  Big Day Coordination were the best!

  Highly recommend Big Day Coordination and Meaghan. They went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding. Everything went off without a hitch and we couldn't have done it without Meaghan. She was organized, responsive, creative, professional, and meticulous to the last detail.

  Big Day Coordination was simply the best!

  Meaghan and her team were amazing! We live in Seattle, but had our wedding in Dallas and we couldn’t have done it without Meaghan! She went above and beyond to make sure we were prepared for it all! Even though we hired Meaghan to help us with our reception only, she still helped us think through the details of our entire church ceremony. She was consistently quick to respond to any questions or messages from us and she took the time to listen to and understand what we wanted out of our wedding day. Our wedding was seamless, fun and so beautiful and we owe that to Big Day Coordination! ❤️

  Perfection!

  Meaghan and Adrianna are absolutely incredible and I feel so blessed to have had them as part of my wedding! They ensured every detail was perfect. In the planning process, they brought up ideas and scenarios I was never even thinking of, and I could not be more grateful! These ladies work with professionalism, expertise and grace. I highly recommend their services to allow such a peace of mind as a bride. I received so many compliments from my wedding party and guests (lots of whom had been in other weddings) and they could not believe how smoothly everything went the whole day! The timeline went perfectly to plan. It was a dream wedding, and Big Day Coordination was SO amazing to work with! I recommend to any bride as you will be in great hands. :)

  Best day ever

  I don’t even know where to start!
  Back in the spring time, Meaghan offered her time to my now husband and I to help coach us in the wedding planning process. In true bride fashion, I was all about it, my groom, not so much. However, after an hour we were so excited and truly brought to the same page with one another. Meaghan presented ideas to us that we hadn’t thought of, made us think a little deeper about things we had ruled out. It was the most productive and mind easing hour. We ended up hiring BDC month of planning services. When I say this was our BEST INVESTMENT. I mean, I wish I had hired BDC before I did anything else in the planning process.
  We received so many compliments about the detailed timeline that was put together. How smooth our wedding ran. Our guests are still raving about how smooth our wedding flowed!
  It was also a huge peace of mind for me knowing that the day of my wedding, I wasn’t being pulled in a million directions, my mom, my mother in law, nor aunts or friends were distracted from being anything but present in such a special day for us and for them.
  The tote system she has, SEAMLESS.
  
  If you are contemplating hiring Big Day Coordination, stop thinking about it and just do it. This is a day you will never get back. Hire Meaghan and her team and gift yourself with the utmost peace of mind for your BIG DAY. You will not be disappointed.

  Meaghan and her team did an awesome job for our wedding. I was hesitant at first to hire a coordinator for the day of but it was one of the best items I spent money on. They made our day care free and didn't have to worry about any of the details that day. They ran our rehearsal the day before with ease which was great since I was worried we wouldn't know what to do. If you are questioning whether to hire a day of coordinator definitely do it and go with Big Day!

  We hired Meghan for day-of- coordination. She is amazing! She was reasonable, easy to work with, and helped us stay organized during wedding planning as well as day of. She made sure we got all of the traditional wedding events (ie cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss) done in a timely manner during the wedding. All of our vendors were impressed with out timeline as well. Highly recommend.

  I did a wedding planning session with Meaghan and she was absolutely fabulous. I can not recommend her enough. She sat down and went through all of the details with me and helped me so much.   There are so many wonderful things said about Meaghan in all of the other reviews - all of which are true. If I could pick one thing to say, it would be that we would not have gotten through the day without her. She is worth her weight in gold. All the stresses I heard from other brides were non-existent thanks to Meaghan. HIRE HER!

  Meaghan is amazing! I honestly wouldn’t have had the wedding of my dreams without her help. She went over little details that you wouldn’t always think about. She also helped create a detailed timeline to send out to the vendors. She made sure everything the day of was on track and went perfectly. I would highly recommend hiring her!

  Meaghan kept us organized, on task and walked us through a million decisions without making us feel overwhelmed. And I truly don't know what we would have done without her on the big day.   We cannot recommend Big Day Coordination high enough. From the first day we met her she felt like an old friend, and put our concerns to ease. She was very responsive and prompt through the weeks leading up to the wedding. When the wedding weekend rolled around there was a major gas crisis due to the hurricane but she went above and beyond to make sure she was where we needed her to be and when. She ran the rehearsal beautifully, letting everyone know their roles for the next day. The day of the wedding she helped make things go so smoothly the entire day from the time we arrived to the grand sparkler exit when getting in the car to leave. I can't believe we even considered not having a day of coordinator, after working with Meaghan I realize that would have been a huge mistake of ours. We love Meaghan and recommend her so very highly -Tiffany and Shaun Piepkorn

She ran the rehearsal beautifully, letting everyone know their roles for the next day. The day of the wedding she helped make things go so smoothly the entire day from the time we arrived to the grand sparkler exit when getting in the car to leave. I can't believe we even considered not having a day of coordinator, after working with Meaghan I realize that would have been a huge mistake of ours.   Meaghan is probably the most organized person I've met. She is SO on top of everything and I would feel confident putting just about anything in her hands. Her fun and warm personality just makes the experience even more wonderful. She's a friend and a partner you can completely trust. I can't recommend Big Day Coordination more highly!

  Meaghan did an amazing job. This was each of ours second wedding in which neither of us had one the first time so we really didn't know exactly what to do. Meaghan took care of everything by planning out the day's events from set up to leaving the venue. During the event she made her rounds making sure that everything was on track. We wanted something that wasn't over the top and very simple and she gave us just that! You can't go wrong putting it all in her hands and just sitting back and enjoying the day.
