Made Cabo feel like home!

Bonnie and her entire team are seriously amazing. We enlisted Bonnie’s team to tour us around Cabo to look at a few different resorts and venues. They did NOT disappoint. From setting up our transportation to and from the airport, to checking to make sure we got to our hotel safe, they were there for us every step of the way. Two of Bonnie’s assistants picked us up from our resort and took us all over Cabo! They showed us several venues and did not complain one time about how long or hot the day was. They even brought us water, snacks, and fans for the ride! They provided honest feedback and suggestions for how to get the most out of each venue/resort. They are truly experts and they are all so sweet. Once we left Cabo, they helped us get quotes from various resorts and venues so that we could weigh our options. Ultimately, some family health circumstances prevented us from going with a destination wedding. One of the most disappointing parts of this change of plans was the fact that we were no longer going to get to work with the Bliss events team. They were even so sweet and understanding when we broke the sad news to them. I cannot recommend them enough, they will not disappoint!!

Canadian Bride!

I worked with Olivia & Bonnie from Events by Bliss and I can honestly say I had a fantastic experience. Typically, as a nervous bride leading up to the day, you have a lot of worries and concerns but Olivia & Bonnie did a great job at making sure everything was on track, and reassured me throughout the process (many times... lol). They're the definition of a luxury service!

The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect! I was honestly beside myself with how everything turned out - not a single hiccup. Olivia was fantastic at getting everything organized and helping us with the design, and she really went above and beyond in making sure the day was perfect. The only thing that went "wrong" was my bustle breaking on the dance floor (I'll take it!!!!) and before I even noticed, Olivia was already sewing it back together within 30 seconds!

Every vendor they recommended was 10/10 - did not have a single issue with anything we chose. I highly recommend trusting their vendor choices because I spent a lot of time researching/deciding who to go with and clearly Olivia and Bonnie know the best of the best in Cabo!!

Olivia and Bonnie are the reason the day was so perfect, and I cannot thank you both enough for everything. There is absolutely no way we could've done it without you! You both have such a special spot in our heart. We will miss you both!!!!

Fantastic!! They really became friends by the end!

Heidi and Olivia were amazing!!!! I am a very particular person, and the fact that by the end of planning I was fully entrusting them to pull every detail off says a lot! Their vendor recommendations were spectacular. Every time I started to stress they hopped onto a call with me to reassure me everything was panning out perfectly. And the week of the wedding they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure every detail and every moment went perfectly smooth! I would hire them a million times over and hate that my time with them has come to an end!! But truly so grateful for everything they helped me accomplish. They brought my vision to life and made it 1000x better than I could’ve imagined!

Went above and beyond in every aspect!

We had our wedding in Cabo in Feb 2024 and choosing Bliss Events was hands down the best decision we could have ever made. Not only did Heidi and Karla create the most beautiful wedding we could’ve ever imagined but they also helped orchestrate every aspect of our destination wedding weekend from a rooftop sunset happy hour, welcome party and day-of bridesmaid events, and surpassed our expectations every step of the way. Heidi and Karla worked diligently to stay within our budget and what they delivered was beyond our wildest dreams. Heidi’s incredible attention to detail, efficiency, experience, honesty, flexibility and professionalism is truly second to none and made the entire wedding planning process seamless and enjoyable. We have nothing but amazing things to say about the Bliss team and will forever be grateful to them for helping to create the most incredible Cabo wedding experience we could’ve ever imagined.

Could not have been better!

We heard about Bliss Events from good friends of ours and had the fortunate opportunity to see them in action at a friend's wedding well before our own. We knew they'd be great, but Bliss (specifically, Heidi Zumhofe and Julia Kuhns) far exceeded our expectations. During the planning process, they were extremely responsive and regularly joined phone calls to walk us through the planning process. On the wedding day, everything moved like a well-oiled machine and exactly as planned. And even after the wedding day they helped us close out final vendor payments and kept up the responsiveness even when their work had been finished. The best part is that we truly feel like we made new friends in Heidi and Julia throughout the process. Our wedding day was the happiest day of our lives and the two of them are the reason it went as well as it did. Even our guests made comments about how great they were! 10 out of 10 would recommend Bliss Events - and consider yourself extra lucky if you end up with Heidi and Julia as your planners.

An absolute dream to work with!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Bliss Events! The entire team was just incredible to work with, so attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. They 10000% are the reason our day was as amazing and perfect as it was. Every time someone says "wow your wedding was the best wedding ever!" I always always say "IT WAS ALL BECAUSE OF OUR AMAZING PLANNERS!!!". Olivia specifically was our main point of contact and she was the glue that kept everything together. We truly can't recommend her enough. Thank you again, Olivia and the whole Bliss Events team!

Hands down, the absolute best experience working with Bliss and their entire team! They are thoughtful, thorough, and truly listen to your desires and go above and beyond to make it happen. Our wedding in November at The Cape, a Thompson hotel was beyond our wildest dreams - mainly in part to the Bliss team. Heidi, Olivia, Estafani, Julia and Bonnie made our day (and entire wedding week) so seamless, enjoyable, and hit every single detail we were hoping for. They helped us coordinate our entire wedding week - from a family boat party, to amazingly thoughtful guest welcome bags, dream reception decor and ultimately a dream wedding. Not only are they extremely organized with their communication and organization, but they're truly the best people inside and out. We formed such a deep bond with them, we plan to see them again in Denver and Cabo as soon as we can! Can't say enough great things about them - they are the wedding extraordinaire team.

Perfection in Cabo!

Wow! Two weeks after our big day and we couldn’t be happier that we found the Bliss team to make our entire wedding weekend perfect! Making wedding dreams come true again and again!!!

Bonnie and Olivia were amazing through our whole wedding planning experience! They understood our vision and would help us make decisions on things we were unsure of! Made sure we stayed under budget and worked through negotiating with vendors to make our dreams come true! Day off was a dream everything ran so smoothly and they were there every step of the way by keeping me informed about any changes, made sure both of us had everything we needed! When we visited for tastings back in January they made sure we had everything then too! Best experience ever if I could do it again I would 100% choose them again and again!

True Wedding Magic

We planned a destination wedding in San José Del Cabo, Mexico for 104 people this May. Events by Bliss came highly recommended by close friends and I now understand why - they create true wedding magic. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and fun energy made the process stress-free and exciting. They actively listened to what we were envisioning for our wedding and made great suggestions to keep us on track. They never pressured us to go over budget - In fact, they found creative items we could eliminate like a welcome sign so that we could allocate that spend towards other items we requested like our custom coconut wall. On the day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly. As the bride, I didn't have to think once about what was next, their team was with me the whole time, gently guiding me and ensuring I had the correct items with me. Anyone is lucky to work with such an incredible and talented team! You won't be disappointed.

Events by bliss was a dream

I could not recommend using Events by Bliss for your wedding! They handled absolutely everything for me and it made planning a destination wedding an absolute breeze. Heidi, Estefani, Julia, and Bonnie are a dream team. To send them my visions and my photos and they turned it into a reality. They were there every step of the way during my wedding planning process as well as my wedding weekend. I could not have done it without them. Thank you ladies so so much!

Bliss is the best!

Heidi and Julia made our wedding weekend perfect! They planned our bachelor/bachelorette cruise, welcome party and wedding, every detail was perfect and all of our guests were blown away. They were so easy to communicate with and responsive. They were amazing in choosing quality vendors. They paid attention to every single detail and are extremely organized. The design of the event was unbelievable and truly more beautiful than anything I could have imagined or seen on Pinterest. We are so grateful that Heidi Julia and the Bliss team were our planners, everything was beautiful and seamless. There truly isn’t a better team!

Greatest Wedding Investment

The Most Magical Day Ever!!!

Working with Heidi and Julia with Bliss
Events was by far the best and most important wedding decision I made. They both made sure every last detail was handled during our wedding week in Cabo. Kevin and I were able to enjoy our family and friends and never had to stress about one single item. They created the most flawless beautiful wedding I could of ever dreamt of. They by far exceeded every dream I had about our special day. This was the best investment I made during the wedding planning process and I just want to hire them to coordinate every single day of my life. Their attention to detail was perfect and just made for such an incredible magical day! I cant thank Bliss Events enough they are AMAZING!!!

Bliss is beyond!

We cannot find enough words to express our gratitude and fondness for the entire Bliss Team.
HIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY and your wedding experience will be magical. From our first meeting on Zoom to our last hug goodbye in Cabo, we never wanted our time working with them to end. Each staff member holds a special place in our hearts because they work as friends and family and you as a couple will be embraced by their kindness and humor and crazy organizational skills. We are so beyond appreciative and tear up thinking about all the memories Bliss helped us to create. They guided us every step of the way and knew exactly when to give us time and space and exactly when to nudge us to make a decision. So patient. So thoughtful. So creative. Honestly, they exceeded beyond our wildest expectations. No joke, we're planning another trip just to hang out with all of them!

HIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY and your wedding experience will be magical. From our first meeting on Zoom to our last hug goodbye in Cabo, we never wanted our time working with them to end. Each staff member holds a special place in our hearts because they work as friends and family and you as a couple will be embraced by their kindness and humor and crazy organizational skills. We are so beyond appreciative and tear up thinking about all the memories Bliss helped us to create. They guided us every step of the way and knew exactly when to give us time and space and exactly when to nudge us to make a decision. So patient. So thoughtful. So creative. Honestly, they exceeded beyond our wildest expectations. No joke, we're planning another trip just to hang out with all of them!

Invaluable!

Working with Bonnie and Julia and the Bliss team was the biggest value add to my wedding. They help navigate vendors, budget, planning, and more so seamlessly! I'm a bit type A and they patiently answered all my MANY questions. I had two different emergency issues with my dress on wedding day and they literally stepped in to save the day, sewing my dress back on. Couldn't recommend them more :)

I worked primarily with Estefani, but also worked with the rest of the Bliss team. Estefani was my life saver throughout this process. I am so grateful for her and all the hard work she did every day to coordinate with me, plan with me, send me options, calm me down, and everything in between. She is incredible, and saved me so much stress. 12/10.

Bonnie and her team are amazing to work with! Having a destination wedding scared me a little due to not being there to plan. Bonnie made planning a breeze. From the start she was always readily available to chat and kept track of everything from the vendors, to our budget, and was so organized. I truly feel blessed to have worked with Bonnie and her team. Our wedding was 2 weeks ago and it exceeded my expectations. It was above and beyond amazing! Everything was so seamless and ran so effortlessly thanks to Bonnie and her team. I felt so care free the whole weekend and didn't have to worry about a thing. I would highly highly recommend Bonnie at Eventsbybliss! You will not be disappointed!

I am particularly so so grateful and lucky to have had you on my team throughout the entire process. I know it can’t be easy to work with brides, but you truly knocked it out of the park. Everything was beyond beautiful, exceeded my wishes, and something I (and everyone in attendance) will remember forever. Everyone continues to rave about how it was their favorite, most beautiful, most well executed, fun nights to remember forever. You made all my dreams come true - alongside all the vendors you worked with to help my vision come to light. I cannot thank you enough, it was a beautiful night (beautiful doesn’t even do justice but I cannot think of another word). I will be forever thankful to the entire team involved.
