Keani and her team were very professional and made sure my husband and I were at ease during the whole planning process. They are extremely organized which I loved the most and detail oriented. Keani made sure that I was comfortable during the whole process and she was easy to communicate with. She was always readily available whenever I had questions and her feed back was extremely helpful which helped with the flow of events during the wedding. We also decided to book our hula dancers that performed during the wedding through them. On the day of the wedding Keani and Sky made sure to take care of everything behind the scenes to make sure I didn’t get stressed out and took care of all the decorations for the ceremony and reception. It all came out better than I could have ever dreamt of. The hula dancers that performed were one of the highlights of our night. I highly recommend booking with them! They will make sure to take care of you. Hands down they made my wedding the best experience ever! -

A real lifesaver!
We hired Keani for her day-of coordination services and she was an absolute lifesaver for our wedding day - we can't thank her enough! Her expertise and meticulous planning ensured that our day ran seamlessly from start to finish. She began working with us six months before the wedding, meeting regularly to ensure every detail was covered and that we stayed on track. Keani's collection of decor rentals came in handy for those last-minute additions, adding a special touch to our venue effortlessly.
During the wedding, Keani truly took the weight off our shoulders, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. Her quick thinking and preparedness were incredible - she even had mosquito ointment on hand when we needed it most! Keani's dedication and professionalism are worth their weight in gold, and we are so grateful to have had her support on our special day. Wedding planner
Keani and her team were great! First off, I love supporting a local business and a local family. Keani is amazing at what she does. She was with me through most of the wedding planning process and would make herself available to brainstorm ideas I had and or give me her feedback during the planning process even up to six months prior. I did hire her for day of coordination. However, she has been so helpful months leading up to the day of the wedding. she helped my wedding vision come to life! And I am so thankful for that. On the day of my wedding, I was completely stress-free as her and her team handled everything. Keani was extremely organized, gave me tips on where I could save money and she thought of things that I hadn’t even thought of during the planning process!
My family and friends had nothing but amazing things to say about my wedding, and I know keani and her team helped make my wedding exceptional for my guests. -

Our DIY Dream Wedding
We used BlackBook for day-of-coordination package and the bar services. We cannot thank Keani and her team enough for bringing our vision to life!! She was incredible to work with and connected us with our linen and floral vendors when we were losing steam in the planning process. Her team was incredible the day-of and it was great to use her crew for the bar as well! They took care of set-up, ceremony entrance, refilling water glasses, put out apps, and kept everything so organized when packing up for us at the end of the night! Not to mention their coordinating services starting 6 months out was such a great deal! We are very very glad she was one of the first vendor we booked after the venue. Using Blackbook’s bar services was simple and their signature drink options were awesome! We did the mai tai and lilikoi cooler which I had all night and they were fantastic! We also utilized their water bar package, coffee station, and bar taps for the kegs! They offer great customized bar options!
Overall, we are more than satisfied with the services provided by the Blackbook team. We live in Arizona and communication was never an issue during the process. Mahalo & Salamat!

Picking a vendor for bar services was very difficult - but after searching high & low, I am very happy we decided to go with Black Book Hawaii. They were very reasonably priced, friendly, professional, and we worked well together to come up with the shopping list and custom drinks. I should've known better with my guests, but we ran out of tequila! Sign of a great time. -

Amazing Bartending experience
Awesome bartending experience for an amazing wedding night! The drinks were delicious, so many options, and the most sweetest bartenders. They were so professional and were definitely there to serve the guests as best as they could! Can’t have a wedding without an amazing bar and drinks, and they provided just that! They did not disappoint! -

Black Book Hawaii and Keani are amazing!
I am so forgetful about writing reviews but I knew I had to write one to sing praises for Black Book Hawaii!
We hired Keani and her team for our wedding. My husband and I live on the mainland, so having Keani help us plan the whole thing from there was one of the biggest helps ever! I was honestly stressed about our wedding at first but the minute we hired Keani, i was so relaxed about the whole thing and knew we were in good hands. I’m very indecisive sometimes, i went back and forth a lot on things and added things last minute but Keani was always so patient and supportive in our decisions!
I’m originally from Hawaii, so Keani helped me to find local things I loved as a kid and helped us incorporate that into our special day! Not only that but she was a rockstar with everything we wanted to have! She had great connections and great vendors to suggest to us.
She got us our florals that looked absolutely amazing (you can’t even tell in the pictures that they’re not real flowers)
We used Black Book’s bar service which was absolutely amazing, everyone loved the signature cocktails that Keani helped us pick out and everyone loved the Beer taps that black book now offers!
I could go on and on about how amazing Keani and her team are because they really cared for my husband and I during our wedding and I wouldn’t have wanted any other wedding coordinator or company to work with on our special day!

Keani and her team did an amazing Job!! I can't stress this enough. Keani was great to work with! She helped us from the very beginning to end. Finding us vendors. Working out cost , keepimg us within are budge.To making us a shopping list. Figuring out what we need and what she was finding for us. even things i didn't even think about. she was on top of it. even took my vision of what I wanted for dacor and made it better then any pinterest I have seen. . I Highlight recommend renting the Wailele bar from them. Are guest loved having a beer fountain to poor there own beer. We had a blast and even still a week later having people tell us that the wedding was amazing and fun and we owe that all to keani and her team! -

I can’t even begin how to express how thankful I am for Keani. We had a horrible coordinator from a different company and planning a wedding from Seattle I was worried. Keani came in to the rescue and SAVED our wedding (tearing just thinking about it) I didn’t even hire her yet to be the coordinator, but she was so helpful and wanted to help me in every way she can. Keani worked hard to put me, and our wedding together in a matter of days! Every time I felt like things weren’t going right she had this energy that everything will be okay. When I hired Keani days before our wedding all my stress, tears, and anxiety went away. I was comfortable working with her, she was so easy to talk to, I TRUSTED her, and she trusted me. She was everything. Also, her team was amazing. 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you so much Keani and the rest of her team of Blackbook Hawaii. You will always be forever in my heart! -

BOOK THEM NOW! Keani and her team were absolutely amazing to work with for both my welcome party and wedding on the Big Island . Keani was so professional, responsive, collaborative and so incredibly friendly! Keani also made my dream come true of having a fresh coconut station (with a beautiful umbrella, rattan baskets and display) - it looked like something out of Pinterest and all my guests loved it at the welcome party! The bartenders were so great as well - they always made sure my guests were being helped and they would check in on my husband and I throughout the night. After my welcome party; they even went to the grocery to get a couple items we ran out of so we would be ready for my wedding day (the next day). Thank you so so much Keani and team for going above and beyond!! I am so grateful for your partnership - this was the wedding weekend of my dreams!! -

Black Book Hawai'i was absolutely incredible!
Black Book Hawai'i did SO much for our wedding- they were our bartenders, Keani was our "day of" wedding coordinator (but really it was so much more than just "day of") and they even decorated the arch and did our florals.
I would not hesitate to recommend Black Book for any-- or all of these things! Keani was a dream to work with- she met us at the venue about 6 months before, and did a walkthrough with us, she gave us recommendations of vendors, kept us on track as the date approached, and was always easy to get a hold of. She's easy going and made planning a wedding from out of state much more manageable. She was worth every penny in the amount of help she gave and the stress that she reduced.
Unlike many "day of" coordinators, her services start 6 months before your wedding, and she was available for calls or questions in those pivotal months leading up to the big day.
She ran our rehearsal, walked everyone through the process, and made sure that all the last minute details were remembered. On the day of, she and her assistant made sure everything ran smoothly (it was seamless), decorated the arch perfectly, gave us beautiful floral bouquets, and somehow kept everyone on task. The bartenders were all great and fun to be around, and made sure that drinks were refilled efficiently.
I had debated getting a wedding planner and I can say without any reservation that our wedding would have been incredibly more stressful and MUCH less fun without Keani's incredibly competent help. She managed everything behind the scenes and allowed all of us to have one of the best nights I've ever had.
And their prices for bartending AND wedding coordination AND flowers are very reasonable-- particularly given how well each was performed.
We cannot recommend Keani and Black Book highly enough- their services absolutely made our wedding perfect. -

Outstanding! Hire them now!
Looking for a wedding coordinator and/or bar service, look no further. Initially, we were on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator. Hiring Keani, our wedding coordinator and her team was by far the best decision we made while wedding planning. Black Book HI was the glue to our wedding to make everything go smooth. To any brides or grooms reading this, hire Keani and her team and your wedding will be executed beyond your dreams. There is a lot of small and large details that go into your wedding and I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Keani and her team to carry it through.
Keani was extremely organized with her communication with us and other vendors. She was able to calm our nerves when issues arose and provide fast solutions. She had an impressive balance of advising and listening to keep our vision. Keani provided a wealth of information rainy day set ups, how much alcohol to purchase, suggestion of vendors when planning a destination wedding and the list goes on.
In addition to wedding coordination Black Book HI also offers superior bar service that is flexible to your needs and wants. Our guests were well taken care of throughout the wedding. The bar staff mastered our signature cocktails and provided a fun environment for a night full of memories. Thank you so much for making our day so memorable Black Book HI 😘 -

From beginning to end BlackBook was a great experience! We did the option where we purchased our own alcohol and they were so very helpful through the whole process! Keani is amazing!
My husband Kerman and I worked with Keani at Black Book Hawaii as our Wedding coordinator for the past 2 years now, planning our wedding at He'eia State Park on Oahu and she was so amazing. It ended up being delayed a whole year due to COVID situation but we finally had our amazing day in the Hawaiian sun 1/15/22!
First of all, Keani is very friendly. Secondly, she is very organized and detail oriented. This was so helpful since we were planning our wedding remotely from Oregon. She organized everyone on the day of too and so we didn't have to run around or worry. Furthermore, she has a great eye for design and helped us set up a spectacular orchid chandelier and back lighting and drapery to make our reception look really special. It really is essential to have a good coordinator and Keani is the best! Yes - it is worth the money for a coordinator and Keani is worth every penny! Her husband is involved in the business too and helped to set up some of our bar items including a gorgeous Wailele (waterfall) beer dispenser to serve our kegs. They also offer full bar services if you need that for your wedding too. -

Keani was awesome! I was a little hesitant about hiring someone in the first place, but am so glad I did. I was referred to her from my neighbor who is also using Black Book as their planners. The prices were very reasonable and I didn’t have any stress on the day of. She took care of everything even with getting vaccination cards and negative covid tests before the wedding. I would totally recommend her for anyone that is even on the fence about it. Keani and her hubs totally made our day wonderful! Thank you Keani! -

Previously our wedding got postponed twice due to Covid, like many other things, but we really did not want to postpone again so we just went for it! Keani came in just a few weeks prior and totally saved it for us as we had to deal with so many changing mandates and make so many adjustments even up to the day of. But Keani and her team handled every task thrown at them so professionally. Even on our wedding day some unexpected issues came up, but I could barely tell because Keani’s attitude was so calming and “convincing” it was nothing, lol. It actually wasn’t until later after I found out she actually had a lot to deal with. So thank you so much Keani and Xavi for being the best help on our wedding day! Keani went above and beyond for our wedding! Between planning a destination wedding with a huge time difference, COVID limitations, a last minute change in venues, officiant troubles... and countless other obstacles we were forced to overcome, Keani gave us the most beautiful and perfect wedding. She was so incredibly personable, always just a phone call or text away, and listened patiently to my fiancé and I as we stumbled through the wedding planning process trying to figure out what we wanted out of our own wedding. She gave us everything we ever wanted and even more. Prices are incredibly reasonable and honestly she puts in way more effort than reflected by pricing. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator in Hawaii I cannot recommend Keani and Black Book Hawai'i enough! -

Keani was very helpful thru out the whole process and planning during the pandemic. We were able to overcome a lot of hurdles and she was there thru it all. She even flew to Kona to make sure everything was right for the wedding. It was worth every penny to us and she made made sure her and her staff made sure we had a great time!!! Keani was such a pleasure to work with! We started chatting 6 months prior to wedding and she helped enure we were on the right track with bookings, planning, and scheduling. I had some unique dancing requests for our ceremony in which she wrangled our large 22 person wedding party into behaving. ( THANK YOU) Not to mention our string lights shattering glass all over our venue (TWICE) and her handling it to ensure our barefoot wedding party didn't have any issues and we did not have to stress. We decided to hire Blackbook as a cherry on top of an amazing vacation on Kona. Keani provided 4 hours of bartending and a selection of 3 delicious tiki drinks at our VRBO. She came early and put together a beautiful bar, she was so friendly and fun to talk to! We also ordered a floral centerpiece for our dining table and she brought the most beautiful tropical centerpiece, it was gorgeous!
