Becky and Ben are the best! We hired them for our June 2023 wedding and we are so happy we did. Becky was amazing at keeping everything moving. My husband and I are not used to being in front of a camera but she made it so easy for us. The weather ended up being very cold and rainy so we had to make a last minute decision to move the ceremony inside. Despite this not being the original plan, Becky and Ben were prepared with all the necessary equipment to deal with the poor light conditions inside the ceremony space and the photos still turned out beautiful as a result.
What impressed us the most is that after I had expressed that we wanted our portraits done at a specific location that was special to us but we weren’t sure if it would work, they drove to the location on the day prior to the wedding to scope it out. Then they drove to our rehearsal to share their thoughts on the location so that we could make a decision. And the photos turned out GORGEOUS! Highly recommend Brown Street Studios! -

Becky and Ben are absolutely amazing. We planned our wedding from out of state, and even though I grew up in the Northwoods I didn't know much about planning a wedding up there. She came to the rescue with venue recommendations, catering options, and more. She was always there to help, and went above and beyond what I expected from a photographer. The day of, Becky and Ben truly made our day special. They are easy to get along with, know what they are doing, and are extremely organized. I felt like we had known them for years. Months after my wedding my family members and friends are still raving about them, and how much fun they had with them. Now the pictures. They are amazing! I waited patiently (for honestly just a short couple of weeks) and was blown away the second I opened our gallery. I could not be happier with the choice of Brown Street Studios for our wedding, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone! -

Brown Street Studios did an OUTSTANDING job capturing all the moments from our wedding day. We could not be more impressed by Becky and Ben. Not only were they professional but also very fun and down-to-earth. They made us feel comfortable taking thousands of pictures with them. We could not have asked for a better day even with some rain sprinkled throughout the day. -

My husband and I are beyond blessed that we found Becky and Ben to be our photographers for our wedding day. Before the wedding day, Becky helped me to organize the big day timeline. She answered my million questions throughout the year. She comforted my nerves with her experiences and positive mindset. On my wedding day, Becky and Ben are professional and I can’t say enough how professional they are and the quality of work that they provide. Becky even walked into a mini lake to get her feet wet just to have the right angle and lighting for taking our photos. At the end of our day, Becky captured many precious moments for us and our family & friends and took some magical photos. My husband and I are not good at posing for photos. However, all my wedding photos have turned out absolutely amazing and natural. My family and friends are pleased with the outcome of our photos. The photos are worth every single dime! All I can say, photos won’t go wrong with Brown Street Photography! Thanks Becky and Ben, you are awesome!
** We booked Brown Street Photographer in 2019 for a 2020 wedding. We had postponed the wedding from 2020 to 2021 due to covid. We rescheduled our 2021 wedding with Brown Street Photography without having any headache. -

Brown Street Studios (Becky and Ben) did an AMAZING job. I was drawn to their photo style right away. Everything always looks so light, airy and perfect. They sent me a great, really well put together booklet with information that helped me plan my wedding day. They always were really quick to respond, and sent out a thorough questionnaire. On the wedding day they showed up early to make sure they had time to check out the wedding location. They came so prepared, to bringing nice umbrellas which we needed, to spare ring boxes. They work so well as a team too. I can't recommend them enough. -

Becky and Ben will do everything they can to make you and your spouse look wonderful on your special day. They are easy to work with and will respond promptly. The pricing is great for the quality and quantity that you get in your photography package. I would hire them again in an instant! -

Above & Beyond
Becky & Ben were beyond wonderful to work with. Becky met with me in advance to look at the wedding location and discuss the photography plan for our big day. I had a DIY, small, family, wedding at our family home in Minocqua, WI. Becky helped me tremendously by providing a timeline for the wedding day. Her wedding expertise was just what we needed to pull the day together and she helped ease my planning stress. On the day of our wedding, Becky & Ben were professional and organized. They did a tremendous job shooting outdoors. They managed the changing natural light, forest shadows, and a windy lake day like champions! They went above and beyond by getting in the lake up to their knees to take spectacular canoe photos and Ben braved a few lake leaches without complaints.... like I had no clue about this until a guest later told us! They are both kind-hearted and down-to-earth. They fit in with our wedding group phenomenally! They handled challenging family dynamics with grace and professionalism. We are so grateful for them. And I cannot finish this review without mentioning how incredible our photos turned out! They truly captured the magic and beauty we felt during our wedding day. We will cherish these photos our entire life. Thank you Becky & Ben! -

Recommend, without hesitation!
We can’t say enough good things about Becky. From our first Q&A meeting we clicked with her and knew she was the right photographer for us. During our engagement session, she accommodated for our pose and location ideas. Since our plans were to occur during COVID, Becky did a great job of staying in touch with us and was flexible when our reception needed to be rescheduled. On our wedding day, we didn’t need to worry about a single thing, Becky caught it all. We LOVE every single picture! She is a master at getting all the little moments on the side and the little glances between us. The bonus for us is that the overall sweet feel of the images captures our day and its intimate mood perfectly. -

Amazing experience!!
Becky and Ben captured and created so many beautiful moments on our wedding day! I would hire them again in a heart beat. They were very professional, caring, and genuinely wanted to get the very best photos for us. I cannot wait until I get the chance to work with them again. Very professional!
With Becky as my photographer I had zero worry whatsoever on my big day. She was very confident and easily showed us how to look comfortable in the photos so we did not look too stiff or posed. I love her style of light and bright and she makes our day look like a dream every time we look back at our photos! -

Brown Street Studios was absolutely amazing to work with! She was easy to talk to, awesome at responding and the results were breathtaking! She made our time line including two different locations to shoot before the wedding, Kept us on time and we still to this day get compliments on the gorgeous work she provided. After viewing engagement and wedding photos of several different photographers there was something special that stuck out about Brown Street Studios. Every photo looked like it had a story behind it and she really had a way of not only capturing the emotions of the couple and every backdrop was perfect. The way colors pop in all her photos really sold me. She and her husband are so sweet and made the experience super comfortable and fun. Turn around of the photos was so fast! -

Becky and Ben are awesome!!
