Every single friend I’ve suggested this store to has found their lovely gown here! The dress I got was INCREDIBLE and saved my simplistic pandemic wedding due to its “wow” factor. All of my friends look gorgeous in their wedding gowns, too. The best part? We all chose different styles and ALL looked beautiful and elegant. The vast selection makes you feel like you’re on say yes to the dress. The professionals working are not pushy and extremely kind and understanding. Bri’Zan Couture is THE place to get quality, unique, and stunning wedding gowns. There’s really no comparison. Try on one dress and see for yourself! Don’t let the outside fool you. Just wait until you try on “the one” in the room with mirrors and lights. My experience with Bri'Zan Couture was absolutely seamless and stress-free from start to finish! The wedding dress shopping process was everything I could have hoped for and more. I especially loved how my girls and I were able to share a glass of champagne as I tried on a countless amount of dresses, making the experience even more special and enjoyable. After expressing my ideas, one of my bridesmaids actually found a dress that combined all the elements I was looking for—lightweight crepe, buttons down the back, an elegant top, and a perfect fit for my body. It was as if my wedding dress was made specifically for me! The women we worked with at Bri'Zan Couture were incredibly caring and professional throughout the entire process. Their dedication and attention to detail made all the difference. It was also evident that my wonderful seamstress cared about creating a dress that was perfectly made for me while keeping it realistic and comfortable for me. I am deeply grateful to Bri'Zan Couture for helping me find the wedding dress of my dreams. I truly felt like the most gorgeous June bride! I also want to add that Bri'Zan helped ease the stress of traveling with a wedding dress becasue they packed my bridal gown and the mother of the brides dress in a small carry-on luggage. I recently visited Bri’Zan Couture to look at wedding dresses, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone working there was incredibly nice and helpful.
Ana, my stylist for the appointment, was absolutely amazing. She made the whole experience feel like I was on “Say Yes to the Dress”! Ana made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on and was very attentive to my preferences. She really listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress and used that information to help me find the perfect dress.
Ana was also fantastic at helping me envision what each dress would look like with alterations, which was incredibly helpful. Thanks to her, I found everything I was looking for in a dress, and she truly made my day special. I cannot thank her enough for helping me find my dream dress!
If you're looking for a wedding dress, I highly recommend Bri’Zan Couture and asking for Ana. She is a gem! -

My experience at Bri'Zan was INCREDIBLE! I worked with Kennedy and she was AMAZING! The abolsute best!! I have never felt so comfortable in my own body before than I did while we were trying on wedding dresses! Bri'Zan was my 1st dress shop and 1st time even looking at dresses and WOW, She made my experience what it was! I SAID YES TO THE DRESS MY 1ST NIGHT! I couldn't even believe it! I am the most indecisive person in the world and Kennedy just knew what I needed! She pulled things off the racks I would have NEVER thought I wanted to try on and went completely opposite of what I thought I was looking for after trying a few on and not really loving the styles. I cannot wait to post my pictures in May after my wedding so everyone can see!!! Thank you so much Kennedy! ❤️ you seriously made me feel so beautiful and you were so fun to work with! Kennedy was absolutely AMAZING!! She made me confident and sexy in body! She made the experience so much better than I could’ve imagined! She read through all the information i had given. She had the specific dress I had asked to be pulled in my size along with some others she thought that I would love. Trying in dresses was so fun! The dress I ended up loving a truck show piece and she made me aware that I didn’t have to buy today if I wasn’t ready, that they could order it at anytime since they carry that couture. Which made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Bri’Zan and Kennedy to anyone! -

Bri'Zan makes wedding dress dreams come true! This was our second time being a customer and once again, the dress made my daughter feel beautiful. The staff there has a knack of listening to what you are saying and reading what you are thinking to find the perfect match! When you've narrowed it down to the last one, the reveal is truly magical. We added straps to give the gown a more customized feel and they found the perfect veil to compliment her gown. Alterations were impeccable! Bri'zan was such a huge part of my wedding and I couldnt be happier they are where I went for my gown! After going to Kleinfelds in NYC I was feeling so stressed about not finding a dress... Bri'Zan and the owner Sue found my DREAM DRESS in one appointment! From that day on I felt so at ease and happy with my choice. When we had to postpone Sue and her alterations team were amazing and patient as I decided to alter my dress at a later date. When it finally came down to the wedding, they made sure my alterations were PERFECTION and also helped me pick the perfect veil and headpiece! This was the third bridal store I went to. I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on here! I worked with Kim and she was fantastic! She spent quality time with me making sure she understood my vision of my dream dress. Kim was patient and helpful when discussing alterations that could be made to each dress to make it my own. Sue and her team were nothing short of awesome! My biggest worry during the wedding planning process was finding the perfect dress that I had envisioned and they made sure I got just that in less than six months. The tailor is wonderful and worked her magic from adding sleeves to changing the bottom of the dress completely. I felt like a million bucks in my dress. Bri-Zan is an absolutely wonderful place to find your dream wedding dress.
My mom and I stopped in on a whim, because we had the day off and were shopping around Naperville so we thought we’d check it out. Little did we know that Bri’Zan would make my dreams come true.
As soon as we entered, we met Sue. SUE! I cannot describe how fantastic Sue is in words; she is truly a gem. Sue walked me through the Bri’Zan dresses and told me to pick some out to try (all of them are GORGEOUS) and she chose one for me herself after I described what I wanted. OF COURSE the one Sue chose was the winner; she is a wedding dress GENIUS. It was perfect, lacey, and gorgeous- exactly what I needed for my day and perfect for my vision. Not only did Sue find my perfect dress, but she then helped me conceptualize and customize it further by adding custom, removable cap sleeves and adding in additional lace.
At my first fitting, I wasn’t set to meet with Sue, but I saw her in the store. I started trying on my dress and realized there were a few things I’d like changed. In addition, my mom had brought in some of my grandmother’s beading to add to the veil and none of us there (my maid/matron of honor, my mom) could figure out how to add in the beads design-wise. SUE TO THE RESCUE! Sue noticed that I was struggling a bit and came back to see me; she gave me great ideas on how to use the beads on the veil, she helped me figure out where we needed to add/remove lace features, and she gave me a sense of ease. All of us joyfully clapped and cheered for Sue!
At my last fitting, I worked with Sue and that was just wonderful. She chatted with me, my mom, and my mother-in-law and then put me in my dream dress; it was finally complete and fully mine. I felt so, overwhelmingly beautiful; the seamstress at Bri’Zan is so incredibly talented and all of my changes were made flawlessly.
The morning of my wedding, I read the SWEETEST note from Sue – it made the day even more special. She really is wonderful.
To Sue and all of the Bri’Zan staff, you made my dreams come true and you are all PHENOMENAL people. Thank you!!

I love my wedding dress and had a fantastic experience with all of the employees every time I was in the shop. Alice worked with me during my bridal appointments and was phenomenal. I had a very specific style in mind and she put me in things that exactly fit my vision. She also pushed me to try things that I wouldn’t have put on normally, which I appreciated. The shop had samples in my size (14), so I really knew what each dress looked like on me. I did a fitting at a different shop that had only smaller samples and it was a much worse experience. I ended up with an amazing dress that I got tons of complements on. I had alterations done there as well. They hemmed it, took in the bust a little, and added custom off-the-shoulder sleeves. All of the alterations looked great.
I do have a couple negatives to my over-all positive experience. A bridal appointment requires a $50 deposit that goes to your dress if you buy with them. They only allow 3 guests to come with you. They do not allow you to take photos in the dresses. The alterations were extremely expensive. When purchasing the dress, which was $2,000, we were prompted to leave a 20% tip. -

Very good services and selection of dresses.
I went to Bri’zan for a mother of the bride dress. Our Sales lady was Kennedy and she was great.
She took the time to figure out what style I liked and help me find my dress.
There were different types of styles available which I liked.

Initially I was so pleased with my experience at Bri'Zan Couture. When shopping for my wedding gown, the staff was super helpful in finding the perfect dress and were very friendly. The dress was gorgeous!
Alterations were a different story. My first fitting was 3 months prior to the wedding. The seamstress was not friendly at all, and at one point stabbed me with one of the pins. I told her that the pin was cutting into me, so she adjusted it. Shortly after she adjusted it, the pin fell off, so I mentioned this to her. She told me "yeah, yeah I know i've got it." She didn't fix the pin, but I figured she knew what she was doing. For my next fitting three weeks before the wedding, there were SEVERAL issues, including the area where the pin had fallen out (which was loose). The bottom of the dress was also uneven (how that happened still baffles me) and there were dirt marks on the dress. The bustle was also HIDEOUS and had these obnoxious hooks on the satin part of the dress. Total eye sore. All of this would have been fine, if it had been corrected by the next fitting. I went back the following week, and the dress was now too short on one side (still uneven). They said they needed several hours to fix this. At this point I was pretty annoyed considering I live in the city and was driving to Naperville each time to get this done. My mom also was coming in from Madison WI for each alteration. Eventually everything got fixed, but the staff was not apologetic considering all of the inconvenience and stress this was causing me.
Finally, the pricing of alterations was increased by quite a bit from what they had originally told me when buying the dress. They added an extra $200 to the original price and didn't explain what it was for. They told me they had emailed me about a price increase. I never received any emails from them. After telling them I was upset about the price increase considering all of the hassle I had been through, they did knock off the extra $200, but honestly they should have taken off even more considering that that extra $200 was nonsense anyways. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Horrific customer service/alterations
BUYER BEWARE! (Pictures for proof)
I purchased my dress from Bri’Zan Couture in the beginning of March for my June 11 wedding. I was told that it would be no problem to order a brand new dress (in leu of off the rack), which I paid a large fee to have rushed mind you, with there still being more than enough time to complete alterations. I arrived today for my final fitting, on time at 5pm, only to be told after waiting for 30 minutes that the seamstress was behind from her first appointment of the day (which was at 11am) and they wouldn’t be able to take me until 7pm….2 HOURS after my original appointment time. This might not sound like much, but almost the exact same situation happened with my first fitting appointment, when they made up the same story about being behind, turns out the seamstress wasn’t even at the shop that day and strolled into the business an hour after my start time, not running behind, just not there. Since I sensed a pattern of deceit, naturally I became upset and asked to speak to a manager or the owner, and was told that they don’t come in to the shop and they weren’t at liberty to give out their phone numbers, when I asked for their email, I was presented with a generic email for the store with a name to address it to. After a quick social media search, I discovered that in fact I was lied to AGAIN, and was given a false name for the owner! At this point, I just wanted to leave with my dress and have any final tweaks done elsewhere since I was’t able to wait the additional hour half, and honestly, didn’t trust a word they were saying anymore and no longer felt comfortable doing business with them. 30 minutes later, the girl (still NOT the owner or manager) came up with my dress concealed in a garment bag and told me I would need to sign a waiver to take it. Excuse me…I own this dress outright, what do I need to sign anything for?? I demanded a print out of said waiver before I signed anything, and was given the run around that she couldn’t print it. They could in fact print it after I insisted multiple times I would not be signing anything without reading it on paper because you couldn’t see what was actually on it on their little electronic pad. Well…..they were trying to be sneaky and get me sign something that said I was taking the dress after examining it and was happy and they wouldn’t be held responsible for any damages! She was trying to tell me that she couldn’t print it out so I could not read exactly what I was signing. Once I saw this, I walked over to my dress, unzipped it and pulled it out……NOTHING had been done, the hem was still cut from scissors, the lace is peeling off there’s no bustle, and its STAINED!!!! They weren’t running behind from a bridal appointment, they were in fact, trying to start all of my alterations at the time of my appointment!!!! Wait…it gets better……guess who decides to show up now….the OWNER who “never comes in”, who was actually in back the entire time, and her only offer to rectify the situation was to complete the alterations, ha YEA RIGHT!!!! Very very long story short, spend your money elsewhere where they value their customers instead of lying through their teeth, have ZERO accountability and leave you hanging with a very expensive dress all cut up a week before your wedding. -

Horrible, stay away.
Like most of you, the experience started out great. The stylist who helped me find my dress was amazing. It wasnt until I found my dress, and ordered it, that the problems started. I believe some of these 'great' reviews are fake. I've attached pictures, which include an explanation of my experience. Ladies stay away!! -
