Working with Madison Botkin to coordinate our wedding was the best decision we made in the planning process! She worked to communicate with us to ensure our day was what we wanted and she made the day run so smoothly. I am so grateful for the dedication she has to making weddings effortless for the bride and groom. She is so fun and energetic and I can tell she genuinely loves serving people. Madison was a dream to have as our month-of coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered, expectations were clearly communicated to vendors, and our opinions as the bride and groom did not get lost in the mix of voices. She made herself available and treated each question with the same care, whether it was about a silly detail or a big scheduling decision.
Madison interacted with our vendors professionally and was a key resource in many of our logistical decisions, helping us process different options and think through all possible scenarios for both our ceremony and reception.
Throughout the whole process, it was extremely evident as she took interest in our wedding on a greater level than just being a hired hand. She listened as I dissected every detail on the phone with her. She encouraged me when it felt like I couldn't make another decision. She kept our day on schedule, not letting a single detail go unnoticed.
We loved working with Botkin Creative and would do it again in a heartbeat. If you're looking to throw the best party ever, Madison is your girl! -

Botkin Creative is incredible!
Madison came recommended to us through a friend, and we were more than happy with her services! Madison is very knowledgeable, timely, and professional when it comes to coordinating. She worked not only with us, but all of our other vendors in a collaborative and positive manner. The day of our wedding ran behind schedule, and Madison did a wonderful job of making sure that our events were shifted to give us enough time to get all hair and makeup done without skipping over anything. Madison is so kind, thoughtful, and puts her brides first. I was so impressed with her services and how professional she handled every situation leading up and during our wedding. I highly recommend working with her. She put me at ease and made me feel so confident throughout the process. Madison is the most fun, personable, helpful wedding coordinator. We used her for day and month of and she was an absolute life saver. She helped things go so smoothly and all the little stresses disappear. Just her presence is so calming- she's got it all together, and never seemed rushed or stress. Having her at the wedding brought so much peace. -

Madison was a true blessing for our wedding. I had done most of our planning leading up to the big day (since I'm a former wedding planner as well), but I knew I needed someone to take over the month of. She handled finalizing all the details from final numbers to the seating chart. She also ensured the entire day went smoothly. She even went the extra mile to make sure we had snacks in our getaway car. Without Botkin Creative, our wedding would not have been perfect! I am forever grateful for her guidance, expertise and gregarious personality. -

Madison is the kind of person who you NEED on your wedding day! She thinks through every single detail and makes sure all the things are taken care of. She cares for the wedding party and their individual needs. She goes out of the way to make the small details count. She communicates with all of your vendors to ensure they are on the same page. The MOST INCREDIBLE creative coordinator out there!!!
Madison is the BEST!!!! She helped me through my entire wedding process. She helped me design and create all of my creative details. She was always available and willing to help no matter what I needed! She helped me with everything from creative decisions to game plan details. She’s was honest with me and made sure to help me think through all sides of the decisions I was making! She is fun, spunky, creative & wonderful at her job! Everything she touches turns out BEAUTIFUL! My wedding was featured in Brides of Houston Magazine and almost all of the details they chose were thanks to Botkin Creative. I cannot recommend her enough for ANY of her services! -
