other half of the cupcakes I did the chocolate with raspberry filling - which was also delish! Freeport bakery was good, but a bit rich overall.

    Lisa and her team did an excellent job with the cake, design, delivery, set up - everything. We rented the cupcake and cake stand from her which worked out perfect. We even get a free anniversary cake on our 1 year anniversary! Which works out well since our top tier of cake got demolished and left in my garage over night after the wedding. haha. Can't blame the help cleaning up - we still froze it.... but it's seen better days!

    I will definitely be buying future desserts there!

    We bought our cake to cut from Cake Castle. The cake was beautiful and delicious! Exactly what we ordered! Great job!

    I absolutely loved our wedding cake!! The price was reasonable and the cake looked phenomenal. On our way to the reception, they called & I realized I had given them the wrong address to deliver to. I gave them the correct address and they still got it there ahead of time. Will definitely use Cake Castle in the future.

    The cake was just what we wanted and arrived on time. It was delicious and we received a lot of compliments on how it tasted. It was also affordable compared to other places we checked.

    Cake Castle was the first "tasting" appointment that I had of 3 vendors -The consultant was professional and informative and the cake tasting iteself was absolutely delicious; moist and decadent.

    At the time of the appointment I had taken in a picture of exactly what I wanted in a classy, simple yet elegant 3- tiered wedding cake and they were able to replicated it exactly.

    They were also the most reasonably priced in comparison to the 2 other quotes from "well known" wedding cake bakeries in the area and also beating the delivery charges by 1/2 of what the others charge. After tasting at Cake Castle, I cancelled my other 2 appointments; they were able to replicate the cake in the photo exactly, delivered on-time to a remote location, and took concern/care handling the delivery/setup for our summer outdoor wedding.

    Our wedding cake was absolutely amazing both estetically and in taste- our friends/family are still commenting on how good it was and how they have never tasted wedding cake as good as that - Thank you!

    Cake Castle is soooo awesome! The cake they made for us was very yummy and the prices were great! I would definitely recommend them!

    From the moment my new husband and I walked into the shop, they were very friendly and professional. We told them our budget and they provided service within that, but also gave us what we wanted. Even gave us call backs to stay in contact with us leading up to the event. When I walked into the reception hall and saw my cake for the first time, I was so excited and then I tasted it and it was so good. I will recommend the Cake Castle Bakery to any and everyone.

    I wasn't impressed at first. We had an appointment and the lady kept us waiting, finally sat us in their little consult area and then left us there while tending to other customers. Once our consultation did start it was good from there on out. She ran back and mixed up frosting real quick to give us an idea of what our brainstorms would actually look like and to make sure we were on the same page. The cake turned out absolutely beautiful. They had a short delivery window and arrived on time, set up, and left with us barely even noticing they were there. Prices seemed much lower than other companies I had talked to at bridal shows. Very happy with the cake!

    Our wedding day was looking to be problem free until we were looking at the wedding cakes. We had an order with a previous bakery, I won't mention the name. But they made a mistake on our cake and we only had 3 days to find someone who can make us our wedding cake. We were stressed and didn't know what to do. We found this bakery and explained to them our situation. They were very polite and kind, trying to figure out what cake we wanted and when and how it would be delivered. They did a great job responding to us and taking care of all our needs. They even gave us a discount because of the problem we had encountered! I thought it was going to be a disaster but it turned out for the best! The guests loved the cake and so did we. Thanks again for all your help and we will visit more often.

    I absolutley loved the cake that Cake Castle made for my wedding. They were able to emboss the fondant frosting which made it look so unique!

    Knowing that I was on a tight budget they recommended that I order a smaller cake from them and then extra sheet cakes from the grocery store bakery instead of them. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism and I felt like they had my best interest in mind.

    They were very helpful in the planning process and created my vision to a T! I loved the final result! My cake looked so elegant! I loved that they could incorporate rhinestones and sparkly accents!

    Cake was much smaller than expected, but what we got was definitely quality. On time and fair, just wish the cake was reasonably larger.
