    Excellent Service!

    My Daughter's wedding was this past Friday. We had an amazing event due to Shelley, Sully, and the rest of the staff's awesome work. They took care of everything and made sure the entire event ran smoothly. Thank you Bold Impact Events!

    Very knowledgeable, great team and great communication

    Shelley and her team negotiated all of our contracts with the vendors and made sure their agreements had everything we needed and we were protected. They handle all the details and made our busy lives so much better. they also helped us navigate this COVID-19. they are super knowledgeable with budgets and finances and knew how to find vendors and get us the best prices. They kept us on track for the things we had to do and they managed everything very professionally and always kept us updated we met on a regular basis on zoom

    Shelly helped set-up for the brunch that was hosted at my home the day after my wedding. She did a great job, had enough extra hands with her to get the job done. Down to earth. Wish I found her in time to do my wedding. Highly recommend Shelly! She got all the details correct.

    Simply the BEST! The money she saved us paid for her Services!

    Working with Shelley and her team Was 100 times better than we even thought it would be. She went above and beyond what she quoted us and we got 100 times more than we could’ve ever paid for. She saved us so much money from vendors who we thought were affordable already. She was super responsive and communicated with us about everything so we had nothing to worry about at all. She put together our budget and monitored it every day to make sure we stayed on budget. Please note that we were over budget when she started working with us so she got us back on track. She literally saved us the amount of money that we paid for her and her team. How great is that!?! She made the coolest timelines that we didn’t think were possible and made sure everybody stuck to the schedule and all the vendors did what they were supposed to do. Our wedding was out of state and she handled everything seamlessly even remotely. She handled all of the vendors, and the wedding day flowed with precision and ease like a Ferrari or Maserati. I was able to just be a bride and relax and enjoy my wedding day with my family and have a good time and not worry about anything. Hopefully I won’t ever get married again but if I do, I would definitely use her and I recommend her to anyone who is getting married whether they need someone to cover everything or just the wedding day. She clearly loves what she does. Several of my guests have already hired her and love her as well.

    Stressful Experience

    I would give more stars because of Sam and Bella who were very helpful throughout most of this process, but my wedding planning and coordinating experience was extremely stressful. I asked for the month-of coordination package because I had a small budget and had most if not all of my vendors and contracts ready to go. I really just needed help checking that everything was in order, putting together a timeline, and making sure the wedding would go off without a hitch. But it sometimes felt like working with BOLD created more problems than it solved; as my husband's father observed after listening in on a video call, "If you weren't stressed already, I'll bet you are now." For example, something came up with my caterer (who is a trusted friend and a professional caterer) and I had to problem-solve this issue practically by myself. I could sense animosity towards the caterer after this "incident" (although it was pretty minor so I wouldn't even call it that) which hurt because of how close he was to me and my husband and our family. Because our budget was small we could not hire workers to help set up the venue and this was left to me and my wedding party. Fortunately, Bella was able to come in and help after we left. Sam decorated the rest of the venue beautifully the day of the wedding. The morning of was a bit hectic and I wish I had someone from my team to stay with us at the hotel to ensure everyone was sticking to the timeline, especially because I didn't have it on hand. However, I understand that because Sam had to do last minute set-up at the venue and Bella had to be at the church we were spread pretty thin. Everything else in the wedding went well, and whenever there was a concern that was brought up Sam and Bella were on top of it. Still, at the end of the night it was up to my family members and wedding party to clean up the venue and handle everything with the rental company for pick-up. Ultimately, I felt like we got assistance where we didn't need it, but lacked help when we needed it most.

    TL;DR Bella and Sam were amazing, but if I had known how stressful this would have been with BOLD Impact I would've gone with someone else

    Monica, I’m not sure what this is about but I just checked our records and we provided 12 scheduled meetings for you, way above and beyond only month of coordination. I even agreed to travel to Miami to meet the caterer and blocked off the whole day who wasn’t able to show up because when you hired us you were were still missing your catering contract and rentals contract and your Bartending contract. Everything was not ready and good to go. The stress came from me pointing out all of the additional things that still needing to be done. I believe it’s better to
    Do it then rather than 30 days before the wedding which even then you still didn’t have a catering contact. And btw, the caterer did a great job for what you hired him for but he should have been hired for clean up. Everyone was leaving and your dad was going to wait for rental pick up. I personally offered to sit there for him. But I’m the one who told him that we needed to clear everything off the tables so we didn’t get charged by the rental company and I asked him if he could please ask a couple of groomsmen to help me. So I’m the one who did the clean up for you Monica. And then everyone else there quickly joined in. I sat there til the very end of the night with you dad til be locked the until everyone was gone. It clearly states in our contract that our team shouldn’t ne doing set up or tear down of event furniture and diy decor, bussing tables, cleaning up trash and cleaning up after people, but myself and my team did it anyway. And the last time I saw you or

    We’re so happy and this was the most fun you’d had in so long. Never once from March through now did you ever express you had an issues and every time you book a
    Meeting, it asks you if we can improve on anything. You never put anything there. Also your review says we aren’t responsive but I printed out all of our communications and someone responded to you, even late at night, even before your month of coordination started, and we always responded to you very quickly. I can send you a copy of these as well. We even helped you look up other vendors Resources for things you were
    Still missing. Also I’ve never said anything negative about the caterer. I knew he was like family. He’s a very nice man and I complimented him a lot. The issue lays with not having a written contract until a week before the wedding and it not including the necessity for the wedding to run smoothly. You made that choice but
    I didn’t knock you for it. I just did my job. Also when we left, you dad said he was sure you’d post a positive review for us and Ethan thanked us and said everything was great. So what is this about?

    Also I gave you the Gratuity sheet that helps you with gratuities but at the bottom it basically reminds you not to post a
    Negative review unless they’ve done something so terrible and you’ve tried to resolve it and there is no resolution. Because 1 single negative review can basically destroy a business which includes all of the team members, even the ones you like. But no one here has heard one word from you expressing any unhappiness. I kindly request you remove this review and contact us so that we may resolve any issues. Please thanks so Thanks
