  Brandy has taken our photographs for 11 years!! Over & over again I would choose her from my wedding, pregnancy to my children. We keep coming back & I am impressed EVERY time!! She takes the most beautiful pictures. I would recommend highly

  I went to Brandy for a pin up shoot and loved it so much that when the time came to my wedding I knew I wanted her to document my wedding day. She did an amazing job!

  Amazing! I would definitely recommend!

  I had an Amazing experience with Brandywine! She sat down and explained everything thoroughly and even subbed the free engagement/ bridals for a Sunrise trash the dress shoot the morning after our wedding! The pictures turned out beautiful 😍 She was prompt with getting back to me and traveled to the beach to shoot our wedding! I would definitely recommend!

  Excellent photographer

  I have used Brandy for both family and a wedding photographer and she and her work is the best HANDS DOWN! She is willing to travel to please the bride and we Are still in love with our engagement, bridals and wedding photos! 10/10 recommend!

  AMAZING photographer!

  I booked my entire wedding around Brandy’s availability and was not disappointed in the slightest. My wedding photos were beautiful and everything I hoped they would be. I actually ended up booking her for a budoir shoot a couple of months after my wedding as well. Her pricing was way less than other photographers I looked at and her quality was way better. You can’t go wrong with Brandy!

  4 time client and happy!

  I've done at least 5 shoots with Brandy and every single one has been great. In Studio solo shots, mermaid shots with my daughter, boudoir shots for my husband to be, engagement AND wedding. Everything was amazing and the price for what you get is great. I never even needed edits.

  Boudoir Shoot

  I hired Brandy to do a 40th birthday shoot for myself. I had just gotten divorced, lost a bunch of weight and wanted to have some fun. She was great. She did make up and hair, had tons of lingerie options to choose from, made me feel very comfortable and the pictures came out even better than I had hoped. I would absolutely work with her again. It was a pleasure.

  Save yourself the stress - choose somebody else.

  If you’re looking for a red flag, this is it.
  I hired Brandy for my daughter’s wedding because I had seen her work and I knew others that had used her. She is a great photographer, I will give her that. She is creative and has a good eye for pictures and compared to some other photographers in the area, she was reasonably priced so we decided to go with her. Had I known what I would have to deal with using her though, I would’ve gladly paid a higher price and used somebody else.
  No communication from the time we hired her until the day of my daughter’s wedding was ever initiated by her. I always had to reach out to her and most of those times, I’d have to text her multiple times before I got a response.
  Seeing my daughters pictures from the bridal sitting required me to download and pay a monthly subscription to Dropbox which is the app Brandy uses to send them out which I didn’t like having to do. However, the actual wedding pictures were mailed to me on a thumb drive. She said there’s just too many pictures she takes for weddings and can’t upload them all but I know of other wedding photographers that post pictures online for their clients so her practice of mailing a thumb drive seems very outdated to me.
  Her contract states that wedding pictures would be ready in 6-8 weeks after the wedding (and sometimes sooner) – we got ours at 9 weeks. I think 6-8 weeks is excessive to begin with but anything more than that is just ridiculous. I attempted to contact her several times during the 8th week and my attempts went unanswered because she was traveling across the country. She didn’t have any problems uploading photos of her travels so I knew she was probably getting my messages and had the capability to respond but just chose not to. Also during the several months prior to the wedding, Brandy’s cell phone number changed at least 3 times so there were several instances when I messaged her multiple times with no responses and finally had to send emails to her business email and wait on her assistant to respond with a different phone number for me to try. It was extremely frustrating to know that any time we needed to get in touch with her would likely be an ordeal or a total failure…..it’s unprofessional and rude. In my opinion, she acts like she enjoys taking pictures but just doesn’t enjoy working with people. I feel like when you own your own business there is a certain level of professionalism that should be maintained - a level in my opinion that Brandy does not have.
  There are a lot of good photographers out there and while Brandy’s work is good – her way of doing business and her customer service skills are about as horrible as anything I’ve ever encountered. Do your homework before choosing the person to capture the photos of your special day. I would’ve rather paid more money to work with a photographer that takes pictures just as good and gotten them in less time with A LOT LESS headache.

  Beware of the positive reviews because that was definitely not my experience

  I had been wanting to have a shoot done by Brandi for many years, but never had the money when any spots came open. Last year I was finally able to have done the shoot which I have anxiously awaited for so long. The pictures that I had seen and the reviews I had read made me positive that this was going to be an amazing experience, but unfortunately that was not my shoot. While Brandi seemed friendly for the most part, that was the most positive thing that I can say. First of all, the level/quality of communication/customer service is absolutely ridiculous and some of the most unprofessional that I have experienced before! I completely understand that she is swamped with a lot of business, but then you should be wise enough to have some type of assistant to handle communication properly. She would not respond in a timely manner and sometimes never or with incomplete information and then seemed irritated. I have since heard from numerous clients of hers that she has done the same thing with them and blamed the issues on her client instead of maturely taking ownership for any of her mishaps and working to correct them. It had even been revealed that she or a friend verbally attacked the client online, etc.
  
  Back to my experience though...the makeup trailer was quite nasty and the makeup artist did not clean the makeup brushes or area between each client. I wanted to leave right then, but I knew that my money would not be refunded and just planned to due an in depth skin care regimen on my face when I got home. Most of the artist's application technique was decent, but he also ruined almost every single photo due to the excess amount of highlighter applied to my face, so large bright unnatural reflection streaks were the first thing that your eye was drawn to. The most disappointing thing was that I had never done a shoot like this before, was incredibly uncomfortable and told her numerous times that I was, but just felt rushed and that she did not really listen to me. I had read so many positive comments of how she makes her clients feel comfortable in their own skin and was looking forward to that, but I felt the exact opposite and it can be seen in basically every single photo that was shot. Another bothersome thing was I had even told her that wanted more clothing coverage, but I felt forced (because she knows best) to take more than I wanted off. I had even told her that extra sexy ones would be a waste because I did not want overly exposed shots to print out. Since I was so disappointed with the way that they had turned out, I only showed the photo disc to 3 people. To none of my friends did I mention any of my concerns before showing the photos, but separately they each made comments regarding both the makeup and uncomfortable looks on my face and body. I definitely looked incredibly uncomfortable and unnatural...not me at all. If people whom are not professionals can pick that out, you would think that this supposed great photographer that makes her clients feel so comfortable would notice and listen to her client instead of rushing her. She was also kind of rude when I could not exactly get into a position that she was verbally directing me. When I am comfortable, I am extremely photogenic around a camera and have gorgeous photos with even just a smartphone camera, so that should tell you something right there. After anxiously anticipating what was supposed to be an amazing experience, I ended up wasting numerous hundreds of dollars that could have been better utilized just buying a killer outfit that I could have actually enjoyed and gotten use out of going out instead of on a disc that is just collecting dust somewhere on a shelf :o(

I gave her a $200 deposit to hold my date, she threw in bridal shoots for me but when it came time to pick a date for those shots she changed it on me 3 different times. Well after weeks went by with no response I decided to fire her. She did keep my deposit and that is/was fine until I seen after I fired her that she is now having HER wedding reception on my wedding date, so that made me feel like she flaked on me because she wanted me to cancel so she can have that day to herself. So I reached out to her and told her how I felt and asked for my $200 back, instead of being professional and saying no she decided to put me down and make me feel bad and left by saying "I truly feel bad for your photographer on your wedding day". After I left a bad review on facebook page she had all her friends come and attack me. So I am sure she would have more reviews but I am sure people are scared because they will get bullied.
