    Great Wedding Dress Preservation!

    BridalKare did a great job preserving my wedding dress! The hem of my full-length A-line wedding dress was quite dirty after an evening of dancing at our reception, walking through the grass for pictures, and a late night of celebrating at the local bar. I sent my dress in about two months after the wedding and BridalKare was able to remove 99% of the stains which I was impressed with. BridalKare is very affordable (I only paid $200), and definitely recommend the extra $5 so you receive a photo of your cleaned dress before it's all sealed up. My dress just arrived this week and looks great in the box - I'm impressed with how well packed the dress was (I think it actually takes up less space than if I hung it up in the closet). Recommend!!

    Excellent Customer Service

    I am so happy that I chose this company to preserve my daughters dress. They were professional, responsive and followed my instructions. They never left me wondering and the dress is beautiful. Thank you! I highly recommend!

    BridalKare cleans and preserves wedding gowns. After contacting several local dry cleaners, I learned that nearly all of them sent the dresses to Bridal Kare in Buffalo NY. I looked them up online and discovered that I could deal with them directly. The process is quick and painless and shipping in both directions is free.

    I thought my gown was done for. I had a flood in my home and I thought the gown was ruined forever. I took it to BridalKare and within a week they had it looking like new. The staff was so nice and helpful they helped me through the whole process. thank you Bridalkare for the great care and restoring my gown

    Mom's 70 year old gown

    In late October, out of the blue, my brother sent me our mother's wedding gown that will be 70 years old this year. When I removed it from the plastic bag it had been stored in, it felt damp and smelled quite musty. His reasons for sending it to me were 1) Arizona was drier than Pennsylvania, 2) Of us seven siblings I am the only one with grand-daughters and 3) His wife said it was time to downsize.
    Mom passed away in 2009 and I felt an honor in being chosen as the "keeper" of the dress. Rather than putting it back in the plastic bag and tucking it away in some closet (we have no attics or basements in Arizona) I decided to have BridalKare preserve the dress.
    What an amazing outcome! As you can imagine, there were stains. Some original and some from just being exposed for 70 years. There was also a rip near the bodice that they repaired. I have sent pics to all my siblings and they are as impressed as I am. And the cost, which included shipping both ways, was incredibly reasonable.
    Thank you again BridalKare. Watch for a pic of one of my grand-daughters wearing this gown in 15-25 years.

    Excellent service with a great price!

    I had an outdoor destination wedding in November of last year, including a good hours time on a sandy pavement and walking across a main street for some bride and groom portraits. Although my train was bustled most of the night, it was still definitely in need of a good cleaning by the end of the night! Post wedding, I was too busy with everything to even think about cleaning it. I finally made time 3 weeks later to start researching different companies that provide the service. I found that most cleaners will offer the service, but go through one of the few main "wedding gown cleaning and preservation" companies as a 3rd party, thus increasing the price. I decided to go through the companies directly and narrowed down my selection to Wedding Gown Preservation Co., Happily Ever After, and Bridalkare. I decided to go with Bridalkare as they offered the best price, packaging box design, and additional options available.

    The process was pretty easy. You are offered an unlimited number of items to be placed in the preservation box free of charge--as is (no additional cleaning). I had a Catholic ceremony so I decided to add my pillow, veil, and cord in addition to my sequenced belt. I placed all my items in a mesh bag for easy display. They do offer a cleaning service for your items if needed for an additional charge. I really liked how they have an option for you to see photos of your cleaned dress before boxing for an easy $5. I thought this was really beneficial as your mind is put at ease knowing your dress is actually cleaned before preserving. Note: you will need your to provide your own box when shipping it to them, but I had no problem with this as we had a few Amazon boxes coming in before Christmastime. Customer service was great, I had lots of questions regarding my additional items and special instructions requested, they answered in a timely manner and were very confident in their services.

    The package arrived about 7 weeks after I sent it in. They require a signature for your dress to be delivered to you, so I did have to wait around all day for that. The delivery box and Bridalkare main box inside was in perfect condition. Once you open the flap of the main box, there is an acid resistant paper covering the display window of the interior preservation box--nice additional protection. The items are neatly displayed and don't shift around. My only complaint would be that the plastic vacuum packaging has creased on the top and left side of the box (photos attached), but not too noticeable when looking at the whole box as a whole. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product and service. Would definitely recommend to future brides out there!

    Honestly, great service given the circumstances…

    Just like the other reviews, I also sent my wedding dress out around September-October 2021 and I just received my dress last month (March 2022). Even though I didn’t receive my dress until way later, they were pretty good at keeping me updated with delays; I also received the emails about their box manufacturer and the delays on their part. Given that they were short staffed and experienced delays (EVERY manufacturer is experiencing delays due to COVID related things), I am very happy with the service I received and how my dress turned out. I will be sending my reception dress for them to preserve! If you don’t mind the wait, I highly recommend them!

    Terrible service

    I sent my dress in October of 2021 and have yet to receive my dress back. I filled out all the necessary paperwork and even the card to get text communication (with picture updates) from them when they received it, clean it, and packaged it. They have not once contacted me without me asking about my dress. Thankfully they sent pictures when I asked, but that was in November after they had the dress for a month and I received zero communication after it was delivered. Since then, I have had to contact them every month asking for updates. They are saying that stock is low on boxes, but when I told them that I was fine with a plain white box in November, they didn't send it then. Then in December they said it was next in line, then in January they said they were out of boxes. I'm not sure what is exactly true here but they have a very senimental piece and they have absolutely ZERO care for their customers or remorse. It is ridiculous that they are telling me one thing and then I still have to reach out about my dress. I got my bridal boutique involved and they have yet to receive a response from them. I also have contacted BridalKare once again for an update and I asked for compensation (should be a full refund IMO) and that I would be reporting them to the BBB. I would NOT recommend working with this service. I'll try to keep this review updated, but I'm not hopeful that I will receive my dress anytime soon or ever...

    Unresponsive. Disappointing. Heartbroken.

    Honestly heartbroken. I sent my dress to BridalKare in August,2021. That was the last time I heard from them. I have called and left voicemails with no response. The customer service is terrible. All I want is to get my dress back. Please save yourself the stress and DO NOT SEND YOUR DRESS TO BRIDALKARE.

    Madyson, I am truly sorry about the service you have received as this is not the standard we hold our business to. Service is taking longer then usual at this time due to decrease in employees and the difficulty of finding new hires along with the shortage and time frame of receiving our supplies. I am not trying to make excuses .... emails were instructed to be sent out to keep all of our customers aware of this. If you can please forward me your registration number and I will look into this myself for you. Again I apologize for the delays and lack of response.....Beverly

    While the process was easy and my dress was returned quickly they did not do the job I paid them for. They advertise as bridal gown cleaning experts, however my dress was returned with the underarm stains and lipstick stain still on it as well as other new damage: a broken hook and eye, staple holes, ruffle tacking threads broken. It also came with a note that stated they looked over the dress but could not remove the stains. I feel I should have been notified about that before they sent it back? Don't waste your money!
