More than expected
We decided to have an intimate destination wedding at the coast of Oaxaca México, so we contacted Bodas Huatulco to help us organizing.
Our wedding was wonderful! Much more than we expected, everything was so beautiful!

Highly recommend Marcela and Silvi! They were an absolute delight to work with. I was very impressed with how well organized they were. They were very transparent with all costs up front and provided a very helpful PDF with all vendors and costs for different levels of service. They took the time to listen to us and really narrow down our selections to make our wedding so special. They answered all of our questions, they really have an eye for attention of all the details. I provided them with my Pinterest board and they went above and beyond to make everything I had a on by board a reality. They truly made our wedding a dream come true. It has been an absolute pleasure working with everyone at Bodas Huatulco! -

I felt like Bodas Huatulco really cared about our special day. Silvia maintained a very professional and calm manner throughout the entire planning process and the day of. She answered all of my questions promptly and took our budget and our requests seriously. Everything went so smoothly and I felt like I was actually able to sit back and enjoy the entire event. The little details are what really put everything over the top. I’m beyond happy and grateful for everything they did to make our day so memorable. -

Reach out to Marcela and Silvia to take care of all of your wedding wants and needs. Their partnership from our initial virtual interaction to after the wedding was of the highest level! Bodas Huatulco Wedding Planners collaborated with us to bring our dreams to reality! Not only did they plan our wedding day flawlessly, they helped us plan an entire wedding week! Our wedding ended up being much better than we expected, mainly because of all the recommendations and support we received from the team at Bodas Huatulco. Since we met Marce and Silvia talked about the event for the first time, they really guided us with everything we needed to consider for a destination wedding. From the most common wedding plans, to the itinerary for the trip and what to pack in our luggage, they were always very detailed with everything related to the wedding.
The service we chose included a monthly meeting to review wedding items, where they helped us with many of the topics necessary at that specific time. They always avoided overwhelming us with details that were not yet needed, but without delaying important things that needed to get finalized at that time. Bodas Huatulco presented us different providers for each service we needed, and we chose the ones we liked the most, but they were always there during the video calls, even helping us to negotiate with the providers to get the best deal. Along with the hotel, they helped us organize the reservations of all our guests, they coordinated transportation from the airport to the hotel, and they also helped us organize a private tour to the Huatulco bays for our guests. All the guests were very happy with the organization of the wedding, and they also had a very good time visiting and enjoying the beaches of Huatulco.
They also helped us to organize a welcome dinner for all our guests, including live music with a band that had everyone rocking one night before the event. On the day of the wedding, we had a specific itinerary covering everything scheduled for that day, which was very useful and helped us to be on time with every item on the list. The vendors that were recommended for the wedding did a spectacular job, including makeup, flowers, DJ, photography, video, decoration and food. In summary, everyone that worked very hard during the ceremony and reception made the day very easy for us, and we were able to enjoy the whole day with our families and friends. In addition to the more traditional services, we hired a “batucada” to play during a small parade from the ceremony to the reception; an excellent singer/guitarist playing dinner, a babysitting service that helped parents with their kids; and a fire show during the after-party. All these additional services added a spectacular touch to our wedding, and all the guests were very happy with everything we planned.
We really cant put into words how grateful we are for Marce and Silvia, they helped us to make our wedding truly unforgettable, and many of our guests even mentioned that it was the best wedding they ever attended. Many thanks to Bodas Huatulco!! -

BodasHuatulco gave us the PERFECT wedding. We had several meetings throughout the planning process which made us feel comfortable and that the wedding was in good preparation.
We both work onboard a cruise ship so having somebody to take the organisation of the vital parts was so helpful. With that, being a non-mexican citizen being able to ask for advice on what is required from an international was vital, time and money saving!
The day was better than either of us could ever of imagined and I would 100% recommend their services. Thank you so much from the both of us, Stefie and Ben

Ambos trabajamos a bordo de un crucero, por lo que fue muy útil tener a alguien que se encargara de la organización de las partes vitales. Con eso, ser un ciudadano no mexicano y poder pedir consejo sobre lo que se requiere de un internacional fue vital, ¡ahorró tiempo y dinero!

If you are lucky enough to have the chance to work with Bodas Huatulco (Marcela, Silvia and team), do it! Bodas Huatulco was with us from the beginning of the planning process and we were thrilled they were. Not only did Marcela & Silvia bring our vision to life - they made the entire planning process easy, stress-free and fun.
Everyone said I was a very calm and chill bride, but I can tell you single-handedly that it was because I knew I had Marcela and her team working behind the scenes, making sure everything was absolutely perfect. Marcela & Silvia will get you what you want, even in ways you would not expect.

We’re very happy that we chose Bodas Huatulco to help us plan our wedding in Huatulco at the end of 2022, and would gladly recommend them to other couples who wish to have their wedding in this beautiful location!
We interviewed several wedding planers at various beach destinations, and decided on Marcela and Silvia at Bodas Huatulco because of their desire to work with us, their strong experience and familiarity with the local venues and vendors, and their overall professionalism. Looking back, it’s safe to say that these characteristics stood out throughout our experience with them and we know we made the right choice!
We started planning for our wedding about a year ahead of time, and Bodas Huatulco guided us through every step of the process: venue, budgeting, interviewing and selecting vendors, planning extra activities for guests, room bookings, food, flowers, and all the details that make a wedding special and unique to a couple. It was very helpful as well that both Marcela and Silvia were able to communicate fluently in English.
Ultimately, all that matters is that we had a beautiful and memorable experience that we got to share with our friends and family. Everyone had a wonderful time, and that’s due in no small part to all of the coordination and work that Bodas Huatulco put into pulling it off. Best wedding planners ever!
I would recommend Bodas Huatulco Wedding to everyone!
Marcela and Silvia helped make our dream wedding a reality. They both made the process fun, simple for us, and really enjoyable.
As a couple from Chicago, we had never been to Huatulco prior to planning our wedding. We ended up being able to arrange a trip ~3 months before the wedding and Marcela greeted us, arranged hair/make up trials and arranged the food tasting while we were in town. Her and Silvia went above and beyond throughout the past several months to make our wedding experience perfect.
Our wedding day was better than we could have ever imagined. Marcela and Silvia were so professional and everything was truly perfect- from the decorations, to the food, and the flowers, it was breathtaking! They organized every detail and made it a stress free experience for my husband and I. They also helped us plan excursions throughout the week (since our group travelled in for the wedding) and helped us with so much beyond what we would have expected.
THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. You are truly wonderful at what you do and Michael and I both feel that our wedding day was the BEST day of our lives. We couldn't have had such a perfect day without you! -

Bodas Huatulco is an amazing business. The level of professionalism and attention to details is second to none. They made our wedding day a very special day and we will always be gracious for delivering an amazing event.
This was one of the best moments of our lives and Marcela and Silvia made it perfect. They were always attentive, on point and ready to answer any questions. They managed everything with professionalism and demonstrated they know the business inside and out when it comes to weddings right at the beach.
It was our dream to get married at the beach and we were a bit nervous because we knew the process was long and things could go wrong. Even thought we were nervous that feeling started vanishing after our weekly meetings with Marcela and Silvia, they always gave us peace of mine.
We highly recommend Bodas Huatulco to any couple looking to have the experience of getting married at the beach without having any concerns or being worried about the process. We signed a contract and expected the clauses on it to be delivered and the ladies delivered an amazing event. One that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

We are very happy with the way everything turned out on that special day. We will always remember the sound of the waves while we were saying our vows. That was one of the best moments of our wedding.

The wedding was a fairly difficult task for us because we were doing everything online. Literally our first trip to the resort was for our wedding. That had me a little weary for such an important and special event, but we put our trust in Marcela and Bodas Huatulco and they definitely didn't disappoint! Marcela put a schedule together for us for video Skype calls to go over all the details of the wedding, which helped us continue to make progress and not fall behind in the planning. Once there, the service was incredible. We had a group of roughly 30 people flying in together and our flight into Huatulco was delayed by 3 hours, but Marcela was still there at the airport to personally greet us and ensure our check-in process went smoothly for our entire group. The personal attention we received was there from the moment we landed on Thursday, at our Welcome Party on Friday night, was truly exceptional on the wedding night on Saturday, and followed through until our last meeting on Sunday. I was beyond impressed with the service we were provided and I would highly recommend Bodas Huatulco to anyone looking for that perfect destination wedding. -

Best wedding planners in Huatulco!
Our experience with Bodas Huatulco was amazing. Marce and her team are efficient, punctual, and will literally make anything happen. We wanted a wagon for our 8 month old daughter to be pulled down the aisle by her cousin (flower girls), and Marce made it happen. We were short a flower arrangement, Marce made it happen. We forgot to tell Marce where the champagne was for our toast, her team ran and grabbed it at the last second. They made our wedding so stress free. If you are looking to get married in Huatulco, you can definitely trust Bodas Huatulco to give you everything you want for your special day. -

Best wedding planners ever
Marcela and Silvia made wedding planning a stress-free bliss and left all of my guests speechless with an amazing event! Although I was not very sure about what I wanted my wedding to look like, specially because I had not been to Huatulco before booking the wedding... they both were able to conceptualize every idea I had and made it look so beautiful! As an example, I wanted my wedding colors to be yellow and blue and everybody I talked to seemed kind of iffy about my taste however, the day of the event everything looked so elegant and cohesive thanks to their talent and ability to pin point what their clients are looking for, even when clients like myself are not fully able to describe it. It was everything I wanted it to be and more. Every single aspect of the event, from vendors to decoration and even event times was planned in the most careful and smart and efficient way. They are so talented and made my event look so flawless! I loved every second of working with them, and loved how perfect they made everything look like despite minor inconveniences such as rain throughout my ceremony which turned out to make it even more beautiful! Both are very professional and organized, they will go above and beyond to make your event be worth everything. Do not hesitate in reaching out and contacting them, you won't regret it! -
