I definitely recommend Briad Chapel of Niagara Falls

Diana was wonderful to guide us through what we needed to do. It's been a long time since we had to work through the paperwork and logistics of tying the knot. This was a second marriage for the both of us, but we have been together for over 14 years. We wanted something simple but memorable. Diana and the minister provided both of that. Diana never forced our decisions about anything. She gave suggestions, and we loved all of them. She was very responsive with any questions. The minister made us feel relaxed and helped us to enjoy the moment. I would recommend the Bridal Chapel of Niagara Falls to anyone who wants a simple ceremony by the Falls. It was the most romantic day of my life!

My Husband and I used the Bridal Chapel to get married at Terrapin Point. Both Diane and the officiant were great. They made our ceremony amazing. Diane was our photographer and took some great shots for us. We cannot thank them enough.

Wonderful!

Our wedding ceremony was amazing, the setting was gorgeous, the officiant was terrific, and Diana was so helpful from beginning to end and had everything planned to a tee, and the pictures she took were beautiful! We have nothing but the highest praise for the Bridal Chapel!

Our experience was just fantastic. Diana was so very flexible considering the changing weather forecast for our day on October 22, 2016. She was so very helpful in coordinating everything, the flowers were perfect and the outside locations was amazing, although cold and windy we got some amazing pictures. Keep in mind Diana has a job to due and that is what she is there for. It honestly couldn't have worked out better. Thank You so much Diana for such a memorable day!

Diana and company made my wife and I day a success. My wife and I have been married for 10yrs and for us to renew our vows at the falls was very romantic. The communication between Diana and I was great. I planned this outing from end of May 2016 til July22 2016. My wife had no clue and was real surprised. The cost was great but for my wife and I cost want everything. Service, and friendliness was what I was looking for and I sure received that. My husband and I had an Amazing Experience. Very Friendly and great views at the Falls. Love the Pictures and Highly Recommend using Bridal Chapel of Niagara Falls. Not only were they professional the went out of their way to get us in before the rain started. Our pictures were suppose to take up to 2 weeks to get them back and we received them in 4 days. When I was planning our wedding I read a few negative reviews about bridal chapel of Niagara. I am so glad I went with my gut and planned my special day though Diana.. She is very straight to the point. Some may take her the wrong way but I loved the fact she took care of everything. I just had to show up.The officiant was wonderful and powerful. God was with us I could feel it! And as for the video and pics I'm thrilled! The pictures came quickly and she gave us more then expected and took time to pose us in beautiful scenery! I wish she would put more of her pics on her website because from her website I don't think you can truly see the beauty she captures for you! Oh 1 more thing the flowers were gorgeous. I recommend her to anyone who wants simple and beautiful!!!

THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIFE!!! Diana at Bridal Chapel of Niagara Falls was amazing! This was wedding number 2 for both of us, so we wanted something simple, yet beautiful and memorable.

IT WAS EXACTLY THAT! It was only going to be the 2 of us and our 6 children attending. I called Diana 1 week before Memorial Day weekend to plan a wedding for that weekend. She and I spoke on the phone for maybe 15 minutes. It was all settled: the flowers, the cake, the pictures, the officiant. All we needed to do was get our marriage license on Friday. We did that, then visited with her for another 15 minutes, there at the chapel, to go over the details of our wedding day, and adding a few very last minute things to our wedding: flowers for our 3 daughters and the video. We spent the rest of Friday, and all of Saturday enjoying Niagara Falls! Our wedding was Sunday, May 27 at 11:45. Originally, it was to be at 2pm, but she called us Saturday to see if we could move it up to late morning, because of the high volume of people expected for Memorial Day weekend. We trusted her judgment, and did so. It was a wise decision. Our pictures are nice, with very few people in the background. We were still out at the falls around 2pm. There were people everywhere! I appreciate Diana for watching out for us! It could not have been a more perfect day!

LOVE THE PICTURES! Per her website we are promised 30-40 photos. We were given around 80! The pictures consist of your traditional poses, plus a number of more creative ones. Some taken during the wedding by the falls, after the ceremony at the falls, and after the wedding at the wedding chapel.

The video isn t what you would call professional , but it was satisfactory. (You will have to forgive the helicopters that fly overhead.) What I mean by this is that there is no music, fading in and out, etc. It is as if a family member used their own camcorder to record it, which for us was fine.

BRIDEZILLAS NEED NOT CALL!!! I recommend Diana to anyone who wants a simple wedding, elopement, or wedding vow renewal. She is only one person. I have seen other less complimentary reviews from bridezillas that expected way too much from Diana. Niagara Falls is a destination wedding spot. Hundreds of people, probably a month, get married here. Don t expect one person to be able to accomodate your every heart s desire, when there are other couples wanting to get married on the same day you are. Common sense tells you she is going to have more than one wedding per day, on any given weekend.... Just keep this in mind when you are trying to select a venue.

THANK YOU, DIANA for staying on top of everything! So many people stress for a year planning their perfect wedding and something still goes wrong. We planned a week ahead, and had absolutely no worries!

Diana bent over backwards to, not only provide my husband and me with one of the most memorable, relaxed, peaceful, beautiful, romantic, fabulous days of our lives, she also helped us with questions we had related to our trip to Niagara Falls (where should we stay, where should we eat, who should do my hair). She went above and beyond the call of duty when my bouquet was crushed in the shipping process to send me photos and offer to do whatever she could to help. She arranged a very fun photographer to take pictures before, during and after the ceremony in the park right next to the Falls. The officiant, Jonathan, was funny and interactive. We met him for the first time an hour before the ceremony, and he incorporated little details he learned about our lives during those little conversations into the ceremony. I had the best time on my wedding day. I will never forget it, and I owe most of that to Diana, Jonathan, Diana's husband and Bobb, the photographer. The value for what I paid Diana was fabulous. I'd say she didn't charge me nearly enough for all the efforts she put into make that day awesome. When I talked to her, I felt like I was the only bride she was working with. Truly fabulous!

I should have listened to the reviews and not booked services from this company. Diana is extremely rude, not up front about fees charged and will bully you into canceling just so that she can keep your money. When I called her the first time, she told me that they charged $150 if you have over 30 guests. I told her we would not have that many so it was my understanding that all we had to pay was $199 because we just wanted the basic package and didnt want to purchase anything extra. In our confirmation letter she put us down for 29 guests. Then on the bottom she put "$150 due on 4/21 ( with 30 or...

I told her we would not have that many so it was my understanding that all we had to pay was $199 because we just wanted the basic package and didnt want to purchase anything extra. In our confirmation letter she put us down for 29 guests. Then on the bottom she put "$150 due on 4/21 ( with 30 or more attending with additional time)." When she called me on the 21st demanding that I pay the rest of the balance I told her that we were not going to have more than 30 so we are not going to pay for that. She then tried to tell me that you have to pay $150 for an "insurance " and I would get it back the day of the wedding. That was never discussed in any phone call, email or even written in our confirmation letter and is not written anywhere on their website. I continued to tell her we would not have over 30 people and her response was "how do you know?". She kept demanding that I pay it. I told her I didn't have the extra money to pay for it because I had just found out my Grandma had stage 4 lung cancer and was in the hospital so I had to buy a last minute plane ticket to go see her, Diana's response was "well what are you going to do then, cancel?". I was so upset I had to hang up the phone then I get an email from her saying that our wedding date was canceled. I feel like this whole situation could have easily been avoided had she been up front with the fact that no matter how many guests you have, they will charge you an additional $150 for an insurance on top of the $199 you already have to pay for the package. She also made no attempts to try and work with me, her solution was for me to just cancel. Warning! Listen to reviews and go elsewhere.

It was then that she told me that I would need to use her vendors, and when I reminded her that we would not be using her officiant (since it is a vow renewal, we do not need a legal officiant), she proceeded to tell me that there was no way she could do this and that we were just "using her" to get into the park. She also said that we would have to pay an extra $75 if we had to use the chapel as a back-up location. Something she had never mentioned previously. In fact she touts on her website that, "Our outdoor ceremonies are NEVER cancelled or postponed due to weather conditions. You are guaranteed the use of the Bridal Chapel as a back-up venue." She never mentions that it would be an extra cost. My husband and I wouldn't have minded spending the extra money. She spoke to me like I was an idiot to even be suggesting these ideas, when she had known about them for eight months. I wouldn't have minded if she didn't want to do our service, I can understand that it is a little unconventional, but why didn't she tell us from the get-go? It makes no sense, she would have made the same amount of money for doing less work than if she had to make all of her normal arrangements. I could not believe they way she spoke to me, and how she led us on for all that time. Thankfully, anyone can apply for a permit through Niagara Falls State Park. So, we just did that, and we are looking forward to renewing our vows next to the beautiful falls in front of our family and friends (just hoping it doesn't rain or snow). If you are looking to have your wedding in Niagara Falls, I highly recommend going about it yourself or finding a different wedding consultant than the one at Bridal Chapel of Niagara Falls. There are some amazing locations and people there, just do not go here. Don't pay her for the beautiful views that are provided naturally, because you never know when she is going to throw a curveball your way.

Diana was rude to my daughter and made her very upset. She forced me into buying a photo package that just came today and was all blurry and very unprofessional. We brought our own camera and she refused to allow us to use it in the chapel. She said it is stated in the package information which I reviewed and do not see anything in the information stated you cannot shoot your own photos.

They provide a cake but don't expect to eat it there. They let them cut a piece and feed each other then they swept it away packed it up and said goodbye. It made a special day not so special for my children.

Do yourself a favor and review the venues before deciding........... Not sure if she has a problem with young people or something else that just set her off but not professional in my mind. I am a travel professional that dealt with thousands of customers and I would never ever recommend her. She is nice on the phone til she gets your money then it is just thrown together and you are pushed out.

Diana is misleading, rude, pushy a thief and a liar. If she "likes" you she will take complete control of your day. Boss you around and act like she's doing you favors. When in reality she is just getting what she wants to make her day go smooth. Since she will likely have multiple weddings to handle. If she dosent "like" you she will lead you on to believe she had your best interest in mind.. Then cancel all services on you and keep your money. She did it to me first hand.
