Awesome all around!

We eloped and were married at the Durham county courthouse with only our parents and Brian present.

Brian’s communication and accommodation during the entire process was spot-on and wonderful. His attention to detail, looking for the special moments, and creating them had an artistic flair that captured the loving, celebratory, and intimate moods of the day.

We will be forever thankful we chose Brian as our photographer…his photos will bring us joy for the rest of our lives.

10/10 Wedding Photography and Service

5 stars are not enough for the quality product and service provided by Brian and his team. While Brian was already booked for our wedding day, Aaron from his team exceeded all of our expectations. He was the perfect mix of funny, kind, and professional, and our friends and family had a blast with him and his assistant Mike photographing our big day. Leading up to the wedding, Aaron was super easy to communicate with and Brian consistently checked in to ensure that all of our planning needs were fulfilled and whether he could help in any way.

During the rehearsal dinner and on the day of the wedding, Aaron was absolutely perfect. He was the perfect maestro for a wedding day and helped to ensure we didn't have to worry about a thing - he really went above and beyond to both capture the day and make sure that we were having a truly great day. He and Mike captured every moment and we had so much fun re-living the day through our photos when we got them a few weeks after the wedding. We are so, so happy we went with Brian, Aaron, and the team at Brian Mullins Photography for our wedding photos, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding photographer!!

I would give more stars if I could! Brian was incredible to work with and captured some amazing photos for us! Not only were his photos incredible, he was also a wonderful resource on guiding us through the wedding planning process. Brian gives you 2 pro photographers to make sure every special moment is captured. Not just the bride and groom, but that moment when Mom starts breaking it down on the dance floor, or Auntie and her adult children share a laugh and hugs over cocktails. I heard horror stories from friends about photographers that neglect everyone but the pretty bridesmaids... With Mullins Photography you get drama, laughs, dances, every pose and candid moment you could want. You get family and friends captured at their best. Brian Mullins was fantastic to work with right from the start when i called him with only 2 months advance notice. Super friendly, great personality, very responsive to calls and questions. Fun and Talented Photographer!

We are so happy we decided to have Brian (and Rebecca) as our wedding photographers! We did an engagement photo session with Brian and he was very fun and easy-going and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. The photos from our wedding are amazing. When we looked at them, it brought us right back to all of those special moments from that day. Brian did a great job of dealing with our huge, rowdy, and loud group of family and friends. Thank you for taking charge of the family photo session during cocktail hour and helping us get photos with the whole (very, very large) family. During dinner, Brian encouraged us to escape the excitement for a few minutes and have a chance to be alone and take a walk outside. He created some awesome photos while we had a chance to breathe and take in the moment together. Brian turned around the perfectly edited photos very promptly (faster than expected) and we were so excited to see them. All of the special moments of the ceremony and the party scenes from the dance floor were amazing!

Best Second Decision!

Having Brian photograph our engagement and wedding was the second best decision we made! (Getting married being the first, of course!) We interviewed several photographers and what stood out the most to us is that Brian wanted to get to know us first so he could capture our personalities in photo. When we got our pictures back we relived the most beautiful days of our life all over again and it was amazing! He was able to capture some of the most memorable moments of our night without us even remembering he was even there taking the pictures. Him and his assistant were almost invisible yet they were everywhere. We will forever be able to look back and our beautiful photos and remember our wedding day through his impeccable work.

A seasoned pro with a great eye!

Brian shot our engagement and September wedding - the photos were stunning and just what we wanted. Brian quickly picked up on our aesthetic and preferences, and captured them accordingly. He offered helpful counsel and guidance throughout the entire wedding process and is clearly a pro when it comes to navigating the family dynamics and intricacies of weddings. Simply Amazing!!!

Brian and Rebecca are truly amazing!!! I am lacking of words to describe how happy we are when we saw the photos last week, certainly above and beyond our expectation while I was indeed confident that photos would be wonderful. They've impressed us and our guests at the wedding by their professionalism and sincere enthusiasm. I particularly loved Brian's sense of humor which made us feel so comfortable around him and be at ease when the shots were taken. Mind Blown! Artistry at its best!

Everything you see and know about wedding photography re-imagined! My husband is a photography enthusiast and from the very first time we met with Brian we knew he was the right person to capture our special day. Not only is he an AMAZING photographer but his personality made it so much easier for us to be comfortable around him. You can tell he definitely loves what he does and his reputation precedes him . If you are looking for artistry in your photograph, he's is your guy! I am mind blown by how Rebecca (his 2nd shooter) and him were able to capture some of our wedding photos. They got such a good eye for extraordinary angles. The investment is worth every single penny and if we could do it all over it again, we would 200% would love to have the honor of being photographed by him and Rebecca!

Brian and Rebecca were without a doubt the best photographers we could imagine for our wedding, They really captured the energy of our day and fantastic moments with our family and friends. They are both very experienced and professional. They even helped us plan logistics for our wedding and pitched in to help our day run smoothly, so that we were more at ease and relaxed throughout the day. Most of all, the photos were unbelievably beautiful and creative. We're still trying to figure out how they managed some of the shots, lighting, and moments they were able to capture. We hired Brain for our engagment shoot as well as our wedding. We are from out of town and he was extremely accomating to travel and our time restraints. I felt comfortable and confident in all of the shots and locations. We recieve the proofs faster than anticipated and are having a hard time picking our favorite for our save the dates. We love so many we actually decided to have Brain make a guestboook for our wedding with our favorites. I could not give him enough alcaldes in his skills, professionality, and artistry.

There aren't enough words to say how pleased we are with Brian. It was very important to me that we had a photographer who could capture the moments instead of just a bunch of posed shots (not that posed shots are bad, just not what I wanted). I cannot say enough about how fantastic Brian is! We really wanted to find a photographer who we felt comfortable around and who has a great sense of humor but who is also professional and has beautiful, artistic and realistic photographs. We hit the jackpot with Brian! My fiance and I are bad at PDA and get awkward easily, but you'd never be able to tell from our photos from our engagement session we just recently had. Part of that is due to Brian's making us feel completely at ease and like we've been friends for forever and part of that is his stylistic eye and years of experience in finding the "right" shot. He was also creative and helped lead us while also letting us shine through and lead when we wanted to. Brian Mullins was fantastic! He did our engagement photos in downtown Raleigh and got some really cool pictures. He was even able to make my fiance feel comfortable! We've booked with him for our wedding!!

Update: we were married 2 weeks ago and my 5 star review stays the same. Brian and Rebecca did an excellent job of making sure all of the photos we requested were done and were able to successfully roll with the punches when groomsmen couldn't be found. :) Brian even worked with my aunt and my mother on a surprise wedding present for us. Brian is amazing and you're an idiot if you don't hire him! This will be without a doubt the best decision you can make for your wedding! My wedding photos are nothing short of perfection...every shot is perfect; YES! Perfect!... and I'm bought to tears every time I look my photos. If you don't believe me, just check out his website for yourself. There is a reason this man wins awards after awards!
Brian is a wonderful person to work with. He captured moments of our day that I didn't even know happened - good moments, of course. I have been trying to get my family together for family pictures for years and this Thanksgiving break we finally did it!!

Brian was the first photographer we looked at for our wedding and after one conversation we knew we didn't need to go anywhere else. Brian actually ended up doing Bridal Portraits, a boudoir shoot as a surprise for my husband, photos for our rehearsal dinner and the entire day of our wedding. From the get go Brian's vast array of knowledge made Ben and I feel like we were in good hands. He offered up advice, joked with us and our bridal party to keep everyone engaged and most importantly was so flexible to get us the best shots. Brian is an absolute amazing photographer, he truly has unbelievable talent! We used him for our wedding & were very please with the way he captured our day. There is absolutely NO photographer who will come close to touching the quality, professionalism, and flexibility of Brian Mullins. From our first meeting to our photo delivery, Brian was the consummate professional. Our families loved him, we loved him, and our engagement and wedding photos are beyond beautiful. Having been a photography student all the way through high school and college, it was incredibly important to me that we worked with a photographer who understood the "science" and academic side of photography (which Brian absolutely does), and also that we didn't end up with an "artistic" photographer who was going to over-edit our photos, and make it look like the backgrounds were overly/artificially blurred or blown out white (which we saw WAY too often in other photographer's work). Brian has an incredible eye, and our wedding photos are timeless, high-quality, and just plain stunning. We cannot say enough good things about Brian, and could not recommend anyone more highly. Thank you, Brian!

Brian photographed our wedding this spring and really did a terrific job. He was easy to work with and gave us suggestions and advice while we were planning our wedding. He's organized and tech savvy- he has a great website that makes payment and also viewing your photos super easy. He also got our online gallery up way quicker than we expected! His work is wonderful. I can't stop looking at our wedding pictures! I would highly recommend Brian!

I don't know where to begin because all of the other reviews should really speak for themselves but Brian was phenomenal. He was EXACTLY what I wanted in a wedding photographer. If you are looking for classy, extremely professional but comfortable and fun, you need to hire Brian. He skipped all the cheesy stuff about posed wedding photos that I can't stand and focused on capturing real emotions and moments. My entire family is so impressed by the photos. They are unbelievably gorgeous in every way. He is also so friendly and super responsive! I completely trusted him throughout the entire process which, as a bride, is HUGE. If you want one less thing to worry about HIRE HIM you won't regret it.

If you want stunning photographs that make you laugh, cry, giggle and gasp as well as conjure up every emotion in-between … you want & need Brian Mullins! He photographed our daughter & new son-in-law's wedding a couple of weeks ago and we loved everything that Brian did. From choosing the perfect places for photos to literally teaching our daughter how to walk with her wedding gown. He was such a pleasure to work with because he was so personable and funny yet completely professional at the same time. Our guest loved him too. He joked with them as if he was part of the family. Actually, from the first time we met Brian we were impressed with how easy it was to talk to him. And that he truly understood exactly what we were looking for. His work obviously speaks for itself - he has an incredible vision that can only be described as a true gift. But his pure talent is only half the story. We don't know how he did it but he was everywhere we wanted him to be yet we never noticed him. We never felt self-concious or bothered we just went on to have a really wonderful time! We cannot thank him enough for giving us that special time together. We've never worked with such an amazing photographer before! Also, his assistant photographer, Rebecca, was terrific too. She worked the outside and inside with perfection. She made everyone so comfortable with her sweet gentleness. She too came to the rescue when our other daughter (the maid of honor) had a wardrobe malfunction and she became a seamstress with safety pins! Both Brian and Rebecca were truly worth every penny and we would absolutely hire them again in a New York minute!

Bless Brian for the time and patience he showed my family and me when selecting our photographer! Obviously photography is something you want spend time selecting, because those are the memories that will last forever. Brian answered our questions thoroughly and patiently, smiling every second. He was so approachable and easy to talk to. He was also incredibly funny, which took the awkwardness away when it came time for taking the engagement photos. He has an open door policy, and always made himself available to respond to emails, phone calls, and in person visits. We didn't have to lay out a detailed list of the shots we wanted - he just understands what you need and does it. He anticipates what you want. Our photos weren't those cheesy staged pictures that you often see. They were candid shots of us having the time of our lives. They were amazing! The lighting was incredible as well. Most of our reception was in really dark light, but the photos turned out so crisp and clear. Even with the glow sticks that we pulled out later in the evening. He is truly talented! We received our photos just four short weeks after the wedding. In the meantime, he sent us "sneak peaks" to get us excited about what was to come. I'd highly recommend Brian. You won't be disappointed!

From my initial phone conversation with Brian, I strongly believed he would be the absolute best person to capture the moments of my daughter's wedding. As I look back a month after the wedding, I can confidently say that my feeling was right about Brian and I would recommend him with the highest of praise to any future bride or mother of the bride - and I haven't even seen all the pictures yet! What I do know at this point is that Brian was extremely professional and easy to work with from the initial planning stages to the end of a very long day. As a first time mother of the bride, he patiently worked with me during the months leading up to the wedding, was flexible to customize both the wedding package and the list of requested photos to fit our needs and most importantly, took control over two large family groups and a 20-person wedding party so that the formal images could be captured as beautifully and efficiently as possible. Once we were at the reception, it seemed like he was everywhere, capturing everything and I have received rave reviews from my guests about how hard he worked all night and how responsive he was to photo requests. His studio is filled with fantastic images of other weddings and I eagerly look forward to updating this review when I am blown away with his photographs of the memorable moments he captured from our beautiful wedding. Brian is a honorable man, a brilliant artist, and the ultimate professional and I would highly recommend him without reservation.

My husband and I worked with Brian for our wedding on 3/8/2015, and we honestly couldn't be happier! When I first met with Brian, we clicked instantly and even went on a 30 minute tangent about an engineering problem (since I'm an engineer at Duke and he was an electrical engineer before he switched to photography!)! :) Brian took our engagement pictures in July 2014, and he helped us to relax and be natural/cute/romantic without worrying about him taking pictures of us! The pictures turned out beautifully, and we had several on display at the reception! Brian made the planning process easy for us, which we definitely appreciated! On the wedding day, Brian and Jenn Aan were organized and made sure to get the pictures on our wish list! We had a lot of fun working with them! It made us feel really reassured to know that Brian and Jenn had worked at Duke Chapel before and so they could make sure to get plenty of pictures in the limited time we were allowed at the Chapel! They also were there to get pictures of the fun and dancing at the reception, and they did a great job getting pictures of everyone having a blast! I honestly cannot wait to see the pictures once they're ready! Brian posted one picture of us as a preview on FaceBook, and it was so beautiful! I don't think you can tell, but Jenn was holding my veil to get the "blowing in the wind" look! I also really appreciated Jenn and Brian's attention to detail! Brian must have gotten some cool pictures of the dress in the Chapel parlor, and Jenn helped a lot to keep the guys' jackets from rising up their arms! And both Brian and Jenn are so nice; I was not worried at all about if they would do a good job or get the pics I wanted because I knew they would if I asked! Overall, I can't say enough to fully capture just how good of a photographer and person that Brian is, and I am so excited to see the wedding pictures when they're ready! :) Thanks so much Brian and Jenn!!!

Have you ever met someone for the first time and felt like you have known them for a long time??! That describes exactly how my husband and I felt when we met Brian and Jenn for the first time in the summer of 2014!! At that point we were "engaged" and seeking a photographer for our wedding. This was a second marriage for both of us; so we were easy going but also particular about the kind of service we wanted in a photographer!

At the age of 51, I have learned to love "quality" workmanship but I bask in an easy going, fun-loving environment. Brian and Jenn display this kind of craftsmanship to the tee!! We were married at the beautiful Angus Barn! This historic restaurant not only is a fond childhood remembrance but now is the current haven of our "simple but elegant" wedding!! Brian and Jenn not only had us laughing but smooching in comfort as they captured the moments of our wedding day!

I eagerly anticipate viewing our finished photographs! I have no doubt they will display the talent, craftsmanship, and easy-going personalities of Brian and Jenn! As an older and "wiser" bride, I promise any individual, you cannot go wrong choosing "Brian Mullen's Photography"! He is A+++

We LOVED working with Brian and Jenn!! Our wedding pictures turned out so beautiful (I knew they would because Brian also did my Bridal Portraits!)!! Brian Mullins Photography is everything we were looking for in wedding photography:
- Fun personality
- Easy to work with
- Personable, very approachable
- A good photograph director- helpful for all of us newbie brides who have never done this before!
- Takes amazing shots without being in the way of the fun - a lot of our photos were great moments where I don't even remember seeing him there!

I work in the wedding industry and coordinate an average of 80 weddings/year, and although I work with a LOT of great photographers, only Brian combined everything I was looking for. My husband also teaches photography, so our standards were very high; and we both agreed that Brian was the only photographer we wanted to shoot our ceremony. In fact, before confirming our wedding date, we emailed him to make sure he’d be available. He was. And we were right; he was PERFECT. Our engagement photos were jaw-dropping. And our wedding photos? GORGEOUS. Our expectations were so high, and he still managed to exceed them. WE ARE SO THRILLED.

Here’s what we loved about Brian as a photographer:

1.) We looked so natural and comfortable in our photos, because Brian and Jenn completely put us and our families at ease.

2.) Even in challenging lighting scenarios, the pictures we received were true-to-color and tones that we experienced the day of the event. People were people-colored; the Chapel was Chapel-colored. As simple as that sounds, it is hard to find a photographer who accomplishes this with such accuracy and consistency.

3.) Seriously, Brian’s work is STUNNING. You are going to get photos from him that are of exactly the same quality as the ones showcased in his online portfolio; in fact, we might be biased, but we thought several of ours were even MORE lovely than the ones he’s published in his ads in SB&G, for example. The photos have such a classic quality to them; timeless and very magazine-like: crisp, unaffected, with balanced contrast and color.

4.) The man has an eye for “moment.” Some of the moments he captured, we have no idea how he did it. But those are some of our favorite shots from the wedding day – a day that went so fast, we spent hours going through our photos rediscovering moments that Brian and Jenn had captured, which would otherwise have been forgotten.

The wedding photographer was the one vendor I researched more than anything. After pouring through the portfolios of any and every wedding photographer in the area, I narrowed down my list and "interviewed" 3 photographers...Brian Mullins Photography was the one I chose in the end. The funny thing is, my 2nd choice photographer actually was a former student of Brian's, meaning, I had picked the right guy! I knew from the start that I wanted QUALITY, breath-taking photographs, which is why we ended up with Brian. He was quick to respond, and invited us to his studio to meet in person. I was impressed with his studio (something I've found that many "photographers" lack nowadays), which to me, meant that he was established and reputable. He also had amazing photos both in natural light and with flash. One thing that I have noticed about other photographers is that they take decent photos in daylight, but their nighttime or inside photos are no good. I also liked how his photos weren't "trendy" or "hipster" or "washed out." What I wanted was quality, CLASSIC photos, and that is what he delivered. Brian knows how to pose the human body so that you look your best...if you are worried about certain parts of your body, he knows how to pose you correctly so that you look great. When we were reviewing our photos, I had to ask him several times if he had Photoshopped my arms and made them thinner, and he hadn't...he was just that good! I look at many of my friends' photos, and though they are all beautiful, they just can't compare to the photos we received from Brian. We used him for our engagement as well as our wedding day. Our photos were such a hit that my brother-in-law and his fiance (an amateur photographer herself) picked Brian too for their engagement and wedding photos. Brian and his assistant, Jenn, are funny, and nice, and make you feel comfortable, while having fun, yet remaining professional. I cannot recommend him more!

Wonderful does not describe Brian's and Jenn’s amazing personalities and skills. We cannot say enough about Brian and Jenn. They are fantastic!!! From the day that we first met, Brian just simply got us. It felt as if he had known us for years and knew exactly what we would like in our wedding photos. He truly understood our wedding day vision and maintained that focus all throughout our special day.
There was simply an instant connection with Brian in our initial meeting and our personalities simply clicked well. We walked away from that meeting feeling confident that everything would be well taken care of. Our instincts proved right. Not only was everything taken care of well, it was superbly done too. We couldn’t have asked for a better Wedding Photographer, he knows what he is doing and he is GREAT at it! We just recently got to view our pictures online, and we absolutely love them. Brian and Jenn made our wedding photography session so much fun. Actually, they made it better, very nice and smooth. Five stars are not enough to rate Brian Mullins Photography for the beautiful work that they produce. It’s simply amazing professionalism at the very core of it. To make it all better and sweeter, they’re super caring and kind. It is the wedding investment that should be on the top of every couple's list.

I had to plan an out of town wedding in a short time. Brian was on a recommended list of photographers provided to us. I loved his pictures on his website and he was pleasant to speak with on the phone. He and Jen did a great job for our wedding ceremony and reception. They both helped with the little kids who were sometimes not wanting to smile and we loved the variety of pictures that were taken. I highly recommend Brian.

Brian is amazing! My husband and I selected him for our wedding because we loved his portfolio and after Skyping with him, knew we would get along very well! Not only was he extremely responsive, he skyped with us twice and met with us twice before the wedding. When you get married, your photographer is someone you will spend a lot of time with, so you want him or her to be someone who won't add additional stress to your day. Brian and his assistant were easygoing and actually added to the fun. We did a day after photo shoot with Brian and Jenn, his associate, and they were amazing and energetic even though they had been working late the night before. You won't regret hiring Brian and his team!

Where to begin… words cannot describe my true feelings towards these two, Brian and Jenn. They are truly the best around, and I feel blessed to have worked with such amazing photographers.

We first found Brian Mullins Photography online, when we were trying to find a good photography group. Initially, we looked locally, but then we decided to look around the Raleigh area and that is when I stumbled upon his page. I instantly fell in love with his pictures. They were energetic, charismatic, crisp, and of course “people-colored” which is surprisingly very hard to find. We contacted him and he emailed us back that very night. Since I am from out of state, my intention was only to hire a photographer for my engagement pictures and to hire some photographers I knew from my home state. Well, when we first met with Brian and Jenn for our consultation and engagement session, they were amazing. After that, we knew we couldn’t hire anyone else to do our wedding, and I am so glad we didn’t. They were so willing to travel and work with us. It felt so natural working with them. They were silly and funny and would crack tons of jokes.

When it came down to our wedding, the one thing I never worried about was my photography. I knew it would be perfect, and of course it was. Brian and Jenn exceeded my expectations in so many ways. It was almost like they were my coordinators, counselors, and friends. They even helped with corsages and coached my mother on how to tie my dress corset. They interacted with my family and friends, and as I am not surprised, everyone fell in love with them. And of course, my pictures captured the day beautifully.

So basically, if I had to get rid of all my vendors, and I could only have one I would choose Brian Mullins Photography. They are professional, caring, fun, and very talented! If you hire them, you will not regret it. It was the best wedding decision I have made, besides the groom of course!

Brian and Jenn were such a great pair of photographers to work with. Brian was very flexible as we planned our wedding from 8 hours away and was always very easy to get in touch with. On the day of my wedding, he was sick but mustered through and took FABULOUS pictures, while his assistant Jenn was equally amazing, going above and beyond her duties to get us drinks, hold my bouquet, and even bustle my dress!! To me, photography is the most important vender at a wedding! The photos are what you get to keep from that day and look back on! The right photographer can capture the mood and enable you to look at those pictures and remember exactly the way that you felt that day! We were SO excited to have Brian as our photographer. He was great, from the first consultation to now! His set up to let you and family, friends review images is great! He is very professional and a lot of fun. The photos that he took are so amazing. I cried the whole way through them! They blew my expectations, and I will always be grateful to him for his artistic style, and the way we will be able to look back on that day!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to have Brian be our photographer for our wedding 5/21/2011. Brian also did our engagement pictures which were breathtaking. He is so talented in his craft, he is extremely professional, and he is overly prepared (what other photographer carries around needle and thread- which was put to use on my wedding day when I needed to be sewn into my dress after the latch closing the zipper broke!)! Brian makes you feel relaxed, which is important during your day as you don't want it to show on your face. He truly takes care to form a relationship with his client, getting to know their comforts and discomforts. Time after time, as I look through my wedding pictures they become even more beautiful to me; I am so thankful Brian was able to capture the story of our wedding day with this stunning photography that 'll be able to pass down to my children! Where do I start? Brian is amazing. My now-husband is not a photo type of guy, so I knew exactly who to go to who would make my husband feel relaxed and have fun with pictures. Our engagement photos were amazing. Even at the wedding people were talking about them. Our wedding photos, I just can't stop looking at them. We were on our honeymoon when Brian emailed the link and of course as soon as we got back to the states and to our computers we looked at them. I have looked at them over and over again in the last day. They are breath-taking. Brian catches photos you didn't think anyone could catch. He catches moments that you say, darn I wish I had a camera, and there he was with his camera (but you didn't know it until after you get your proofs). The photos are amazing. Brian's talent is amazing. He made my husband, friends, and family feel relaxed the entire time. His assistant Jenn is also amazing. If you need a photographer, Brian is your guy!

We are coming up on our one year anniversary and it took me a while to write this review. Mostly because I really didn't know how to express how happy we were with Bryan. From the planning, to the day of, and to the final result, everything was fantastic. Our guests even commented on how great Bryan was during our wedding. We had a very small intimate wedding (12 people) and when everyone saw the pictures they were all shocked and asked, "when did he take these? I never even noticed him around." That is exactly what we wanted. Bryan was truly able to capture the emotions of our day in a completely unobtrusive manner and still the photos are second to none. We will continue to proudly display our album and recommend Bryan for years to come. Don't think about it, just call Bryan now and reserve him for your special day.

Brian is an amazing photographer. He truly captured the beauty of our wedding day and was absolutely awesome to work with. He was with us from the morning through the evening, and gave 100% the entire time; he worked incredibly hard. Brian is outgoing, charismatic, and makes you feel at ease when taking photos. All of our wedding guests easily opened up to Brian which made for some terrific reception photos. We love all of our pictures, and we highly recommend him!! We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our wedding day.

I cannot say enough good things about Brian! We had a wonderful experience using him for our wedding. He was a lot of fun and very professional to work for. The pictures turned out amazing and we have had so many compliments on them. I met with a lot of photographers in the Raleigh area and am really glad we decided to go with Brian.

After an extensive search and comparison of 20+ leading North Carolina wedding photographers, Brian's work kept jumping out at me. His photos had the "in the moment" artistic and photojournalistic style that I was looking for, coupled with top-quality crisp and well-framed shots. After our initial phone call, it was clear to me this guy was not only a stellar photographer, but that he knew the ins-and-outs of shooting a wedding. And, his easy-going manner and sense of humor told me that he'd be great to work with during the busy time to come.

Throughout the wedding planning process, the wedding day, and afterwards, Brian maintained a superior level of customer service. He accommodated all of my requests and ideas, made great suggestions, and was exceptionally responsive. Oh, and our pictures...wow! The results certainly speak for themselves.

Brian is an amazing photographer! He was the photographer for my sister's wedding and not only did the pictures turn out incredible, but the pictures really captured every moment and make me want to relive every second of it! Brian has a great personality too and really enjoyed making the day perfect!

Brian was our wedding photographer. We could not have asked for anyone better. The quality of the photographs is outstanding. Several people have commented that they look like they belong in a magazine. He was very organized in taking photographs, so he did not miss anything, but he was also very flexible with adding in other photos that we wanted. He is professional and at the same time can put you at ease during all the commotion of the big day.

Brian was absolutely amazing!! I cannot believe I had someone as wonderful and creative as Brian taking pictures of my wedding! As soon as my now husband and I met him, we knew he was the right photographer for us. Not only did his incredible skills as a photographer recommend him but his personality makes him the best photographer. He captures everything right down to the smallest detail of your wedding so in years to come you can look back and truly experience your wedding again. I can tell you honestly, that he will be the only photographer that I will use to capture life's most treasured memories. You're the best Brian!!

Brian was an amazing asset to our wedding - he worked so well with all of our vendors and that provides a lot of sanity on your wedding day. We changed the start and end time several times (he even offered to stay late!) and he was incredibly accommodating. Wedding photography is undoubtedly such a demanding job and he is patient, kind, helpful and of course shoots the most amazing photos! He had our photos edited for our viewing by the time we got back from our honeymoon - amazing! The photos will bring tears to your eyes - they are so personal and beautiful! He takes the time to get to know you so that he knows what photos will make you the happiest.

I was married in November 2009 and Brian was absolutely awesome. Besides taking amazing pictures, he has a great personality and made taking all those pictures fun! We searched for a LONG time for a wedding photographer, and we are SO glad we finally found him, we really couldn't be happier with our experience.

Where shall we begin - Brian Mullins is a phenomenal photography who knows how to capture the emotion of a wedding. Several friends of mine (myself included) teared up at some of the pictures.

Not only are Brian's prices fair but he is fully engaged throughouth the process. He is also very responsive to our inquiries and never once made us feel like we were a both.

We hope to work with Brian again in the near future. He is someone who we can evnision keeping in touch since we have so much in tommow. we highly recommend Brian. He listens and has an amazing sense of creativity.

Brian Mullins was the photographer for our wedding and he went above and beyond our expectations! We absolutely love our wedding photos and he even did a "trash the dress" session the day after the wedding that was tons of fun (and did not ruin my dress) :)

I expected to have a great experience after meeting Brian and looking over his portfolio. He was extremely easy to work with before, the day of, and after. He had our pictures on-line within a week of the event - which is a huge job. He did an incredible job all the way around. Our pictures turned out to be beautiful and just stunning on many occasions. I would love to use him again and would recommend him for a great experience. He went above and beyond.

THE BEST. Brian is so professional and talented. The photos were the most important thing to me, other than my dress and he exceeded my expectations. My brother wants to use him for his wedding too and he works at an ad agency and is VERY picky about photographers. I couldn't be happier with the photos that Brian took. My husband and I are both camera shy and he made everyone at the wedding feel so comfortable.

I searched for about 6 months before deciding on Brian Mullins, once I saw his book it was all over. I find with so many photographers they are either good at the beauty stuff OR the photojournalistic shots, Brian is great at BOTH and I think he was more invested in perfection than the bride! I truly believe he sees each wedding as a chance to make his book that much better and approaches it as though his reputation is on the line with every frame. I felt it during the prep and it showed in the final product. Many of my friends who were not able to attend told me they cried when they saw how beautiful the pictures were, his work is truly inspired.

I would prefer to begin first by acknowledging that to acquire a photographer as dynamic and as distinctive as Brian Mullins can easily be compared to seeking and finally finding THE PERFECT WEDDING GOWN...for he truly is, one of THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHER in the area. To make such a claim, I speak from experiencing firsthand his artistic gifts and his uncanny ability to capture moments in time that you will treasure for decades. I am indeed grateful for the high level of proficiency and excellence that Brain exhibited. It has been over seven months since my husband and I celebrated our event and people are still talking about the exemplary photographs that Brain took. I assure you, that selecting Brain Mullins as your photographer would be like starring in vivid works of personal art.

I have been absolutely thrilled with using Brian!!! On my wedding day, he was on time, very professional (with out being at all stuffy), and knew exactly the type of photography we wanted!! They say that you should spend your money on the part of your wedding that is most important to you. If you're like me, and the photos of your wonderful day are what you'll hold most dear, your money would be well-invested in Brian Mullins.

I chose Brian after seeing his Website and the images he's taken for wedding after wedding. If you're looking for cheesy grins and posed shots, you won't find them here. Brian's style is very photo-journalistic. He looks for those special moments and captures them without you even knowing he's there.

I found him to be very professional, and he interacted well with our guests. I now think of him as a friend.

Brian was our photographer for both our engagement session and our wedding. And he was excellent. He got a large variety of really beautiful shots. He covered our wedding such that he really told the whole story from beginning to end, capturing many moments that we had not seen ourselves, and leaving a record that we will cherish for a lifetime. Everyone in our wedding party and so many of our guests have made comments about how impressive Brian was. He and his co-photographer, Pat, were somehow everywhere and yet never in the way. Everyone felt that they were very courteous and unobtrusive, and yet they were able to get hundreds of amazing shots. From beginning to end, Brian was willing to work with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the experience and product. Being a couple on a budget for our wedding, our friends had given us advice to "spend on what will last." Looking back, that advice was right on. Hiring Brian Mullins was not inexpensive, but he really gave us a great deal and worth every penny.

Brian Mullins was amazing to work with! I was recommended him and was not disappointed. My husband and I had a lot of fun taking pictures. Their staff was considerate of our schedule and made the experience enjoyable. They did a great job capturing all of the special moments of the day but were not intrusive to the event at all. Brian exceeded our expectations!!

Brian was a wonderful photographer for my wedding! we had another issue with our first photographer but Brian did great to put us at ease and jump on in! He just did an overall great job and went above and beyond to help me! My wedding dress had been altered horribly and it needed to be fixed asap for the bridal pictures with him and he ended up recommending a women that did an awesome job! But the photo's ended up being amazing and everyone LOVED them!!!
