Drove out of my state to GA to try on a dress they had online. From the second I walked in my family and I felt welcomed. They helped me try on the dress I had my eye on and helped me pick out some accessories. Very professional and amazing staff! Would definitely recommend to any future brides, you’ll have the best experience here. -

I was able to give them my budget and description of what I liked and they had dresses in my price range and style for me to look at, they gave my mom and bridesmaids some clothes pins to go through and pick a couple of dresses they wanted me to try and the staff was very helpful and positive all the way through! I actually picked a dress that I had looked at online because they have live online inventory and that’s the one I bought that day! -

So glad I stopped in here as a walk in on a busy Saturday. I called less than an hour ahead and they were still able to accommodate me, despite it being busy. My first impression was great customer service as well as a great set up and organization. Tons of dresses in all styles and price ranges. Nancy helped me out every step of the way and made finding my perfect dress, stress free! Highly recommend!! -

This was the second store I went to dress shipping and my last! They were awesome, affordable and a one stop shop for very thing including a veil, accessories, and alterations! And the staff is also amazing! Would recommend this place to any bride in the Atlanta area! -

I booked an appointment and worked with Cathy on a Saturday morning. I went into this shop (and a few others before it) alone, and she made me feel like I was talking to a trusted friend. She was really accommodating of my photo requests so I could so my friends and family from afar. I had a pretty solid idea of what I wanted but immediately knew which one was "my" dress. I absolutely loved my dress and working with the ladies at Bridal Sense was one of my favorite parts of planning my big day! I'm planning to work with them to consign my dress as well. -

I went here with my mom, sister and 2 friends and tried on several dresses that I saw on their website as well as some others. The people working here are very nice and helpful. Buying off the rack is a great option because then you can try the dress on whenever you want before the wedding to try out undergarments or shoes or accessories or just because you forgot what it looks like. I also used their alterations, which were great. -

The most stressful thing for a Bride to be is to have to make decisions about everything and deal with EVERYONE. Well Nancy and her team makes sure to take off as much of that load and handle interference for you as possible. They really go above and beyond to help you and know YOU as a person. I loved that I could go into this store and BE allowed to look and try on ANY gown I liked and even though I didn't buy my gown there Nancy and her staff continued to unconditionally help me in every way. Not to mention they have great prices. I could go on and on about how much I love this place. Thank YOU Bridal Sense for Making my Wedding Day Possible and Beautiful. -

Sara Sent on 09/14/2011Bridal Sense literally saved my life when it came to my wedding gown. I needed emergency alterations done to my Priscilla of Boston gown 4 days before my wedding. I needed a corset put in immediately when it refused to zip fully leaving 2 inches wide open in the back of this gown. With the amount of hand done bead work and embroidery on the entire dress,attention to detail and expertise was imperative.
I was a wreck standing in the mirror sobbing when I saw how much work was needed in the time frame we were working with. I just stood there and cried. It was impossible to get it done correctly in 3 days. And since it was a destination wedding, I was leaving THE VERY NEXT MORNING and wouldn't even get to see it until the morning of my wedding. I was beside myself.
Well, not only did they get it done, but the owner called me before I even had a chance to leave town THE NEXT MORNING for a fitting!! They had my $8700 gown altered perfectly overnight!! I couldn't believe it! It was perfect!! It was amazing and they saved my wedding gown!!
It wasn't cheap, but Priscilla of Boston wanted $800 and wouldn't have it done in time. I consider the money I paid at Bridal Sense well worth every single penny. I spent about $550 altogether, but that's counting alterations, a hoop skirt, a cathedral veil and blusher. Talk about a bargain!!
I highly recommend that store to every bride in search of a gown, accessories, dresses for bridesmaids, gowns for mothers or an alterations expert. Your search stops with them!!! -

Amanda Sent on 08/31/2011I can't say enough great things about Bridal Sense!! Making my initial appointment was the beginning of how impressive they are. I emailed them on a Sunday evening and received a response 15 minutes later! Bridal Sense is a family-owned business and they certainly make you feel like family. Mary Ann and Nancy are a pleasure to work with and the seamstress is SENSATIONAL! I received so many compliments on the way my dress was fitted; it was absolutely perfect.
I definitely recommend Bridal Sense to anyone looking for a gown, or needing alterations. They will truly make you feel special. -

Rebecca Sent on 06/17/2008The staff at Bridal Sense was wonderful. They were helpful in choosing my dress and professional in all aspects. They kept all the dates correct and followed through with all deadlines. I was aware, then entire time, of the arrival of my dress, my attendants dresses and the timeline for wedding weekend. The tuxedos were great, and Bridal Sense had to alter one tuxedo, on the spot, that the tux vendor sent incorrectly. They were truly a pleasure to work with and I would reccommend them to anyone! -

Natalie Sent on 06/03/2014This review is actually a bit hard for me to provide feedback because if it weren't for the owner Nancy, I would have reviewed this shop's employees quite a bit lower. My very first visit (& only second shop I went to) at the shop was being run by the owner, Nancy, herself and she was (and is) absolutely amazing! After leaving the shop that very first day I had not a doubt that I chose the right dress and place to purchase it. She knows her dresses and which ones will look good on a particular body type while staying in budget. I found my dress, which just so happen to be about the second she picked for me, and after some back and forth with another, the task was completed. HOWEVER, every other visit to the shop when she wasn't there was not the same. I had some trouble with the seamstress at this place during the first and second fittings due to a lack of communication with me on how to place my dress, on my body, to ensure that it has the exact fit that I purchased it for. She does this for a living (and has done this exact dress before) so I didn't speak up as much because well, what do i know about sewing wedding dresses?I just knew that it wasn't feeling nor looking the same as Nancy had placed and clipped it on me.
Nevertheless, she does great work because my dress did end up turning out *perfect*, but the negative experiences and stress I left with each visit could have partly been avoided (aside from the other employees stoic looks and obvious want to leave the shop for the night). When all was said and done, Nancy made everything right by being present for later fittings, properly placing the dress on me as she did the very first time and communicating the matter with me.
If I were to rate Nancy alone, I would give 5 stars, but to be fair to other soon-to-be brides, I rated be the ENTIRE experience. -

I would strongly caution anyone against using Bridal Sense for alterations. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare.
They completely botched what was supposed to be a minor alteration and ties for a French bustle incorrectly. When I tried on the dress, the poor workmanship was glaringly obvious.
When I attempted to explain the issues, the staff there were dismissive and rude, treating my concerns as if I was making them up. They left me standing there alone with the dress while they attended to other customers, despite knowing I had a scheduled appointment.
To make matters worse, my dress was dirty and unpressed at final pick-up, contrary to what had been agreed. I had to seek out another tailor to fix their shoddy work which was immediately noticeable to them, which caused unnecessary stress and expense just two days before my wedding day!
I did send an email requesting a refund for the failed alterations in an attempt to resolve this directly, but have yet to receive any response from anyone at the shop.
I cannot recommend Bridal Sense for alterations—they clearly lack professionalism, skill, and customer care.
