I had heard great things about Brancato's before booking and they did not disappoint. After our menu tasting, this was another easy decision for us in the wedding process. The value for quality of food is undeniable, and the team was so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process and many questions I had! It was already such a great process up to the wedding day but wow they blew us away at the reception! The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable; the lead captain congratulated us and was so genuinely kind. The rest of the staff checked on the head table to see if we needed anything multiple times and was so interactive with our guests. Everyone was already so complimentary of the food, but the service really took the entire experience up a notch. Seriously, book them and you will be so glad you did!

Drooling over our wedding food!

Brancato's food and staff were simply exceptional! Usually, we hear about wedding food being meh- well, not with Brancato's! Our guests kept complimenting the cocktail and reception food all night long. As a bride, I was not very hungry the day of, and Brancato's sent us home with leftovers! I ate them two days later and the food was absolutely amazing. I will forever recommend their services!

Thanks for helping make our day so special!

We loved having Brancatos do the catering for our wedding. The food was fantastic, with loads of our guests commenting how good it was (the appetizers were especially a hit!). Jasmine was also great to work with through the process as we put together the menu and sorted out preparations for the big day. She even saved the day with a last minute subscription on one of our options due to an allergy. Overall, they were really professional and we would highly recommend them for another wedding!

Wedding catering

Brancatos was very easy to work with, very responsive, and the food was amazing! We loved the chicken, butternut squash ravioli, and risotto! They were an awesome addition to our wedding day. Highly recommend them.

The Biggest Catering Blessing!!!

Brancato's is actually the best!!!! We received so many compliments about their food on our wedding day, and we agree that it was so amazing. Even at the tasting, we couldn't decide what to pick because everything was just too good. The Brancato's staff is amazing in their communication. They are very helpful and want your vision to come to life just as much as you do. I am so thankful for Brancato's and the work they did for our special day!!!

Emily is the bomb dot come

We loved working with Emily at Brancato’s for our catering. They had so many options to choose from, we went with barbecue, and allowed us to doing tastings. We even did sheet cakes, table cloths, and gold chargers. On the day of her wedding the catering lead introduced himself and offered to get us plates for a special day. Great experience and nothing to complain about!

Great food

We have gotten so many compliments on our food. It definitely did not taste like typical wedding buffet food. The service was amazing and they really worked with us during covid and having to move our date around. And also to make sure we had the exact right menu for us.

Superb Experience

My wife and I had our wedding at the end of May 2021 and we were very fortunate to have Brancato’s cater our reception. There is a reason why Brancato’s is one of the most sought-after wedding caterers in the KC area and it is because they are the best at what they do. A lot of couples say that they do not get a chance to eat at their wedding, and I know I have been to many weddings with food that was sub-par. Brancato’s exceeded all my expectations. Our entrees included burnt ends and chicken pot pie so I was determined to eat on my wedding day! The food was outstanding and the service from the professionals who joined us was incredible. The manager introduced himself to us before dinner started and several times during dinner members of the staff approached us to make sure we had everything we needed. We did not have desserts in our package but we did have hors d'oeuvres before dinner. Everything we tasted was wonderful and many of our guests complimented our choice of food because they felt the same way. I would highly recommend Brancato’s to anyone who wants a simply perfect catering experience.

Brancato's was an absolute pleasure to work with! Emily Rempel was our Brancato's coordinator. From our very first tasting/meeting with her (and the rest of the team), up until our wedding day, she was extremely professional, detail oriented, organized and responsive. When COVID started, we were so thankful that we were working with Brancato's. They systemized COVID weddings and adapted to make everything run seamlessly. They did our appetizers, dinner buffet and dessert table and it all turned out perfectly. We cannot recommend Emily and the rest of the Brancato's team enough!

Brancatos catering did an amazing job!

Bracatos catered our wedding at the Cidery at KC Wine Co. on November 13, 2020. Our guests raved about the food the service, everything was superb! Brancato's was the best food you can have at a wedding. Or any event for that matter! The first thing out of anyone's mouth was a compliment on the food. Everything tasted great. There was not a thing that wasn't expertly crafted. The decor and setup they brought was amazing as well!

A meal shared with our closest friends and family was something we greatly looked forward to when planning our wedding day. So, when choosing the right vendor, my husband and I chose Brancato’s catering. We had the joy of experiencing their stellar service and food at other events. We had great confidence that Brancato’s would deliver a delicious and memorable meal for us and our wedding guests. The whole planning process was wonderful. They offered great service and expertise during our tasting. The hardest part was selecting from all the great food options. We absolutely loved our meal and have heard nothing but compliments about how great it was! The chicken piccata was a wedding entree favorite! They also offered late night snacks, which our guests enjoyed. We were so pleased with the extraordinary meal and smooth service on our wedding day! It went off without a hitch. Excellent service and amazing food

Brancatos' crew did an amazing job at my daughter's wedding last Saturday night, The food was wonderful but the crew was amazing. It could not have gone better. I got a lot of compliments on the service and the food. I did not have to worry about a single thing all night. There was one younger gentleman in particular (I wish I had gotten a name) that was so nice and so helpful. I had several people comment on what a great job he and the rest of the crew did. I am so happy that I chose Brancatos. It makes me wish I could plan another wedding so I could hire them again.

Great full service caterer

Brancatos was a delight to work with! Emily, our contact, was so flexible, professional, and timely. If you are looking for a full service caterer... look no further. My husband and I did all of our linens, flatware, and place settings through Brancatos which meant set up/tear down went so smoothly and there was way simpler vendor coordination. We were impressed with all the options they had for food and rentals! We’d absolutely recommend using them!

Delicious!

The food at our wedding was AMAZING! Talking with people at our wedding and a month later, people are still raving about how good our food was, especially the brass onion dip, so thank you Brancato's Catering! Amazing!!!

If you want amazing wedding food, Brancato's is the caterer to use! Our food was SO amazing and delicious, and everyone at the reception kept raving about how good it was. They said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The staff was also super amazing with making sure they provided great service, took care of my husband and I throughout the evening, and made sure that everything was up to par! Sam was our main contact through the planning process and she was super speedy with answering questions and so helpful. Victor at our venue made sure we had food on our plates of what we wanted, and boxed up leftovers for us to make sure we had some after the wedding! All the other bartenders and foodservice people were also great! And we cannot thank you all enough for the wonderful food and evening!

They made the process easy from selecting the food to set up of the venue. Food was excellent. Brisket was tender, fried chicken and ham were good too. Mac and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes and other sides were excellent.

Delicious, helpful, great experience!

Brancato's was wonderful, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The menu we requested was delicious- herb encrusted chicken, burnt ends, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and strawberry salad. We heard many compliments on the meal that night. I loved the set-up too; the plating and display of food looked beautiful and enticing.
Sam from Brancato's was our contact through all of the planning, and she was easy to work with, prompt, and helpful. We modified what we wanted and how much up until the last week, adding wine glasses, changing the number of guests, etc., and we always received quick updates and advice.
Overall, Brancato's was a great experience, and we are grateful for their role in making our wedding day so special.

Delicious food and beautiful display!

The food was amazing. We had a build your own mac and cheese bar which was a huge hit! Our "farm stand" table with all the grilled vegetables was beautifully put together. Everyone kept commenting on how great the food was! We had passed appetizers of mini twice baked potatoes, small caesar bites, and mini beef wellingtons which were fantastic and definitely helped keep people entertained while we were finishing pictures after the ceremony. We even did a late night snack of chicken and waffle skewers which were so good! Everyone loved it!

I would highly recommend going with Brancatos for your catering needs. They also did our cake cutting for us as well which was extremely helpful, as we didnt have to find someone from our family to do this and serve it!

Their team takes care of everything for serving, setting out and cleaning up the food. Definitely recommend!!

Absolutely Amazing!

I do not know where to begin with Brancato's. From the first email, to the tasting, to my wedding with all the emails and phone calls in-between they catered to our every need. What I most appreciated was their ability to listen to what we wanted and create our vision. We chose to do stations and while Brancato's offered station themes, they were able to easily alter everything to fit our deepest desires: wings, burgers, tacos, taquito, Mac & cheese, dips, and so much more! During our wedding they ensured all plates and trash were cleaned from the tables as everyone ate making the space so much more appealing for our guests as the night went on. Our guests went on about how amazing the food was while we went on about how wonderful it was to work with Brancato's before and during our wedding.

Amazing food and service

We had so many guests after the wedding tell us how much they loved the food! Emily was a pleasure to work with, helped us stick to our budget, and reviewed with us all of the details before the big day. We were introduced to Brancato's via the wedding convention. We were invited to taste test prior to our selection of Brancato's. The food was excellent, very tasty. Best caterer ever

I am so glad I went with Brancatos catering for my wedding cocktail hour and dinner. Laura and the team went above and beyond to make sure my vision was executed. My husband and I both wanted to create a fusion of modern and vintage, romantic, casual, & comfortable environment for our guests. Brancato’s brought this vision to life through our taco buffet, appetizer bar, and his and hers ice cream dessert station. I wanted everything to look classy, and to really blend with the décor rather than looking like it came straight out of the kitchen. Laura made sure this became a reality, setting up the most beautiful buffet on barn wood tables, with a stunning copper pipe display hanging over the dinner buffet. It went perfectly with our wedding and was so tasteful. In addition, Laura and the Brancatos team set up our tables, place setting, lit candles, and really put in the extra effort to make sure EVERYTHING on our wedding day was picture perfect. Best of all, the food was absolutely delicious, our guest couldn’t stop raving about it. If you are considering Brancatos for your wedding day, do it – you won’t be disappointed!!

Customized Buffet & Zero Stress

My now husband and I decided to plan a wedding in seven months! Samantha at Brancanto’s helped us throughout the process and eased my mind to make our experience less stressful. We decided on Brancato’s because we could customize the menu to our favorite foods and they worked with us on the serving style since I am not a fan of buffet style.

On the wedding day, the servers were amazing and helped severed my husband and I, along with some of the older guest. The food display looked amazing, there was always food available and every item was delicious. Everyone raved about the mac and cheese bar. We would definitely recommend Brancato’s to family and friends, and use them again in the future.

Phenomenal company to work with!

We used Brancato’s for our wedding in December of 2018, and were wholeheartedly satisfied. The tasting experience is fantastically run and very informative. Our private meetings with Brian were super helpful, not only in choosing a menu, but in orchestrating the flow and organization of the day. Our guests loved the meal and so did we! The Fleming Winter Wedding

The first compliment from any guest through out my wedding was how delicious our food was. People went back for seconds and thirds and talked about their meal for days after the wedding. My wedding would not have been the same without Brancado's. Their staff went above and beyond to ensure every guest was satisfied. Their clean up was quick and the staff was friendly the entire duration they were there. Brancado's has the reputation as one of the best catering companies in Kansas City for a reason. They are a step above the rest and made my wedding meal one that will be talked about for years to come!

Taco Bar Success!

Brancato's catered our wedding reception dinner on 11/17/18 and we couldn't have been more pleased with their service. We worked with Emily and she went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make changes along the way during the planning process. The food was great at our tasting but it was even better on the night of our wedding; I only wish I'd had time to eat more! We always knew we wanted a taco bar at our wedding and they executed it perfectly. We even had chips, queso and salsa setup on our sweetheart table! Everything was delicious and they were really great to work with.

Best of the best

I cannot recomend Brancato’s enough! My husband and I decided to go with a bit less traditional wedding dinner, fajitas but wanted to make sure it did not come across as “casual”. The dinner spread could not have looked better and blew everyone away with how beautifully it was designed. You always hear about people not getting around to eating at their reception, Laura ann made sure we had plates waiting for us so we were sure to enjoy all the deliciousness. The appetizers from the happy hour 1 hour before we arrived were still warm and tasted wonderful. I will be sure to come back to Brancato’s for any upcoming event and recomend to family and friends.

Brancato's catered our daughter's wedding last month, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the beginning, Sam was a delight to work with. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and promptly followed through with every request. The options offered by Brancato's make it easy to create your perfect meal at a reasonable price. On the night of the wedding, we didn't have to think about the caterer once...everything appeared on time as promised, the service staff was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious! I would not hesitate to recommend Brancato's for any Kansas City event.

Brancato's Catering service & food were phenomenal. We used them for the rehearsal dinner and reception dinner. They made everything from menu tasting to day-of services a breeze. Also, their food is so tasty and they were able to accommodate my gluten-free needs flawlessly. Laura Ann was an absolute pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

Brancato’s was the perfect caterer for our wedding. Our rep, Laura Ann, was responsive, punctual, and always very kind. The food was fantastic—especially the basil cream-stuffed chicken—and earned great reviews from the guests. Michelle, the on-site lead, was professional, proactive, and helped tremendously with the breakdown/cleanup at the evening’s end. With this level of service and great food, it’s impossible not to highly recommend them.

Not to brag, but Brancato's provided the absolute best wedding food that I've ever had for our reception. We went with a KC bbq theme (burnt ends, oven-roasted chicken, cheesy corn bake, mac & cheese and salad) and every item was mouthwatering. I am gluten intolerant and we had a few celiac and dairy/ lactose intolerant guests, but Brancato's was more than willing to make adjustments to accommodate us which we felt was important!

Laura Ann was a delight to work with and did a great job keeping us on time. We have received endless comments about how fantastic the food was, and despite the fact that Brancato's is a catering company, I felt like we got to treat our out-of-town guests to "authentic" Kansas City barbecue.

Emily and the Brancato's team were amazing to work with!!

We served buffet style: Boursin Chicken, Lola Rosa salad, Mac and cheese bar, Green beans, rosemary potatoes. Our guests raved about the food, especially the Mac and cheese bar!!

Their food was not only amazing, but their help around planning all the details really made the day a great success. The buffet looked beautiful and the staff was extremely professional! The compliments were endless!!!

Our wedding venue only uses this caterer, and boy are we glad! They did a phenomenal job!! The service was outstanding and the food was absolutely fabulous. They are a bit on the pricey side, but well worth the money. You will not be disappointed. Our guests raved about the the chicken boursin and garlic mashed potatoes. We added a grilled cheese bar, which they absolutely loved!! I cannot say enough about the professionalism and service we received from Sam, Victor, and the rest of the Brancato's crew!!

Everything was wonderful, the only downside was the brisket was a bbq'd type, which wasn't what I thought I paid for. But, everything else was super delicious. Laura Ann was so sweet and super responsive throughout the entire process. The ladies who helped service on site were also so nice and accommodating.

Brancato’s was one of our best decisions of the wedding process. Emily responded to my Numerous emails very promptly and with patience (I had a lot of questions). Once we sat down for the taste test the bride and groom knew immediately that they wanted the chicken Parmesan meal. Emily was very flexible on customizing the meal and working with us to keep the cost down. I had numerous guests say the Chicken Parmesan was the best they had ever had. I also had those with dietary restrictions say their meal was delicious as well. I highly recommend Brancato’s as a caterer. If you have questions, ask. They will work with you.

From the very beginning of the planning phase, Brancato's was great to work with. We felt like we were the most important customer and were given excellent service. My experience with Brancato's was absolutely flawless from beginning to end! Even with our first correspondence, Emily was delightful! She was accommodating to our schedule as we were flying in from out of town for wedding prep. She suggested an adorable coffee shop to meet at and came with a well thought out proposal for the wedding catering! Being gluten free I was really worried about what caterers would be able to offer as options, but Emily delivered! She sent over a plan after our initial meeting, which stayed well within the budget we set. From there our correspondence and work on the menu and the payments were so easy! On our big day, the food was PERFECT! We had their fruit and cheese, barbecue, and taco stations. Everyone raved about the food at the wedding and said it was the best wedding food they had ever had- and it was all gluten free! I would highly recommend any couple looking for a wedding caterer to hire Brancato's! Working with Emily was a breeze and the food was delicious!

Brancato's catered our wedding in June and we were so impressed! We went to a free tasting event they held in Kansas City and we were able to try several of their menu items. They have tons of options to choose from and were very helpful and easy to work with. They worked with us to stay within our budget and also have 2 entree options, which was something that was important to me. The food was DELICIOUS! Even two months later, guests are telling me how much they enjoyed the food! We could not have been happier!

We went with Brancato's, one because it was a preferred caterer on our venues list and two, because every single thing we tried was delicious! We first tried them at a bridal show, but said we wouldn't go with them because we assumed they would be out of budget! Boy, were we wrong! I really don't remember what made me reach out to them but I am so glad we did. We go invited to a bridal event and it was so cool, I ate so many delicious things and we were able to sit down and tell someone what we were looking for, they made it happen. We ended up doing a Fajita bar, everyone loved it! The food stayed hot and when everyone was done they were so quick and silent cleaning up. One minute the buffet was there and gone the next! I didn't have time to talk to the staff, but everyone seemed so nice! I am so glad we changed our minds to reach out to them!

Emily and the Brancato’s team were helpful from the start. We decided to do the group tasting and we are very glad that we did as we chose most of our items from what we tried that day. The food was absolutely delicious during the tasting and we received the exact same caliber of food on our wedding day. Our guests constantly told us how amazing the food was. Emily was very responsive during the planning process and was very accommodating to last minute requests due to additional guests, decorative tables, etc. being added. We could not have been more happy with Brancatos! First of all, the food was simply amazing and the staff could not have done a better job! I honestly thought they might be out of our budget, but I was way wrong! For a wedding of 300 and a large venue, they beat the prices of everyone else we looked at in Kansas City! Most of all, Laura Hamilton, made our experience perfect! Laura completely took the stress off of us, worked so hard to make our day exactly what we wanted, and kept us informed, every step of the way! Wonderful. Wonderful. WONDERFUL! We used Brancato's for our wedding this month and we could not be happier with our experience. From day one they were so easy to communicate with -- we worked with Emily R. and she was a GEM. We had several vegetarian and vegan guests (including myself) and it was very important to my husband and me to make sure there were enough options for everyone to feel satisfied. This is not always easy in the midwest and Emily knocked it out of the park. She worked with us to create our custom dream menu and made sure each item was labeled properly on the buffet so that all guests would know which items worked for their dietary needs.

All night long I heard how amazing the food was and how SATISFIED all the guests were. Several of our vegan/vegetarian friends and family made comments letting us know how happy they were to have full plates and bellies and to have not been treated like an after thought. One of my best friends told me it was the first wedding she'd been to since deciding to cut meat from her diet where she felt that people cared about her choices and needs. As the bride, it made my heart so happy knowing that this company understood our goals and had our backs on such a special day!

The double sided buffet line moved quickly and there was plenty of food for everyone. My husband and I made time to eat a full plate ourselves and I'm drooling right now just thinking about how delicious it all was. The Pumpkin Ravioli and Mini Baked Potatoes were my favorite! But I truly loved it ALL! I HIGHLY recommend Brancato's to anyone planning a special celebration. You will be in very good hands.

We used Brancato's for our wedding 9/16/17 and they were amazing. Aside from providing amazing food on our buffet , for which I've received numerous compliments on and inquires about, they provided great service. Their employees ensured all empty plates were removed from the tables in a very timely manner and that the buffet remained restocked the entire time. One thing I really appreciated was that their staff prepared a plate for the groom and me so we didn't have to go through the line and could dig in immediately. I thought this was really nice. They worked great with the venue owner and my day of coordinator, so that I as the bride didn't personally speak with them much at all which made for a very relaxing wedding day.

To top it all off, their staff went over and above in a HUGE and unexpected way. My ceremony was outside at the same venue my reception was at (where they were setting up). An hour before our ceremony it rained, a LOT. While luckily it subsided about ceremony time our guest's chairs were soaking wet. Their staff paused setting up, had towels they brought because they had seen the weather on the radar, and helped dry off everything to ensure we had the perfect ceremony. This was no where in their job responsibilities and I was so blown away when I heard from my day of coordinator how they all offered helping hands.

Michelle with Brancato’s is AWESOME! We had a unique situation; my now-husband was in the Air Force and stationed in Omaha which only made him available for meetings on a few weekends. With an upcoming deployment, we were in a time crunch with a hectic schedule. Michelle went out of her way to work with us and our limited availability. We had a couple of different tastings and loved everything Brancato’s had to offer. Michelle made sure our vision became a reality. She understood how important our wedding food was to us and provided us with guidance based on her experience and expertise so that the final product was perfection--our food stations were personal representations of us and our favorite foods. She even worked with the chef to change around a recipe a couple of different times in order to create my husband's favorite Red Lobster-like biscuits! It was evident Michelle loved her job and she was here to please, always going above and beyond our expectations. She was incredibly personable and by the time our wedding was here, we considered her a friend, which made us both feel good about having her on our wedding team. In the last two weeks, Michelle acted quickly when we had last minute requests for table cloths, easels, etc. and served as a liaison with All Seasons to make ordering as easy as possible. She saved me a trip by taking pictures and sending them to me from her cell phone. When the big day arrived, she showed up early and made sure everything was set up properly and staff was executing as promised. She even made sure to personally serve us as the bride and groom, making sure we had everything we needed. Of course the food was amazing! All of our guests are still raving about how it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had and they loved the concept of stations. The staff were all so friendly and even left thoughtful notes on the packaging they put our leftover food in. We would recommend Michelle & Brancato's 100 times over!

Michelle and her crew were superb. What a classy organization! The food was to die for. The servers were quick and efficient. The buffet looked like something out of a magazine. We had our wedding on 7/1/17 and the food was simply amazing. We worked with Laura and she made sure we had exactly what we wanted. She even adjusted some items on the menu for taste. Everyone has been talking about the mashed potato bar that we had during our cocktail hour. The food for the reception turned out wonderful and delicious. All of our guests talked about how our food not only looked but also tasted wonderful too. Be sure to go to a tasting night to try all of the food and meet with your coordinator. Brancato's was a great choice for our wedding reception. We went to one of the open houses and got to taste a huge variety of what they offer, and then select our menu based off what we liked. We got so many compliments on the food, and the staff was very helpful with setting/cleaning up. They also offer rentals for pretty much anything you could want, and give a discount if you book rentals and catering together.

We didn't look anywhere else because we knew Brancato's was just THAT good! The entire team was so helpful as we were planning our wedding from afar and didn't have the opportunity to come in and taste the food ourselves. Allison (who handles the Buffalo Lodge account) was absolutely incredible! From the beginning of our wedding planning, she was incredibly quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had and she worked with not only us, but also with our other vendors to lighten our load (which was beyond helpful)! Brian and Shaina at Brancato's were great. They responded quickly to every request and question and the food was amazing. Everyone was raving about it all night. Brian was there to make sure everything went perfectly and it did. And we got little boxes of dinner to go which was still delicious the following day. Best food out there for sure!

Brancato's did a great job. At the time of our initial inquiry, they provided us with a lead to a charming reception venue (The Bauer). They were professional and easy to work with throughout the wedding planning process. The buffet was superb - our guests complimented us frequently on the food - especially the Caesar salad, the herb chevre stuffed chicken breast and the BBQ beef with their own sauce.

We had a wonderful experience with Brancato's Catering. We wanted a simple meal with easy to pronounce food for our wedding. Let me tell you, trying to find non-fancy food for a wedding is hard! Most of what I was finding was over-priced and nothing I'd heard of before. But don't let the simple part fool you- our fried chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, salad and rolls were SO good. Our guests were raving about how much they enjoyed it. Being a germaphobe, I really liked that the servers made sure my husband and I got to go first and they even had gloves on as they served us our food. Be sure to figure how many kids you have when you get the estimate drawn up because they cost less. Overall, this was a great vendor to work with, and I recommend them all the time! You'll be impressed with how many options they have and how affordable they are compared to other caterers.

We are so pleased with the service Brancato's provided. The food is absolutely amazing- the mac-n-cheese is a must!!! I'm still hearing praises from our guests. Miranda was quick to respond throughout the planning process. We opted for the closing fee so they stayed throughout the reception. It was totally worth it- they went above and beyond when we had an unexpected errand that needed to be run. And they took the linens that we rented from them with them at the end of the night. The servers were quick to clean up plates and drinks throughout the night keeping the tables clean. We would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Brancato's Catering was excellent! Our guests all loved the taco bar buffet (especially the Espinaca dip), and the staff was helpful and courteous. We were able to make some changes to their default menu options, and they were very helpful in letting us know what all of our options were. Everything went very smoothly on the day of our wedding, and they even turned on the (battery-powered) lights for our centerpieces!

I have been working with Brancatos for over a year now. They have been extremely informative and helpful in the food choices for our upcoming wedding. I absolutely loved the bridal function they put on which helped out when making our food choices!! I can't wait to eat their food!!! Our wedding day was pretty close to perfect! We had so many compliments with the food that was catered at our wedding. We chose to do brisket, fried chicken, Mac & cheese, beans and coleslaw. In addition a nice garden salad and rolls. The staff that worked our event we're all professional and most importantly on time as far as executing dinner etc. It was delicious we cannot say enough nice things about Brancato's!

We did a few different tastings in the area, and Brancato's was way better than any others we tried. We went with a tasty Italian option--fettucini, tortellini, chicken lemonata, caesar salad--and got so many compliments from our guests! We were also very pleased with the reasonable price. Miranda was wonderful to work with and everything flowed so smoothly the day of the event. We HIGHLY recommend Brancato's catering. So happy to have found them!

We recently got married and the reception was held in my parent's backyard. It had been my dream to have a clear top tent in my parents backyard to give a sort of secret garden vibe to the entire evening. Not only did All Season's Tent Rental (which Vernon assisted us with every last detail regarding this as well) but he managed to successfully orchestrate a phenomenal reception plated dinner of 120 guests outdoors when it had rained and rained earlier that day (as well as days prior). I will never forget waking up at my parents house and shouting for my fiancé to look out the back window with my mom, and seeing the entire crew (including Vernon) out in the pouring rain on that Thursday, building a subfloor for our tent! It was CRAZY to see the entire thing coming to life. They joked that they were indeed "All Seasons", and that they were. Vernon is exceptionally talented and professional. He's incredibly detail oriented and if a glass were to get bumped and knocked over, he'd be there to pick it up as if nothing had ever happened. Vernon and his crew are absolutely the BEST! Please do not be intimidated by their work. It's worth your while to contact them!! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Vernon (and company) for making our day the best of our lives.

We used Brancato's catering for our wedding and we were so thrilled with the entire evening. We get more compliments on our food than anything else. We had a fun idea of doing a brownie cake instead of a traditional cake and they were able to do this - and holy cow. I have dreams about it at night, it was so delicious. We chose to do a fancy buffet style dinner so we had so many options. The staff is incredibly helpful with suggestions. The catering staff was very polite on the day of our wedding. We had no problems.

Brancato's Catering options are wide and varied. We were able to select a meal that suited our vegetarian bride as well as our carnivorous groom at a reasonable cost. They were also able to make other adjustments to our meal to fit our needs. The food was absolutely delicious. The serving staff was timely, courteous and professional. The administrative staff was efficient and responsive. I would highly recommend Brancato's.

We used Brancato's for our wedding catering this past weekend, and it was phenomenal! We sampled the food prior to booking them, which was delicious, and it did not disappoint the day of the wedding! Not only was the food amazing, but the serving trays they used were hand-picked by Linda, our event coordinator, to match the look and feel of our wedding. Linda was great to work with, and she was very informative and flexible without being pushy or overbearing. She was very respectful of our budget, and I never felt as though she was pressuring us with any of our decisions to get the upsale. Brancato's has options for just about every budget, and we received tons of compliments from our guests about how great the food turned out. In addition, the wait staff that worked our wedding was extremely friendly and professional. Becca and John did a fantastic job, and they were so accommodating the the wedding party as well as our guests. Becca helped our older guests with their plates, and she helped me go through the line and take food back to the head table so that I didn't risk spilling any food on my white dress. They executed the entire night perfectly, and I couldn't say enough great things about them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer in the KC metro area. Loved working with them!

We worked with Stephanie to come up with the menu for our wedding reception of 130 people. She helped us come up with a full, delicious menu that fit our personality and our budget. We had a BBQ buffet--which is risky in KC!--and it was a hit! Everyone loved the food, and we loved the price!
The service staff was AMAZING too! They helped us tear down at the end of the night and cleaned the place so that we didn't have to worry about it. Truly spectacular service.

Brancato's had the best food we tasted... bottomline. Of course they were also the most expensive... but when it came down to it, food was very important to us. Plus, they were extremely flexible with the menu... allowing me to add and change things to make it work for us. All our guests raved about the food! Linda was a huge help at the ceremony... and the catering staff stayed in the background... quietly and professionally cleaning up. It was awesome!

We had used Brancato's catering at my husband's retirement party at Boulevard Brewery and were confident that our wedding rehearsal dinner at Harvey's at the historic Union Station would be just as fabulous and we were blown away by their services. They were able to put together a menu with all of our special requests that fit perfectly into the "All About Kansas City" theme of our son's wedding. They also provided a beautiful tent for the wedding reception cocktail hour in the green space of The Guild KC. Jennifer Fuentes and her staff took all of our ideas and made it happen.

Look no further for a caterer! I had my reception at Union Station and Brancato's Caterered the food. It was AMAZING! So many people raved about the food all night long! Carved Prime Rib was amazing! I highly recommend Brancato's!

Brancato's catered our wedding at the Clubhouse on Baltimore and they were fantastic. We were impressed by how friendly and professional they were and how great everything looked/tasted! They made special dietary exceptions for our guests without a problem or hesitation. The staff was extremely attentive and exceeded our expectations! I only wish they did cakes because our cake vendor screwed up and I know Brancato's wouldn't have!!

We had thought about going with Brancato's early on when looking for a caterer, but weren't sure how much we wanted to spend. Brancato's was on our venue's list of approved caterers, and now we know why. Brancato's took care of our cocktail hour, dinner, and our linens for our tables. We cannot say enough how helpful everyone was. We worked with Jennifer Fuentes who is not only kind and professional, but was honest and tasteful. She ensured we had the chairs we wanted, the linens were the perfect colors, even the china we selected was there. Granted, it should be there if you pay for it, but we've all heard horror stories from weddings where things didn't show up quite right. Not the case with Brancato's. We did a buffet with a carving station, pasta, salads, chicken, and all the extras. Everyone is still raving about the food and the service. One of the staff members even brought out a special vase for my bouquet, which I didn't expect at all and was quite thankful for. Jennifer herself brought my groom and I our dinners to our table, which we also didn't expect. The service was outstanding and worth every single penny. We would recommend them to everyone we know planning a celebration!

Almost a year after our wedding I'm still having guests rave about how good the food was! We did a buffet and the food was hot at the beginning and still hot at the end. When my event site failed to notify them that we would need 12 children's meals the head chef went out to the store and quickly made 12 meals with the promised menu of chicken nuggets, fries, and mac and cheese. The servers/staff were wonderful and attentive to everyone!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOW. LADIES!!! you must check Brancato's out! Seriously THE BEST. After we made our entrance into our wedding we were greated by Brancatos with two full plates of their incredible food and they took our drink orders right away it was SO PROFESSIONAL and UNEXPECTED. I love Brian Ingalls- he has lived and breathed this company and has put everything into- and it shows. The BRIE CHEESE WHEEL, BRUCHETTA, GORGONZOLA TORTALINI- PHENOMENAL!!!!!! Brian and their INCREDIBLE team are so nice and FUN!! I guarantee you will love them.

Nothing beats HOT INCREDIBLE FOOD AND AMAZING SERVICE.

Brancatos was amazing! They really worked with my budget and worked with me every step of the way. They were friendly and on time. We also used them for centerpieces which turned out gorgeous for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Vernon and the crew were just wonderful. He is funny and professional at the same time. His attention to detail and knowledge of his product is unmatched. The food was delicious and hot and everyone had plenty. The turkey was moist and tasty, the brisket was very juicy and flavorful just like he promised. Everyone wanted to know what the Au Grautin potato puffs were so they were also delicious.
Your cake serving portions were just perfect for little left over...although I would have loved to have more..haha.
As promised... NO DANCING ON THE TABLES..haha.
GREAT job Vernon. We will certainly use you again when the need arises.
