From the very beginning, Brian made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. He took the time to meet with me and my parents in person while we were deciding on a photographer, which gave us confidence that we were in great hands from the start.
Throughout the entire process, Brian was an excellent communicator, always responsive, clear, and professional. On our wedding day, he arrived on time, was easygoing, and made everyone feel comfortable while keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
Brian struck the perfect balance between capturing timeless family portraits and creating beautiful, artistic images that felt natural and authentic. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and friendly personality made the entire experience completely stress-free.

We love Brian! He is so down to earth, welcoming, and talented both in photography and in making you feel comfortable. We hired Brian for our wedding and engagement shoot, and he made the process so easy. Neither my husband or I are very comfortable in front of the camera, but Brian did awesome making us feel comfortable and capturing the authentic moments of our wedding. 5 stars, we highly recommend! -

Brian Marsh is an exceptional photographer and all around wonderful person to work with. He did a fantastic job with both our engagement and wedding photos. His laid back working style was great for us. He coached us when we needed it, and he also let us be silly and have fun. He is responsive and clear in his communication. He also offered a valuable piece of advice when we were debating whether or not to do the engagement shoot: he said the engagement shoot is helpful to get comfortable with the photographer so you know what to expect for wedding photos. He couldn't have been more accurate! We would work with Brian again in a heartbeat. Thank you Brian! -

I am absolutely obsessed with the sneak peak of the wedding photos from Brian. After much research we choose Brian for our photographer because his portfolio was beautiful and he had a package which included everything we were looking for (engagement session and day of time frame). Brian was great. He was communicative and flexible with our engagement location. The day of both Brian and his assistant were fabulous. He had a list of the exact shots we wanted and who we wanted included which made our party and family photos go very fast and smoothly. We had some last minute requests day of which were easily accommodated. 1,000/10 would recommend and use him again. -

We worked with Brian in 2024 for our engagement shoot, September wedding, and to design our wedding album. We would highly recommend Brian to anyone! Brian is incredibly talented and has a fantastic eye - he captured beautiful photos of us and our wedding.
Brian is also very easy to work with and responsive when it comes to any of your questions or planning needs. Prior to the wedding we met with him to talk about timing, what photos we wanted, and how the day would flow. We knew everything would be covered day of, and it certainly was.
Day of, Brian was so easy to be around, which you need on a day where there is a lot going on! He knew how to blend in, capture those perfect moments, and also expertly managed the timing for the many different photos we wanted. -

Brian photographed our wedding in May 2024. He was kind and so fun to work with. He was very professional and made sure he got all of the specific shots we wanted. He also blended into the crowd perfectly and got some amazing candid shots that we will cherish forever! He was also so patient with my young son who was not in the mood for photos, but he just kept it moving and ended up getting the most amazing shots. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone looking for a wedding photographer, you will not be disappointed! -

As two people who are not super comfortable in “posed” photo settings, we are so happy that we found Brian as our wedding photographer. We weren’t sure if we wanted to do an engagement session at first, but we are so glad that we did. It gave us a chance to get to know Brian in a less hectic setting, and he was so good at making us feel relaxed and comfortable with him, allowing us to see how he balances both posed and candid opportunities. Brian was a great partner through the planning process, helping us to nail down our day-of itinerary with plenty of wiggle room to spare, and he hit on all the photos that we wanted to get from our wedding day. He even agreed to try a new way to get us out of the traditional table-by-table group photos that got everyone loosened up & ready for the dance floor! Brian was wonderful to work with, and we have loved going through all of our wedding photos and reliving the most perfect day. For anyone considering Brian as their wedding photographer, we cannot recommend him enough. Thank you, Brian! -

Exactly what we wanted!
Would highly recommend! Brian did an amazing job with our wedding photos the end results were perfect!! The day of he was a very calm presence (which is great in all the craziness of your wedding day) and made sure all the photos were done within our time frame and we were at the ceremony/reception on time. Will definitely recommend him to my friends who are getting married/engaged. -

Brian was amazing to work with. We were planning our wedding across the country, so we didn't get to meet Brian in person until the wedding day. He was great about responding to emails, texts and calls.
The day of was extremely rainy and changed our plans a bit, but Brian and his awesome partner, Adam had great ideas and captured all the moments of the day. They made everyone comfortable and were fun to work with. We would highly recommend working with Brian! -

We hired Brian and his awesome colleague Adam for our wedding at Crowne Plaza in RI in December. They were my personal superstars! From the moment they arrived they had everything under control, guided me throughout the day and helped me with my dress and hair throughout our pictures. To be honest, their calm, controlled vibe and guidance is exactly what I needed that day! I'm really not sure it would have been as easy without them! Working with Brian was absolutely wonderful. He did both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. We were nervous about being in front of the camera but after only a few minutes with Brian we felt comfortable and had so much fun! Great Photos, Awesome Team!
I am so happy we chose Brian for our wedding photography! He was fantastic from start to finish. From our initial chat on the phone, he was friendly, helpful, and flexible. He travelled to the school campus where we live/work for engagement photos, and even trusted us to drive him & his camera equipment up a ski trail so we could get photos with a beautiful view. Brian's creativity and range was evident from this engagement session, where he kept stopping us to shoot a few photos in locations that caught his eye. His kind and patient demeanor made us camera-shy folks feel comfortable. Brian overdelivered with 125 engagement photos, which we loved! The same was true on the big day. Brian & his partner worked around our schedule, travelled to two getting ready locations, and did an excellent job of documenting the day. They were focused on not interrupting our experience, even carrying my (the bride's) lipstick and phone in their pocket and helping me hold my train. We are so happy with how the photos turned out too! Our families & friends love them. We got a full album of over 1,000 shots that will help us remember this special day for years to come. Brian even delivered the photos in under 1 month so we could share them at my hometown reception! -

This might be the easiest review we will ever have to write, given how amazing Brian is. Our first experience with Brian was when he took our engagement photographs last year. We were initially nervous and not looking forward to having the spotlight on us and have somebody take numerous photos of us. Within 10 seconds of meeting Brian, we immediately dropped all of that and had an absolute ball for our 2-hour session. This speaks to how relaxed and awesome Brian is because he immediately made us feel comfortable. It was as if we were hanging out with a lifelong friend. Brian has since done family photos with us and recently photographed our wedding. Everyone, family and friends, raved about how comfortable Brian made them feel and how they loved taking pictures with him. Now, let’s get to the best part - Brian’s photographs. Brian is an artist. He has a strong passion for his work and really wants his couples to love their portraits. The pictures Brian has taken for us have been absolutely breathtaking and he has amazing attention to detail. He has a keen eye for lighting and is always looking out for perfect locations to get the perfect portrait. In sum, Brian is not only an amazing photographer, he is an amazing person. There is no one better than Brian Marsh, and we can assure you all that you will not be disappointed with his service. We highly recommend Brian!!!! -

We are so glad we worked with Brian Marsh Photography and would recommend their services for any occasion! Brian was fun, easy going, personable, and professional and did a great job making us comfortable during our big day. Brian was always more than willing to answer any questions we had throughout the wedding planning process and helped ease any anxieties we may have had. He and his partner Adam were very well organized organized but yet still flexible, and helped facilitate transition through the day as smoothly as possible. They both were able to capture high quality shots of ourselves and our loved ones all the way from getting ready in the morning up until the end of the reception.
Brian is a regular fixture at the venue we chose and works well with a lot of the other vendors in the area as well, an added bonus that isn't always the case! We received our photos in a timely manner soon after the wedding and plan to cherish them forever. We highly recommend Brian for your photography needs- you won’t be disappointed! -

I can't say enough about Brian. He is a pure professional. His assistant was equal in caliber. They both moved swiftly, capturing the moments that are so precious to the wedding day. Adam even held my veil for me when it was too hot outside to wear. Approachable, works with ease, listened to all my ideas for how I could see the look of the day and just enhanced it! They were very patient with my new husband as he doesn't take a lot of photos. Brian made us feel very special and when he gets into a creative flow, very exciting to work with...we even incorporated my Grandfather's old Ford which touched our hearts. Brian stayed on schedule, created intimate moments for us, and was very pleasant towards directing the portraits of family members. We will forever be grateful we spent the money to hire an expert, as Photography is the one part of the day which will be kept forever! We booked Brian for our engagement photos and our wedding. His professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to taking great photos separate him from others. What stood out to me was how calm and funny he was, we got married on a cold night in January, and he had us laughing and smiling while he photographed the moments I will treasure for my entire life. I cannot recommend Brian enough! I was really nervous about finding the right wedding photographer because my husband does not like taking pictures and I love taking pictures. I knew we were going to need someone who not only took great pictures but who could capture great spontaneous moments because my husband was only going to be good for a few portraits at best. I was sold on Brian the moment I met him and saw him work at another wedding I was in. His vibe was relaxed, kind, fun, and very different than any other photographer I had worked with. From the first moment we hired Brian we knew we made the right decision. He understood what we were looking for, he engaged in conversations, he replied fast, and his prices were very comparable to others. The engagement pictures he took of us were stunning. He came to our house and made our home a perfect sanctuary for pictures. The way he used light and reflections was unlike anything I've ever seen before. We did not regret hiring Brian when all the COVID stuff happened either. We needed to postpone our big day and Brian worked with us, worked with our new budget, and worked with the new vibes of our Wedding 2.0 day. Everything leading up to the wedding was easy and clear - there was no stress with Brian. The day of the wedding my husband and I knew we made the right choice because Brian had us laughing, was very efficient, very respectful of what we were hoping to get out of the day and just so chill. His spirit calmed us all, and no one felt like they missed the party because they were taking a million pictures. He was fantastic. I got our pictures back the other day and they are the most wonderful things ever. He really took time to understand both of us, what we were hoping for and he truly captured us perfectly! He also got amazing candid shots of all our friends and family. Everyone at the wedding commented on how awesome he was - how fun he was - and how kind he was. I have only been a bride once (well twice, thanks to COVID), but I have been in over 20 weddings and I cannot stress enough how important a photographer's personality and spirit are. Did Brian get us beautiful pictures? Without a freaking doubt - all our pictures are PERFECTION. But what Brian also did, that I have never seen done before, was he listened, he made us laugh, he treated us like a friend, and he made someone (my husband) who hates taking pictures, feel chill, feel natural, and feel so happy to smile. A huge thank you to Brian Marsh! I hope to have more fun events in the future to have him photograph! -

Wedding 7/17/21
Brian was so amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure our photos came out spectacular!! Even though the weather did not want to cooperate we made the best of it and still got the best photos. I would highly recommend Brian for any of your photography needs. Outstanding Photos!
I need to give credit where credit is due and take some time to share about our amazing experience with Brian! To start – if you’re contemplating the package with engagement pictures…do it! It was such a great chance to get to know Brian ahead of the wedding. My husband and I aren’t once to be photographed, so having that moment with him prior to the big day really helped with wedding stress. And the plus side? The picture came out AMAZING! We did them at our home as we want4ed our dog included, and everything about it was perfect!
Fast forward to the wedding day itself, we had Brian and his assistance Adam. I was nervous at first because I had the guys and girls getting ready at 2 separate locations, to which everyone would meet at one locati9on (our house) to then drive to the venue. Brian never missed anything! He, along with Adam, were on top of everything, capturing every small moment. We had our pups included in pictures at home and it was great! And I should also mention – working with them was a blast!
When I say I can’t stop looking at my pictures – I’m not exaggerating. Brian managed to capture so many memories and special moments – even the decor was beautifully documented. I know without any doubt, we made the right decision in choosing Brian and will continue to use him for any milestones our family meets. Thanks again Brian for the amazing job you did!

Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding
We hired Brian Marsh Photography for our October 2019 wedding at the Log Cabin, and it was the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding process. Brian and Adam were calm (exactly what you need on the big day), strategic, and just overall fun to be around. They got every shot and variation of family photos that we requested. We also suspect they may be ninjas because we did not see them at all during our ceremony or during a good amount of the reception yet we have hundreds of amazing photos of us and our guests from all angles and moments throughout the day. Brian was also ridiculously fast in getting our photos to us- we had them just in time to share with family on Thanksgiving and make Christmas cards. We highly recommend Brian Marsh to anyone wishing for jaw-dropping wedding photos on a reasonable budget- you will not regret it. -

I cannot begin to describe how incredible Brian is. My husband and I hired him for our October wedding this year and we are obsessed with the photos we received. Not only does he take incredible photos, but his personality is great. He is friendly and laid back and very patient, even will a wild wedding party. He made the entire process stress free, including the day of the wedding. It rained all day and ruined most of our plans, but, thanks to Brian's creativity we were able to get amazing shots, even a night time shot in the rain that is stunning. Andrea Sent on 11/06/2017I cannot even begin to describe the amazing job that Brian did at our wedding. I was speechless looking through all of these beautiful photos! He certainly does have a great eye and takes some creative photos! One of the reasons I chose him is because you can see his love of architecture in his photos and my venue was beautiful, so I could only imagine the beautiful photos that would come of it, and I was right! Both Brian, and his assistant, Adam were super cool, down to earth guys. They were so much fun to work with and we had a lot of laughs! I would certainly recommend Brian Marsh Photography to anyone for any event. I know that I will be using Brian for all my photo needs going forward.
