From the very beginning, working with Erimar was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming with so much unknown, but she made the entire process feel seamless and honestly so enjoyable. From our very first conversations, she just got it. Even when I didn’t quite have the words to explain my vision, she understood exactly what I was trying to create and brought it to life in a way that exceeded anything I could have imagined.
One of the biggest things that stood out when choosing Erimar was how organized and intentional her planning process was. She broke everything down into clear phases and timelines, which gave us so much confidence from the start. At every stage, we knew exactly what to expect and what decisions needed to be made, which made the entire experience feel manageable and stress-free. That level of structure is what truly set her apart.
But what stood out the most to me throughout the process was how much she truly cared about the details. Every little thing that mattered to me—no matter how small—mattered to her too. She went above and beyond to make sure everything felt intentional, beautiful, and perfectly aligned with our vision. Nothing ever felt overlooked.
She was also incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process. There were definitely times I was sending multiple emails a day, and she never once made us feel like we were a bother. She was always responsive, kind, and reassuring, which made such a difference during what can be a stressful time.
On the day of the wedding, everything was absolutely flawless. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was, the details, and how it was one of the most fun weddings they’ve ever been to—which says so much about the experience she helped create.
What’s even more incredible is that behind the scenes, there were things happening that we had no idea about. When our MC had an unexpected emergency, Erimar stepped in and handled everything without missing a beat. We didn’t feel any stress or chaos—everything flowed perfectly, and that is a true testament to her professionalism, experience, and calm presence. The one thing we wish we could have done is to go just a little bit longer, because it was so amazing.
She didn’t just plan our wedding—she protected our experience, our peace, and the joy of the day.

Before anything else, I just need to say this.
Our wedding would not have been what it was without our coordinator.
Planning a destination wedding in Puerto Rico could have been stressful. There were so many details, so many moving parts, and so many opinions. But from the very beginning, she made it feel manageable. Every time I started to spiral or overthink something, she grounded me. I asked the same questions over and over again. I second guessed decisions. I revisited timelines. Not once did she make me feel like I was being difficult. She never sounded annoyed. She just reassured me, explained it again, and reminded me that everything was handled. And it was.
Then it rained.
Of course it did. Outdoor ceremony, right next to the rain forest… what could go wrong? She did not panic. She did not hesitate. She immediately started directing people, adjusting the layout, shifting the timeline, and somehow it all flowed. What could have felt chaotic ended up feeling intentional. I remember thinking, this is exactly why we hired her.
And then there was my shapewear situation.
For my wedding dress, I decided to wear shapewear. That was a mistake. I could not breathe. Halfway through cocktail hour, I was regretting every decision I had ever made. One of my bridesmaids tried to yank it off under my dress for a solid ten minutes. Any bride knows taking your dress off and putting it back on is simply not an option.
Our coordinator stepped in, calm as ever. Without making it dramatic or making me feel embarrassed, she literally put her whole hand up my dress, found the band of the shapewear, and had it off in seconds. Problem solved. I could breathe again. Cocktail hour saved.
That moment alone tells you everything you need to know about her. She will do whatever needs to be done. No ego. No hesitation. Just solutions.
She also has an incredible team. Every person working with her was kind, professional, and completely in sync. Even with the rain and my wardrobe crisis, everything felt smooth. If something went wrong, I genuinely have no idea.
On the wedding day, I was not checking my phone. I was not being pulled aside with issues. I was just present with my husband and our friends and family, actually enjoying it.
If you are looking for someone who will answer your repeated questions, pivot in the rain, fix your timeline, and even rescue you from suffocating shapewear, she is the one.

Best decision ever!!!
I began my search for a wedding coordinator in May 2024. I consulted with several, but none of them made me feel truly secure… until I met Erimar. From the very first moment, her honesty, professionalism, and warmth made me feel an immediate click, as if I had finally found the right person to walk with us through this journey.
Throughout the entire planning process, my husband and I felt safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Her experience and guidance were present in every important decision, helping us create exactly the wedding we had always dreamed of.
I’m not someone who feels comfortable delegating, but with her everything flowed so naturally that I learned to let go. She joined me at every vendor meeting, celebrated our ideas, and even came with me when I found my dream wedding dress, making me feel supported, pampered, and excited every step of the way.
She was always available to answer every message, email, or call. Her positivity, calmness, and constant reassurance that everything would turn out well were truly invaluable. Words will never be enough to thank her and her team for everything they did to help us have the wedding we dreamed of.
Erimar listened attentively to every idea I had and every inspiration I found online, making me feel that every detail mattered to her just as much as it did to us.
On the wedding day, everything flowed perfectly. Our guests even told us how attentive Erimar and the Briellas team were throughout the entire event, which I deeply appreciate because it allowed everyone to enjoy without worries.

I loved everything about her, her personality, the way she conducted herself. the way she handled my wedding. She was on time, she was on point never was I disappointed with her at any time throughout the whole wedding process. From the moment I found her she was there for me, she knew my vision. Just when I thought I was about to stress about something she came in and took the stress away. My wedding was phenomenal and that had to do with her she put everything together from getting my vendors all together ,getting my family all together, making sure everybody was on time. I couldn't thank her enough she made my day it was the best day of my life and I have to give that to her because she did that. I will give her a 10/10 words can express how much I really appreciate everything that she did for me and my husband.
