Amazing to work with!

I absolutely loved working with Bridal Boutique to find my dream wedding dress! Alexis was incredibly helpful during my appointment and such a joy to work with. She was attentive to exactly what I wanted and made sure to find dresses that could arrive in time for my wedding, even though it was only six months away. Wonderful, smooth experience!

Wyn was so helpful and picked out a number of lovely dresses based on what I was looking for. She hit the mark right away and I even found a couple of dresses I absolutely loved. I ended up going with the one that made me feel butterflies but any would’ve been beautiful! Wyn communicated with me every step of the way and very helpful in talking about accessories. Overall, I would recommend to any bride!

Absolutely amazing!!

I couldn't have hoped for a more amazing experience when shopping for my dress!! I had gone shopping the day before at a different boutique and it was not a great experience at all. I scheduled a private appointment at bridal boutique lewisville and it was the best decision I ever made! Seriously this place was amazing. My group and I had the entire salon to ourselves and we were able to pick any dress we wanted to for me to try on. It was an amazing experience and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone especially a private appointment here! My dress actually came in about two weeks ago and I love it! I can't wait for my fiancé to see it on our wedding day in June!

I knew the second I got engaged that I wanted to get my wedding dress at Bridal Boutique Lewisville, and I was not disappointed! I have been going to Bridal Boutique’s sister stores for years and found two prom dresses as well as a college formal dress there, so I knew the service, quality and variety to expect. From the moment my mom and I stepped foot into the Boutique, the experience was magical! Veronica got a feel for what I was looking for and said she would pull some dresses like that, but that she had something she really wanted me to try on. The one she picked was THE DRESS! The second I saw it on the hanger I knew I would love it, and the second I put it on, I knew it was the one! I’m so glad Veronica went with her gut and picked the most perfect dress for me! I was able to return to the store with my sister, mother-in-law, and mother at a later date to show them the dress and the staff was just as amazing that time. The staff was so patient with me when I asked multiple times when my dress would be in and were so helpful when I went to pick it up. It arrived right on time! I would highly recommend Bridal Boutique Lewisville!

I had a great experience finding my dress at Bridal Boutique Lewisville. To start with, their shop had a great selection for dresses at all price ranges. I did not feel rushed, or pressured into buying a dress that day, or pressured into buying a dress more expensive than my original budget. I was lucky enough to not need a single alteration with my dress, which made the whole experience very easy. It did take about 6 months for my dress to come in, but I guess that is pretty typical. I absolutely loved everything about my gown and my buying experience.

There was no question, when it came time to purchase my dress, who I would be going to. Bridal Boutique of Lewisville has always been at the top of my list. They have such a wide range of selections and price ranges for every kind of bride! Our stylist was so helpful and really listened to what I wanted to and picked the dress perfect for my body.

I ended up purchasing an Essence of Australia dress and my seamstress that did my alterations kept going on and on about the quality and how great of a dress it was! We were blown away by BBL's help and how easy they were to work with.

I can't say enough good things about Bridal Boutique in Lewisville. BB was the first place I looked for a dress after a recommendation from a friend. The store is absolutely beautiful. Carol was my stylist and she was amazing! She pulled several dresses for me and was able to tailor different styles based on what I liked and didn't like. She was just as excited for me as I was. She did not pressure me to buy anything and was very helpful. I went to two other boutiques and did not have anywhere near the professionalism, kindest and helpfulness I received from Carol at BB Lewisville. I would recommend this boutique to everyone. Thank you for making my experience so memorable and helping me find the perfect dress!

I had gone to 3 other dress shops before my appointment at Bridal Boutique of Lewisville and my experience here was by far the best! The store is in a cute little strip mall on Main Street in Lewisville and is very clean and classy inside. It was exactly the kind of experience you would hope to have when searching for your wedding dress. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Candice was able to help me find a dress that would be available in my short time frame AND that was within my budget!! I would recommend this to anyone, even if you are from out of town! I had looked at several different places to find the perfect wedding dress. There were so many different dresses and designers. The staff was very helpful in finding the dress that I had been in love with on Pinterest and were great at helping me accessorize the dress to make it absolutely perfect! I was at first a little leery at having to credit card number with them, but they never charged the card. It was a very successful and a great experience.

Absolutely loved going here to find my dress. I was very glad this was my first place I looked. They treat you like royalty and make it fun like it should be! I had Wyn and I absolutely adore her!!! Wyn listened to what I was kind of thinking I wanted, which I really wasn't too sure of, and after 4 dresses I found my dress!!!! She will try you in different dresses and how you critique what you don't like about it she can pick up on your taste and find your dress. She is so sweet and fun. She truly cares about you. I actually had my zipper break when I went to pick up my dress after ordering it, and people may think that's unacceptable, I was totally calm and knew it would be okay. Wyn took care of me and they got me a brand new dress. That's why you should shop early people! But the whole time Wyn made sure to tell me not to stress one bit and I didnt. I highly recommend this boutique!!! But I would make sure it fits your budget! I went to another place after this to please my dad that that was my dress, and I had a horrible experience. I kept telling her what I wanted and she never put me in anything like it until my sister went and pulled one. I will tell anyone go to bridal boutique and get Wyn!!!

I love bridal boutique of Lewisville. Everyone is so helpful and they listen to your wants and needs. I found the perfect dress and my experience was so fun. They have a variety of dresses and it is affordable. My mom also bought her MOB dress there and I got my rehearsal dress there as well. Bridal Boutique of Lewisville was the first boutique I went to our of 4 that day. And I would have to say they were the best in service. Candice helped me that day and she was so sweet and attentive. She listened to what style dress I wanted and did not rush me at all. I had the back room all to myself that morning and was able to just take my time trying on dresses. They have a wide range of dresses and all the styles you can think of. It was the best experience I had compared to the other boutiques and I definitely found my dress there.

My daughter and I had shopped for quite awhile at other wedding dress boutiques with no success and not very good service. When we arrived at The Bridal Boutique of Lewisville we were greeted by Wyn who sat down with my daughter and listened to her describe her dress and her venue. I was given a glass of champagne and felt like I could relax and enjoy myself while Wyn took over. Wyn found the perfect dress and my daughter was thrilled. The veil we ordered ended up being darker than the one she had originally put on. It did take a few trips there and finally talking to Teresa for them to see that the colors were different. Teresa talked to the vendor and had them rush a new veil. We also had a handmade sach that looked bigger than the one she tried on. The designer was very willing to fix that and got it back to us on time.

Loved Bridal Boutique! Mel was fantastic to work with. We made a reservation for a Watters trunk show and a lady from Watters was there to help. I've also gone to try on bridesmaids dresses for a friends wedding with a group of about 7 girls and a mom and we had a fun time and they were great with our big group. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I would recommend Bridal Boutique of Louisville to any bride. My mom and I booked a Saturday morning appointment and spent the next couple of hours with Carol, who was WONDERFUL. After describing what I was looking for, she allowed me to explore a bit and then found several dresses for me to try that were within my budget and fit the criteria I was interested in. The dress I ended up choosing was the 2nd or 3rd dress i tried on and it was better than anything I could have imagined. They have an incredible variety of styles to meet any brides wishes. I never felt pushed or rushed and her sweet demeanor really helped make it a fun, exciting, and special experience for my mom and me.

I read some different reviews but I think it must depend on who your consultant is. I had Candice and I absolutely loved her! She let me try on as many different dresses as I wanted and never made me feel rushed! Wonderful selection of plus size dresses!!!! They even allowed my 5 year old niece to come in with us even though there was sign posted that specifically said no kids. I loved the place so much that we ordered all our bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dress, and mother of the bride dress from them. I have read quite a few negative reviews on here about them but i never had a single problem. We had cookies, champagne and all around a great day!

I loved my dress experience with this bridal boutique! My sales associate, Gay, helped me find the perfect dress... In an unconventional way! She went out of her way to find a dress in my size by the designer of the dress I was considering; the dress she found for the "just for size" fit ended up being The One! I never would have found it without Gay trying to go the extra mile for me. And when I had a lot of indecision, she was never pushy, not even in the "pretend-not-pushy" way sales people can sometimes be. The selection and service at this location was superb. Fabulous experience for my daughter's wedding! This little boutique was perfect for us--we made an appointment, told them what we wanted and had the most gorgeous dress and accessories on our first trip! The custom "belt" was absolutely magnificent for her dress, it will surely be treasured for generations to come! Bridal party dresses were beautiful, too! We just adored Marlana--she was so lovely and professional--a true gem!

Went to Bridal Boutique of Lewisville on my very first appointment, not looking to purchase- just find a style. I ended up buying the second dress I tried on! They have an amazing selection with reasonable prices and and incredibly helpful staff that really make you feel special. I appreciated my consultant's honesty! Carol was the girl who helped me find my dress at Bridal Boutique. She was so patient and helpful and made my experience PERFECT. The Bridal Boutique has a separate store called Beside the Bride that does their alterations. The two stores could work on communication. At times I would call one store to ask a question, and they would give me one answer but tell me to call the other store anyways. I'd call the sister store and they would give me an opposite answer. The seamstress at Beside the Bride was a little rude at times. As she was zipping up my dress at my first alteration appointment, she asked "are you planning on losing weight?". My dress fit fine (and I even had to have it taken in after that) so I thought it was just a little rude as the first words to come out of her mouth. They hemmed my dress and when I wore it for my bridals, I realized it was still too long. I had to take it in and they had to take off another INCH. Fortunately, they did this with no charge. Other than that, I had a great experience with the Bridal Boutique!

I felt like I was on an episode of Say yes to the dress and...I FINALLY GOT TO SAY YES!! My attendant was amazing and made me feel like she was there solely for me, she didn't make me feel guilty for trying on almost every dress in the store, and she provided honest and helpful info to guide me to my perfect dress. My trip to BB of Lewisville was better than I could have imagined and I would highly recommend brides to schedule an appointment when looking for the dress you will wear on the biggest and best day of your life!

AMAZING! I loved my dress so much! They let me try on around 12 dresses when I found the one. My consultant helped me weigh my opinion more than the people I bought, because it is MY dress. She helped me and my family see what looked good and what I actually liked. When I got my dress I was so excited, their alterations were very quick and very reasonably priced. At first I was very bummed because the way she ended up having to do my bustle was not how I wanted it, but it all worked out and she did what she could and it turned our beautiful! The zipper on my dress was the ultimate problem. Which I totally understand is the designers issue when they designed it, but after the fabrice broke my zipper at my bridals I was freaking out a little. BUT THEY FIXED IT AND EVERYTHING TURNED OUT GREAT! I would definitely recommend this dress shop!

This bridal boutique was sweet and simple and easy to find dresses by price and style. I said yes to my dress here! Lacy was my consultant and she was awesome and so was the crew. I had to come back multiple times and they were willing to do their best to make my happy with my decision. Before my last appointment with Lacy, there was a new dress that just arrived at the store and Lacy said she thought about me immediately and put it aside for me to try it on. That was the dress I said Yes to!

They day of picking out my dress was great! We brought in a cooler of wine and had a side personal room where all my friends and family could sit. I found the one!! I liked signing up for appointments for dress fittings via email. With a busy schedule it was nice. They were honest am helpful. My second dress fitting went well too. I wish we would have gone through learning how to busses it better. Because the night of my wedding the bustle was a pain to figure out and then it didn't busses right and kept falling out and people kept stepping on my dress which ended up ripping it a little. We ended up having to sew it up. That's why they did not receive 5 stars. So learn how to do your bustle and make sure more then one person knows how too. Other then that I love my dress!! Very beautiful!!

I went to several bridal shops and Bridal Boutique was by far the best of any. They were the most inviting and comfortable, and offered a pleasant experience without ever being pushy. Carol was absolutely wonderful! She was helpful and patient on every visit and in between. During a return visit to try on a couple of saved dresses, she had pulled one for me that she thought I might like which ended up being "the one." She was completely in tune with what we needed and made every trip go smoothly. I highly recommend shopping at Bridal Boutique!

I loved the bridal boutique! The lady never made me feel bad about being plus sized and found me a beautiful dress! They even got my dress in 4 months when the date on it was supposed to be 8 months! Which would have been cutting it close!

I purchased my wedding dress from Bridal Boutique in Lewisville. You need to make an appointment so that one of their gown specialist can work with you. I would request for Marlene. She is THE BEST. I have referred my friends to her and they absolutely love her. Carrie and Amy are two sisters that work/co-own the shop and they are wonderful as well. I felt very taken care of when purchasing my wedding dress. I knew exactly what I wanted and Marlene helped find the perfect dress. She had me try on different styles just to be sure I didn't like anything else better, but when we found the one, we all knew! The prices of dresses vary. We had a budget, shared that with Marlene, and she kept us in budget. Finding my wedding dress was an excellent experience with Bridal Boutique. I also went to Bridal Boutique for bridesmaid dresses and the mother of the bride dress. We didn't receive the same quality assistance when shopping for bridesmaid dresses. The employee didn't really engage with us and try to help us find dresses that would meet our needs. The employee also wasn't very courteous. We mentioned this to the customer service manager and she ensured us that she would take care of the situation. When shopping for a mother of the bride dress, Amy helped us and she really made sure that my mom was comfortable in dresses she was trying on. She stuck within our budget and listened to what my mom was wanting. She was a great help! Overall, my experience with BB Lewisville was awesome. I would recommend any girl to purchase their wedding dress from them!

Great experience here! The atmosphere was very nice and everyone that works there is super helpful. Based on the size of the shop their selection can be a little bit overwhelming but they were very good about directing us to different sections that would fit in with my style and budget...no pushy over-selling, no trying to tell you what you want and no showing you something that you something right up your alley but out of your price range. Additionally, we used Mier's Bridal Gown Atelier at the Beside the Bride and Ana did an amazing job!

I thoroughly enjoyed trying on dresses and purchasing my wedding gown from the Bridal Boutique. I also asked my bridesmaids to order their dresses from the Boutique as well and they got a discount! Melissa helped me pick out the most beautiful wedding dress, even though I had very picky ideas in mind. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I knew what I didn't want, she loved it!
My one and only complaint is that they didn't respond to emails as quickly as preferred for a 5 month engagement. We were on a major time crunch and I wanted to be sure everything was ready to go in time. They were able to quickly ship all dresses, but some arrived only two weeks beforehand and that was cutting it a little close. Had we known it would be so late, we would have paid more for shipping. Otherwise they were wonderful to work with and I would recommend to all my friends! Two of my friends have gotten engaged since and have also found their dresses at Bridal Boutique in Lewisville!

The dress was perfect! Last one I tried on, suggested by the consultant! It was definitely me and suited my personality. Everyone agreed at the wedding! We found the bridesmaids dresses and both mothers' dresses as well! It was difficult getting bridesmaids sizing in since most were out of town, but everybody was pleased with their dresses once they got them.

I LOVED dress shopping at Bridal Boutique in Lewisville. Gay was my Bridal consultant and she is awesome!! I loved her so much that I am inviting her to the wedding!! It was such an amazing experience shopping there and then coming back to decide on my dress. Go open minded dress shopping because you just dont know what is going to look good on you. She picked out my dress and I never would have picked it out on the rack! :)

However, the alterations with BB is a little different story. I took my dress to Delores, Bridal Boutique's alterations lady. She was very nice, but it took 4 fittings to get the dress to fit correctly and it seemed that everytime I went back, what I had asked to be fixed wasn't fixed the next time. I did not lose any weight and did not change my mind on what I wanted ever. My last fitting was three days before Bridal portraits and she did not have time to fix it by then. Keep in mind I am from Waco, so i was driving 2 hours each time. They accomodated when I said, I cannot change my portraits and it does not fit properly...they suggested Ana's Alterations 3 doors down from Bridal Boutique and they would pay for it to fixed.

Ana is awesome. She totally understood and agreed my dress was still too big. She fixed it in 2 days and I wish I would have gone to her first. She LOVES her job and I think that shows in her work. Overall ok experience with alterations since they did accomodate, but I would say buy your dress at BB's (It was wonderful in store) and take to Ana's (not BB's alterations) for quick correct alterations!!

We went here for bridesmaid dresses. I wanted a specific color and they said they could order in that color. So I had all of my bridesmaids with me when we went (very easy to setup appointment and had a wonderful consultant AMANDA). We found a dress, had to rush order it, and had to change the fabric to get the color I wanted. Everything was smooth when they were measured, ordered, pick-up, etc. The only reason I gave a 2 out of 5 for value is because each dress was $187 + $50rushfeeperdress + $35 fabricchangefeeperdress and then their supplier did not make the dresses according to the new fabric change which I would have assumed BELSOIE would have known how the fabric changes will affect the way a garment fits. Anyways, all of my bridesmaids had to have the chest, back and hip let out and no, they weren't wearing push up bras or gain 2-3 inches in their hips in a 4 week period when they tried the ordered dress on. The supplier should have known the dress would fit differently with a different fabric and should have adjusted appropriately. That's my only problem with the boutique - is that they need to do a better QA of the dresses they let go through their door because even though it shouldn't, it reflects badly on the boutique and not on the supplier.

I absolutely love how intimate this boutique is, with an easy to find location and very helpful staff I couldn't have asked for more. I let them know what I was looking for and they exceeded my expectations. Give yourself at least 5-6 months for ordering though. I ordered my dress the first week of October and won't receive until early February. I'm so glad I found this gem in old town Lewisville.

The Bridal Boutique in Lewisville is a place FULL of unique dresses! I definitely recommend this place for wedding dress shopping. The only things I didn't like was that the appointment was only 2 hours long. I felt a little rushed, HOWEVER they let me stay past closing and past the 2 hour appointment to find my dress. The other thing was that the girl who helped me kept bringing me dresses that weren't what I was looking for. I thought I would describe the dress or show a picture and they would automatically bring ones that fit the description. That didn't happen for me, but it wasn't a big deal. It was hard for me to say "no" just looking at the dress even though I knew I wouldn't like it. I suggest you do that though or you'll waste a bunch of time. In the end, I found my dress and they were so awesome and cooperative with me! Love this place.

Everything about the experience of this place was wonderful: very professional, wide selection of dresses, the woman who assisted me brought me only dresses within (or very close to) my budget.

Prices: nothing to write home about. Very little available under ~$1500. But I was in a time crunch.

Alterations: provided at a very nearby location (walking distance if you're motivated). Alterations are an extra charge (Mine were ~$200.)

Bridal Boutique was great. They have lots of sizes to try on.
I had first seen my dress at another store. We did lots of shopping around. When we went to BB and my dress was there too, I knew it was the one. However, it was more expensive at BB. Our sales girl was able to match the price.
I also had my dress altered by BB. They had to take it down about 3 dress sizes as I lost some weight before the wedding. They did a great job. A few details were hard to communicate. At times I felt as if they weren't concerned with my specific requests, but just wanted to make the dress fit in their opinions... they are the experts and I understood that they knew their business, but would've liked a little more "openness".

The experience of finding my dress and then purchasing my dress were great, but it was after that was very disappointing. Any other time I contacted the boutique they were unaccommodating and frankly at some times rude. They definitely did not make the sometimes stress of planning a wedding any easier.

The dress purchasing experience was perfect. Alterations was TERRIBLE! You can't get a hold of them via phone and they aren't very responsive through email. I had to repeatedly contact the head shop to complain about them not replying. My dress fit perfect, however upon trying it on at alterations we noticed the underlining creased across the hip line "oh we can let that out a tiny bit" she said. Came back for second fitting and they never scheduled me on the books and even after i told them my name she put me in a room with someone else's dress. Once we finally worked out the miscommunication and I put on my dress the line was still there, after I asked why she said "oh looks like it needs to be let out" well yes, that's what it was in alterations for! She told me to come back the next day to pick it up after 5 so I arrived at 5:30 only for her to tell me that it had been pressed and was at the main shop. Frustrated, we rushed to the main store and they loaded the dress in the car because they were closing so I didn't get the option to try it on. When I got home I realized she must have made ZERO notes because she let the entire thigh area of the gown out turning it from form flattering mermaid to a baggy a-line gown (2 days before my wedding!!!!) horrified I started emailing photos only to get the reply "we can't tell in your photos and LUCKILY we had a cancelation to squeeze you in" as if it were my problem. I'm guessing the alterations manager took over at this point THANK GOODNESS because she was completely unhappy with the fit of the gown. She asked the alterations lady why it fit like that and she replied "we had to let it out because she didn't fit in it and she was supposed to have it fit back to her body".....seriously?? Then why did u have it pressed and tell me it was done. I got my dress back the day before the wedding talk about stressful.

I was flying in form out of state and could not work with my schedule. They were rude and suggested that they could not make time for me. It was the worst, I hate wedding dress shopping and this team made it sorse

I was very disappointed in my experience with this bridal salon. I am a size 12-14 in everyday clothes and my stylist suggested I get a size 26 wedding gown. I understand that wedding dresses run small and the sizing is different, however, the sizes are not that much different; maybe 4 sizes bigger than what you typically wear. I chose not to get the 26 and chose to get a 22, which required me to pay an extra $600 because a size 22 is plus size. My dress came in and it was gorgeous, but it was still huge on me. We had the manager look at my dress and she tried to tell me that it fit when it wouldn't even stay up and that her rep was correct to order me a 26. So, my size 22 dress that I paid $600 extra for had to be taken in 3 inches on both sides which cost another $400. This bridal salon will scam you out of every penny and dime they can. I did not do my alterations with this salon. The manager was rude and dressed very unprofessionally. I will never be back.
