Kind people, stunning work

I selected Blooming Blossoms because of the work I saw on their instagram, but was super happy to work with them once I experienced how kind/thoughtful they were to me throughout the process (email, in person meetings, etc).

I wasn't even 100% sure what would look best, and the team there executed on my vision absolutely beautifully (by understanding my vision, venue, and dress).

Run, do not walk!

Beautiful Bouquet

I was having a hard time finding a florist that would do a bridal bouquet only, but the process was so easy with Blooming Blossoms! I absolutely loved my bridal bouquet and it received many compliments throughout the day!

HIRE Blooming Blossoms!!

Pam was the most exceptional vendor to work with. She made wedding planning so much easier. I cannot speak highly enough about her and her skills. We hired her pre-COVID, then had to push our date a year. During all of this, she was flexible and friendly, easygoing and helpful. We went a bit nontraditional with our floral displays, and Pam blew me away with her creativity and skills (see pics). Quite literally the most talented and affordable florist I've seen. Every penny is worth it. Hannah who helped coordinate with us was also very attentive, helpful, and quick to get things back to us. Hire them!!

I had the prettiest bouquet I’ve ever seen!

Pam is amazing! Blooming Blossoms is quality all the way! It was fun for me to simply share a link to a Pinterest board of wedding flower arrangements that I like and to see Pam work her magic. Our flowers were the most stunning I have ever seen! In addition, our centerpieces and candle lighting brought everything together nicely. I can’t wait for our professional pictures to come back that capture their beauty! Also, my husbands boutonnière was so handsome! Stunning in every sense of the word.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!

I couldn’t be happier with how my flowers turned out on our wedding day! Pam and Blooming Blossoms did an amazing job of capturing exactly what I had in my mind. Pam knew my vision from the beginning and made it come to life. My bouquet was stunning and everything from the flower girls crowns to the centerpieces were on point. We had a romantic feel with a touch of rustic chic which she nailed. Pam was also a sweetheart to work with even during these challenging Covid times. The added special touches were perfect. I highly recommend Blloming Blossoms, as she did my sisters wedding years earlier with the same quality and beauty. Thank you Pam!

Absolutely stunning!!!!

Amazing wildflower arrangements!

Blooming Blossoms were incredible to work with! They were prompt, communicative, and took my general idea of wildflowers and lack of color scheme, to come out with some gorgeous bouquets for the venue and church.

Gorgeous flowers!

I hired Pam at Blooming Blossoms for my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnieres. I do not live in the RI area so while planning I relied on email and phone calls to communicate with vendors. Pam was great and arranged a phone call to ensure she fully understood what I wanted for flowers. She arranged gorgeous bouquets of greenery and white blooms. I typically find bridal bouquets to be over the top and too large, but Pam ensured all the bouquets were the perfect size for my taste! The day of the wedding my sister called to confirm a pickup time for the flowers and Pam was able to have them delivered, last minute, to the hotel so my sister didn't have to make the trip while getting ready. Overall, beautiful flowers and excellent service!

Knowledgeable and Easy to Work With

Blooming Blossoms absolutely blew us out of the water with the arrangements they put together for our wedding day.

Because we live in New York, I was never able to meet Pam in person/come to her shop before our wedding. Every single thing we did was over email or the phone - which likely sounds crazy to a lot of people, but Pam was so amazing and professional that I never worried we hadn't done anything in person. And when the day came, I was floored with how beautiful everything was - from the table arrangements, to the bouquets, to the baby's breath I had gotten for my hair, which was not loose like I expected but expertly binded into little florets perfect to be woven into a hairstyle.

Pam was friendly, accessible, responsive and extremely helpful in the months leading up to our wedding; she helped me find a vision for my flowers (I didn't even know where to start before I called her), and then execute that vision better than I could have ever dreamed of. When I told Pam my budget and what I was looking for in flowers, she was honest and confident, and took as much time as needed to talk to me about my options. She asked for pictures of my gown to make sure the flowers would look good with it, which meant a lot. The boutonnieres were absolutely perfect, and Pam and her team even helped my groom and his guys get them pinned on.

Pam and her team played such an integral part in creating and bringing together the "look" of my wedding and I couldn't have been happier with our relationship or the end result. If you are thinking about Blooming Blossoms for your wedding, know that you are making an excellent choice, and you will not only love your flowers on your wedding day, but have an enjoyable and easy time working with them.

The florals at my wedding were stunning! I was so happy when the bouquets arrived at the bridal suite, I kept leaving my room to go take another look at them! I had sent Pam some inspiration images and viewed color swatches with her and she nailed it! The reception was also decorated exactly as I had imagined, lush and green and so beautiful. I received nothing but compliments from my guests, Thank you, Pam!

My flowers were perfect ! They were exactly what I picked out and complimented the wedding perfectly. Pam and Mandy kept in contact with me through out the planning process leading up to the wedding. The floral designer (I'm so sorry I forgot her name!) Was so sweet and set everything up perfectly. I will totally work with blooming blossoms in the future!

Flowers's are a big deal! In my opinion they really are the center of a wedding. So I was so nervous about having a florist be able to nail my vision. Blooming blossoms did that and more. From my first meeting with Pam I knew she understood my vision and I felt so comfortable with her. My flowers were stunning. They were everything that I dreamed of. I am so happy I went with them. Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job.

Blooming Blossoms is amazing! After a horrible experience with a previous flower vendor I found Blooming and they were great! They were extremely responsive with emails, very professional, helpful, and gave great advice to stay within budget. Pam did an amazing job with our November wedding florals. We had a smaller budget and she was able to work with us so easily. I never felt pressured to spend more. I showed her my inspiration on Pinterest and what she came up with was absolutely stunning. If I need florals for any event in the future, I will not shop anywhere else. Day of delivery was on time, and I got tons of compliments from guests and bridesmaids. Our out of town guests even transported the centerpieces home with them.

Pam created amazing floral and candle arrangements for my daughter's wedding on 10/9/2016 at Hotel Providence. She was able to capture exactly what we were looking for after one brief meeting. Pam and the staff at Blooming Blossoms did an incredible job creating an "English Garden" theme for our wedding day. We loved our consultation with Pam, she is just a joy to talk to, and she truly understood the vision we wanted for our wedding day. She worked hard to stay within our budget, and she was very helpful along the way throughout the wedding planning process. The flowers were delivered on time and set up beautifully at the church and the reception. Pam and her team at Blooming Blossoms do amazing work. We went in with photo ideas and our colors for our wedding, and what she put together was better than anything we could have imagined. She helped us navigate what would work best for the ideas we had and our budget. The finished product was absolutely gorgeous. I loved Blooming Blossoms! Pam and Lauryn were absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with. They understood my vision immediately and worked to not only get us the best flowers but also flowers within our price range. The flowers for my wedding were exactly what I dreamed for! Pam at Blooming Blossoms was fantastic--- despite my lack of knowledge of flowers and also my struggle to get my vision across, she knew EXACTLY what I wanted after a very short consultation! I received several comments about how beautiful and "romantic" my flowers were on the tables, and I absolutely loved mine and my bridesmaid bouquets! Pam worked within a pretty tight budget to deliver me the look I wanted. She also knew my venue (Aldrich Mansion- Warwick, RI) and was honest in saying that less is more when it comes to florals, versus trying to up-sell me as other vendors would! I would recommend Blooming Blossoms to any bride in the RI area... they were wonderful!

Pam was the force behind creating absolutely gorgeous floral arrangements for our wedding on Sunday, October 11, 2015. The bridal bouquet and groom's boutonniere were, in particular, beyond perfect! Both the ceremony and reception venues came alive with Pam's flowers.

We used Blooming Blossoms for our wedding in Providence this past October. Pam was so easy to work with. When we first met we went in with some ideas of what we wanted. Pam was very helpful to us in narrowing down our decisions.
The day of the wedding everything was perfect. My bouquet was so beautiful as were the bridesmaids bouquets. The reception was decorated perfectly.
We would highly recommend using Blooming Blossoms to anyone looking for a florist in the RI area.

Pam is amazing - a true gem of a florist. She did my sister's wedding, which came out fabulous, so of course I had use Pam for my wedding! She was easy to work with and very accommodating in the services she could provide within our (limited) budget. I gave her lots of artistic freedom and as expected she rocked it! She even made accommodations the day before our wedding to have the flowers delivered to the hotel (we originally planned to pick them up ourselves).

My mom and I met with a few florists, and when we walked out of our meeting with Pam we immediately said "She's the one!". At our initial meeting she really took the time to get to know as much as she could about me and my wedding. I felt immediately comfortable with her, as if she were a member of the family. I don't know anything about flowers, and I had a tight budget, but she completely understood what I was looking for and made it happen. When the flowers arrived on the wedding day I was so thrilled with the bouquets, and when I walked into the reception hall before the reception I immediately noticed how beautiful the centerpieces looked. I received many compliments about all of the flowers and how they contributed to the summery, romantic feel of our wedding. She was also so wonderful leading up to the wedding, answering any questions or concerns that I had quickly and thoroughly. Since I'm not a flower expert, this could have been a stressful part of the process, but Pam made it so easy. I would highly recommend Pam to anyone looking for a florist for their wedding!

This florist did an exceptional job of creating the flowers as I imagined. Simple, romantic, vintage. it was a perfect representation - from bridal bouquet to bridesmaids flowers to clusters lining the aisle to reception tables. Would not have changed a thing!

Pam at Blooming Blossoms did a stellar job on the flowers for my wedding. She worked with my budget and preference for smaller, more low-key arrangements and a more wispy or free-form bouquet, and on short notice added corsages and boutonniers for the families. My initial meeting with her was lovely, she took on board all the image suggestions I emailed her, and my sample meeting with her was clear and constructive. On the day itself, the flowers looked exactly like I'd hoped they would, they were delivered in plenty of time, and several people asked if they could take them home. I wholeheartedly recommend Pam and her work!

I have only wonderful things to say about working with Pam of Blooming Blossoms! She was straight forward and honest about what she could do with the budget we wanted to work with. Our bouquets and center pieces were even larger and more beautiful than I could have imagined! She is located in Providence, RI but had no problem delivering our flowers to Cape Cod herself. I would definitely recommend Blooming Blossoms!

I rarely give five star ratings to vendors or services that I choose/use, but Pam at Blooming Blossoms is EXCEPTIONAL. She worked around our small budget, gave very solid advice on how to maximize floral placements around the venue, and deliver the kind of flowers that I wanted for my wedding. My bouquet, as well as my bridesmaids, were STUNNING. I wanted deeper colored red flowers (out of season right now), which proved to be harder to find, but Pam worked her magic. Pam from Blooming Blossoms did beautiful flowers for our September wedding at the Botanical Center in Providence - they were just lovely. The centerpieces were taken home by various guests at the end of the evening, and even the caterer said they were the prettiest flowers she'd ever seen. I greatly appreciated Pam's help and the beautiful designs she made despite my complete ineptitude at describing what it was I wanted. Even though I wasn't articulate at all, somehow she completely nailed it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

I met with 5 different florists and picked Pam, the owner of Blooming Blossoms as my florist for a few reasons; I felt her prices were fair, loved her personality so I knew we would work well together and I felt she really understood the look I was after. She nailed it. My flowers were beautiful all around, my bouquet was amazing - really. Even special touches like the card table and small arrangement on the bar, they were all special and done beautifully. Pam always responded to my emails and calls... it was really a pleasure working with her. Pam of Blooming Blossoms was one of our favorite vendors to work with! As someone who didn't care too much about flowers and didn't want to spend a ton of money of them, Pam helped create the simple and classic bouquets and centerpieces that were exactly what we were looking for! During our meetings, she asked lots of questions that other florists didn't such as what my dress looked like, what kind of reception atmosphere we wanted, etc. She was very organized throughout the planning process and especially in the weeks leading up to our wedding. Also, our wedding was Mother's Day weekend and Pam helped us get small plants to hand out to all of the mothers in attendance as a thank you for spending Mother's Day weekend with us. As part of our ceremony flowers, Pam made a gorgeous floral wreath that hung above us during the ceremony. We asked for 2 larger arrangements to put on the church steps without really giving her a picture or too much detail and they were absolutely beautiful. The flowers arrived to us on time at our hotel. In a nutshell, Pam does beautiful work for a great price. She's friendly, organized, and really tries to understand what you want for your wedding flowers. I would recommend her to any bride and groom!!

Can I give her more than 5 stars? Pam was great to work with and her arrangements are gorgeous. She pulled off multiple height center pieces using all glass vases (completely free form). She also was able to track down my favorite flower, daffodils, even though the weird winter put my wedding out of season for them. I had my own bouquet made out of clay (so I could pick flowers from any bloom season) and sent some pictures to Pam. I had hoped she'd be able to replicate the overall feel of my bouquet for my bridesmaids. She did even better and was able to find/use almost every single flower! Yes, my maids had daffodils, peonies and lily-of-the-valley in each of their bouquets. I don't know how she did it. And she was willing to work with my budget. She was able to suggest less expensive flower options, let me use my own vases to save me $ and was less than $150 more than Whole Foods – yea, no grocery store flowers. She even provided my groom with an extra boutonniere in case his wilted. Blooming Blossoms was affordable, totally nailed my vision and helped me complete my springtime wedding theme. Highly, highly recommended!

SO SO SO happy that I met Pam from Blooming Blossoms! She went above and beyond the call of duty. She made it her job to learn EXACTLY what I wanted. What impressed me the most was that at our first meeting, she asked me questions about myself, my dress, my fiance, my likes/dislikes. She really wanted to get to know me so that the flowers at my wedding echoed my personality. She also asked upfront about budget and what I was looking to spend so that she could build a proposal around that. She also gave out insight on which flowers would be most cost effective (seasonal, etc). She treated me like a daughter or niece. I got more attention from her than I would have in a big shot flower company. She made my vision come true. She did an absolutely amazing job. My guests are still talking about how romantic everything was. And my bouquet of big blush peonies was absolutely breathtaking! She scores huge points for humility, customer service and overal value. You can tell she is truly passionate about what she does which made it sooo easy to trust my day in her hands. :)

I wanted simple, elegant and natural bouquets and arrangements for my wedding and I am not very picky or fussy about things. I had potted orchids in mind - something that guests could take away and that would last a long time. The orchid arrangements that Pam delivered were beautiful as were the bouquets and boutonnieres. Pam listened to what I wanted, and while I didn't know exactly what I wanted in bouquets or arrangements, she was able to ask the right questions to put together amazing pieces that make our entire wedding party and reception absolutely beautiful and magical. Her prices are very fair and she will work with you and give you a range of options for your budget. I would definitely recommend Pam to other brides!

Pam is amazing! She was always able to meet with me when I was in RI (I live outside of New England) and was very tolerant of my indecisiveness. I was unable to see the samples before the actual wedding day, and the day of- she provided EXACTLY what I had in mind. She is fun to work with and has a ton of amazing experience behind her, especially with Whispering Pines. The mason jars on the ceremony chairs were gorgeous, as were the centerpieces for the ceremony. My bouquet was beautiful! And last minute I had her add on a small MOH bouquet- and she came through- on point! And for the money- she's just incredible.

Pam is the BEST! We had such a positive experience with Pam of Blooming Blossoms for our wedding at Whispering Pines RI. When we first met, she made it so easy, her vibrant and caring personality and her passion and love of flowers and what she does shown through. She knew immediately all of the flowers and imagined up the most beautiful ideas.
The day of the wedding everything was perfect, absolutely magical and enchanting. Filled with the most beautiful flowers, the ceremony isle radiated with spring flowers and the bridesmaid bouquets and mine were breath taking. This was one of the things I cared about the most in my wedding, because I love flowers so much and Pam completely made it even more than I had imagined. I can never thank her enough. Beautiful winter wedding flowers

I was so incredibly happy with how the flowers for our December wedding turned out. I didn't have anything specific in mind apart from a few ideas for types of flowers that I'd seen in pictures from other winter weddings, but Pam and her team took those general ideas and came up with absolutely beautiful bouquets (which became head table centerpieces at the reception!), boutonnieres, and corsages that were better than anything I could have imagined. Pam and Raquel were also so pleasant to talk to and so helpful in all of our communications. I highly, highly recommend!

Pam is awesome at Blooming Blossoms. My flowers came out BEAUTIFUL. I found her to be on the pricey side. But flowers were BEAUTIFUL, can't emphasize enough. My review was not a perfect 5.0 b/c she forgot to put flowers on top of my cake as I had requested and had written on my proposal. I was extremely diappointed when I saw my cake w/out any flowers on the top layer. Also Pam was very helpful in suggesting ideas, which was great, but certain request I had could not be accomodated, so that was also a bit frusturating. But the quality of her work and flowers are exceptional. My mother-in-law also used Blooming Blossoms for our reheasal dinner and Pam even re-used those flowers for my wedding on the next day in order to save money.

Pam was absolutely wonderful. I waited until the last minute to book a florist, but Pam spent a lot of time meeting with me and ironing out the details. Pam did a great job with our centerpieces and bouquets! I knew nothing about flowers going into the wedding planning process, and ended up changing my mind many times about the colors, style, and vision of the flowers I wanted. Pam was very flexible and accommodated our budget and my occasional "crazy bride" moments (at one point, I sent her a Powerpoint of flower ideas!), and she was able to translate my thoughts into gorgeous centerpieces and bouquets. I loved how the important pieces turned out. The one piece of advice I'd give to couples that end up working with Pam is to be really detail-oriented and explicit in the final written proposal, and make sure you get on the same page verbally one last time, too. Because we had so many in-person meetings, phone calls, and email conversations, some ideas got lost (even though I edited them into the final proposal and sent it over by email...). We didn't go over everything one last time and some of the details I expected to see (cake flowers, flower girl basket, special groom boutonniere) didn't make it to the final day. I feel that if we had walked over the final document together one last time, that wouldn't have happened. Overall, we were happy with Pam's flexibility and work with the bigger pieces though.

The florist was very flexible with our budget, however even aspects of our contract that were written down in detail were not followed very well. We specifically asked for dark blue flowers, and got pale blue with white. Driving around the local area all weekend, I see that the dark blue flowers I requested are everywhere--clearly they are in season. Also, she specifically asked what color ribbon I wanted on my bouquet. I then matched the bridesmaids headpiece ribbons to that color. The bouquet showed up with no ribbon at all and the flowers were not exactly what I had asked for. They also forgot to leave several items we needed at the reception location--I had to look up their number and have a bridesmaid call them to drop it off. My order was fairly simple, so I was surprised and disappointed that what we discussed was not exactly what was ordered.

I was really disappointed with my flowers for my wedding. I was pretty laid back about what I wanted, but for the color scheme, white and pale pale pink. Instead in each of my wedding photos, there is one bright pink peony in each of my arrangements, jumping out and not blending in at all. I did like the arrangements, but was really disappointed with the color scheme.

Mostly I was disappointed with the bouquets and boutonnieres. I had a cascade bouquet and before I even left the church (having gone there directly after leaving my house, maybe an hour after the bouquet was dropped off), flowers were falling out of it. My bridesmaids each carried a different kind of flower. I was charged $65 for 10 tulips tied together with a bow, with no additional flowers or filler. $6.50 per tulip is absurd. The bridesmaids bouquets were skimpy and I had to ask the florist to come back to my house to add additional greens to them. The boutonnieres were tiny, and didn't hold up well during the night. If it would have been more expensive to have more flowers or studier flowers, it would have been fine. I would have paid extra, but I was assured that I would have beautiful at my price point.

I wish I could say I recommend Blooming Blossoms, I had a good experience leading up to the wedding, but I was so disappointed with the actual flowers that I can't say I'd use them again.

Worst experience i've ever had with a business

I am not one to review but I feel obligated to warn others. Blooming Blossoms treated our wedding as an after thought. My husband and I provided specific photographs and additional comments to make certain they knew what we wanted. They ignored nearly everything and did what they wanted instead. The bouquets were wrong and upon delivery the individual was extremely rude to my mother. They shoved bundles of babies breath in a few jars for our centerpieces and ignored what we asked for. When our venue contacted them to ask them to fix it, the venue was told that they had no flowers. Our event manager went to Stop & Shop and bought the right flowers. They fixed our centerpieces and made it what we wanted. How is it that an event manager could do this but not the florist? They bought our arch the night before and it was nothing like we wanted because they forgot they promised to provide an arch and contacted us two days before our wedding to say they didn’t know. They forgot the flowers for our cake. I could go on. Bottom line, I have never been so disgusted by a business in my life. Shame on them!
