We cannot recommend Bethany enough. Hiring her as our day-of coordinator ended up being one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process.
From the beginning, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and help us think through decisions in a way that made the planning process feel far less overwhelming. She also helped my husband and me work toward a shared vision for the wedding when we initially had different ideas, which was something I truly appreciated. Her recommended vendor list was also extremely helpful and gave us trusted options that made planning so much easier.
What stood out most was how much stress she took off of us, especially during the final weeks leading up to the wedding. By the time the wedding day arrived, minimal was asked of me because she already had everything organized and under control behind the scenes. She coordinated vendors, managed setup and cleanup of all of our personal decor, kept everything moving on schedule, and handled countless details without needing direction from us throughout the day.
She and her assistant were also incredibly adaptable and helpful with last-minute additions and unfinished projects. Just a week before the wedding, we decided to add a tripod photo booth camera, and they handled setting it up without issue. They also helped put together several items I simply ran out of time to finish the day before the wedding. Having someone willing to jump in wherever needed made such a difference.
Another huge benefit was the variety of services and resources she offers beyond coordination alone. Her floral assistance option helped us save a substantial amount on bouquets, boutonnières, and smaller floral arrangements while still allowing us to use a florist for larger centerpiece installations and more complex arrangements. It was the perfect middle ground for staying within budget while still achieving the overall look we wanted.
Her decor inventory was also extremely helpful and allowed us to save money on additional rentals wherever possible. In hindsight, I also think her personalized signage add-on would be incredibly worthwhile for couples who don’t have the time, equipment, or desire to DIY everything themselves. I created many of our signs using a Cricut, and honestly, it probably would have been quicker and much less stressful to have Bethany handle more of those details.
Most importantly, she gave us the ability to actually enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about logistics, setup, timelines, or problems behind the scenes. Everything felt seamless from our perspective, which says a lot about how hard she was working throughout the day.
She was absolutely worth the cost, and I would hire her again without hesitation. If you are considering hiring Bethany, I genuinely do not think you will regret it.

Absolutely amazing!
I met Bethany at the bridal expo a year and a half before our wedding - we were on the hunt for a day of coordinator. Booking Bethany was the best decision! She was worth every single penny. She made sure to look into every single detail of our day to make sure it was everything we wanted. Bethany was very professional, and by the end felt like a good friend! Our day was absolutely perfect, and anything that came up she dealt with. The day ran without a hitch (that we know of 😉) and can’t thank her enough!! -

Bethany went above and beyond for our wedding and she was easily the most important person we hired out of everybody. She coordinated with all our vendors the week of to make sure our wedding was stress-free!
She was great at communicating and helping find specific decor items for our wedding. There was no detail forgotten in our wedding. Not only is she down to earth and genuine, she’s the best coordinator in the state and we were very blessed to have her as part of our big day! -

Bethany was our day-of-coordinator for our wedding, but she started helping me plan months before the actual day. She had planning tools that she let me use and we planned regular check-in meetings. She was even able to order florals and put arrangements together for me.
On the day she handled all the details while I just focused on getting ready. She took the vision I had for my wedding decor and executed it perfectly. We had the perfect wedding day and much of that was thanks to Bethany and her team. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner and/or coordinator. -

Awesome from day 1 to cleanup!
Originally, I didn't think we needed a planner for our wedding. Bethany changed my mind. Bethany was awesome! She met with us several times to investigate ideas and help us communicate with vendors. She has great decorating skills and ran with the ideas we gave her. She created a great timeline for the day of the wedding that kept us on track. She also has a plethora of decorations that we utilized including flowers. She honored our unique requests and made our day perfect! We highly recommend Bethany! -

My daughter’s Graduation Open House was a day we will always remember!
Bethany was amazing to work with! I could not have done my daughter’s graduation open house without her. She was 100% on point with my vision of what I wanted. Her ideas and creativity made the open house the girlie, beautifully decorated event I wanted for my baby girl. Also the cupcakes and cake were so delicious there was nothing left! She took care of everything which made it possible for all of us to enjoy our day. Thank you Bethany! You are truly very special and so talented. -

She Nailed My Vision!!!
I have worked with couple planners in the past and this is the first time working with Bethanny and she was amazing! I was nervous because I was like will she really understand what I want. OMG she nailed it, she understood my vision!!! It was perfect! It was beyond beautiful! The detail she put into my daughters baby shower was superb! It was elegant and so girlie! I thought I was walking into Cake Bake Shop in my home! It was an elegant girlie english baby tea party. The food she prepared was a big hit with everyone. Presentation and the taste was amazing. I highly recommend Bethanny! -

Dreams Do Come True
Bethany, was amazing!!! I had the wedding of my dreams. I have never saw anything so beautiful. She put me at ease throughout the planning process. She also calmed me down from having a complete melt down before walking down the aisle. I could not believe how beautiful everything was. She is definitely at the top of her game. -

Bethany is a lady of many talents! She provided day-of coordinating services but was helpful long before the day of our wedding. She has a whole stock pile of beautiful decorations and event linens we were able to use. Bethany used her Crikut machine to create all the signs for our wedding on mirrors and chalkboards. As a licensed baker, she also made all of our wedding cakes. I had a crazy request for layered cookie cakes and she made it happen! They were beautiful and delicious! As a hands-on bride, Bethany made me feel at ease with everything she was doing and reminded me that the only thing I had to do was show up and enjoy the day :) -

I can honestly say I don't know how we would have gotten through the wedding day as smoothly as we did without Bethany's help! Bethany provided both day-of coordination and our cake for our big day, and she was amazing!! For almost 1 year leading up to our wedding, I had the opportunity to meet with Bethany directly to go over what I was working on to plan our wedding. Bethany provides exceptional service to help alleviate A LOT of stress for her brides & grooms, including an arsenal of decor/linens/etc. to use, a breakdown by the month of what to work on so as not to be overwhelmed, and the talent to provide beautiful (and tasty) cakes as well! Bethany was able to put together the majority of our flowers for the wedding, including bouquets and centerpieces, which also helped save us quite a bit of money. She was able to tailor our cake size and provide 3 different flavors that were delicious! Especially, Bethany and her team allowed our family and friends to relax and be fully present that day and not have to worry about setting up decor or managing vendor contacts.
Bethany is amazing! Another example - our venue had an AWFUL smell on our wedding day. The entire room smelled like sewage due to some construction at a nearby site (not our venue itself), which was causing the smell to back up into our venue. Bethany did an amazing job of handling it! She got to work right away on hiding the smell and not one person knew!!
If you are questioning where to spend your budget for your wedding day, don't hesitate to reach out and hire Bethany!! We cannot recommend her enough! -

The best choice i made for my wedding
Not only was our Wedding Cake aesthetically pleasing from EVERY ANGLE (exactly as I'd envisioned); but tasted FANTASTIC too!! We had 3 cake flavors in our Gorgeous 4-Tier Masterpiece! Our guests raved about each of them! I couldn't have been happier with Bethany personally. She made all of my wedding wishes come to fruition. From start to finish; she was my Wedding Planner, Venue Decorator (Including Floral: Isle Markers/ Centerpieces/ Arrangements/ & Wedding Bouquets & Boutonnieres), Cake-Creator Artist & Program Designer. Bethany guided me, calmed my stress & became a genuine friend. Bethany will not disappoint!! If she can't "do" it herself - she will find someone or someway to GET IT DONE!

My wedding was Amazing because of Bethany!!
Bethany Cakes and Events was everything I needed for my wedding and more. She listened to my thoughts for my wedding and came up with more than I could have imagined. She helped me stay with in my budget for my wedding and develop a timeline for my day and when things needed to be done before the wedding. The wedding cake was everything I imagined in my mind and taste was scrumptious! Price was very reasonable and the vendors I was connected to through her were amazing as well.

Awesome & Creative!
Bethany’s Cakes & Events was fantastic to work with! I sent them two different pictures of what I envisioned for my wedding cake and they totally made it come to life and intertwined two designs into one beautiful cake! They were also very responsive to any messages I sent and were always accessible. -

Chanel Sent on 09/10/2018I found Bethany on a Facebook group while I was on a quest for a wedding planner. She responded and I’m so glad to have worked with her. We chatted a bit before we met and upon our first meeting she came to the table with details on flowers,invitations,cake and other things. She was immediately booked! She is a jack of all trades! She not only plans and coordinates weddings,she also makes delicious and gorgeous wedding cakes, has inventory(chargers,table clothes,decor),ordered and put together our flowers into bouquets and did all of the printing(invitations/programs). She has great relationships with other vendors but wasnt pushy about it. She was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. Very professional and without her our wedding wouldn’t have went as flawless as it did. Oh let me not forget she did all this in less than 6 months. We signed our venue contract on 5/15/17 and our wedding was 11/11/17! She will not disappoint!

Devon Sent on 06/19/2018Everyone loved the cake. We had three flavors for our wedding cake, yellow with buttercream icing, lemon cake with raspberry filling, and carmel cream cake with carmel cream filling. She was not able to cut the cake, but provided detailed instructions on how to cut the cake.
