Booking with Bliss Bridal was extremely easy (you can do it online with an effortless calendar booking) or call them. When you get to the store, you will be greeted with big smiles and more than enough excitement for you and your big day/moment! Bliss Bridal puts the bride and her guests first, the entire time. It is clean and has more than enough space for you to have your own private showing area. I am not one to enjoy dresses or do something like this, however, I was comfortable the ENTIRE TIME and ended up finding my dress. A huge special thanks to Amy for being so patient, kind, and for treating me like a family member as soon as I walked in the door. Amy was a big part of why I felt so comfortable and why I was able to find my dream dress! Amy listened to my feedback, my likes/dislikes, and made changes instantly. Feeling heard and having Amy around made me feel confident no matter what I tried on, and she was extremely knowledgeable about available dresses, tailoring options, and more! Thank you, Amy & Bliss Bridal! -

I am from the town this shop is located and the recent facility upgrade has made it even more perfect. Everyone was kind and made it easy to pick a dress. We also used their girls for alterations and everything was great! Highly recommend. -

I absolutely loved my experience with Bliss Bridal!! As a plus size bride there was a level of dread when it came to wedding dress shopping- so many shops don’t carry plus sizes, or claim to but only have lower sizes in store and I heard horror stories about poor treatment which only added to my anxiety. I planned to order online but it felt so unfair to not have the experience of trying on dresses with my mom like so many other brides. I searched in local groups and saw people of every size recommending Bliss Bridal and knew I wanted to at least try! In the end I only went to one other shop “to be sure” and ended up right back at Bliss! I was helped by Laura during my first visit who, like everyone else there, was so wonderful! The experience felt so special and they were so accommodating and sweet! They were transparent with pricing and didn’t bring any options outside my budget without asking first, and while they were honest in letting me know they don’t hold dresses I never felt pressured to buy. I was able to try on so many options and ended up walking out with the dress of my dreams off the rack the same day! The shop is gorgeous, they really make you feel like a VIP, and their sizes are so inclusive! And they have a great variety of dresses for your wedding party too! The entire experience was amazing from start to finish and I highly recommend them! -

For some reason, I always knew I would find my dress at Bliss Bridal. I don’t even know why I bothered trying any other place. When I first got to my appointment at Bliss, I grabbed a few dresses. This was the first one I put on. I loved it! Tried on a few more, ended up putting this one back on. Tried another few, ended up putting this one back on! It was absolutely stunning! They worked with us on our budget, made everything so seamless and easy, and I felt so comfortable in the dress. I wish I could wear it every day, because I absolutely loved my dress. 😍 -

I am so glad I went to Bliss Bridal to find my perfect wedding dress and veil. They listened to what I was looking for, brought me several different options to try on, gave me real, honest opinions, and let me try and retry each dress until I found the perfect one. My guests and I truly felt like royalty the entire time we were in the salon. We are thrilled that Bliss Bridal was able to provide such a special part of our big day! -

I looked for my dress in multiple boutiques and this was the only place that felt elegant, yet welcoming. They helped me find the style dress I was looking for quickly, without rushing. It was perfect. My only recommendation is to find your own tailor. I went with an in house tailor and was disappointed with service. -

The dress was absolutely stunning and everything that dreams are made of. I was extremely comfortable and easy to move in, I am still getting compliments on it almost a year later. The dress was from an Essence of Australia line. -

I walked into Bliss after months of looking at all sorts of gowns online and even had tried a few on in other stores. I had no clear vision of what I wanted for my wedding and was feeling overwhelmed. Jessie made me feel comfortable and hopeful immediately. She had me pick a few dresses that I liked and try them on. Based on my reactions and my likes/dislikes, she pulled some additional gowns that she thought matched my style and I'm SO GLAD she did. She found the most perfect dress that I didn't even know I was looking for. I had no expectations to purchase a dress that day, but as soon as I tried on this dress I knew there was no other dress for me. This dress was so unique and was truly made for me. I'm very tall and a little on the curvy side, so I was not expecting to have such a pleasant and exciting experience. Not to mention, I was working within a strict budget, and each dress I tried on was actually under my budget. I would recommend Bliss to anyone without hesitation. I'm looking forward to my wedding day even more now and cannot wait to put my dress back on! -

Finding the perfect gown at Bliss Bridal was very easy! They have a beautiful boutique in downtown Hamburg and had many dresses to choose from, with designers I had been eyeing for months. I decided on my dress relatively quickly because of how unique it was and how nicely it fit. I also really enjoyed working with the seamstress Karen. Her work was high quality, she gave me tips on how to get in and out of the dress, took pictures of me in the dress for my Mom, and was very timely in making her alterations. Thank you for the great service (thanks Ally!) and I would highly recommend Bliss Bridal to anyone looking for a wedding dress in the Buffalo area! -

I had such a great experience at Bliss from start to finish. Ally and Jesse were super helpful and fun to shop with, they completely out me at ease and had great style. Karen did a great job on my alterations. My mom and I loved coming in for my fittings and shopping at the boutique in the back of the bridal store! -

Michele was absolutely amazing, she figured out what I liked almost immediately and found me my dream dress!! She didnt pressure me into anything and was so nice to work with. I was able to take my time and did not feel rushed at all. I also loved that me and my guests had our own private room (plus champagne!!). Everyone was so nice and welcoming, I couldn’t say enough about how great my experience was. Thank you and I can’t wait to wear my dress! -

Bliss was not on my radar originally. I went to a competitor shop at the urging of most of my friends and colleagues only to be rushed and leave my appointment in tears. Another friend mentioned Bliss, and while I had heard of them, I wasn't "sure." After my abysmal first dress experience, I reached out for an appointment with Bliss and they were super accommodating with my crazy schedule. The appointment was easy. I was allowed to walk around the shop and get a feel for their vibe. It was RELAXING. After making some selections of my own, I was brought to a private, large dressing room. I was able to try on numerous dresses all around my budget. I never once felt pressured to make a decision. When I ultimately did make my decision, I was allowed to take in that moment and share a glass of champagne with my mom. It was wonderful. When the day came, I received so many compliments on my dress. It was perfect. -

Everything I Had Hoped!
My first dress shopping experience was at Bliss! I went back several times as I was in between boutiques and wanted to exhaust all of my options before making such an important decision and expensive purchase. Michelle, Ally, Jessica, Gigi and Jackie were the wonderful ladies that helped me along the way!
Each of them is very knowledgable in the designers they carry, options of materials and colors and asked questions that helped me narrow down the search! When I finally said yes, my experience was everything I had hoped it would be; my family was there to share in the celebration! I very much enjoyed my experience and am appreciative of this boutique's style, professionalism and the class it carries for such a grand event as wedding dress shopping!! -

From the moment I said yes to the dress I knew I was going to love working with Bliss Bridal. They listened to exactly what I wanted in a dress and they were able to find me the perfect one. Not only did they provide me the dress of my dreams, they worked tirelessly to make sure alterations were made to allow my dress to fit perfectly. My dress looked amazing for the wedding day and it really stood up to all of the days events. I felt the most beautiful I have ever felt on the day of my wedding, thanks to Bliss Bridal, I would highly recommend them. -

Jessica made dress shopping a breeze. After a disaster at a chain bridal store, I made an hour and a half drive from Erie, PA to Bliss Bridal. The moment I walked in I felt at ease. Jessica and the other staff were helpful and gave me honest opinions on the dresses I tried, as I made the trip alone. As a plus size bride, they made me feel gorgeous and my insecurities melted away. My experience was something I'll never forget. I'm looking forward to making the trip back for alterations, and to purchase dresses for my shower and rehearsal in the boutique. -

From the very beginning of my wedding planning, Bliss had stood out to me! They are a size-inclusive small business that truly cares about their brides! They responded to my many questions before visiting the store and made a special exception for my bridal appointment after-hours because I was visiting from out of town. Consultant Karin was so patient with me during my appointment and I ended up purchasing my dress! I have also chosen bridal party gowns from Bliss, as well! -

Trying on dresses was something that I was very anxious about doing before I came to Bliss Bridal, but they make you feel so comfortable and the experience was incredible. I found the perfect dress, and had so much fun doing so. I got so many compliments on my wedding day and have never felt more beautiful. Everyone here is so helpful and they truly want you to look and feel your best on your big day! -
