The Festive Elk was extremely professional and flexible in our wedding rentals. We were married at Overlook Barn in Banner Elk. We finalized our rental order early in the process and later had to make some changes due to guest count. They were more than happy to accommodate our changes and the entire process was extremely smooth. They also have the most diverse / largest inventory that we've seen! Highly recommend! -

We used Boone Rent-all and Parties Too for our wedding on 6/25/22. Our venue was venue-only so we had to get furniture rentals as well as a tent. Parties Too was so great to work with. They had quick response times and they were flexible when we made changes a couple of times. The venue was a newer venue so they went out and measured ahead of time to find out what size tent would work. They delivered and picked up from the venue without us having to worry about it. -

These guys were just great. I am sure I called countless times with changes and questions, and they were so gracious and friendly through it all. Biggest standout, however, was with the arbor we had ordered to get married under. The girl who delivered our stuff said that it had gotten warped from rain at the last wedding and instead of leaving me with that, she UNSOLICITED brought a second arbor option just in case and it ended up being the one we went with! Couldn't say enough good things about these guys. -

We got married on Beech Mountain which is notorious for unpredictable weather. After going back and forth for several months on renting heaters for our reception, we decided that it was an absolute must. They were quick to get back with us to help us secure our rentals. We thought pricing was very reasonable for delivery and pick-up. The day of the wedding they were on time and delivered the heaters exactly where we needed them. They were such a life saver the day of our wedding. We can't think you enough for saving the day! -

My daughter recently got married at sky retreat in Boone North Carolina. Parties to provided the linens for the tables. Our point of contact was Laura. From the beginning she was friendly, helpful, and responsive to our every question and concern. I was very surprised when Laura called a couple of weeks out to check on the exact sizes of some of the tables in our floor plan. She actually caught an error and saved us from having difficulties on the actual wedding day. Parties to delivered on time, early actually, and picked up the linens immediately after the wedding ceremony. They made it easy for us, one less thing to think about! When the linens were delivered, they were a nice quality, beautifully pressed, and hung on hangers… We could not have asked for a better experience and we’re very appreciative of their attention to detail! -

I had a very positive experience with Parties Too for our Sept. 2020 wedding. They were easy to work with – very responsive and reliable. We rented place settings, easels, tablecloths, and patio heaters – all were high quality and fit in with the other décor at our venue. In addition, they worked fluidly with our wedding planner, which helped keep tasks off my plate during the stress of wedding planning! Definitely recommend Parties Too for all your wedding rentals! -

Allison Sent on 10/23/2017We used Boone Rent All for our rehearsal dinner and outdoor ceremony. They supplied china, glassware, linens, tent, chairs, tables, and a guest register stand. Maria was prompt and easy to work with. She had to revise our quote several times and make some adjustments to quantities of items. We also had to adjust the delivery/setup date. They were on-time with the setup and everything was nicely done. I also felt they were reasonably priced and would hire them again. We enjoyed working with Boone Rent All and Maria. -

We used Boone Rent-All to rent tables, grill, wine glasses, patio heaters, a coffee maker, and a sound system. They were sometimes difficult to get a hold of on the phone, but when I did they were always extremely helpful. They were very flexible and we were able to add the coffee maker just a few days before the wedding, even after we had paid for everything already. The one negative was that when we arrived at our venue they had only delivered some of the patio heaters, and nothing else. We called them, and got an agitated response telling us that all of our items had been delivered. In the end it was sorted and they promptly delivered the remaining items. Overall I would recommend, but I was taken aback by the abrasiveness when demanding we were wrong after all of the previous pleasant interactions.
