Stunning venue!

You can't go wrong with having your wedding/reception at Brantwyn. I was a little concerned about the flow with the dinner and dancing rooms being separate. Do not worry about that! It was actually better than having everything in one large room! Several people told me how nice it was to explore the grounds, sit and talk, etc, and go to different areas of the house. Our wedding was in August with 70 guests, and the ceremony was outside. Kayla and Seve, our
banquet manager, were truly amazing to work with! The food as well (cocktail hour, dinner, and desserts) was also fantastic, no complaints there at all! I can't recommend Brantwyn enough.

Beautiful Venue

We got married at Brantwyn in May 2023. We cannot thank the team enough for making our wedding planning experience so smooth. Kayla and Monika did a fantastic job making our day special to us. Brantwyn is a beautiful estate and our guests couldn't stop complementing it. We highly recommend this venue and team for your event.

Incredible venue!

We absolutely loved our experience having our wedding at Brantwyn. Kayla was wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful, and made the process of planning a wedding seem much less daunting. We really appreciated the walkthroughs and the tasting. The catering on the day of was delicious, and everything was set up beautifully. They took the time to make sure we understood what all our options were and that they knew how we wanted things set up, and they executed it wonderfully.

Our perfect wedding

Our experience at Brantwyn for our April 2023 wedding was spectacular! We worked with Kayla over the last year to finalize all of the wedding details, and she made it so easy for us. Kayla responded back to emails within minutes and was always so happy to help us in any way. Rebecca was our wedding captain, and she too made our wedding day just perfect. The food and cake were delicious, and not a single guest left wanting more. The weather on the day of our wedding was damp from rain the night before, and Brantwyn worked with us to make sure our ceremony (whether we decided to have it inside our outside) met our vision. They were flexible and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our wedding. Thank you to everyone at Brantwyn who helped make our wedding day so special!!

Wonderful and memorable wedding day at Brantwyn

We had a great experience with our wedding at Brantwyn. Kayla is wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions as they came up. Everything was well-organized and coordinated from the beginning so we never had to worry about how things would come together. Our banquet captain Pete was also excellent and executed the event very well. Brantwyn is beautiful inside and out and all of our guests loved it. We were really impressed when an unexpected rainstorm arrived just minutes before our ceremony- the Brantwyn team pulled together with our other vendors and quickly offered us multiple great alternative plans. We ended up having an intimate ceremony under the covered porch area, which was so perfect and memorable.

An overall dream team

I truly cannot say enough good things about my entire experience working with the team at DuPont Country Club and Brantwyn. Because of COVID, we had to switch venues barely six months ahead of our wedding date, and I will forever be thankful that those plans did change. Our first sales manager was wonderful—friendly, extremely responsive and helpful, and made sure to get all initial planning matters and meetings set as quickly as possible given how close to our wedding date we were—and then even after she switched to a different role a couple weeks after signing our contract and we started working with our new sales manager, the entire process was a breeze. Working with Kayla was an absolute delight. I had approximately a million questions, and she not only always had an answer, but answered all of them usually hours later. She kept me in the loop or notified me of upcoming meetings and items due, was incredibly kind, professional, and organized, and made the overall stress of planning a wedding infinitely easier. The day-of staff was no different. Pete was a delight. He kept the flow of the day moving exactly on schedule, from the rehearsal to the actual ceremony to the reception events. I DIYed the majority of my decor, and everything was set up clearly with care, and I truly couldn't have done a better job, which means a lot coming from someone who struggles with not being in control of certain things. We never had to worry about where we needed to be when because he always kept us in the loop and gave us warning times throughout the day, which was so nice not to have to worry about so me and my bridesmaids could just enjoy our morning getting ready. The serving staff was also extremely kind and professional. The food was delicious, the estate was beautiful, and I truly felt like the staff cared about me, my bridal party, and making sure I had the best day possible, which I absolutely did.

We had our ceremony and reception at Brantwyn Estate on June 12, 2022 and there isn't a thing that we would have changed. Brantwyn is beautiful and the staff couldn't have been easier to work with. Kayla, Ashley, and Rebecca were responsive, flexible, and supportive through the entire process. As the day approached, the weather was predicted to be rainy and stormy. Our entire event was going to be outside. Kayla, Ashley and Rebecca helped us create a rain plan that worked for everyone and were very receptive to our nontraditional ideas! Luckily, the weather turned out to be perfect. It rained in the morning but we were determined to have our ceremony outside. They were more than understanding and did everything they could to make that happen. The Perfect Venue and Team

I cannot overstate how much of a positive experience we had with the Brantwyn Estate. The Estate is beautifully maintained and perfectly set up for a wedding. I know a lot of brides/grooms wouldn't appreciate that the space isn't one big room, but I PROMISE you it was a HUGE WIN. I have had so many guests tell me how much they loved that they could sit and eat or talk longer and not have to yell over the music. We also loved that we had two rooms for guests and got to move between them from dinner to dessert. It was so fun to have a room filled with friends who were loud and boisterous, and a room for family that allowed for more talking and catching up. Even though it rained heavily on our wedding day, we still got beautiful pictures. If it hadn't rained, the photos would have been incredibly perfect. The gardens are beautiful.

Okay, let's talk about the staff. I CANNOT recommend this team of professionals more. Kayla and her team made our day perfect in every way. The whole process from venue selection to the day of was smooth and she answered every question I had. Even the difficult ones like "what are the measurements of the fireplaces". She took the time that day to go measure them. It was a pleasure working with them. On the day of I could not have asked for a smoother or more beautiful day and that is because of the Brantwyn and DuPont CC team.

Lastly, the price can't be beaten! Book it now!!

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience working with the Dupont Country Club wedding staff for our wedding at Brantwyn Estate. We chose the venue based on the gorgeous grounds, convenient location, and inclusivity of the wedding packages. It seems rare to find an estate venue that has the amenities of a country club venue. We loved working with the wedding staff as they were very organized and responsive and were willing to help out to make our wedding dreams come true.

Beautiful Venue

The level of service I received from Brantwyn staff was top notch! From the first point of contact to our wedding day, both Erin and Becca went above and beyond with the highest level of professionalism! Even our bridal party commented on how helpful and polite Becca was during our rehearsal and wedding day. They were very prompt with emails, organized throughout the process and helpful whenever I had a question. Besides the wonderful staff the venue is absolutely beautiful inside and out and has so many photo opportunities and character.

Extremely helpful

Our daughter wanted to take advantage of the family being together over the Thanksgiving holiday to have their legal ceremony before her “now husband” deployed overseas. We had 30 days to put together a small ceremony and reception. Erin was very helpful and we had a special ceremony at Brantwyn and dinner reception at DuPont Country Club. It was so nice to have this special ceremony instead of just going to a JP. Thank you Erin and DuPont

Absolutely amazing!

Absolutely Amazing! I could not have asked for a better venue. The staff went above and beyond to make our day so special. The venue was beautiful, so many places to take pictures especially in the garden. My wedding day was absolutely perfect and I could not have asked for a better day!

Covid wedding

We were so happy with the outcome of the weeding and everyone's helpfulness at the Dupont CC. We had to reschedule and move our wedding due to Covid and the Brantwyn was available and it was perfect, I think it was meant to be! They were able to work with us on such a short timeframe and notice and everyone and everything was perfect! The staff was super helpful, the food was amazing, the drinks were delightful, everyone loved it! The atmosphere, ambience and grounds were beautiful and I couldn't be more happy!

Brantywn Wedding

I was married at Brantywn estates on 10.13.19. The Venue was absolutely beautiful and all of my friends and family had an amazing time! The staff was really friendly and the day was truly unforgettable.

Fall Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Party

My husband and I were married October 5, 2019 and chose Brantwyn Estate as the venue for our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party for out of town guests. The estate is such a gorgeous, unique property and using the entire house for different portions of the night, as well as taking advantage of the grounds made for a special event. It was the perfect location for an outdoor cocktail hour followed by a formal dinner and cocktail party.

Halfway through the planning process, Erin DegliObizzi became our main point of contact. She was able to pick up right where her predecessor left off and execute a beautiful event. The entire staff went above and beyond, as we made many unique requests to make the event special for our guests. My husband and I were married October 5, 2019 and chose Brantwyn Estate as the venue for our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party for out of town guests. The estate is such a gorgeous, unique property and using the entire house for different portions of the night, as well as taking advantage of the grounds made for a special event. It was the perfect location for an outdoor cocktail hour followed by a formal dinner and cocktail party.

Halfway through the planning process, Erin DegliObizzi became our main point of contact. She was able to pick up right where her predecessor left off and execute a beautiful event. The entire staff went above and beyond, as we made many unique requests to make the event special for our guests. My husband and I, and our family and friends, were all so impressed with the food, service and presentation. It was the perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend! Thank you Erin and team!

Perfect Weddings

This venue was so beautiful. I can't imagine a better wedding venue. In addition to the beauty, all of the staff were amazing. Diane and Harry helped work together to make my day amazing. There was never a question in my mind that something was going to be less than perfect. They lived up to their promise and made my day perfect.

Best venue we could have picked

My husband and I went venue hopping before stumbling upon Brantwyn. We had first found it on the Knot when it was still lumped in with the Country Club, so to us, it was rare find. My husband doesn't really like deciding on anything but he absolutely fell in love with Brantwyn the minute we viewed it. It's a private old mansion, tucked away from the busy streets and has wonderful gardens. We booked it as soon as we could. Diane helped us coordinate linens, uplights, food choices, ceremony locations, etc. She was super easy to work with and made sure all of our voices were heard. When it came to the big day Mary was the biggest life saver. We sat down with her a few days prior to discuss the timeline and she made sure that once it was in writing that that's the way it would get executed. I can't praise Mary enough! She is excellent at what she does and made our wedding day go by with ease. Even though we had some bridal party screw ups, that didn't stop her. She got the people who fell off the band wagon and popped them right back on. The one thing that wasn't 100% up to par was that we ordered the Cesar salad to be served before dinner, but because they had to make it in large batches before hand, it was soggy at serving time. If you can avoid selecting that option it would probably be best. Try to select a salad that you think would survive well and not wilt by dinner. Everything else food-wise was incredible. The filet mignon was to DIE for, and the sea bass was very tasty! We had a late-night slider bar which we were too full to try, but our guests were raving about how delicious it was. The Master's Baker sent over a truly exquisite wedding cake. Everything was just perfect!

Fantastic! The Brantwyn was a beautiful place to have our wedding

Very responsive to emails, extremely detailed help, great food and options for your perfect wedding day. I loved having it wedding there! They were quick to resolve a minor issue that occurred on the big day and no one knew once resolved.

We had our wedding ceremony at Brantyn Estate and our reception at DuPoint Country Club in August 2018. I cannot express how beautifully everything turned out. Diane was exceptional in the planning phase to help pull everything together. Harry, our day-of coordinator, ensured everything went off without a hitch. The venues were absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were quick and courteous. We had an incredible experience with them!
