I had the honor of dress shopping with my bonus daughter today at Bridal Chateau her consultant was absolutely amazing everything my daughter wanted or was looking for she nailed it. She looked gorgeous! Caroline was the female version of Randy from Kleinfelds the bridal shop was so pretty there were over 400 dresses to choose from and there dresses are very affordable i would highly recommend this place and Caroline Donnellan

I wasn't expecting to find my dress at the first stop, but WOW did I find a bargain! I GOT MY DRESS FOR $900, it was $600 of because it was "going out of style" (not that I could care lol). The staff helped me to try on so many types of dresses to see what I liked best, we were there for quite some time. Overall they did great helping me to find the one!

Incredible experience
I had the best experience at Bridal Chateau. Cathy helped me find the perfect dress. I was nervous when I started dress shopping since I am not a small sized woman. I really wanted to feel good and be excited but I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to fit into any dresses. Bridal Chateau has such a wide variety of styles and sizes to try on which made me feel so happy. Cathy listened to me so intently and helped me narrow down exactly what I was looking for. She was absolutely incredible and made me feel so confident and all around made the whole appointment so incredibly fun! Thank you Bridal Chateau! I will forever highly recommend checking you guys out! Thank you for being size inclusive as well. It really makes dress shopping far less stressful and more of the dream experience I had always hoped for.

I would recommend Bridal Chateau over and over to find your perfect wedding dress! Haley and all the women that I worked with at Bridal Chateau were absolutely amazing! Everyone was extremely patient in helping me find the perfect dress. I tried on a bunch of different style dresses and they helped me find dresses that were right for me based on my likes and interests. Once my dress was ordered, the shipping time was extremely quick in getting the dress to the store. They were very communicative with me as well as telling me when my dress would be arriving. My wedding dress was everything I could’ve imagined and more and I’m so happy to have worked with Bridal Chateau for our wedding day!

Bridal Chateau, thank you! My mom bought her wedding dress there almost 30 years ago. Since then a lot of our family has gone there as well. This time was finally my turn! Best in the WNY Area!
Bridal Chateau is hands downs the best wedding dress shop in the area! Francine, my stylist, helped me find the perfect dress based on all the things I told her I was looking for. From first trying on, to picking up the dress, they were professional and kept me informed of everything. I did not feel I was pressured or pushed into buying anything. They definitely have the best selection in this area. The try-on area was nice that it was secluded from others in the store, as well. Francine was also very helpful at finding accessories that matched my taste and dress, including a veil and hair piece. Can’t wait for my big day! 😊

We did the VIB room since I had 6 people coming with me and it was so nice, they had snacks and champagne. The dress I ended up buying was the first one they had me try on so clearly they knew exactly what my style was. Even when I panicked that I found it so fast they let me come try it on agian like 2 days later to help settle my nerves. Also I didn't like the white skirt and she showed me I could get rosegold fabric with it in my budget and have them switch out a layer when I got my alterations.

Amazing Experience with Cathy!
From the moment I walked in the door, my experience at Bridal Chateau was fantastic. I went to 3 other stores in Buffalo and several more outside the area and this one really stood out. Cathy was THE BEST. She made me feel comfortable and important, listened to me and best of all - found me my dream dress!! The staff there is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all. I cannot recommend this bridal shop enough! Right when you walk in you’re greeted by friendly front desk staff and it’s like walking into a magical princess world full of beautiful sparkly dresses. My bridal attendant let us pick some dresses off the floor and also grabbed several that she thought would fit my style based on what I told her. I’m so glad I kept an open mind because she brought me a sweetheart strapless (I didn’t want strapless) and paired it with a lace jacket that matched and it became the most beautiful combination I could’ve dreamed of – I got the two pieces sewn together and it really became a one-of-a-kind custom made dress for me. I got so many compliments on my dress on our wedding day – people told me I looked like a model and that the dress looked so gorgeous and expensive (but I had gotten it on sale off the floor for an insanely low price) and made for me! They also do cleaning and preservation so I can’t wait to have my dress as a keepsake for life!

Today I said yes to my dress and I was absolutely please with my visit. Molly was my assistant and she was amazing at her job. She listened to all my requests and details that I wanted for my dress. She was very patient even when I was undecided of what dress I wanted. She made my visit very pleasant and easy. I absolutely recommend them and Molly. She was the best. You should also book a VIB appointment it’s honestly worth it. I enjoyed the privacy. Two hours is definitely enough to try a good amount of dresses and to bond with whomever you bring.

With covid restrictions in place, it's hard for brides to have the same dress shopping experience like it used to be... With that said, this shop offered a VIP experience where your most important people (mom's, siblings, friends) were able to rent a private room, enjoy a drink and snacks, and have dresses brought to you depending on your style and taste. They listened to my thoughts on each dress, and brought me my dream dress that I absolutely fell in love with. Highly recommend!

Molly was a fantastic consultant! She listened to my likes and dislikes to help find the perfect dress well within my budget! In the following weeks Beth kept in close contact with updates on my dress (which thankfully still arrived on time!). We felt very comfortable with their “covid protocol” while picking up my dress. I also went with Bridal Chateau for my dress preservation which also went without flaw. Overall an amazing dress experience with the Bridal Chateau team; you won’t be disappointed!!!

Kind, compassionate and elegant wedding shop

I am a plus sized bride and I had an idea in mind that I needed to customize. My MOH and I went in just to look around, and poof! Next thing I knew I was speaking with a stylist that found a gorgeous off the rack gown for me (exactly what I wanted!), accessorized it (exactly what I was envisioning!), and found me a dressing room to try it on! My entire purchase was less than $800 and I felt amazing in my gown!

Perfect Wedding Dress Shopping Experience!
I am so grateful to Bridal Chateau for an amazing wedding dress shopping experience! I went with a VIB appointment so I could bring my whole entourage and the knowledge of my consultant, Molly, alone was worth it. The VIB package included the use of a giant personal room to show off the gowns and a sizeable changing room (perfect for the pandemic where my entourage could sit comfortably), champagne, a couple of charcuterie boards, and an extended appointment time. Molly was an incredible consultant! Being a plus sized bride I was worried about finding a dress that would look good on me. Molly was able to identify exactly what I was leaning more towards and we were able to naturally get it down to my top two dresses! I appreciate that there was never a rush to purchase the dress the day of. That being said I am so excited that I found my dress!!! I can’t wait to wear it at my November 2021 wedding. I will definitely recommend Bridal Chateau to any friends of mine that get engaged in the future!

I had my first appointment today with Cathy at Bridal Chateau and left with the perfect dress!! Cathy was amazing and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It was meant to be.
I have had an excellent experience at Bridal Chateau so far. I originally came in for an appointment in April and worked with Cathy. Since I had a great experience working with her that day, and it was still a bit early to buy my dress, I made another appointment for this past weekend thinking I would just come in to see if anything new arrived or went on sale, not expecting to buy for a few more months.
Cathy helped me find the dress of my dreams that very day and all the perfect accessories to go with it (plus a nice discount for getting it all at once). It was a wonderful and memorable day thanks to Cathy and Bridal Chateau. And it turns out she got married the same day as me, in the same church, and wore the same designer I ended up choosing. It felt like a sign! I couldn't pass it up, it was too perfect.
I can't wait til my dress arrives. It's a perfect fit for me and my style. Thank you for making that day so special for me, my mom, and my maids!

Bridal Chateau was so wonderful to work with. I had an appointment on a Friday that my mother was unable to go to so we walked in the Tuesday before to look around. Cathy, one of the stylists there, was able to get me in a room and have me start trying dresses on so that my mom could see me in some. I had visited two bridal shops before this and didn't feel comfortable at either one, nor did I really love any of the dresses I tried on. When I started trying on the dresses at Bridal Chateau I felt completely different. Cathy was wonderful to work with and really helped me figure out what I wanted. She made me feel so comfortable and I loved almost everything she brought to me to try on. Before we left she set me up with another appointment for that Saturday because my aunt was coming into town (she was buying my dress for me). I kept the appointment on that Friday and tried on more dresses with Cathy so that I could narrow down what I liked before the appointment with both my mom and my aunt. When I went back on that Saturday with my mom and aunt, Cathy was all ready for us. She had our room ready and the five dresses that I narrowed it down to ready for us. By the end of the appointment I had found my dress and veil! We purchased them that day. Cathy made it so easy for me and made me feel so good about myself. I would definitely recommend Bridal Chateau to any future bride. And I would especially recommend Cathy!

I had spent a lot of time looking for the right dress for my wedding day, visiting multiple shops in different cities without finding "the one". I had actually been driving home from a lackluster bridal appointment at another shop when I just decided to swing into Bridal Chateau, expecting that since I didn't have an appointment they would turn me away. However, the staff was incredibly friendly and let me walk around freely, which was exactly what I needed personally. They even had a free appointment due to a cancellation and let me try on several dresses, with Molly being an absolute gem. Indecisive Bride
I had previously purchased another dress at another shop that I had felt a little pressured into getting. It was a shop that only carries unworn samples for sale, so what they have is what they have. There is no ordering. So I had jumped at purchasing this dress that I thought I had loved without having ever had any other bridal appointments. Well, I had ordered some accessories for it and had tried it on a few weeks later and just did not have the same feelings about the dress at all.
I went into Bridal Chateau by myself on a recommendation from a friend during one of their sales just to help me either solidify keeping my dress or buying a new one. MOLLY WAS A LIFE SAVER! I was incredibly nervous and so very indecisive about trying on new dresses. I was basically a babbling mess about the situation I was in - not loving the dress I had already bought, but terrified to look for more.
Molly was so very patient with me. She listened very closely to what it was I was looking for and went to work. She left me to wander through the sale racks to see what caught my eye. I tried on so many dresses and she helped me really narrow in what I was looking for. She ended up suggesting a dress that I had not at all thought I would want, but as soon as I had the dress on, I fell in love with it.
I did not in any way feel any sort of pressure to make a purchase that night. She had suggested that I sleep on it and come back. So we made another appointment for the following week. In the meantime, I had gone to another shop just to try more dresses on, but could not stop thinking about that dress. I brought a bridesmaid, sister, and stepmother with me to my second appointment. I was feeling super overwhelmed by the opinions from the get go, but she made me feel comfortable all over again. She was able to help me kind of hone in the crowd.
Needless to say, I bought that dress and and beyond happy with it! I CAN NOT wait to wear it on my wedding day. It is very much so me and everything I could have ever wanted. Molly was there every step of the way for me and I can not say enough great things about her!!! The day my dress came in, Molly came to see me during my fitting and I just could not stop smiling. I owe that to her!!

I loved every minute of my experience shopping for my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses. Kathy made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, she listened to what I was looking for, and helped erase any insecurities I had about trying on dresses. I didn't expect to find my dress on my first ever appointment, but because she pulled amazing gowns I found the one I've always been dreaming of and right on my budget! Honestly, such a relief to work with someone genuine, kind, and patient (especially with my audience of opinionated ladies). Would totally recommend this shop; they have a large selection of gowns all within a reasonable range of prices. Was also impressed that they had multiple samples of the same bridesmaid dress so that I could see more than one of my girls in it at the same time! I went to Bridal Chateau originally after I had an idea of a dress I wanted at another bridal shop. I was very honest with them and told them I was coming here so my family could experience me trying on wedding dresses. My consultant was Kristen, who made my experience absolutely amazing. I had recently gained about 50 pounds which I was very self conscious about and was worried I would not be able to fit into sample sizes. Kristen made sure I felt like a princess while trying on dresses. The size range they offered in dresses was also incredible. They had samples to make anyone feel beautiful. I ended up falling in love with a dress at Bridal Chateau that I did not want to take off at all. I ended up purchasing that along with a veil and some accessories. Over time, I had also gone in and purchased a cape from them that matched my dress beautifully. Every single time I went in there, the experience I had was just as amazing as the first time I went in there. I had my alterations done there as well and dealt with Francine for everything. She was so great to work with and made everything so easy for me. Every time I had gone in there, she had remembered details about my wedding as if I had been in there the day before. That was such a great personal touch that really resonated with me. I would highly recommend Bridal Chateau to anyone looking for any sort of formal dress or wedding dress!!

Wonderful form start to finish
After trying over 30-40 dresses and not being to find one I loved and ready to settle for a dress I just liked, I found THE DRESS with the help of Bridal Chateau. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful throughout the process. Any help or information I needed they were there for me. Once I found THE DRESS (!!!!) they helped with all the finishing touches--Christina & Kristen were great to work with. They helped me find the perfect veil. Another Bonus having the little Boutique within the store. I found the perfect accessories--earrings, necklace and a fantastic hair comb to finish off my look. Great service, great value and NO PRESSURE!

So I am from Buffalo but live in Seattle. I came home for Christmas and bought my dress. When it came in, the sizing was completely wrong and I thought my day was ruined because we couldn't figure out an alternative. I had a great experience looking for dresses at Bridal Chateau with my consultant, Rachel. They have a great system at Bridal Chateau where, after explaining how dresses are organized, they allow you to look around uninterrupted and "put a ring" on any dresses you like, which I greatly appreciated. Rachel was extremely attentive and professional. She was very patient and asked thoughtful questions to help me articulate what I liked and disliked about each dress so we could both better understand exactly what I was looking for. After trying on the dresses I had selected, Rachel also found several more that matched my tastes beautifully. She was never pushy and very respectful of my budget. We narrowed it down to one dress that was absolutely gorgeous, but I decided I wanted to sleep on it before making a decision. I ended up going with a different dress I saw later in the day, but I really enjoyed my experience with Rachel and would definitely recommend Bridal Chateau.

After looking at many dresses, I found the dress that I thought incorporated all of the things I liked in a dress online. It was Maggie Sottero Kamiya. Absolutely gorgeous and perfect! It wasn't anything like I was thinking but she had a hunch and as soon as I put the dress on, we all knew it was the one! The alterations also went very well. I got my dress from Bridal Chateau in June of 2016 and recently got married last weekend. From start to finish, this shop was amazing! Very helpful staff, easy to get ahold of, and their gowns were gorgeous. Their alterations department were also wonderful as I got my alterations done through them as well. I loved my experience at Bridal Chateau - at my initial appointment I told them my budget and tried on a few dresses, and they went in the stock room and picked something out that they thought would be nice (that was a bit different than what I was describing) and it was the perfect dress for me. I was able to buy it off of the rack for under my budget and I probably wouldn't have even tried it on without their recommendation. The minimal alterations that I needed were right the first time I went back. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience - I feel like they can accommodate any budget!

I said "yes" to my dress at Bridal Chateau! I knew that I wanted something with ruffles on the bottom half and straps on the top half, but didn't have a specific picture. The second I walked in, my dress was on a mannequin in the entrance, and I looked back at my mom and said, "thats my dress!" And, so it was! We immediately purchased the dress, and I am still so in love with it today. All of the girls at the shop are so friendly and welcoming. They all make you feel like a princess in your dress. Everyone was so great at all of my fittings, too. They have a huge selection of dresses there in all styles. I also got my bridesmaids dresses there, as well as all of my jewelry.

I decided for some crazy reason to plan my wedding in 6 months. Many other bridal shops were unwilling/unable to work with my short timeline. Bridal Chateau offered me the flexibility to find and buy a dress right off the rack. I was getting very overwhelmed during my appointment, so I actually stepped out for lunch and they allowed me to return to my appointment later that day, and on a busy Saturday no less! I found my dream dress (and my jewelry) at Bridal Chateau! There was a no pressure feel and as I mentioned they are very willing to work with you. After taking my dress to have alterations done elsewhere, I ended up bringing it back for their seamstress to finish the bustle and hem with just 3 weeks to go before my wedding. They made it happen! I loved working with everyone there and highly recommend making an appointment!

After going to other bridal shops, I realized that Bridal Chateau was the bridal shop that treated me with the most care and respect! Now a days, if you are over a size 10, you are considered obese. At Bridal Chateau, they never made me feel uncomfortable about my size (I am a size 16). They had a very large selection of sizes so that I could find a dress I felt beautiful in. We also made a lot of changes to the dress to make it my own. The seamstress and co-owner, Debbie did an amazing job on my dress's transformation. She listened to my vision and built me the gown of my dreams! I will always hold a place in my heart for Bridal Chateau and the amazing staff there!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bridal Chateau! The Maggie Sottero gown I chose was the 3rd one I tried on and I knew it was the one for me. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional each time I went back for fittings, and the seamstress, Francine, made the alterations exactly how I wanted them. I am a very particular bride and I had designed my dream wedding dress when I was about 10 years old. I always knew that I wanted a custom dress; a dress where the skirt could detach so that I had both a ball gown and a mermaid style dress. Every other bridal salon that I went to could not accommodate this request. They either told me no or told me that I had to purchase 2 gowns and spend lots of money to have it altered. Then I went to Bridal Chateau who introduced me to the designer that specifically made custom separates pieces so that the bride could decide every detail of her dress. I ordered a satin fit-and-flare dress without a train and then I ordered a separate tulle skirt that went over my fit-and-flare dress. I was beyond excited to have my bridal moment; when I first tried on my dress I cried happy tears because my dream dress became a reality. I was one of the first brides to have ordered separate pieces like this and everyone in the store kept tabs on the entire process. Every single time I walked into that store, the associates recognized me and took care of me and were excited for me too. I always felt like the center of attention which is exactly how every bride should feel!
The dress arrived plenty in advance and the alterations were completed perfectly. Everyone was so kind, respectful, and caring and didn’t try to over sell you on things you didn’t need. The jewelry lady that was located inside the store was also beyond helpful in finding my perfect headpiece for my wedding.
I completely surprised my husband as well as all my guests when I came out in a “different” dress for the reception. My second dress was so easy to dance in and move around in; I was the happiest bride ever. Bridal Chateau really takes time to listen to what brides want and they could read me like an open book. They knew that in my heart, my original dress design was the only dress I would want and they made my dreams into a reality.

Bridal Chateau is the absolute best in Buffalo. From the moment I stepped in the store, they treated me with a level of customer service that you would hope for as a new bride. They (by far) had the best selection of wedding dresses in town and were incredible at picking out the perfect dress for me. Their guidance in fit and sizing was perfect; I hardly needed any alterations. And the few alterations I did need were executed perfectly. I even had them make custom straps and a belt, both of which turned out gorgeous. They helped style me head to toe for all of my wedding events (shoes, belts, accessories, dresses), and made me feel so special the entire time. There is no contest, they are the best, and I was so sad when I was all done.

My entire experience at Bridal chateau was incredible. The ladies were always available to answer my emails with questions i had. One of their girls brought me a dress i never would have tried on in a million years and it ended up fitting my body type perfect and was absolutely stunning on. First of all Sam is the best!!! My dress was gorgeous and I should have bought it the first day I was there, but my mom talked me out of it! I dutifully went to a few other dress shops but no other dress made me feel the same as the Mori Lee gown I got from Bridal Chateau. My dress was originally strapless and they helped me choose the straps, type of belt, and type of veil that worked well with my dress! I liked how the seamstress was there to help describing alterations that could be made to make the dress work for my body shape. Also as a plus size bride, there really was no body shaming like I was anticipating. There were no judgements, they just wanted me to get the best gown for me!

I had a wonderful experience at Bridal Chateau and found the dress of my dreams. They have a great selection. I went twice before picking a dress, and everyone was extremely helpful. I fell in love with a dress with a lace back that did not allow for any kind of bra. Let's just say I'm well endowed, so I was worried I'd have to find another dress. But they convinced me they would be able to sew in a bra that would work, and they were right.
A couple days before my wedding I tried on my dress only to discover I had lost weight in the final weeks before the big day, and the top of my dress was too big! After a bit of a panic, I went to Bridal Chateau as soon as they opened, and they were able to do a last-minute strap adjustment that made all the difference. Highly recommend!

I had heard some very bad things about Bridal Chateau and even read some negative reviews, but they were the closest shop that carried Mori Lee gowns which I really wanted so I decided to check it out! I am so glad I did, from my first visit all the way through my final fitting they were great! They helped me find a gorgeous dress that I absolutely loved. I had bought my dress from another store (David's Bridal), which was a huge mistake and a nightmare. When I finally got my dress, I knew I needed to get my bridesmaids dresses and alterations elsewhere. Bridal Chateau was a dream, all seven of my bridesmaids got their dresses there and they all fit beautifully the day of the wedding. My dress had a corset back put in and it added the shape I wanted for my wedding dress. The staff was so friendly and I am so appreciative of what they did. My dress was wonderful. My mother and I were pampered while at Bridal Chateau. We loved our consultent, Sam. Sam took thetime to listen to us and helped find the perfect dress!
However, I would recommend having alterations done elsewhere, as alterations were a struggle for us. We had to ask several times that additional alterations be made, as they were not done corectly the first time around.

The consultants at Bridal Chateau are so helpful and they truly understand what it means for a bride to find THE DRESS!!! The process was seamless and they took care of the bustle right on site. My dress was beautiful and my husband really loved it too!! The best part is that they have so many timeless pieces. I think in 20 years, when we look back on our wedding night, I'll still love the dress the way I did the day I found it. I highly recommend them for your wedding dress hunt!

I looked at so many dress shops in the Buffalo area, and I must say, the dresses at Bridal Chateau are DIFFERENT. These dresses seemed much less of the big-box experience and more delicate, pretty lace that I couldn't find at other shops that featured sequins and faux jewels. I found a lovely Maggie Sottero dress here that I couldn't have gotten anywhere else in the area.
The staff here were very welcoming and helpful. I got personal attention from the staff, unlike when you go to a David's Bridal or other bigger venue. When I came in, they even gave me a free box of pretty wedding earrings as a thank you gift just for checking them out, and when I purchased the dress I got a coupon for $500 off at Tuxedo Junction. The prices of dresses here were reasonable too.
Definitely look at Bridal Chateau if you are looking for a soft, lacey dress or just something different from what is in stock everywhere else.

Bridal Chateau was the first and only place I went to shop for my wedding dress. My mom and I had picked out a dress online and were searching for something similar in the store when Beth came to us with a dress she had just pulled out of the box because the store had just received it that day. My mom and I looked at each other thinking it looked similar to the one we had in mind and when we checked the tag it was the same designer and style number! I tried it on and never put another dress on after that!
The alterations made on my dress were perfect. I even purchased my earrings and bracelet from the jeweler located inside Bridal Chateau. Thank you to everyone at Bridal Chateau for connecting me with my dream dress!

I walked in to Bridal Chateau one morning with my mom and sister looking for the perfect wedding gown. I met with a sweet woman and described what I was interested in. They let me choose a few from the racks to try on, but I still wasn't sure I found the perfect dress. The woman said she would be right back and next thing I knew, she found exactly what I was looking for. I did try on the other dresses just to make sure it was "the one," but I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! Thank you Bridal Chateau for making it such an enjoyable experience!

I LOVED my dress. I kept getting compliments and questions about where I had purchased it. When choosing my dress I never felt pressured to purchase a dress, like other stores. This was the first place i went to when shopping for my wedding dress and was treated so kindly. They made the experience so relaxing and fun. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Bridal Chateau. From the minute I walked in I felt so special! Sam helped me pick out my first dress and she was so accommodating as I tried on a few a couple different times to make sure I picked out the one I really liked. After a turn of events, I had to pick out a new dress and I went back and Sam helped me again. Not once did I get an attitude, but the total opposite...it felt like I was trying on dresses with my friend. She made sure that I really felt comfortable in my dress and she told me to not worry about what other people thought but what I wanted in my dress. I finally found the dress that turned out to be "the dress" and I could not be more in love with it. I think I went in about 4 different times to show the dress to different family members and eery time I went in they remembered my name AND the dress I picked. Down to the very last fitting (which Beth and Bonnie helped with and were both WONDERFUL! Even spent the time to help me pick out a headpiece and jewelry) I felt like I was such a valued customer. I can't wait to share pictures with them! Thank you to Beth and Sam and everyone at bridal chateau who made my experience so special!

The sales girls at Bridal Chateau are wonderful! Sam, the girl that helped me find my dream dress was so incredibly helpful and willing to work with my indecisiveness. I went back and forth between a few of the same dresses over and over again... Trying them on each time and Sam worked with me the whole time. The girls also don't work on commission so they are very willing to share their honest opinions (regardless of the price tag). This made the process feel so much more personal and comforting than my experiences at commission based bridal shops! By the time I finally decided on THE dress, I was 100% confident that it was the one for me. No pressure here!
Oh! And upon arrival at the front desk, I was greeted with a smile and an adorable pair of earrings which I wear everyday! The woman at the front desk told me that some girls come to try on gowns and wish that they wore a nice pair of earrings... So bridal chateau gives you your very own pair to keep before you even begin trying on dresses!

I cannot say enough about the staff at Bridal Chateau - they are wonderful! They were so patient with me, even though I was definitely neurotic about finding a dress. I tried on dresses there, and must have tried on so many, but Sandy and Ashley never lost patience with me! I also found a dress I liked, but came back to try it on a few times, and they were so nice about it, unlike a lot of bridal salons which are not as accommodating. They made ordering my dress fun and easy, and made it special - my mom and I tried on the dress with my grandmother there, and it was a very special moment. Bridal chateau also did the alterations for my dress, and they made sure I looked perfect - the alterations and accessories we picked were perfect, and they did more than make the dress fit - they helped me put together the perfect bridal look. After I took my dress home, Katie called me because we'd both been a little concerned about the fit of the top, and so I brought it back in and they made it perfect. It was so sweet that they would go out of their way for me like that, and to worry about the fit of their dresses 0 which is exactly what bridal salons should do!
We also used Bridal Chateau for our bridesmaid dresses. First off, my bridesmaids got a discount because I'd bought my dress there. I had six bridesmaids trying on dresses, and we might have tried on almost every long dress in the store - they were so helpful, and really made it a special and fun time. They also helped me find different fabrics so I could see what the finished dresses would look like. When the dresses came in, they were perfect and exactly what I wanted.
I also want to make a note about the price - I found my dress for a very reasonable price - I paid less than $1,000 for the dress, alterations and accessories, and my girl's dresses were $185. Very reasonable for gorgeous designer dresses! Thank you for everything Bridal Chateau!

I felt amazing in my dress and got so many compliments. The ladies are such a great help there I went for my first appointment and I felt like I was on say yes to the dress with my very own private room for me and my guests . I said yes to the dress that one of the ladies actually picked out for me. I have already told a few of my friends to get there dresses there when they get married.. I went to a couple places before I went here and was thrilled with the dress that I had found. They told me I could buy it off the rack and save a bunch of money (last years style they werent going to carry anymore) and even got the seamstress to see if a corset back would work with it. Their service was excellent and the dress was gorgeous. I only needed one fitting and everything was perfect. I couldn't have been more thrilled and would recommend them to any bride.

I went to three bridal shops in the area and Bridal Chateau by far had the best selections. I found my dress during a Maggie Sottero trunk show--so it was 10% off and it was the only time my dress was in Buffalo. I was also against wearing a veil because I knew how expensive they are--but the sales woman put one on me while I had my dress on and it was gorgeous and on sale!! Ivory, crystal, scalloped edges veil for only $50! I also bought my jewerly from there too--again, at a good price. Everyone here was so nice and helpful!!
