I’m very happy

The ladies that work at Bridal Exclusives are so kind and helpful! I had so much fun finding my dress with them. They made me feel beautiful and listened to my needs and inspiration for what I want my wedding dress to look like. I got so many compliments on my dress! I’m obsessed with it. The ladies at bridal exclusives are there to support every bride and to make their day the best day possible. They are great at communicating. I highly recommend you take a look and visit one of their stores to see what they got.

Best Dress Shopping Experience

Bridal Exclusives was recommended to my by a few coworkers and friends. I went to a number of stores after initially going to Bridal Exclusives because I wanted to see what else was out there. I eventually returned and found the dress of my dreams, plus a few more! The team was amazing and made the experience more than just shopping for clothes. They had great insight and helped suggest other dresses I hadn't thought of! Have recommended this store to other friends that are recently engaged!

My stylist found my dress

I came in with family and friends and the dream dress. It was at their booth at the Portland Bridal show. However they didn’t have it at the store. I was a little sad but my stylist really cheered me up and made me feel optimistic. I know she really listens to her bride. After trying on some dresses and not finding the right one she wanted me to try on this one dress saying that it has all the qualities I like in the other dresses. She was right. I loved it. This place also did my alterations and the woman working with me was fast and professional. This is a one-of-a-kind place and would recommend it to all my friends.

Wedding Dress Shopping

Experience was so great! I found my dress and the service was amazing. The only thing I would say is there is a lot of room for large bridal parties. I was told 5-6 people would be sitting on top of each other and I wanted my mother in law and sister in law there and decided against it after being told it'd be crowded with more than 5 people. I regret it and now they're upset at me. Wish I could go back and just bring them anyways... But they will definitely be coming to the fitting! (:

My entire bridal gown experience with Bridal Exclusives was beyond my expectations. My consultant Karmen was fun (yet honest!), reassuring and extremely knowledgeable in finding the perfect non-traditional dress. As if the shopping experience wasn't amazing enough, Bridal Exclusives' alterations saved my wedding dress when the designer (Allure) sent my custom dress in the wrong measurements - and refused to cover the charges for their mistake. My seamstress Marissa noticed the issue right away on the first fitting, worked with manager Hope to reassure me that they would order and pay for a new dress to make up for the designer's mistakes, and do the custom bust herself without charging for the extra work - all while making me laugh along the way. It's now 20 days from my wedding and I absolutely love my dress. Between Karmen's expertise, Marissa's support and amazing talent, and Hope going to bat for me with the designer, I couldn't ask for a better bridal gown experience.

Don't leave Bridal Exclusives off your list for wedding attire!

I am a plus-sized bride and was dreading even the idea of dress shopping for my wedding. I scheduled an appointment with Bridal Exclusives at a wedding expo. Let me tell you-- Bridal Exclusives is hands-down the best! They had a lot of plus-sized dresses to try on, they were accommodating when I asked to be in an area of the shop that was more private, and it ended up being one of the most special pre-wedding days I will treasure. Lina was beyond considerate and clearly understood my apprehension during the first visit without me having to explain myself. She also didn't push a sale and I felt very comfortable in the dressing room with her. I chose a "Julietta Collection" dress by Mori Lee, style 3208. I also purchased extra lining and lace to line the back and make sleeves through Bridal Exclusives. This process was also very respectful and pleasant. I came multiple times to look at the colors of the bridesmaid's dresses and was always welcomed by a friendly face, even though none of my bridesmaids purchased through Bridal Exclusives (they were all from out-of-town).

Bridal Exclusives was the second dress salon that I went to when in search for my wedding dress. They easily accommodated myself and 4 guests (mom, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and family friend) and it was so fun being able to bring light snacks and champagne. The consultant explained the process to me and the layout of the dresses in the store. I had fun being able to look through the rack of dresses and selecting a dress from each style category. I appreciated having the opportunity to try on different styles so that I could confidently narrow down my likes and dislikes. It really didn't take very long to find my dress. There was one thing about the dress that I wasn't 100% sure about (it didn't flare at the bottom as much as I wanted) and the consultant listened to my concerns and made a great suggestion. She brought me a petty coat to try on underneath and was able to achieve the exact look I was going for--it was a dress dream come true! I was so happy with the experience and would recommend Bridal Exclusives to my friends.

I have nothing bad to say about Bridal exclusives, I went to many other Bridal Boutiques for dresses and did not receive even remotely the quality I got there! I got to try on all types of dresses, thank goodness as I ended up getting something totally different than I wanted. The attendant and the alterations lady rocked! I was made to feel so comfortable and so beautiful and ultimately like a bride. They were a one stop shop for many things, I got my dress, veil, preservation package, garter (for free!), headpiece and a silky robe from them! I loved everything and even though it was more than I wanted to spend I was 110% percent happy with it all. GO THERE and you won't regret it!! PS. Clackamas location is smaller and more intimate, but Tualatin is bigger and nicer looking. PPS. their bridal show discount rocked!

Karmen was awesome to work with! She gave me a ton of beautiful options to try on that were well with in my budget. The dress I did end up choosing was perfect! My husband loved it and it fit my personality perfectly. If your looking at dresses, listen to the consultant helping you. They know the store stock, also the really good ones understand fashion and know what looks good on different body types.

Buying a wedding dress is a tough decision its the dress your going to be in on the day of your wedding!! I did quite a bit of shopping around before choosing "the one". It was down to two dresses on at Bridal Exclusives and one at another location. The girls at Bridal exclusive just made you feel comfortable and confidant and had lots of wedding tips and that is why I chose to by my dress from them. Once I purchased my dress I ended up getting all my accessories and brides maid dress there. It was such a pleasure to work with all the ladies there.

They were wonderful, I came in feeling overwhelmed and not sure what I wanted. They have you first try on all the silhouettes even if you don't think it is for you just to see, they then bring down the list to what you like and what aspects you like. They were WONDERFUL, i got to see what dress i wanted and what features i liked over others. Then their alterations people are great and listen to what you want and not just what would be easiest to them.

I was so excited walking into Bridal Exclusives. They were not at all pushy when it came to purchasing, and were extremely helpful. They really knew their stock, and made it easy and fun to pick/try on dresses. Overall, it was a wonderful, stress-free experience and I highly recommend them! My family loves Bridal Exclusives. My sister got her dress there. I got my dress there. It is so fun getting to try on so many styles of dresses. The dresses are so pretty. The onsite alterations makes the dress buying process easy as well.

Bridal Exclusives was amazing! I worked with Kala at the Tigard location and she was awesome. She didn't pressure me but offered true opinions and helped me pick the perfect dress. Prior to coming to Bridal Exclusives, I went to a well-known chain store and had a not-so-pleasant experience with a pushy sales girl. I went there a couple of times and then to another different store but I didn't find "the dress". I went to BE by myself one night after work and found the one! I went back the next weekend to try it on (after already purchasing..) to show my family and friends and the store was so accomodating to let me come back after already purchasing to try on the sample just to show my family. I had my fittings through BE as well with Lizzie, who was equally as awesome. I didn't feel that I was overcharged and the dress fit me like a glove. I purchased earrings and a belt through BE as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Kala and Lizzie!

I couldn't have imagined a better experience. My dress was PERFECT. I was super nervous about picking a dress that was a size 10 in the store when I initially tried it on, but I knew it was the one! I was so pleased that it 1) arrived early; 2) nearly fit like a glove because of the perfect measurements that they took; 3) it was absolutely incredible for the actual day of the wedding. I wish I could get married over and over again to have the same service and piece of mind about such an important piece of attire!

My experience with Bridal Exclusives in Clackamas couldn't have been better! I went in on a whim one day and they helped me find a veil and sash without an appointment time! They even allowed me to try on the wedding dress that they had in stock that I had already purchased from another store in Portland. Being able to try on the dress and the veil and sash together made the decision making process so much easier. Even though I wasn't one of "their brides", the ladies went out of their way to find the perfect additions to my gown to help complete my vision. They even took time on the phone with the supplier of the sash I ordered to get additional Satin to lengthen it and then happily took my return of the extra satin when I decided that I like the length that the original came in when it was delivered 6 weeks later. Awesome ladies, awesome experience, great quality products!

I found my dream dress and wasn't pushed/forced into a sale! The gal that helped me (Jacqueline) was nice, patient and professional. She let me take my time and try on as many dresses as I wanted. She wanted to make sure I found the dress that I was in love with and she did everything to help me find it! The whole team at bridal exclusives was great and made me feel special!

I was so glad I chose this place over David's Bridal. It was more private without all the hustle and bustle you get at Davids. All the dresses were gorgeous and the staff was very nice.

I found my dress with ease. I felt supported and encouraged through the whole process. The alterations department was great at helping my vision come to life. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a great personalized appointment. I had the last appointment of the night and had the whole salon to my party! I choose my dress out the same day, and got it ordered. She helped me with the sizing and adding accessories to make the dress more of how i imagined it. I was speechless and completely in awe of how i looked.

This was literally the way I thought finding my dress would go when I imagined it. They allowed us to bring fruit and champagne in with platters and a whole seating area arranged in a half circle facing the pedestal and mirrors while I tried on dresses until I found the ONE :) It had to be moved to the Beaverton location because I couldn't pay for the whole thing at once and Beaverton was AWFUL and tried to tell me I wasn't allowed to pick my dress up without an appointment and hassled me and the Sunnyside location was not only amazing the day I went to shop but also the day that Beaverton did that to me. They called over, and the girl even got in her car and drove over there got my dress for me and brought it back to clackamas so I could have it! Amazing!

I had heard a lot of bad things about other places and was really afraid to start looking for dresses because I had heard how hard it can be. But my Maid of Honor told me that we just have to go somewhere. So, in the meantime I was looking online at the dresses and honestly, I'm really picky. But when I walked into the Clackamas location I immediately felt great because everyone there was so sweet and helpful. They scheduled an appointment for me that day. I came back and met with Melissa and we found my dress that day! It only took 30 minutes and the amazing thing is that it was within my budget and it's better than I would have ever thought. Thanks so much Bridal Exclusives for being so great and I can't wait to wear that beautiful dress!

Bridal Exclusives was one of about four bridal shops I visited - and by far had the best selection, price range and responsive staff. I found my gown here and enjoyed the entire process - from ordering to alterations to preservation. Every time I went in to the store I felt like a special woman and would highly recommend you shop for the gown of your dreams here too. My wedding guests kept saying my gown took their breath away!

I found my dress at Bridal Exclusives and it was basically the best dress ever. I went by myself on a Monday night to try on dresses about 5 months before my wedding. I really liked the salesperson who helped me find my dress (I wish I could remember her name!). I was super nervous about trying on dresses and she made it totally painless! I found a dress that I loved and fit almost perfectly right on the floor. I was able to buy it right then, along with my undergarments. I also had some minor alterations done there. The alterations were fantastic, they did a great job.

The appointment took a little more than expected. They WILL make you try every single style of dress, even if you already know which style. After choosing your style, you will be trying several dresses of the same style. I tried about 12-15. My dress was gorgeous and it only cost $800, big dress, vintage style. Couldn't believe it.

My total experience at Bridal Exclusives was fantastic. After first shopping around I had decided on the style of dress I wanted, found an amazing dress online and called ahead to be sure they had it in the store for me to try on. They had the dress in their Clackamas Store but had it shipped to their Tigard store so I could try it on. The service and accommodation was amazing and greatly appreciated. The staff at Bridal Exclusives was professional, knowledgeable and very energetic! The seamstress was also great. My only complaint was with the seamstress altered a portion of my vail that I did not request. It was my mothers vail from the 70s that I had changed up a bit but she went a little too far. Unfortunately I didn't notice until the day of wedding. I was a bit upset about it but eventually moved past the mistake. My overall experience was very positive and I absolutely recommend this store for affordable and beautiful dresses of many shapes and styles.

I had an amazing experience at Bridal Exclusives! I had gone to two different stores (including David's Bridal) to look for my wedding dress and I was incredibly disappointed with the pushy and rude service, I actually left the store upset. However, when I came to Bridal Exclusives I was treated incredibly well and actually had a lot of fun. I was able to find a beautiful dress that was barely out of my price range. My dress is so much better/prettier than I imagined and I only have this store to thank!

I went to the Clackamas store, and it was an AMAZING experience! Kaycee is beyond fabulous, and she knew what dress I was looking for even when I had no idea! I rarely leave reviews but I thought this store deserved on. Emily was beyond FABULOUS! She never rushed me and made me feel like she was apart of my bridal party. She was really there for me, especially when my whole crew wanted the opposite dress than the one I fell in Love with. She knew as soon as I put it on it was the one I wanted and she stuck by my side the entire appointment.
I couldn't be more thankful for her and not only her professionalism but her great bubbly attitude.
Emily if you read these THANK YOU for encouraging me to choose the dress I said was ME and not allowing me to make a decision I would regret.
Also besides Emily the store is beautiful and the way they have you try on dresses is PERFECT!

Emily was my constultant when I came into Bridal Exclusives. I have been shopping for a dress for a few months now and haven't found anything that I've loved. I merely came into Bridal Exclusives because I wanted to onyl shop around, I had not planned on buying a dress that day. I had no clue what style I liked, color, texture, etc. Emily had me try on a variety of dresses just so I could make sure that I liked the style or not.

Emily helping me felt like I was being helped by a friend instead of a consultant. She was honest with me and let me know what looked good and did not. The second dress I tried on was the one I fell in love with. This dress made my mom and I start crying and I could tell how happy Emily felt that I had found this dress. She was extremely professional, energetic, fun, loving, caring and courteous.

Without her help, I probably would have found a different store or found the same dress online for a different price. Instead, my mom and I spent our money at the bridal store because of how great our experience was. Emily was amazing and I would recommend anyone to get an appointment with her!

My best friend got her dress from Bridal Exclusives, and had such a great experience that I came here when I got engaged 6 months ago. I think they have a great selection of dress at a reasonable price (under $1500.) And the "experience" you get is so so much better than David's Bridal etc. My sales girl was Mina and she was amazing at her job. I didn't realize how good at her job she was until I went to another store where the girl kept bringing me dress after dress that I didn't care for. Mina listened to me and brought me selections based on what I was saying. It still took me 3 appointments with her to find "the one." But there was no pressure and she always asked me if I was sure before putting me in a dress above my budget. I really appreciated that. I have yet to go thru the alterations process, but so far I could not be happier with the customer service at their Tigard location. They even special ordered a bridesmaid dress for me that they didn't have in stock. They have gone above and beyond. I would recommend everyone I know to this place.

I was very impressed by the quality of service provided at Bridal Exclusives. My sister purchased her wedding dress from Bridal Exclusives so I decided to make them my first stop. Well turned outs out it was my only stop! I found my dress on the first day! All of the bridal consultants we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The seamstress was great. They even offered to steam my veil with my wedding dress and had it all freshly steamed and ready to go on time. I am so happy I decided to go with Bridal Exclusives!

I loved my experience with Bridal Exclusives!! I went there with my maid of honor because they were having a trunk show for Maggie Sottero. I worked with Lindsay Telkamp and she was the BEST!! She really listened to what I had to say, and also challenged me to think outside my wedding dress box. In the end we found the perfect dress and I couldn't have been happier. I just have to say, if anybody goes here I recommend asking for Chelsea! She was absolutely amazing! I know nothing about wedding dresses, styles, designers, prices, etc. She broke it down for me to where I could try on all styles of dresses (mermaid, ball gown, trumpet, etc.) then I got to keep 2 favorites at a time and eventually I came down the one that I loved! She was not pushy with sales whatsoever which was really helpful because this what the first place that I went to try on dresses. I wasn't ready to buy quite yet. We went back to find bridesmaids dresses and she was as equally amazing. She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to wedding gowns and when you tell her what you like vs. what you don't like in a gown she goes and picks out exactly what you want! She was extremely professional and such a joy to work with.

I was very happy with the service. The staff were patient as I tried on dresses, and easy to work with. They allowed me to custom-order my dress with a slightly different design than the sample one I tried on, at no extra charge. They also provided me a discount on the veil. My dress was unique, a lacy halter-top, and it was beautiful.

I have been recommending this place to everyone I run into who is getting married. I had such a great experience buying my dress. When I first went in I didn't really know what I was looking for, or what would look good on me, so they had me try on every dress shape in the store. Chelsea, the associate who helped me, had me really look at what I liked about certain dresses to help me decide which ones I liked better. Her process of elimitation was amazing. She let me have only one favorite on the favorite rack, this way I was always comparing two dresses at a time. If a dress was the no longer the favorite then the new favorite would take its place. Finally when I was down to the last two that I loved, she was able to find a dress that had all of the parts of both dresses that I loved on one dress. I loved my dress, and it was perfect, and affordable (under $1,000). They were also vary helpful with bridesmaid dresses and alterations.

Bridal Exclusive was amazing. They are stern in how many dresses you try on but it makes you make a decision, because it is easy to try on all the beautiful gowns. They have great quality dresses, but yes that means a higher price. I definitely appreciate the quality of my dress as I hope to one day wear it to renew my vows to my husband and pass it down to a potential daughter. AMAZING experience! I went here to try on dresses first, didn't make a decision and tried a few other places around town. After trying the couple other places, I knew I had found a gem right off the bat and headed back to Bridal Exclusives to get the job done. Their staff were super helpful, the plan was great for paying off my dress, their additional location for fitting was a bit hard to find at first, but the staff at that location was also very helpful and knowledgable.
After my wedding was over, I brought my dress back in to have it sent in for preservation and it was delivered back to my house within three weeks and it looked beautiful!

I purchased the Maggie Sottero Karena Royale from Bridal Exclusives and after reading reviews online about the alterations department I was SOOOOO SCARED!!! I was literally terrified but did what my gut said and went with them. My dress turned out perfect. I think many brides are hoping that every time they go in for a fitting they are expecting the same feeling as when you originally tried on dresses. The time that truly matters is when you finally put on that dress the day of your wedding to meet the man of your dreams at the end of the aisle. Bridal Exclusives was great to work with. They set aside time for my appointment and ensured they tried all options to ensure we got the right look for me. My experience with Bridal Exclusives was wonderful. As a plus size bride I was dreading the experience due to some horror stories I had heard about not being able to try much on. This was not the case at Bridal Exclusives! The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and brought various dresses that matched my wishes, to try on. The selection of Gowns was quite extensive, gorgeous and if you go there you won't want to set foot into big box Bridal stores. The prices are what you would expect to pay for designer gowns, so be prepared for that.

The ladies at this shop were really nice and on the ball! I loved how easy they made it to help me find my dress, pick it up, alter it. I also was able to find my shoes at the same shop.

The dress designer: Maggie Sottero. LOVED IT! I wish I could wear it over and over again.

I got so many compliments on the dress, everyone loved it as much as I do <3

Shannon from Bridal Exclusives was a dream to work with. She helped me find my dream Maggie Sottero dress, and was patient through the whole process. My dress came in earlier than expected and was beautiful. Shannon as well as the store is highly recommended in my opinion.

While I did not get my dress here, I went through their alteration shop and they did a fantastic job! They knew my budget and worked with it. They made a fantastic bustle that I loved and were all around friendly! I would definitely recommend future business!

My consultant Shannon was fantastic. I came in after tracking down a particular Justin Alexander dress they had stocked in a plus size (the only store in the city to have it, FYI) and even though it was not The Dress, I did find one that was! I had previously purchased a dress from that nasty national chain with bad customer service (you know who you are!) and Shannon finally provided me with the experience I had always wanted. Wonderful wonderful wonderful.

What an amazing experience, picking out a wedding gown. Amber was so helpful in helping me find the right gown for my body type as well as for our venue. The staff was also very helpful when it came to the alterations. In the end, my gown was PERFECT! I would definitely recommend Bridal Exclusives.

I worked with Jessica at Bridal Exclusives and she was great. I actually went back like 4 different times and she was really patient with me. The first time I went was with my mom and it was my first dress shopping experience. We went to several shops around town. I then went with my sister a few months later to show her the dress I liked and try on a few others she had in mind. I then went to Seattle and did some dress shopping. Eventually I landed back at Bridal Exclusives and had narrowed it down to two dresses (one my sister loved and one my mom loved). One dress felt like too much for our venue and one felt like not enough for our venue. Inevitably Jessica, having gone through 3 appointments with me, knew just the right dress. She pulled one that had everything (and I mean everything) that I wanted. I couldn’t find the right dress for me – at that point I thought I’d tried everything in the store on – but she found the right one based on everything I had talked about. Everything I wanted came together in that dress and I ended up buying it the next day. I loved my dress from the day I found it until now. And Jessica is great to work with!

I went to many shops before bridal exclusives. Their selection process really helped me to find the cut of dress that I liked. And Amber was amazing, she was very patient the whole time. I originally ordered my dress in ivory, and the entire next day I was a but concerned it would look too yellow. I called the next morning about my concerns and they put my order on hold and had me come back in to try on the white and ivory. They were VERY accomodating.

I purchased two dresses for my wedding, one for my ceremony and one for my reception. I purchased my ceremony dress from Bridal Exclusives, which was an absolutely wonderful experience. Becca (who unfortunately doesn't work there anymore, but has now started her own wedding photography business - Rebecca Dryer Photography) was my consultant, and she was amazing. This was the first store and the first time I had tried on any wedding dresses. I had not even planned on buying anything that day, but after trying on about 25 different dresses, I found MY DRESS!! All with the wonderful help of Becca and the other girls at Bridal Exclusives!!

Highly recommended!! The girls were all so nice and very understanding when I went back every other day to try on my dress! My consultant picked out my dress for me after just looking at my body type, and I bought the first dress I tried on!

I love the service at this store. I had found a dress that I liked with what I thought I wanted in mind. I looked at some other stores and found another dress I really liked in a store when I was on vacation (there service was awful, so I didn't buy the dress. The other store wouldn't tell me who the desinger was and they emailed me the smallest picture you have ever seen, as a referance. With the Customer service that I had recieved at Bridal Exclusives in mind I decided that I would take my tiny picture with me and see if they had anything similar that I would like before I gave my money to this other company that I felt didn't earn it. To my Surprise, Bridal exclusives had the exact same dress so I called my mom. They let me keep the dress on while I waited for my mother to arrive and we looked at excessories. Overall it was a great expirinece and my consultant Amber was a joy to work with.
*note. The alterations company that they are associated with was a whole other story. The alterations ladies don't speak very clear english and it was difficult to get the alterations done the way I wanted and my bussle wouldn't stay up at all so my dress ended up very dirty. I did call and inform them of this and they did refund me some of my money for the alterations to help alieviated the additional cost to have the dress cleaned.

My experience at Bridal Exclusives far out-shined my experience dress shopping anywhere else. The woman who helped me find a dress was so knowledgeable about every dress shape and helped me work inside my impossibly small budget. She spent two relaxed and fun hours with me while I tried on dress after dress and finally found the dress of my dreams.
Also I have a very tight schedule - i only bought my dress 10 weeks before the wedding. Even though I knew that was bad, they never made me feel like it would be the slightest problem. Their seamstress is just around the corner, on the next block over, so my dress never had to be mailed across the country for alterations.
They create such a fun atmosphere and give so much individualized attention to each of their brides... they make us each feel almost like we're their only client. I just can't say enough about how great my experience was there.

Found my dress - this was the seventh store we went to. Super helpful, super friendly. Shipped the dress and slip for very practical cost. Fabulous selection! I went with a Maggie Sottero which I could not have been happier with. Wonderful service.

I could have not asked for a better place to find my dress! I decided to go with Bridal Exclusives after talking with them at the Portland Bridal Show. Out of all of the vendors, they were the ones I connected with the most. I also liked the dresses they had on display the most.

While shopping for my dress, the woman helping me was sooo fun and supportive. I am sad I can’t remember her name but she is small and tall has long dark hair and is known for getting measurements exact.. My bridesmaids who came with me also loved her.

When you first get there, they ask you to try on one of every style of dress. Although I knew exactly what style I wanted, it was still fun to see myself in all of the different types. The lovely woman helping me listened very closely to what I shared as my dream dress, and after a few attempts to match it, she finally found the perfect one! Her measurements were also spot on and I did not need any alterations besides cups and a bustle! The alterations woman is also super sweet let me “have a moment alone” in my dress, which was super nice.

I highly recommend Bridal Exclusives. And although I don’t have another reason to go back, I totally would choose them again.
