I had such a great experience with Regina! From the trial to the big day, she was nothing short of amazing. At the trial, I struggled to communicate exactly what I wanted, but she was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. She really listened and was open to any feedback or changes I had. On the wedding day, she took all of my notes from the trial and created the most beautiful look—I truly felt like the best version of myself. She also made my entire bridal party look absolutely stunning. Everyone was glowing and felt so confident. An Amazing On Site Makeup Services Vendor
BlushTones' offerings and quality of artists is exactly what I wanted when I was looking for makeup services for my April 2024 wedding. All of their artists are super talented, and I was fortunate enough to work with Nikita. She is a WIZARD of transforming you into a stunning vision while also still making sure that you look like yourself. I had two tall orders for her: the makeup needed to hold up to potential for crying, and I wanted a red lip that lasted. Nikita freaking DELIVERED! My makeup needed minimal touchups after my now-husband's incredibly touching vows. And the red lip! Nikita gave me a tube of touchup just in case, but I never once needed to touch it up, even after kissing, drinking, eating, and dancing! I would recommend BlushTones to anyone, and would most definitely work with Nikita again for future makeup services.

Book With Lindsey or Regina!!!
I truly cannot recommend BlushTones, specifically Lindsey and Regina, enough!!! I booked Lindsey for my wedding but worked with Regina for my bridal makeup trial due to scheduling conflicts; and could not have been happier with my experiences with both!! For my bridal makeup trial, I gave Regina a vague soft glam description and used all the incorrect terminology, but she completely understood my vision. I was blown away!!! I was so impressed after this experience, that I booked Regina again for Special Occasion makeup for my rehearsal. This gave me the opportunity to try another makeup look, which ended up being the look I went with for the wedding day.
While my makeup looked amazing at the trial and rehearsal, it was even more beautiful on my wedding day with Lindsey!! Even though we had not worked together before, Regina had already filled Lindsey in on what I wanted and it was a seamless transition! I really CANNOT emphasize enough how beautiful I felt. I received nonstop compliments all evening and my makeup lasted through crying/kissing/dancing/drinking... My makeup continued to look great all night, I never once worry about fixing it, and though it wasn't my intention to leave it on...it was intact, false lashes and all, the next morning.
Lindsey also made all my bridesmaids, moms, and grandmas look absolutely gorgeous. We all could not stop talking about how this was the best wedding makeup service we all had experienced! Not only did we feel beautiful and receive the exact look we requested; we had so much fun with Lindsey and her team, and she moved through our large group with ease. Book them for your wedding!
My bridal makeup trial was used for my bridal shoot (see photos), and that was just the trial! Again, it was even better on the wedding day! After working with Regina and Lindsey, I feel like we are all friends, and I will create events just to work with them again and again.

I was lucky enough to book the absolute Dream Team of Leah (Blushtones) and Stephanie (Flawless on Site) for my wedding this past July and could not have been happier!! Not only are they experts at their craft, but they are also so much fun to be around!! They listened closely to what I envisioned for both my hair and makeup and provided excellent suggestions. Leah was so fun to work with and I have never felt more beautiful. They communicate so well and everything was a breeze day of. My face didn't even feel like I had make up on. My whole bridal party was shocked at how well their face stayed on and how they looked. Everyone loved their look. People may say it's a bit pricey but it's SO worth it!!! Keni was the absolute BEST! From the moment I rushed into my make-up trial (I was running late), she was so warm, friendly, and took the time to get to know me on a personal level. Leah was the artist for my wedding day and Victoria came along to assist her since we had 12 girls. I truly thought everyone looked so spectacular... there wasn't one girl who I didn't think looked magical!! Leah did my trial and I absolutely loved it. She was definitely open for any critique or anything I wanted to change, but I wanted to keep everything 99% the same because it was so good! Our artists, Emily and Nikita, were so awesome! They had a quick setup and immediately got started with my bridal party! We all looked gorgeous thanks to them!! They knew exactly what we wanted and made it happen! The makeup wasnt heavy, so it didn’t feel like I was wearing it all night! Of course on your wedding day something goes wrong, and for me, it started the night before with a burst pipe in the hotel room/flooding. Accordingly, Keni and her assistant had to start out doing our makeup in a very cramped non-suite with me, my MOH, and one bridesmaid - and then the other bridesmaids trickled in! My point in saying this is that Keni was BEYOND accommodating, receptive, and just so kind & patient during the process of having to pack up her whole set up and moving to a different room. She did makeup for 9 of us in total and everyone looked STUNNING! Besides that, it's so important to feel comfortable with the person doing your most important makeup ever and she had a lovely way of putting everyone at ease. Not only is she skilled with her artistry, but she's also just a really sweet and hilarious person. If I did it all over, I'd pick BlushTones again! 💕

I had my makeup done by an artist named Holly who was wonderful. I ended up doing a makeup trial and it was well worth it. I LOVEDD my makeup which was huge coming from someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis. She gave me such a nature look and played up all there right features. I feel like I'm giving away one of my best-kept secrets by writing this review. To sum things up, you need to hire Ashley Phillips with BlushTones if you're in the Colorado area, and you need to book her ASAP.
Outside of the fact that she's super awesome and makes you feel as if you were lifelong friends when you first meet her, she's also responsive, timely, and her work is nothing short of amazing. Her talent is truly out of this world.
When we initially had the bridal trial, Ashley listened to all my requests and was so understanding of my skin type (for someone with extremely sensitive and combo skin, it's truly a mindbender trying to find the right moisturizers or makeup that work with my face). By the time she was done, my makeup already looked so amazing… I truly didn't know what she could have changed by the next day. Seriously when I got home to get ready for the rehearsal, my husband and his groomsmen were stunned by her work that their jaws literally dropped.
This is where the true talent shows — come the wedding day, Ashley made the small changes she wanted on me, and WOW. WOW, WOW, WOW - I somehow looked even better. And on the extreme plus side, my makeup or lashes did not move all night. I was seriously FLOORED when I got home as I had danced all night and could usually expect myself re-gluing a lash on as my eyes usually can't hold them all night. I could not believe I didn't look shiny in one photo. It was a shame it was a Covid wedding and more people didn't see me haha!
I would definitely book Ashley again in a heartbeat and wouldn't even think twice about it for any future events... or maybe even just a random Tuesday when I feel like sitting in the living room glammed up. I would 100000000% recommend her.

Holly Browne ladies and gentleman is absolutely PHENOMENAL. She is the sweetest most personable person and made everyone feel so pampered and beautiful on our big day. Amazing bridal makeup experience

The Blushtones team is fantastic, and I can’t recommend them enough. Meg did my makeup for my wedding day, and I have never looked better. She made me feel gorgeous, yet not overly made up. I had a trial with Meg before the wedding, and we made a few small adjustments on the day of but nothing major. The trial gave me complete confidence in Meg; I was worried about a million things leading up to and on my wedding day, but how my makeup was going to look was not one of them. And oh yeah, Meg and Alex flawlessly made up 15 (!!!) people while staying on time. Blushtones is worth every penny, and if you want a professional team who is super talented, don’t wait to hire them!

I hired Meg at Blush Tones to do makeup for myself (the bride) and my matron of honor at my Jan 4th wedding - and I'm so glad I did! Scheduling my trial session was easy and fun - she also took notes and photos during the trial to make sure she got everything right on the Big Day - and made me look fabulous!! And on the wedding day, Meg was awesome and professional. She showed up early, set up her station and then did a great job with our makeup, even when I couldn't decide on fake eyelashes (on/off/on again!) and staying until the end to do touchups. Made me feel like a queen!
I am so happy I chose to have my make up done by a professional for my wedding, and was fortunate enough to work with Meg at BlushTones. From the initial booking and communication to the day of, BlushTones was incredibly professional and fun! Amberly was incredibly responsive and answered my questions promptly. The day of my trial felt like I was at the spa as my mom and I got to know Meg. She really listened to my vision and eased my nerves as someone who does not wear make up that often. I looked like myself on my wedding day, while still feeling stunning and confident!
Meg (and BlushTones) is extremely patient and reliable. On the day of my wedding, Meg's assistant did not show...and there were 10 of us getting hair AND make up done before 2:00pm! Meg didn't even flinch and came up with a game plan, worked with Sara (from Flawless On Site) who was there as our hair assistant, and still finished us on time. Her relaxed nature kept me relaxed too and we just had so much fun with them! My bridesmaids kept saying they felt like we were hanging out with our own friends. It was such a fun morning!
Meg helped me look and feel my very best on my wedding day, and I will absolutely be hiring her again for events in the future!

Book Meg With Blushtones If You Want To Look Like A Bombshell
The title says it all - Blushtones is AMAZING! From the initial contact I made to the day of my wedding everything was so simple and easy with Blushtones. Meg was an absolute doll and rolled with the punches leading up to my wedding day. I loved the look she did for my trial but the days leading up to my big day I decided I wanted a little more dramatic of a look. Meg graciously offered to do a last minute re-trial the week of my wedding but I trusted her to just adjust the day of and she killed it. She dolled up myself and my four bridesmaids by herself and maintained perfect timing. In addition to her being so wonderful I got SO many compliments on my makeup for my wedding day. She chose colors that complimented my eyes and helped me pick a look that would be dramatic enough to stand out in my photos but still make me look like "me." I have loved working with her and the Blushtones crew over the last year and will 100% be booking with Meg again for whatever event I need to get dolled up for.

I wanted to thank Leah for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day! You are amazing at your job! You made me look so natural but so glam and it lasted all night (even with me dancing all night)! I’m so thankful to have you as my makeup artist! You fit right in with my group of girls and getting ready that day was a blast! I also wanted to thank you for doing my moms makeup! She was nervous and doesn’t wear makeup often but you made her look so natural and glam too! We both got so many compliments on our makeup all night. Due to scheduling conflicts, I will not be able to use Blushtones for my wedding. However, I wish that I could! I had a lot of questions about makeup types and timing and Meg was so responsive, helpful, and patient. Even when I told her I had to go with a different vendor because of the wedding timeline (Blushtones was booked up after 11 am), she was so kind. I know that anyone who chooses to go with Meg from Blushtones would be happy they did! Also, book them early. I contacted them 4 months before my wedding and that wasn't early enough!

Margaret did my bridal make-up, my 4 bridesmaids and two mothers. She did a beyond amazing job! It’s convenient that BlushTones travels to the place of your venue.
I had a trial with Margaret about a month before and it was not problem for her to change my eye shadow a little for the day. Margaret is super personable and my girls loved her as much as I do! She does an amazing job with everyone’s make-up as it was age appropriate for everyone and listened to what they want/like for themselves. I would recommend BlushTones (and Margaret) to anyone!! :)

Gorgeous makeup for engagement photos!!
Holly did my makeup for my engagement photos and it turned out beautifully!! It was just was I was looking for - glamorous but natural enough to still look like me and show up beautifully on camera! She was really personable and even took the time to see my outfits that I'd be wearing to take the colors into consideration, and absolutely nailed the look I was going for despite my not providing a ton of direction. My wedding is completely on the other side of the state but I would've booked with Blushtones again for my wedding day if it were nearby! Couldn't have been happier!!

I went with Blushtones for wedding day make-up. I worked with Ashely, who is absolutely amazing. I met with her beforehand for a trial. I didn't even show her any pictures and she somehow figured out exactly what I wanted. She just asked me questions and paid attention to my tone and what I liked and nailed it. I didn't want to change a single thing from the trial! Day of, she arrived early and ready to go with all her glam equipment for the 6 of us and did her thing. Margaret did the bridal makeup for the entire wedding party. She worked quickly and with great skill. I was having a hard time deciding on a lipstick shade and picked a completely different one that was absolutely perfect. The wedding party spent a good amount of time outside in the heat before the ceremony even started, and all of the makeup stayed on! Even our lipstick stayed on all through the night. Additionally, Margaret had a very pleasant personality and was fun to work with.

Where do I even start! I had never had anyone do my make up before so I was already a little nervous, but Ashley was seriously the best girl I could’ve prayed for! During my trial she made me feel super comfortable and even made me feel good about my natural features! She spoke with me about my concerns and my wanted look for my wedding that evening. She answered my questions and gave helpful advice and communicated very well and had great response time even when I texted her with questions out of the blue! Leah, the owner, is incredible. She's patient, she's kind and she's an amazing make-up artist. I feel so lucky that I found her because she was open to working with me when I'm not really a huge make-up person and wanted to find my perfect look that was beautiful, but natural. Meg from Blushtones was amazing! She was super sweet and friendly and totally understanding when she showed up on time at our rental house and things were crazy and chaotic. I booked her last minute in a pinch and she got me in asap for a trial. I had a few requests after the trial for some things I wanted tweaked on the wedding day and she delivered. I was very happy with the final outcome and felt absolutely beautiful. With the stress of the day I was grateful to be forced to sit and let someone take care of my makeup. Feeling beautiful on your wedding day is priceless! She also did my Sister along with 3 additional add on's for the moms that we added the week of the wedding. I would definitely recommend Meg to any bride/bridal party. (I don't want to itemize the cost breakdown because I know a lot of factors come into play as far as travel/distance/number of bridesmaids/day of the week etc. On average though I would say the cost was comparable and well within reason!)

Meg was amazing. I was concerned at 1 st because I waited till the last minute and they said she is a junior artist. I loved her she was so patient with me at my trial, I had no idea what I wanted. The day of my wedding I mixed up my times my hairstylist started my hair and Meg had to wait on me to get done, she was so patient and professional. My bridesmaids were so happy with their make up as well. I didn't think I would look different for wedding but I did. Everyone said my make up was amazing and I have to agree. They do long wear airbrush which is what I had best value ever.

I found Leah with Blushtones online and booked her for our wedding immediately after seeing all of the before and after transformations of her clients online. I had one Guest who was in the hospital and they were very flexible as to whether or not she was going to be able to have her services done! Her suggestionsand knowledge of color combinations were top notch! Will definitely book with Leah again

We had a great experience with Blushtones for our wedding day! Margaret did an amazing job on myself and the entire bridal party. Everyone was stunning and I did not hear one negative comment about their makeup. She took time at our trial to really be able to find the look I was going for and was easily able to change a few things to my preference on wedding day. The airbrush make up and false eye lashes were awesome and made a big different in pictures! Margaret was also super prompt with all communication. Definitely recommend these girls!

Leah is the absolute best! She did the makeup for me (the bride), my 7 bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom AND did color correction for my husband (the groom). She was prompt, professional, and so fun to have around for the day.
Everyone in our party LOVED their makeup and lashes. Leah took every girl's complexion and coloring into consideration. No one looked too done up - just fresh-faced with some light contouring. She also used a new waterproof airbrush on us so we wouldn't sweat off our makeup on the 95 degree day (my bad for booking an outdoor wedding in July) and it lasted ALL DAY AND NIGHT. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my wedding day.

I was 100% pleased with my makeup on the day of my wedding. Margaret got to know me during my trial session, and come wedding day, it was like she had been doing my makeup forever. Blush Tones was incredible to work with! They did the makeup for my entire wedding party (including our moms) and we couldn't have been more thrilled with how it turned out! Everyone felt gorgeous, and my mother in law is still talking about how much she loved her lashes! Leah was professional, knowledgable, and is so so talented! I trusted her 150% and felt beautiful on my wedding day. My makeup lasted alllll day + night during my hot mid-June wedding and I never needed a touch-up! She gave me a little extra lip color to keep with me for reapplication, and that was perfect! I can't say enough great things about Blush Tones and am referring them to all of my friends!

Our makeup artist, Margaret, was so nice!! She is seriously amazing at what she does. I was pretty nervous at first since I don't typically do a full face of make-up but she killed it! I liked how everything felt so lightweight since it was airbrushed on. One of my favorites were the falsies. I was obsessed!! She made my whole bridal party look so beautiful! She is very friendly and professional. If we get anniversary pictures or holiday pictures, I will be getting my make-up done again by her!

Our makeup artist, Leah, also the owner, was absolutely amazing! She is the best of the best in my opinion and I know where I will always go if I ever need to get my makeup done again. From booking, to my bridal makeup trial, to the day of the wedding - Leah's customer service was spot on. She is so friendly and professional and makes sure she gives you her very best. People tend to be quick to skimp out on makeup and hair because it can be expensive, and it is...BUT you get what you pay for. Every dollar spent with Blushtones was WELL worth it! My makeup artist was Margaret and she was fabulous to work with. I had a big bridal party to have makeup done and she won every single lady with how she did their makeup. As for myself, I loved that I got to do a makeup trial with her. I am not one to wear makeup that much on a day-to-day basis so it really helped me fine tune what I wanted for my big day. My favorite part was the airbrushing used since my foundation felt so light and it truly lasted the whole night so I looked great in everyone's pictures. What really impressed me the most with Margaret was her willingness to help out one of my bridesmaids since she was still recovering from skin allergy issues. Margaret did not hesitate to airbrush some extra areas for my girl to look her best.

I booked with BlushTones as a part of a package with Flawless LLC. I loved Margaret so much! I'm really into make-up and I thought I'd be picky with how I turned out Margaret just got me and she made me look just like the pictures I brought. She was a lot of fun and super sweet. I first heard of BlushTones from the Uniquely Yours Bridal Show in 2016 and loved their booth set up. When I contacted them, I specifically requested Stephanie and Leah responded for her as she was on maternity leave at the time (thanks Leah!). Stephanie was fantastic! She was timely in her responses from beginning to end and was very flexible in setting up a trial in which she came to my house. She was very good at explaining what looked good with my skin and was very patient with my dogs. :)
My wedding ceremony was at 10 am and she was SO accommodating and arrived on time hours before the sun (4:15 am!!) to do makeup for my two sisters, my mom, and myself. She managed her time very well throughout the whole getting ready process and was so personable with each of us that she is not JUST a vendor, but now a friend. We all felt so beautiful that day and the airbrush makeup is extremely light and stayed put all day (despite my tears and sweat). You're going to do amazing things in KC, Stephanie!!

We all looked fabulous for my recent wedding and everyone enjoyed having her there when we were getting ready. Stephanie is a sweetheart and is so easy to be around and to talk with. It was like we had known her forever and she was just another one of the girls getting ready. She knew exactly how long it was going to take to get everyone done and even finished early (without rushing at all!) None of my bridesmaids had ever had their make-up done before, so this was a whole new experience for them and they were just so happy! She even put a little make-up on our junior bridesmaid and flower girl to make them feel just as special.
