Hired Brewmasters for my wedding and the experience was perfect! They had lots of packages and options to choose from and had some customization options all around. I was also able to get a special option for the groom with the base option we chose. The set up was very nice at the wedding, and it looked like service was quick and easy for guests. At the end of the night they had drinks out and easy to grab for guests about to leave out and myself- a very thirsty bride that hadnt drank hardly anything since the ceremony started! Would highly recommend! -

My husband and I hired Brewmasters Mobile for the bartending services at our wedding in Charlotte, NC and were SO happy with our decision. From the beginning, they were incredibly thorough with their quote and responded to any and all our questions super quickly. They made us feel confident throughout the planning process that our bar services would be well taken care of and they most definitely delivered on that! We loved picking out our draft beers and guests raved about the Black Widow cider that was available for us to choose. Look no further if you are in need of bartending services!!! -

If you are looking for a cute, and unique beverage company for your wedding, check out Brewmasters Mobile! My husband found Brewmasters Mobile when we were searching for a company to serve our alcohol that provided a full service bar, and met our budget and liability requirements. Emily and Molly were great to work with and made sure we had everything that we wanted for our reception. We got to choose our favorite wines and beers to be served at the reception. The bartenders were amazing and super nice! We highly recommend Brewmasters Mobile if you are looking for a great beverage service for your wedding or event.

Brewmasters was highly recommended to us for our alcohol needs for our wedding and they did not disappoint. Molly was great to work with. I’m so happy we were able to rent their horse trailer bar because it added the cutest touch to our reception! We also thought their prices were great. I don’t think we could have asked for a better price value for an open bar with top shelf liquor. Everything about this company was great and I highly recommend them for your alcohol needs! -

Mobile Bar
When it came to alcohol at my wedding I didn’t know where to really start. I found brewmasters and fell in love with there converted horse trailer bar. I thought it would be perfect for my wedding. They were very professional and helpful during the planning process and everything turned out great. All of the guests loved it. -

From planning to the day of our event, the Brewmasters team was wonderful. We visited them in Wilson for a tasting, which they made a fun experience in addition to making great recommendations. On the day of our rehearsal dinner, our guests had nothing but great things to say about the two bartenders staffed for the event. We also rented Heidi the hop box which was such a fun focal point for the night!
My only regret was not booking them for our wedding too :) 10/10 would recommend! -

As a wedding planner, our team has worked with a TON of bar services, bartenders, and mobile bars. Brewmasters has by far been the easiest, most helpful and flexible company we've worked with so far.
The bartenders are attentive, polite, and fun, and they keep lines down. We especially appreciate that they're willing to go the extra mile and help with things that aren't necessarily their responsibility, like keeping an eye on the non-alcoholic beverage station when the caterer doesn't - making sure it stays refilled, and picking up linens that have gone with the wind and putting them back on tables for us -- definitely things other bartenders would typically ignore.
We also love working with Molly leading up to the big day as also kind, extremely responsive, flexible and does whatever she can to ensure the couple is taken care of. Overall, this team is one in a million and we highly recommend you go with them for your bar team! 1000%, you will not regret it. :) -

Brewmasters was an amazing wedding vendor and partner. My husband and I are both huge craft beer fans, and we definitely wanted this to be a part of our big day in North Carolina!
The Brewmasters team was super flexible, reasonably priced, and so responsive to any request we had. One of the things I love about Brewmasters is the flexibility of their packages: if you want to customize your drinks, add beer/wine/liquor, they've got you covered! They have a huge menu of options that is constantly being updated.
As a pandemic couple who had to reschedule our wedding twice, Brewmasters helped make our June 2021 wedding EXACTLY what we hoped for. They were an amazing partner, and we would recommend them to anyone. So many of our guests complimented the drink selection! -

Perfection
For the first contact to the final minute of the reception everything was amazing. Correspondence is easy to have with Molly throughout the process of choosing the right package and setting up taste tasting. Taste testing was enjoyable and they were more than willing to accommodate our choices. The bartenders were very professional and flexible, they were put in a smaller area than they expected due to rain and space at the reception but they made it work with grace. The white bar we chose was beautiful. We couldn't have been pleased with our decision to use Brewmasters and would highly recommend them for any occasion -

As anyone who plans a wedding/is involved in a wedding may know, it can be incredibly stressful; however, Molly and the Brewmasters Mobile Team made the alcohol catering process incredibly EASY! Brewmasters was the perfect addition and easiest decision we made when wedding planning. They were fun, engaging, provided excellent customer service on the day of the wedding.
We were able to go to Brewmaster's to do a tasting which provided us with a better understanding of what the wedding day was going to look like. Here, we were able to sample multiple beverages to decide what would be a great fit for us. They worked with us and were not only open to our suggestions but were able to provide their opinions based on previous experiences.
Molly is the event manager and deals with all things mobile bar related! She answered all of my questions, comments, and concerns (even if my bride mind emailed her late in the evening) in a timely manner. She made the process as relaxed and easy as possible.
We greatly appreciated everything they did to make the wedding planning less stressful!
Would 100% recommend them to anyone planning an event!

Brewmasters was amazing to work with every step of the way. When I saw an ad for their Heidi the Hopbox Trailer on Facebook I knew I had to have them come to my wedding. We chose to serve beer, wine, and cocktails and they did a welcome drink for us! They were able to provide beer that me and my husband both liked (we have very different tastes in beer). Molly was so helpful with all my questions and making decisions the months leading up to the wedding! Their service the day of the wedding was wonderful as well! The drinks were delicious, and the bartenders were great!! I’m so pleased that they played a part in my wedding day!! -

Rockstars!
You guys are absolute rockstars! We did an open bar using both our venue's Tiki Bar and the gorgeous horse trailer. I created my own bar signage and they were happy to display them for me. All in all, we were blown away with the communication leading up to the wedding and the service during it. The bartenders were super efficient, insanely friendly and so damn fun! Thank you for all of your hard work and beautiful execution. We couldn't have asked for more from your whole team!! -

We hired Brewmasters for our wedding that we celebrated a little over 2 weeks ago. It was an excellent experience and in particular, Molly, the owner was so patient and flexible and made such a STRESSFUL wedding planning process much smoother. I will say, out of all my vendors, they were probably the best communicators. Molly would answer any and all questions in a very timely manner. When I began the wedding planning process, COVID-19 hadn’t reared its ugly head yet. We had to change things up with our contract a few times with our guest list requirements fluctuating so much and they were super understanding and willing to send me ALL these different requested estimates. Our guests had a blast and all said the Brewmasters staff was great. I would definitely recommend! -

Best Day Ever
I had a great experience with brewmasters. I love how unique their services are and the customizable packages from beer/wine and/or liquor as well as non alcoholic options. I felt that all the online resources and tools were very easy to use and clear to understand. There were seriously no hidden fees or unexpected charges. I felt like their prices were super reasonable especially for open bar! From communication with the owner, to the manager and bar staff... everyone was super responsive, professional and friendly.
2 weeks before my wedding Molly scheduled a follow up call just to make sure we were on the same page. That final follow up call allowed me to ask any unanswered questions as well as express concerns regarding weather and coverage. Molly was really great at reassuring me that everything would work out, discussed a plan "B" IF needed which decreased all the "what ifs". Talking to Molly really helped calm and reassure me.
I rented Heidi the hop box for my backyard wedding and Ricky (one of the bartenders) was scheduled to drop it off the night before (because of space confinement and other vendors) for only an additional $100. He was so patient and really tried his hardest to place the trailer exactly where I wanted it (which wasn't easy with a tent in the way and trees in my backyard). Ricky worked hard for more than an hour and tried all different avenues to make it work. Then he showed up the next night for my event and everyone loved his service. This is the first event I have ever planned in my life and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend brewmasters. All my guests LOVED the selections of beer/wine and loved how cute the set up was.
If there is ever another event I plan, I will be using them again for sure! Two thumbs up! Cheers! -

Brewmasters was so amazing, fun, and unique for our backyard COVID-19 wedding! The whole team was very flexible when it came to changing our wedding plans, and was incredibly supportive through everything! They have a wide variety of craft beers, and were willing to go out of their way to get us our most desired brews. Great wine selection too! The bar trailer was one of the most talked about parts of our reception, and really offered the extra, unique flair we wanted for our special day! The bartenders were amazing too. We hired Brewmasters for our reception and we are SO glad that we did! From the start, we worked with Molly and she was super responsive, professional, and SO kind. At our tasting, she answered all of our questions and offered her suggestions, making the process so easy. They have an EXTENSIVE list of beer, wine, and liquor options to choose from, and for whatever reason, if there’s something they do not have, they’re open to reaching out to a vendor/contact to potentially offer it. They’re also super affordable which was a big factor for us when choosing an alcohol vendor.
They work with you to find options that all of your guests will like. In fact, we opted not to have soda at our reception, but mentioned to Molly that my Father-In-Law loves Mountain Dew—they legitimately brought a 12 pack of Mountain Dew specifically for him! All of our guests raved about the alcohol choices and how friendly the bartenders were!
We will forever recommend Brewmasters—we cannot thank them enough!

Brewmasters provided the alcohol and bartending service for my fall wedding at The Firehouse Co. and the process working with them from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional! Budget (as for most couples) was a huge factor for my husband and I and Molly whom I communicated with most through the booking process was ALWAYS patient with our back and forth changes and silly questions trying to understand the whole breakdown, and quick to respond (even while having a new baby and being on maternity leave!). The menu tasting was probably my favorite part of it all. I enjoyed meeting Molly and Morkos! They were so warm, and down to earth. They are passionate about their business and the couples they work with. They were easy to talk to and I immediately felt like they were friends I had know for some time. I had a couple of special requests for some personalized surprises I had planned like the shotski (pictured) and they were willing to help me make those visions come to life. Molly and Morkos were also gracious enough to let us host our Friday night welcome mixer for our family and friends at there Greenville location and went above and beyond to give us and our guests a wonderful experience. Their staff was also very welcoming and friendly, communicated effectively and didn't seem to be flustered with the large party. The bartenders arrived to the wedding on time, were professional and took care of the guest providing a stress free experience for me. After a VERY stressful planning it was just what I needed. After all the craziness Molly followed up via email just to congratulate us again and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised at the thank you/congratulatory note the Brewmasters team left us on our wedding day (can you believe that, we are the ones that should be thanking them, so thoughtful!) I didn't worry about a thing working with Brewmasters. No doubt they just want their clients HAPPY and will go above and beyond to make that happen. I HIGHLY recommend them to future couples planning their wedding! Thank you Molly, Morkos, and The Brewmasters team for EVERYTHING! -

We absolutely LOVED our experience working with Brewmasters! They were super helpful in deciding on a package, very affordable, and had the most pleasant/fun staff to work with day of. We loved the idea of having a locally owned bartending service and the option to have local craft beers for our guests and they are the best for that for sure! We did our tasting at their space in Wilson and were blown away by how accommodating and kind they were. My husband and I both have food allergies and they went above and beyond to make sure we could order something to eat while we were tasting and even helped us include a gluten free beer option. During our wedding my champagne glass was NEVER empty and my husband and family commented multiple times on how much they enjoyed the bartenders. We can't recommend them enough! -

We hired Brewmasters for our wedding reception near Hillsborough, NC, and couldn't have been happier. We booked the Tap Trailer - our guests really enjoyed the service and the trailer looked great at our outdoor farm venue. If I could plan my wedding over, I would 100% include Brewmasters. Molly and Morkos were SO wonderful - from the initial email exchanges to our wedding night. My now-husband and I really enjoyed sampling the options and getting to know them before our big day. When we walked away from meeting them, it felt like we had new friends. Molly even made a custom tap/wine menu for each bar. I thought that was such a sweet, personal touch that most brides have to plan to do or buy themselves. A must-do for your wedding or any event. I am trying to come up with ways to book them again because it was just that easy of a process, but more-so, one of our favorite vendors. Recommend with the utmost highest regard! Thank you both! -

The Perfect Beverage Vendor
Brewmasters was the perfect beverage vendor choice for our wedding! Their packages are super reasonable and their service was top notch! They bring a beautiful white bar with beer on tap and their selections are great. They traveled to do a tasting with us and we were able to find the perfect amber and blonde beer to accompany the Bud Light on tap (Bud Light for Dad!). We ended up with red, white and rose wine, plus Prosecco, too. We knew exactly what we wanted for our Whiskey signature drink and they crafted several options for us to decide on our Gin drink. The gin drink ended up being delicious and a crowd favorite. Brewmasters was reliable, easy to work with and we highly recommend their wedding services. Thanks y’all! -

You absolutely want to use Brewmasters Mobile for your event. We had the privilege of having them at our wedding and we are so sure that we made the right choice. They made everything SO easy. Molly is absolutely awesome- I got to speak with her beforehand. She made everything seem so simple- like where's the catch? There isn't one. Everything is brought to you, you just make your beverage choices. No hidden fees, no wondering what all you're going to get- it's all laid out for you. Everyone is so professional and easy to work with. Morkos was one of our bartenders and he took AWESOME care of all of our guests. He had drinks for my husband and I as soon as we walked out of the ceremony- HOW AWESOME IS THAT?! The bar was everyone's favorite place to be :) We were able to have our two signature drinks and other beer and wine selections that everyone loved. I had a specific type of gin- locally made- that I wanted- they got it for me. No issues. They made it super easy to customize a package for what we needed. I'm looking forward to having another event where we can bring Brewmasters Mobile back out! They're awesome. Thank you guys for everything. -

I cannot begin to express how pleased my husband and I were with our experience working with Molly and the Brewmasters team!! They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and worked with us to make everything work for our budget and needs! What really impressed us was when we had a final meeting with our vendors, almost a whole year later after our original meeting, Molly had taken notes of a comment my husband said in passing about his favorite drink of choice, and she wanted to make sure he had that the day of our wedding— just for him, even though we hadn’t chosen that to be served!! Molly and Morkos are two of the BEST people I've ever met. When deciding on bartending for our wedding, Brewmasters was the obvious choice. Molly was super responsive and covered every basis! I didn't have a thing to worry about! Leading up to the wedding, Molly communicated with my wedding planner and provided a bar set-up to match our venue. I was shocked at how affordable Brewmasters' bartending services were and very pleased with all that was included in their packages. Guests were served with genuine kindness and friendliness. During the planning phase, it was easy to communicate with them and they respond promptly. They were open to any questions I have and listened to my vision. During the wedding, they arrived on time and provided the best service. Our specialty cocktail was absolutely delicious and fit the theme! The price range was good too, I would say my budget was okay and they were able to accommodate to that. The bartenders were an absolute blast and catered well to my guests! If we were to have another event, I’d definitely hire them and they are strongly recommended for weddings!!

Brewmasters was a one stop shop for our favorite NC beers and very nice wines. Molly was so helpful during the planning process and her team was a dream to work with during our ceremony and reception. Guests raved about them and we loved having our hometown brewery, Trophy Brewing, at our dream wedding. It wouldn’t have been as seemless and amazing without Molly’s help and the professionalism she brings with Brewmasters. You will not be disappointed using this vendor for any event you are planning!

Kenan Sent on 04/15/2018Loved working with the Brewmasters! I truly am sad that the wedding is over and I do not get to work with them anymore. They make the process so easy. Very professional and very sociable. And you have got to use their beer wagon! It is a Tiffany blue tricked out horse trailer that has been the talk of the town since my wedding. I’m trying to plan a bow renewal or some event just so I can work with this awesome people again. If your considering using brewmasters stop thinking and book them right now! You will not regret it!
