Best planner in the world!
Tammy is nothing short of amazing! From the very start, I was planning my wedding from afar and booked everything sight unseen, without ever having visited Cabo. Tammy was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and guiding me through every decision. She took the stress out of the planning process, making it so easy to trust her expertise.
Working with her and the entire team was truly priceless. The attention to detail, the creativity, and the seamless execution made everything come together perfectly. Our wedding day was nothing short of magical, and I couldn't have done it without Tammy.

Our Best Wedding Decision
Jesse was an absolutely amazing wedding planner! We hired her as our wedding planner a year and a half before our actual wedding, but she still gave us all the time that we wanted and needed from the start. She never let emails from vendors fall through the cracks and was always on top of everything. Jesse guided us and thought of everything we didn’t. Planning a wedding can seem very overwhelming but Jesse made sure everything was in order. We trusted her from the start and we are so glad we went with Cabo Wedding Services. Jesse was always a quick email or phone call away. She made herself extremely available with any questions or concerns that came up. Jesse grew up in Cabo so is super well connected. When we finally met in person the week of the wedding, it was like seeing an old friend.
Jesse, thank you for always making us feel like we were the only wedding you were working on. You truly helped make our special day the most perfect one as well.

We talked to 3 different Cabo wedding planners when we were considering planning our wedding and we're so glad we chose this one. We were given Dulce as our planner and it wouldn't have been the same without her! No matter what crazy idea I came up with, she made it work! I also had a little bit of a weird interaction with another bride that she handled effortlessly. She guided us every step of the way with local vendors, timeline, and I know crazy things happened on the day of but I don't know what they are because she took care of everything. I wish I could get married every year and have Dulce as my planner! She's now a lifelong friend! -

Tammy is the best wedding planner / Cabo mom EVER! My husband and I just got married at The Cape in Cabo on July 29th, and I started working with Tammy starting in March. She was so friendly, accommodating, and understanding through out the whole planning process. She even let Nick and I stay in her guest house when we went for the menu tasting! This was my dream wedding and Tammy helped make that happen. Tammy recommended the Pelican Cabo boat cruise which was legendary. She was great about giving tips for cutting costs and parts of the wedding that took up too much of our dancing time. We are happy to say we now have a new friend in Cabo! We love you Tammy!

My husband and I just got married at Acre in San Jose Del Cabo and our beautiful MAGICAL wedding would not have been what it was if it weren’t for Jesse with Cabo Wedding Services. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Jesse and her team are. We have been working with Jesse for about a year and every single detail she nailed. My vision (with her input) came to life. There were moments at our wedding that could have gone south but Jessica saved the day. For example my vows were not legible (dumb fancy paper I used) - Jessica printed the vows immediately before the ceremony at Acre. I forgot my garter (dumb me) Jessica hand made a garter out of fabric moments before the garter toss. Everything was amazing - she truly made our dream wedding what it was. We cannot thank her enough. She is now a lifelong friend of ours and we would recommend her a million times over again. -

I wish I could have more than one wedding so I could hire Jess again!
Jess and Ceci were absolutely incredible!! They made every step of the wedding process so smooth, easy and stress free! I continuously had family asking if I was stress during planning, day off, budget, etc and my answer was always no because of how amazing Cabo Wedding Services was! Jess and Ceci were always accessible to small and big questions or just to put my mind at easy of everything! It’s been about 4 months post wedding and I miss talking to this team weekly/monthly!

My husband and I tied the knot on November 12th, 2022 at the Garza Blanca with Cabo Wedding Services. Our hearts are so full thinking of the day and filled with gratitude for Jesse and her team. Almost two years ago, we spoke with three different wedding planning teams and the Cabo Wedding Services seemed to be the most informed, least pushy and fairly priced team. We began working with her and her team for almost TWO YEARS and they were very patient and helpful the entire time.
As a couple who doesn't live in Cabo, we relied heavily on Jesse and her team for vendor recommendations, communications, all things we should know about etc. To be honest, at first, we were skeptical and felt like Jesse and her team weren't negotiating enough on my behalf so we interviewed another Cabo wedding planning service that cost almost double what the Cabo Wedding Services team was charging. What we found was that the alternative planner was recommending almost the same exact vendors. We are so happy we stuck with Jesse and her team. From what we've gathered, Cabo has a community of experts in the wedding industry who truly deliver a superb experience. This is a close-knit community and Jesse is well-networked. Every vendor she recommended was top notch and her and her team not only remembered all our wedding-specific nuances, but they also executed flawlessly.
My 9 bridesmaids and I have been in many weddings. Collectively maybe 30 different weddings and worked with hair and makeup artists in Denver, Seattle, Portland, LA, etc. and as we hit our mid-30s are less inclined to pay for hair and makeup and just do it ourselves. After our services from Jeisa's hair and makeup team, we all agreed that this was the best hair and makeup service we've ever received!! They came through with a full team of 4 so no one started at 6am and no one had crazy tight curls and the hair and makeup lasted through the day and into the night.
We also provided transportation to every one of our 125 guests to and from the airport and the resort. Upon Jesse's recommendation, we worked with Impala Transportation and in honesty, we were very nervous on the company's ability to execute. Their website is not very user-friendly and the data entry collected was questionable due to flight changes of our guests and the complexity that is international travel. My husband took initiative and gathered the flight information for our guests, grouped the cars by flight times and sent over a comprehensive list and total price based on the price per car Impala had previously provided. While we don't know how necessary that was, we know the total price we paid was fair and the Impala team delivered. Our guests were serviced exceptionally from the airport (helped with their bags, arrived on time and clearly indicated the right guests etc.). This was such a huge relief as the Cabo airport doesn't allow for ubers to pick up and the rush of vendors seeking to provide transportation can be overwhelming upon landing. I was so relieved and am so glad our guests had such seamless experiences and truly thank the Impala team for that.
Those were two examples but truly, we think the best decision we made for planning our wedding was choosing to work with Cabo Wedding Services. Every single recommendation Jesse made, (The resort, the flower and decor company, fireworks and length etc. ) turned out to be the absolute best decision. She worked with us to see our vision and make our dreams come true.
Jesse has seen it all and done it all and her and her team went above and beyond to ensure our time together was the best week of our lives. Looking back, we highly recommend working with someone who is networked well within the Cabo community and can be an advocate for you and your needs.
Huge kudos and thanks to Jesse, Ceci and team for making us feel taken care of and so special, for respecting our budget and any specific requests we had and also for ensuring our guests could comfortably enjoy our unforgettable evening. -

My husband and I had the most amazing experience with the Cabo Wedding Service team (our specific consultant was Dulce Zuniga). Our wedding had been postponed several times due to Covid, but the CWS team brought our special event to life. Due to travel restrictions and a growing family (hello, where are my Covid brides at?!), we weren’t able to meet with any of the vendors in person before our delayed reception, so we put a ton of blind faith into Dulce - there wasn’t a detail missed and the overall design was STUNNING! Every vendor recommended was so talented and professional, we couldn’t have been happier! If you’re ever considering destination, do yourself a favor and 1) go to Cabo and 2) hire Cabo Wedding Services! -

Ileana worked with me from beginning to end and made my vision come to life. She was a pleasure to work with, super friendly and very down to earth. Ileana completely understood what the day meant and even volunteered to take photos for us. She was a resource of knowledge and contacts and was able to help in so many ways. We communicated by phone and emails so I had to trust her not knowing what to expect. The venue was exactly what I wanted, intimate and beautiful. Jesse & her team truly made our day a dream come true from start to finish. My husband and I began working with Jesse back in January of 2020 (!) so she was stuck with us for over TWO years as we planned, postponed and finally tied the knot in May 2022. Jesse is passionate about her job, her clients and her Cabo community. She so perfectly balances the wants and needs of the bride and groom, took the stresses of making sure everything runs smoothly off of our shoulders and made the process 100x easier than it could have been had we done it without her. (Jesse is also fluent in Spanish so the language barrier wasn't an issue - huge bonus.) Most importantly, we never felt alone in the process and for that we are endlessly grateful. We gained a forever-friend in Jesse and look forward to visiting her whenever we're back in Cabo.
Also, special thank you to her angel assistant Ceci who was our week-of coordinator. Ceci flawlessly managed our large wedding party and family, always kept her cool and made me, as the bride, feel at ease through the stress of the day.

Tammy did an amazing job in both connecting us with the best vendors and coordinating all the details of our wedding weekend events! Her approach was very personal and detailed. Our vision came to life and the decorations were breathtakingly beautiful. Everything turned out better than we expected. Our guests kept mentioning that our wedding was the most magical, something you only see in the movies, and the best they've ever witnessed in their lifetime! I'm glad we opted to have the spectacular fireworks display during our first dance, it definitely wowed the crowd and made every married couple in the audience want to re-live their wedding! Jess and Ceci really impressed us. The thing that stood out to us the most was the fact that despite never having signed a contract with them they still helped us envision what our special day would look like. You see we were deciding whether Cabo was feasible or not for us, and with their help we were able to make that decision. From our experience that is very irregular for wedding planners to show that much interest and sincerity before signing a contract.
Beyond that, their network, organization and flexibility with time zones, and awareness of the area are top notch.
I would recommend Jess and Ceci to anyone who wants to bring a wedding to life in Cabo and doesn’t actually live there.

I was fortunate enough meet Dulce from Cabo Wedding Services while she was a wedding coordinator at Garza Blanca in Cabo, Mexico. Shortly after my first visit, I was notified that Dulce was no longer working for Garza, but had since taken on a new position at a private wedding/ event planning company. I reached out to her for assistance in planning my wedding and it was the best decision I have ever made!! From start to finish, the Cabo Wedding Services team made the entire process so easy for me. As you can imagine, planning a wedding from a different country was not the easiest situation to be in. I HATE planning events. I am also the worst when it comes to making decisions toward details. I would try to gather ideas on what vibe I wanted the wedding to be and really let Dulce take the lead on making suggestions. She made things so easy for me. She would take my comments and present ideas she had and give me minimal options so all I had to do was say this or that. It was honestly such a seamless process. I had about 160 guests and as you can imagine, managing 160 people on a destination wedding during a global pandemic wasn't a walk in the park. We had to be extremely flexible with changes being made up until the day before the wedding and through it all, Dulce made me feel relaxed and re-assured me that the day would still be nothing short of perfect. Perfection is exactly what her and her team delivered. The day of the wedding happened exactly the way I dreamed it would. Everything worked exactly according to the timeline Dulce had put together and the output from all the vendors she suggested was 10/10. My wedding was one of the most important days of my life (as I'm sure for all brides) and when I think back to the day, none of it would have been possible without the Cabo Wedding Services team. I would highly recommend using them if you want to have your wedding or any event in Cabo. Not only was I given the most professional service, but I gained a great friendship! I cannot say enough good things! First, Jesse was fantastic as my lead, responding to all my questions, confirming everyone, and making sure the day was set to proceed without me having to jump in (which, trust me, is an accomplishment since i am such a control freak). Because I was a COVID bride, Jesse had to do a lot of the footwork for me, doing my tour via FaceTime, doing my menu testing, taking pictures, etc. and it could not have gone smoother. Dulce and Sofi were my day-ofs and THANK GOD FOR THEM. I had one of the few weddings in Cabo to be forced inside due to rain and they did absolutely everything in their power to make it as close to the wedding I had planned as possible with the resort. They also ran around like mad men, picking up last minute or forgotten items. Overall, cannot recommend them enough. -

Jesse and her team were absolutely a dream to have during our wedding. From Day 1, she extended herself way beyond our expectations and made sure that we were in constant communication. Wedding of our dreams, thanks to Jesse & her team!
Jesse was by far the biggest blessing when planning a destination wedding in Cabo, during a global pandemic. We would not have been able to have such a perfect night without her and her team, and all their hard work. The day of the wedding she kept everything moving like clockwork, her team ensured we had anything we needed, & we felt like royalty all day! She made everything happen without hesitation and communicated so well, even when I was the worst with responding back and procrastinating my to-do list. We had a last minute request for a mariachi band & she made it happen no problem, and at a discounted price too.
We even had a almost wedding disaster with the airline losing the brides luggage & decor box on the way to Cabo from the states. She was the best & offered to get me anything I needed. Luckily, a miracle happened and the luggage showed up the night before the wedding, but Jesse was there to get anything I needed for our day to be perfect if it didn't show up. She knows everything there is to know about the wedding industry in Cabo & I would 10/10 recommend her and her team to any future bride & groom, hands down!!!! -

Most Magical Wedding!! Thanks to Jessica!
Jessica at Cabo Wedding Services allowed my dream wedding in Cabo to come true! What made it so special and magical was the effective communication we had with her throughout the entire process. It is extremely challenging to plan a destination wedding in Cabo from the States - and Jessica made it a super smooth and fun ride the entire time! Every time we had a question or wanted some suggestions, she was always willing to give the best feedback to us. Our wedding was purely magical and she worked with all the vendors to make it exactly the way we wanted it - there were absolutely no complaints and our guests were so happy! They kept saying how it was so well organized And the best wedding they have been too! Jessica is extremely organized, funny and SUPER easy going!!!! I don’t know how she does it. Jesse from Cabo Wedding Services was our point of contact and was absolutely amazing!!! If there’s anything I’d recommend when planning a wedding, it’s to hire a wedding coordinator!!!! Jesse made everything SO EASY to plan which made planning SO ENJOYABLE AND STRESS FREE!!! (And that says a lot since it was a wedding during covid lol) She was the middle man for all the vendors, coordinated all the details with them, and also recommended vendors which was SO helpful! We planned our wedding for a year and a half and were in communication with Jesse that whole time by email, text or call. The wedding week was absolutely amazing and stress free again. Jesse arranged everything from airport transportation to welcome party details. Wedding day was an actual fairytale and we have Jesse and her team to thank for our perfect day. First of all, I can not recommend Cabo Wedding Services more. Jesse is who my husband and I worked with.. she was the absolute sweetest and most chill person ever! No stress, answered my calls, texts, and emails with no hesitation at any time. She eased my stresses through every step. Our wedding came at an inopportune time - same week as this lockdown due to COVID-19... so my stress and emotions were ALL OVER THE PLACE. We lost half of our guests or more that week and instead of freaking out (like me) she handled it with grace and took on all the stress for me. Switching tables and settings, centerpieces and chairs - she was a literal dream to work with and made our day the very best it could be. She felt like family. I don't have the words to express how incredibly grateful I am to Tammy and Jesse of Cabo Wedding Services! My wedding day turned our better than I could have ever imagined and I am so thankful to them for their incredible vision, organization and professionalism. Cabo 4 months before our wedding to plan, and Tammy and Jess graciously set up a vendor meeting and transportation for us. They are just wonderful people. Jesse was always available by email and is incredibly organized, and helped keep on track. There was rain on the forecast on my Wedding day, and for the past 7 months, have been planning for an outdoor ceremony overlooking the beach. The rain wouldn't let up the entire day, and with their expertise, were able to create the most beautiful dreamy set up in another location that exceeded my wildest wedding dreams. I am so grateful for them and their team. Their entire day went incredibly smoothly and this process was such a great experience. I am going to miss my daily email interactions with them now that my wedding is over. -

I cannot speak more highly about Jesse Wolf and her wedding planning. From helping me navigate the very beginning decision to have a destination weekend wedding in Cabo, over the course of 7 months, and even until to 5 days after the wedding where she gave my in laws unsolicited airport rides, she was exceptional. She asked questions that helped me hone in on my and my husbands unique tastes and expectations. She provided thorough options of venues, prices, activities, not just for the wedding itself but the events surrounding. (We also had unique requests, wanting a theme costume party the night before, and self written beach wedding with musicians flown in, and then a then a large classy dinner and dance party for people from around the globe. She anticipated every need I didn't even know I had, interfaced with every vendor with grace and speed, and made the entire planning for me and my family a real joy. She went above and beyond with every decision, and helped all sides of our families out as well. She is classy and industrious and incredibly organized with finances, personalities and options. will miss working with her almost as much as the wedding day itself. I cannot imagine having planned this wedding with out her. And so grateful I don’t have to. I cannot recommend her more.
I also would like to say that the Cape Thompson Hotel an it’s staff was an absolute dream. Specially Megan Kelly Barron in reservations and the event manager Andrea Gutierrez. So helpful and accommodating. And the food an absolute dream. The hotel is forever our favorite place on earth and we want to go back again and again. It actually rained on my wedding day, and while at first it was not ideal, the hotel and Jesse Wolff went above and beyond to make sure the day and night were beautiful any way. And that I was still able to feel special. I did. Because they are. Incredibly Special. -

I planned a small private destination wedding at our friends beachside home in Costa Brava Corridor for the middle of July. When everyone RSVP'd yes, it turned into a much larger wedding. Tammy was extremely organized, professional, and helpful as she guided me throughout the planning process. I would have been lost without her! I loved every recommendation. She helped with choosing the location and vendors and each choice was AMAZING. Our DJ had our guests on the dancefloor the whole night, the flowers were gorgeous, and the food was delicious. Tammy from Cabo Wedding Services did a remarkable job helping me pull off a four event wedding weekend for our 140 out-of-town guests! From the moment we met with Tammy, she made us feel comfortable and at ease about doing a destination wedding. Her network of people and vendors in Cabo make it so easy when planning from afar – we live in Northern California and only went to Cabo once before the wedding to pick out our venue. She organized walk throughs for several venues that she thought we would like, and introduced us to well-respected DJ’s, flower and event rental companies, bakeries, photographers and videographers…basically every vendor you’ll need for your wedding.
She helped me plan not only my wedding day, but also my rehearsal dinner at Sunset de Mona Lisa, and Welcome Party and Farewell Brunch at the Sheraton Grand. All the events exceeded my expectations by far – and I can be very picky about these things (I even created a powerpoint on what I wanted the wedding to look like)! One of the things I loved about Tammy was that she helped set up each event, and she also stayed throughout the whole event to make sure they ran smoothly.
She is so knowledgeable about everything in Cabo – vendors, excursions, accommodations, etc. and everyone knows her. When I first explained to her what I wanted for the wedding, she suggested some places, and one was Cabo del Sol. I ensured her I didn’t want to get married at a “golf course” because I could just do that here in California. But she pushed back and I agreed to a site visit. Wow – good thing she did because that’s actually the venue we chose. It was so beautiful – the ceremony on their private beach, the cocktail hour overlooking the ocean, the reception at their clubhouse. It was absolutely perfect, and I would’ve never even looked at the venue if it wasn’t for Tammy.
I cannot stress enough how nice it was to be able to actually relax while I was in Cabo. There was so much planning that went into each event, and I wanted everything to be perfect. Tammy executed everything I wanted and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I was able to enjoy my time with family and my husband, all while she was doing things in the background.
Overall, my experience with Cabo Wedding Services was second to none. If you want to work with someone who will make your wedding vision become a reality, you have to work with Tammy. Her expertise, affordability, genuine personality, and execution make her the perfect wedding planner for any wedding!

Out of all the event planners in the area, Jessica Wolff and Cabo Wedding Services stood out to me. Jesse was very personable, thorough, and has a calm demeanor. She was always willing to work with our budget and not compromise on my vision — not once did I hear a “no that’s not possible”. She was open to feedback and flexible— there are many different visions, not once did Jessica push hers on mine. She always offered the best recommendations and styles.
Jesse set up recurring calls with me to walk through what had been done thus far and what was pending. She sent pictures, answered my questions in a timely manner, and even video chatted with me.
Leading up to my wedding week, she communicated with tons of my guests and helped with setting up airport transportation. She even went the extra mile and helped with my wedding itineraries, favors, and welcome bags!
Jessica worked with the resort to provide whatever she could to put me at ease during my wedding week.
When the wedding events began, Jesse was ever available and ready. For example, it was extremely hot during the meet and greet and she worked with the hotel at the last second to get umbrellas setup to ease the heat. She provided wonderful vendors who did an awesome job both with the music and the video/photos. She worked with my family, helped with last minute errands, helped my guests with their questions and concerns, and was amenable to last minute changes. She was amazing! As with any wedding there were some hiccups, but Jesse did her best to make them unnoticeable.
I want to express my gratitude to Jesse and the Cabo Wedding Services team for making my wedding so beautiful and memorable. If you want someone who will implement your vision, follow up with you as frequently as requested, and stay within your budget, Cabo Wedding Services is the vendor for you! Love you guys!! -

We hired her during the beginning of our wedding planning journey and quickly realized we wouldn’t be able to pull off the weekend of events without her. Having lived in Cabo for the majority of her life, she is so interwoven into the community and knows so many people in the events and hotel industries. We first met Jesse when we went to Cabo for venue tours with both sets of our parents and we felt like we had known her for years. She is kind, relaxed, funny, and extremely knowledgeable.
Throughout the ten months of wedding planning, she touched base with us frequently and helped me stay organized as I was communicating with many different vendors. She even helped us plan our entire Welcome Party (the restaurant was her suggestion) and it was better than we ever could have imagined. While Jesse was wonderful to work with in the months and days leading up to the wedding, she really came through for us BIG TIME on our wedding day. She ensured every last detail was taken care of so that we could enjoy the best day of our lives with our family and friends. Ultimately, we could not be more thrilled with how everything turned out…from transportation for our guests, to assembling and delivering Welcome Bags, to the Welcome Party, to the big day.

She was excellent to communicate with and thought of all the details to be all prearranged so that when we got to Cabo, we were able to spend the whole week before the wedding just relaxing. Hard to believe, but it was actually completely stress free. The wedding at SunSet De Mona Lisa over looking the ocean with Reverend Marco who was both lovely and funny, was like a beautiful dream. I did not go through the stress you hear other brides going through planing a wedding, because they took care of everything. Jesse was so flexible and gave us exactly what we asked for. They were very helpful in securing vendors and assuring me that everything was going to be perfect. They followed up with me with multiple timelines and spreadsheets to make sure we were all ready for the big day. When we arrived, they made sure all our meetings with vendors were in place and were there for all of them. They made sure we were comfortable and relaxed, especially since we are not fluent in Spanish, they were able to help us communicate to those who did not speak English. I have had many people ask how we could pull it off not ever having been to Cabo and I always make sure they know Cabo Wedding Services made it the BEST DAY EVER!

Wedding planning is a crazy stressful experience and this team truly pulled it all off - Jesse and her team made my wedding the best day EVER! Her assistant, Ceci, was an absolute angel to work with! I felt so comfortable with Ceci there with me during the wedding weekend. She made sure the wedding details all happened the day of - truly the day was perfect and flawless because of her attention to detail. We had a welcome party and wedding and both were the best events. At the end of the wedding night the venue’s sprinklers accidentally went off and Ceci threw her body to cover them until they went off - like I said, AN ANGEL! You can just feel how much she loves her job, which makes everything so much better.
Jesse was very helpful in booking vendors - she is well known in the wedding business in Cabo and has many good connections with all vendors! She was able to help us save money with specific vendors which was awesome. She also always had great recommendations for events, ways to save money, etc. Jesse helped us book the hotel room block and was able to get us a great price at Garza Blanca.
Throughout wedding planning, both Jesse and Ceci were great at handling my many crazy wedding ideas.
Throughout the day and night of the wedding, Dulce was so helpful with gathering all my items and making sure they came back to the hotel with me. I never once had to stress out where my vow book or lipstick was, she always had it all and was the girl by your side throughout the day. She is also the sweetest person to have with you on your wedding day! I felt very comfortable with Dulce and Ceci on my wedding day and trusted them to pull off the event seamlessly, as they did :)
The one area of the team I felt lacked a little was helping with the overall event design, I didn’t get as much feedback or guidance in this area as I thought I would, but if you have some ideas of what you like/want and a great florist (Main Event Cabo), your vision can come to life as mine did!
Overall, the team works well together, the day was absolutely perfect, and I am SO grateful for them in making it the best day ever!!Cabo Wedding Services's reply:
