    Highly recommend

    We got married in Hawaii this year, and working with Julie and Nicole was an absolute dream. From start to finish, they made the entire process seamless, organized, and stress-free. They were always available over email to answer questions promptly, and they planned everything well in advance with incredible attention to detail.

    Both Julie and Nicole were present on the day of the ceremony, ensuring everything ran smoothly so we could truly enjoy every moment. They have such warm, fun personalities—it was a joy to finally meet them in person and share our special day together.

    Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming, but they made it feel effortless. We were genuinely surprised by how simple and easy the process was thanks to their professionalism and experience. We couldn’t recommend them more highly to any couple planning a wedding in Hawaii.

    Best Day Ever is ... the Best.

    As Oahu was a destination wedding for us, we needed all the help we could get with finding the right place, right officiant, right flowers, right hair/makeup, photographer and planning generally. Nicole and Kristina at Best Day Ever made everything run smoothly and perfectly. Kristina was great reminding us when we needed to make decisions on certain items and kept us on schedule. Best Day Ever gave us choices in our vendors and I'm sure all were spectacular but I'm certain we chose the right ones for us. In particular, the officiant and her ceremony were on point, touching, and honored the land where we chose to have the wedding. My hair and makeup were spectacular (if I do say so myself). We have wonderful photos. Our location and flowers (for altar, bouquet, leis, and haku leis. On the day of, Nicole was there to keep me calm and instruct all of us where to be when and what to expect. In short, the wedding could not have gone more perfectly and that is attributable to Best Day Ever! Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding day so beautiful and meaningful. 💜

    FIVE STARS!! Nicole (Best Day Ever) and her team were amazing! They made our beach wedding stress-free and fun. The team (planner, reverend, and photographer) were super organized, my bouquet was stunning, and they added thoughtful touches that made everything feel so personal. My husband was skeptical at first about hiring a wedding planner, but after all was said and done, he agreed that choosing Best Day Ever was a smart decision. There is just so much to think about and do to plan such a special event. Huge thanks to them for making our day unforgettable—we would recommend them to anyone!

From the very first consultation to the final send-off at our Oahu wedding, Nicole was an absolute dream to work with. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful, but Nicole made the entire process smooth, fun, and totally stress-free.

    She was organized, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. Nicole truly listened to our vision and brought it to life more beautifully than we could have ever imagined. Every detail was perfectly executed—from the stunning venue setup to the flawless timeline coordination. Our guests were in awe, and we were able to just soak in the magic of the day without a single worry.

    Kristina and Nicole were amazing! Friends and family kept asking me how wedding planning was going and they were so surprised when I told them it was great and I had zero stress. Best Day Ever really made it an easy stress free process. Our day was beautiful and everything I could have ever imagined! I would do it a hundred more times if I could. Thank you BDE!!

    Destination wedding

    I would highly recommend Nicole and her Team as they were very professional and organized. I worked closely with Kristina in planning our wedding. She made the whole process stress-free and easy. She gathered all the quotes from vendors and all we had to do was choose. On the wedding day all we had to do was show up everything was set up beautifully, I highly recommend their services

    A Good Value

    Best day ever was the best wedding planners we could have asked for. We spent a year planning our wedding in Oahu, never actually having set foot in Oahu, which made for a bit of a challenge. However, the best day ever team’s expertise (thank u Nicole and Kayla) eased so much of our stresses! We had an initial FaceTime meeting where we discussed our dream wedding and how BDE could help us fit it into our budget. We then communicated over email over the course of a few months. BDE was so patient and kind and flexible especially with our multitude of questions and also the changes we made throughout the planning process from finding the right vendors to all the minute details. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience.

    The actual day of was such a breeze (no pun intended as it was windy). We had little to no stress as BDE took the reins and gave us a timeline and map the previous week to distribute to our guests and our bridal party. On the day of, they set up everything and managed even with the weather! If we had to do it all over again (and I hope not), they would still be the choice we made! Thank you so much for the most memorable day of our lives.

    The KEY to the perfect wedding is Best Day Ever!

    Nicole is the best wedding planner we could've asked for!! She helped us plan the most perfect wedding from thousands of miles away. She was prompt with her responses and clear with her communication! Nicole put together a list of vendors to choose from that was complete, but not overwhelming, with her own personal recommendations based on what she learned about us throughout the planning process. She also worked closely with us to personalize our wedding day timeline to prioritize moments that we cared about most (lots of dancing and time with guests!). We never wondered where we were supposed to be on our wedding day because she guided us and executed our timeline so seamlessly. Our wedding weekend ended up being super windy, but Nicole was on top of it and made last minute adjustments that made our special day even better than it was originally planned to be. We can't recommend her and her team enough because our wedding day was truly the BEST DAY EVER!!

    Truly was the Best Day Ever!

    I'm so glad I found Best Day Ever to help plan and execute our micro wedding on Oahu! Nicole and her team are such wonderful and accommodating people, they're truly are the best! They're are the nicest people you'll ever work with while planning your wedding, we trusted them whole heartedly because we were trying to plan a wedding from California and they did not disappoint! We were having trouble finding a venue for our wedding vision when we came across Best Day Ever website and reached out to them immediately because of their wide range of venue packages!     Best Day Ever: Makapu'u

    Best Day Ever truly made our wedding day the best day ever! Nicole made planning an elopement a seamless process. It was great having her expert guidance on all of our hair/makeup, venue, officiant, flower and photographer options. She provided multiple options and shared notes on each. She facilitated the bookings and provided contact info and timelines for the day of. We didn't have to deal with any logistics or scheduling. Her attention to detail was great. Walking into the venue on the day of the wedding we had zero stress and everything was perfect. We highly recommend Best Day Ever if you are looking for the perfect Hawaiian elopement or wedding!

    Best day ever!

    Cannot recommend Nicole enough. She was beyond helpful, always got back to me in a timely manner, and eased every one of my nerves. I live in Alabama, therefore, planning a wedding in Hawaii can be challenging. She took care of EVERYTHING!!! We even had a few bumps in the road a few days before and she was able to get on the phone and try to fix it for me.

    On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was on time and set up. I didn't feel stressed at all. It truly was the BEST DAY EVER!!!!!

    Nicole & Best Day Ever is Amazing!

    I could not have imagined our wedding having gone as smoothly as it did without Nicole. I'm naturally an anxious person but I could not have been more calm with everything regarding my wedding. Nicole helped us plan for everything and was so good about reminding us about everything, keeping us updated on everything and keeping the communication line open. On the day of the wedding, she was so helpful with everything and I could not be more happy with how everything went. Nicole is genuinely the nicest person in the world and I cannot express how thankful I am for her. I'm not great with words, but honestly, if you're thinking about doing a destination wedding in Hawaii, Nicole and Best Day Ever is definitely the way to go, I promise you won't regret it!     A night we will never forget!

    Nicole from Best Day Ever helped us plan our wedding from Miami. Without her we wouldn't have had the wedding we had. Every vendor recommended (we chose from a list Nicole gave us) went above and beyond for us. I can not thank Nicole and all the vendors enough. Our wedding was more than we had every dreamt of. She also kept us within our budget and was super patient with us. Every guest at our wedding complimented their professionalism and attention to detail. I was and still am overwhelmingly grateful to Nicole, the vendors and her staff, I truly can not say it enough. It was definitely a day I will never forget and neither will my guests!

    Best day ever: dream elopement!

    We had a wonderful experience with Nicole and her team at Best Day Ever. It was hard planning an elopement from the mainland, but Nicole was excellent at sourcing recommendations for everything from vendors to a place to have lunch after the ceremony. The videography team she recommended really knocked it out of the park. Was very understanding and accommodating even when me (the bride) was running late to the ceremony!

    Stress Free Hawaii Elopement

    When we got engaged we knew we wanted a Secret Island elopement, but literally nothing else. Being from NJ we definitely needed help to make it happen. Thanks to Nicole and her team we had the most stress free (& fun) wedding planning process and wedding day. Her team was very responsive and highly communicative throughout the whole planning process down to the itinerary the night before. Nicole's team sourced all our wedding vendors who were all top notch (officiant, photo, video, HMU, floral, ukulele) and even provided luau recommendations for after our ceremony. Our wedding day was incredibly special and truly stress free thanks to the BDE team!

    If you're thinking about hiring them, DO IT!

    Thanks to Nicole and her team, we literally had the "Best Day Ever." We live in California so planning a destination wedding myself was just something I did not want to stress myself with. Thankfully, I ran across BDE and it sounded like the perfect match to what we were looking for. My point of contact was Alyssa, who we loved! She was super helpful, catered to all our needs and questions. Nicole and Alyssa made wedding planning feel like a breeze for us. Nicole was so helpful in giving her expert advice on things we had no clue about. We completely trusted her and on our wedding day, we knew without a doubt that we made the best decision by choosing her. It was absolutely beautiful and everything that we could have imagined. They picked out the best officiant and photographer based on what we wanted and we built really good relationships with all of them. It feels like we made life long friends in the process. We plan on doing vow renewals every 5-10 years and I'd definitely choose Best Day Ever to plan those events too. They're the absolute best at what they do.

    Truly the Best Day Ever!

    I was looking for someone who could help make our intimate beach wedding perfect and Nicole delivered! Everything from securing the guitarist who worked with my daughter who danced hula to the flower arch and photographer. It was seamless and really fun. We are later life loves and having someone professional, pleasant and super reliable meant everything to us. Thank you Nicole!

    Amazing team and a dream come true!

    Nicole and her team at Best Day Ever was the perfect fit for us. They were extremely knowledgeable and on top of their game at communicating thru email. The entire process was seamless, easy and super fun for having Nicole and her team as our planners. We were so happy with our officiant, photographer, florals, hair and make-up artist. We when got to Secret Island, we were blew away on how beautiful it turned out. Overall, we are so pleased with our choice to have Nicole as our planner, we can't thank her and her team enough for our wedding to be special, it was a dream come true.     We got married in Hawaii in August and with Nicole’s help, it was perfect and a dream come true. Nicole not only helped us plan everything to a tee during the weeks leading up to the wedding (and was super helpful and flexible as we had to reschedule our wedding twice), but also made sure everything ran smoothly during the wedding day – we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding.     Best Planner Ever!

    When we were starting to plan our wedding in Hawaii we spent hours looking for different planners to help us navigate through the process. We had several exploratory calls with different planners and we knew right away after our call with Nicole at Best Day Ever Hawaii that she was the perfect fit for us. She was extremely knowledgeable however, the thing that set her apart from the rest is that she was extremely friendly and put so much care, thought, and time into her responses. She helped us talk through the different packages to find which one was the best fit for us.

    Once we officially signed her as our planner, she made the entire process seamless, easy, and fun. We don't live in Hawaii, and we felt 100% comfortable having her plan our wedding as she knew all of the vendors, and even got us great discounts! We were so happy with our officiant, photographer, florals, hair and makeup artist, and restaurant reception recommendations. Once we finally made it to Hawaii for our big day, Nicole blew us away again with her organization and professionalism at our wedding ceremony. The day went off without a hitch and she had several backup plans ready to go in case of an unexpected event like rain.

    Overall, we are so pleased with our choice to have Nicole at Best Day Ever plan our wedding and would 10 out of 10 recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner in Hawaii. Thank you, Nicole, and the rest of the Best Day Ever team for planning our most perfect day!

    Amazing people, venues and company!!

    The best decision (besides asking Lisa to marry me) was hiring Best Day Ever! We had an amazing experience every step of the way. Planning a wedding can be stressful enough without a pandemic going on, but Nicole and Alyssa made every step fun and easy. The communication and professionalism has been amazing, and the venue and vendors were all the best of the best!!!     Nicole from Best Day Ever did such an amazing job helping us to plan our destination wedding at the Halekulani on 1 September 2019. Being from Australia, planning a destination wedding in Hawaii seemed a little daunting, however Nicole was so responsive to emails and queries and always put my mind at ease. Vendor selection was so easy with Nicole and we were so excited to have the dream team of vendors for our big day. We were also so impressed at how detailed our wedding day timeline was and we really think this helped us to have a wedding that will always be remembered as one of our best days ever!     Best day ever!

    I would 100% recommended Nicole and Best day ever, she did such an amazing job organising our wedding at Kahala beach park 9/10/2019 she was always one step ahead with the organisation and was very prompt in responding to our emails. On the day everything was perfect, all of the vendors ie hair/makeup, photography, officiant, florist right down to the suggestion for our wedding dinner, that she organised and suggested we’re just simply amazing, I can’t thank Nicole and her team at Best day ever enough for all the hard work, we flew in to Hawaii from Australia I thought it would be stressful to organise a overseas wedding but I had absolutely no stress at all, all thanks to Nicole!     The key to making our wedding day beautiful

    My husband and I were absolutely delighted by the excellent service we received from Best Day Ever. This was a destination wedding for us and after a brief thought that we could do it by ourselves (so naïve!) we quickly realised we would need help. We dealt with Nicole from start to finish, and booked the partial package.
    Her communication was excellent - she was prompt with responses and always had personalised, thoughtful ideas and suggestions for any questions we had. She recommended excellent vendors to us, all of which we were very glad we booked.
    There is NO way our wedding would have been as special and lovely as it was if we had not enlisted BDE help. Just the fact that I could get ready on the morning of the wedding and simply enjoy myself - not have to think about any of the details - was priceless as far as I'm concerned. I tend to be a worrier and perfectionist by nature, so the fact I was relaxed on my wedding morning was testament to the trust I had in Nicole that it was all taken care of.
    We will be forever grateful for our beautiful day and couldn't recommend Nicole and Best Day Ever any more highly.

    Truly, the best day ever

    Best Day Ever was wonderful! They really pulled everything together. It was super amazing having them on the island while we live on the mainland. We actually never had to come to Hawaii before the wedding and the first time meeting the crew was at our actual ceremony. We completely got rained out, but Best Day Ever really made it the best day ever! It went flawlessly and even though it poured we had an amazing time. We wouldn't have wanted it any other way!

    Thank you so much for making our amazing day that much more special and really sticking through the weather with us! You all are truly amazing!

    We did the month of package with BDE and it was so wonderful to not have to worry about things that last month, especially during crunch time! Erika took over and made it so easy - she let me be as involved or not involved as I wanted. She made herself readily available via email, phone or text, and was there for us the whole time!! She even was open to working with my mom as well, since we are so close and she was an important part of all the decision making. I think there may have been a few blips on the wedding day, like all weddings, but BDE was so awesome that I honestly didn't notice and to me and my now husband and our family and friends, it was just one fun and beautiful day/night, and we have Erika and Nicole to thank for their hard work in making a smooth running and amazing wedding!!!

    Working with Best Day Ever was the reason we had the wedding of our dreams. My wife and I were nervous about planning a wedding in Hawaii remotely from Canada, but Nicole and Erika took care of everything! We talked about our vision for the day and, at each step in the process, we were given their recommendations. If we had preferences besides what they had suggested they were more than open to that. If we had concerns with their suggestions, they were open to that discussion as well. But as it turns out, all of their suggestions were spot on! From the location and the florals to the officiant and music...everything was perfect! We were on vacation in Hawaii for 2 weeks and our wedding day was the LEAST stressful day of our holiday - I think that says it all.

    If you're looking to plan a destination wedding in Hawaii, look no further than Best Day Ever.

    What can i say. Nicole and Erica have been AHHMAZZZING! We came all the way from Australia to get married & they literally organised every single thing for us for our wedding. We had absolutely no stress at all when it came to our wedding thanks to these two beauties. They were always one step ahead with everything and made our day so special! Our day was so beautiful & stress free i have even had friends ask for their details so they can use them for their wedding.

    This review is long overdue but I had to make sure I eventually wrote one because they were AMAZING. My husband and I got married back home in Hawaii last May and we had to make most of our plans on the mainland. Needless to say we were stressed about this, however Nicole and Erika had everything figured out to the second (literally). On the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about anything. They had everyone in place and had thought of everything so I didn't have to. They even memorized my guests' names so that they could say hi to everyone and make them feel welcome. They did so much work behind the scenes and made the job look so easy. To this day we still talk about how good they were and how we wish they could plan our day to day lives :P. We've gotten multiple compliments from friends and family about how organized and stress-free our wedding was and I know it was due to their awesome planning. Nicole and Erika- thank you!!!

    Nicole and Erika from Best Day Ever were such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Best Day Ever. They did an amazing job making our wedding arrangements and we never felt an ounce of stress over any planning details. I never thought it would be so easy getting to the alter, especially for a destination wedding! Even though we live in Wisconsin, Nicole and Erika were good at communicating via email and phone when necessary and we felt very comfortable letting them handle the details. All of the vendors that they use are top notch and we had an equally amazing experience with them as well. We would definitely recommend Best Day to friends and family.     My husband and I had recently gotten married in July and we both can honestly say that without Nicole and Erika, our dream wedding wouldn’t have been possible without them. When we were in the process of looking for a wedding planner for our dream destination wedding in Hawaii, we did what most couples would do which was to look up good ratings for people who would help make our special day magical. We decided to go with Nicole and Erika based on their glowing reviews and couldn’t have picked a better group of ladies to work with. It took about a year to plan with email exchanges in between and a couple of over the phone conferences. They made it as stress free as possible by doing research and picking their top choices for us to choose from based on our budget. They also made our Pinterest ideas come to life and were very knowledgeable about which vendors to go with. We ended up getting married at the Turtle Bay Resort in Oahu and also had the reception there which was outside on the lawn, under clear tents, over looking the clear waters. We also had entertainment there as well such as fire dancers, hula girls, and a live band. I smile every time I think back on that day and it was truly the best day ever! We now have an excuse to go back to Hawaii to celebrate our many anniversaries. If you’re debating on who to go with for your destination wedding, stop looking now and just go with Nicole and Erika. They are very sweet, amazing at what they do, and I promise you that you won’t regret it.

    My destination wedding’s a year away and I don’t even know where to start! Eek! I live in Ireland and i’m getting married in Hawaii. We absolutely HAVE to get a wedding planner. Booking someone over the internet who you’ve never met before to plan THE biggest day of your life is a daunting task. I started googling and after only 2 or 3 minutes came across Best Day Ever. i loved the look of their website, the packages they offer and they genuinely sounded like they LOVE what they do. i read a few testimonials and got in touch with my then fiance to tell him I really feel like this is the company we should go with to plan our wedding. I sent an email practically begging for help and I heard back within 24 hours to say “of course we’ll help!” Happy days!
    From the word go I was instantly reassured and de-stressed. 1 phone call with Alyssa had me convinced we were doing the right thing by booking best day ever! they were extremely professional regarding contracts and finding out what we wanted for our dream wedding. During the year, Alyssa was extremely prompt and organised about getting in touch at the right time about all the important information.
    Our wedding was exactly what we wanted! It was perfect! We met Nicole and Erika on the day itself and they couldn’t have been nicer! They genuinely seemed excited for us to be getting married. it’s not just a job for them. They knew exactly what was needed of them of the day and they delivered perfectly. All of our guests said it was one of the nicest wedding’s they’d ever been to. All the vendors that were suggested were perfect. From our officiant, Kahu Bruce, to our photographer, Nick Pugay and our hair/make-up artist, Faith & Beauty.
    I would recommend anyone getting married on Oahu to use Best Day Ever. You will truly have the BEST DAY EVER!!

    We knew that planning a wedding in Hawaii from Switzerland was not going to be easy and we needed the best wedding planner. We really were very lucky to have found Best Day Ever, as they were perfect! We could not have asked for more.
    All the weird questions, all the months of preparation from abroad, all the details were treated with care and quickly. Thanks to that our marriage was absolutely wonderful and we will never forget the kindness of the whole team.

    Plan a destination wedding is stressful and scary, but luckily we had the help from Nicole and Erika!!

    The moment when I saw the bohemian wedding package from BDE's website, I knew this is the one. Nicole and Erika were so good at what they do, all we had to do is to pick what we like, and they just magically made it happen!! It was awesome!! They worked with all vendors to get the best deal for us, and they were really looking out for our best interests!!

    At the day of wedding, everything was beautifully decorated and it's like out of a movie scene. Our sweet musician Kiana Luna and our awesome photographer Frank Amodo were also out of the worldly good at what they do!!

    After we got back to mainland, Nicole even surprised us with a well thought-out edited video of our wedding ceremony and reception. It still brings tear to our eyes when we watch the video. My husband and I can not thank Nicole and Erika enough for making our wedding day so special!! If you are looking for a wedding planner, definitely go for BDE!!

    Erika and Nicole helped me plan my "special" wedding. The groom and I wanted a short, sweet wedding followed by a party no one could forget. We wanted food trucks, shave ice, donuts, lawn games, a dj, and a bartender. They gave us recommendations for other vendors to use for the event: makeup artist, transportation for guests from Waikiki to Wahiawa, Photo Booth, port-a-potties for our outdoor event, rentals.

    I had a short panic attack when we found out our original food truck company could not make it at the last minute. I didn't have to worry about finding another vendor on such short notice. Erika quickly found another food truck company to take their place. She did a great job because the guests raved about the food.

    My husband and I came up with the plan and booked a few vendors but Best Day Ever made everything happen seamlessly. I was calm as a cucumber on the day of because I knew they'd handle all the details and I was able to enjoy myself.

    One of the best things we've done for our wedding was to book Best Day Ever for our wedding planning. If you're having a destination wedding...then this is a must. About 3 months of researching for wedding vendors...we decided to hire help. And we wanted someone local so they can tell us first hand what would best match our wedding vision. Best Day Ever had the characteristics we were looking for in a wedding planner: organized, professional, fun!!

    Nicole and Erika are amazing to work with! I was hesitant at first to hire a wedding planner since I still wanted full involvement in the planning process but it turns out that in the beginning process, they are there as an excellent resource and come in when we needed them. And we ended up needing them a lot! Nicole gave excellent vendor recommendations based on our budget and wedding vision. With their help, we found our venue (Moana Surfrider), photographer, videographer, florist, DJ, and ukelele player. I've been a bridesmaid in several weddings, and I cannot tell you how wonderful it is have a team of vendors that know each other and like working with each other. Nicole and Erika have great relationships with several vendors so we knew we were well taken care of.

    The most crucial part of wedding planning is the day of. The amazing part is that Erika and Nicole took care of everything! My only task as the bride was to get ready on time. They handled all the necessary communication with my vendors. They set up our reception beautifully! And the best part was having our bridal party enjoy the day as well.

    Nicole and Erika do intimate weddings and bigger ones (we had a guest list of 105). These two have the planning process down to a science. Their experience in weddings, personal skill sets and team synergy is what makes the service they provide so valuable. If you're thinking about a wedding planner, then Best Day Ever is the way to go!

    My name is Shinji and my wife’s name is Marisa. We are from the Big Island of Hawaii and our wedding was held in the small town of Volcano. These two ladies did a spectacular job of ensuring our big day went as smoothly as possible.
    If you are considering working with Best Day Ever to plan your wedding, just do it! Nicole and Erika are not just worth their weight in gold, they are priceless. Their services allowed my wife and I to be fully present and completely in the moment at our wedding; this is invaluable. We will forever remember our wedding as a blissful and magical experience. Without them it would have been a stressful logistical nightmare.
    We got the “full coordination” package and it was totally worth it. We were on the fence about it because of the cost, but we are very happy we went with this option. It allowed Erika and Nicole to plan the wedding from the beginning. In the end we actually saved money going this route because it reduced the number of vendors we had to hire.
    We just handed the reigns over to Nicole and Erika and they made magic happen. We did not have to worry about a thing. Like most couples, my wife and I were very naïve to the reality of planning a wedding. We were thinking very generally and vaguely…”ceremony, food, music, toasts, cake…. easy” we thought. Wrong! There were literally hundreds of details that we had not considered. Even if we had considered them, who wants to be handling countless details on the most important day of your life? Not us, not you, not anybody.
    Through Nicole and Erika’s careful planning, years of professional experience and on-the-fly problem solving, our special day truly was the “best day ever” for both my wife and I. Because the two of them handled the logistics of our event seamlessly, we were able to truly be the stars of our wedding. We were able to interact with our guests and enjoy every minute of our celebration without having to think about what comes next.

    I can't say enough good things about the girls at Best Day Ever! They helped manage every detail, gave very honest reviews and opinions of all of our potential vendors, shared every detail to make our day as smooth as possible (i.e.: travel time, ideal and hard times of day for each spot/event, etc.), and kept on top of us to make sure everything was handled efficiently and we had no worries by the time we arrived on the island. They did a great job keeping our 5 year old entertained so we could truly be in the moment and enjoy taking pictures after the ceremony. Our dream wedding was more than we ever could have hoped for it and it never would have been possible or as perfect and stress free and magical without them in the planning process and on the actual day.     The ladies at BDE exceeded my expectations! I was very nervous that I had to plan our wedding from Arizona but the ladies calmed all my nerves (multiple times!). The ladies executed our wedding flawlessly and I literally didn't have to even think on our wedding day. They were professional, accommodating, and detailed.     Love, love, love these ladies so much. My husband and I hired them for full coordination, and we did not regret it. Ladies, spend your money on Best Day Ever instead of the silly little things that we think are so important on our wedding day. They are well worth every penny. They worked with our budget and got us wonderful vendors that worked within our budget. Best of all, when you don't have to deal with contracts, price negotiations with vendors all throughout the planning stages and issues at the day of the event, it's the best feeling in the world. I did deal with some small family drama during the wedding but THAT they really couldn't help. That's just my crazy family. Haha! They actually worked with us for two years as we had a long engagement and I must say, I missed them after the planning and wedding was over. Love you Best Day Ever!

    What can we say about Best Day Ever? When my husband and I decided to have a beach wedding in Hawaii we didn’t know where to start and initially found the idea very daunting. When we tried to plan the wedding ourselves, we soon realised that it would be very stressful and take a lot of our spare time. However, after doing some research into wedding planners, we came across the team at Best Day Ever. We found them professional, helpful and patient and they were always quick and efficient in responding to our many email questions. They we able to recommend and put us in touch with vendors as well as providing detailed timelines of how the wedding day would be structured. We really couldn’t have asked for a better service. Even though we chose the most basic beach wedding package, we think that they went above and beyond to make our wedding ‘The Best Day Ever’!

    We were looking for a beautiful, beach wedding and that is exactly what Best Day Ever gave us!! Nicole and Erika’s assistance was invaluable and actually allowed us to enjoy our wedding instead of stressing out over the planning.

    What my wife and I really liked about Nicole and Erika is that they took the time to get to know us and understand what our vision for the wedding was. We were really impressed with their professionalism, communication and patience.

    As it turns out my wife and I made some changes to our initial plans for the venue and Nicole offered some wonderful options that helped us reshape our decision. She did extra research to accommodate us and the process moved forward smoothly. We really appreciated the way she adapted and was so flexible.

    My wife and I opted for the full coordination plan. We were very impressed with the Best Day Ever team’s suggestions and vendor references. The toughest job for us was to select a best option amongst a group wonderfully qualified vendor candidates.

    Having a destination and multi-language wedding seemed like a daunting task for us. However, we were ecstatic with the results and our guests gave us so many wonderful compliments on our special day. None of this would have been possible without Best Day Ever. Through the year plus of working with Best Day Ever they kept us on track and offered so many wonderful suggestions to make sure we got exactly the wedding we were hoping for.

    What impressed us the most though was the seamless way ceremony and reception went. Erika and Nicole were there every step of the way with us. From assisting me with my bow tie, to wrangling guests for photos, to helping keep us on time for both our speeches and sunset photos, they were there to take care of any and all of the little unexpected things that might occur on this day.

    If you are having a wedding in Hawaii we highly recommend Nicole and Erika. You will get your Best Day Ever!!

    There was absolutely no way we would have been able to pull off our dream destination wedding without Nic & Erika’s help!

    We booked BDE's partial wedding planning package a year out in advance while on a week long vacation in Oahu. Nic and Erika worked with our limited time on the island and helped set up meetings with different photographers, florists, DJs, and linens. By the end of that week we basically had most of our big vendors booked. We were able to select the highest quality vendors for the best value. BDE especially went above and beyond with helping us secure a cafe lights & paper lantern decor company by meeting up with the hotel manager and decor vendor at our hotel venue to finalize the set up requirements. Come wedding day, Erika and her team had all the bases covered allowing us to spend as much time as possible with our guests. Erika even brought us drinks so that we could enjoy the limited time we had together to eat!

    Bottom line, you cannot go wrong with BDE. They provided an excellent service at a great value. All the the vendors they recommended exceeded our expectations especially our photographer Shawn from Black Tie Cinema, DJ Kevo, Hawaii Photo Booth, It's So Pretty Linens and Accel Decor.

    Erika, thank you for all of your hard work, awesome malasadas and great memories. Mahalo!!

    How can I even capture how wonderful Erica and Nicole are in words?! They were our wedding planners and helped us the month before the wedding and most importantly, on the big day. They were friendly, understanding, hard working, punctual, flexible, and helped us get everything exactly how we wanted it. I couldn't more highly recommend them. And if you are on the fence about whether having a wedding planner at all is worth it, and doubly so if it is Best Day Ever. JUST HIRE THEM!!!

    I wish I could give six stars to Erika and Nicole from Best Day Ever! Although at the beginning of my wedding planning I was one of those brides who thought she could do everything by herself, I realized I needed some outside help after having super stressful wedding nightmares. From the first meeting with the team, I knew that Best Day Ever would be a huge help during an event with a ton of moving parts. I went with the Month Of Package but I wish I had gone to them earlier and used one of their more complete packages.

    On my wedding day, I was able to relax and fully enjoy the day, unlike a lot of friends of mine who decided to go without a wedding planner. Nicole and Erika helped with everything from sewing my dress back together when it started coming apart after my grand entrance, to helping the MC with the program, to seamlessly coordinating family photos and the wedding rehearsal, to coming up with creative solutions for wedding games, to perfectly placing wedding details, to organizing a flawless wedding timeline, among many, many other things that I wouldn't even have thought of on my own. Not only were they incredibly organized, they are two of the sweetest people I've ever met. They worked really well with all my vendors, even though they hadn't chosen them. I loved Nicole and Erika's energy, dedication, organization, and positive attitude throughout the whole process. I already want to plan a renewal of vows or other events just so I can work with them again :) I wholeheartedly recommend Best Day Ever for your wedding planning needs!

    Nicole & Erika at Best Day Ever were great. They weren't pushy at the beginning and let us knock things out on our own timeline but as the date neared and the list loomed large they gently persuaded us to kick things into high gear. The best thing was that during the planning phase we consistently worked with just one but when we met up prior to the wedding both were fully versed in every detail. On the wedding day having two people is far superior to one. You can only do so much by yourself but when two things need to happen simultaneously in separate areas having a second person makes all the difference.

    We were half way across the World in England and didn't know the first thing about how to plan a Wedding in Hawaii. I am so glad we had Erika, Nicole and Kelli. They sorted out absolutely everything for us. They knew which vendors were professional and trustworthy and found us a wonderful driver, a perfect florist, a superb photographer, a lovely makeup artist and the perfect Kahu.

    All of our friends who have married before us have always been so stressed before and even during their wedding day but we were so relaxed the whole time and that was all thanks to Erika, Nicole and Kelli. They had been busy contacting us in the months before the Wedding finding out exactly how we wanted our day and thought of all the things we would have forgotten about.

    They were also available 24/7 to answer any questions we had leading up the wedding always replying straight away. They made the whole process seem so easy for us.

    On the day everything went without a hitch, they had coordinated everything to run like clockwork. From the makeup in the morning, to the collection of the flowers, to the return journey all the vendors were timed perfectly.

    The sweetest thing was that when we got home we found out that Erika and Nicole had made a video for us of our wedding without us noticing which they edited and set to music themselves. This was such a nice surprise especially since we had not paid for a videographer. We have enjoyed so much showing that video to everyone back in the UK and it brings tears to many who watch it!

    The girls were worth every cent and I would recommend them to anyone. It felt as if they always went above and beyond their contracted duty to make sure we had an extra special day; we really felt well looked after.

    We were so blessed & fortunate to have Best Day Ever (BDE) as our planning team for our destination wedding. Right from our initial email, we felt that Kelli, Nicole, & Erika were invested in making our day amazing. Even though we were planning a wedding from almost 4,000 miles away, the BDE team walked us through each step as we prepared for our special day. Kelli, Nicole, & Erika took the time to find out what the perfect wedding would look like for US. Through thoughtful communication, they were able to find vendors that would meet our needs and personalize the day to make it extra special. The day of our wedding was calm, smooth, and worry free. We had a beautiful itinerary of the day which kept our minds at ease. Looking back, working with BDE was the best decision we made for planning our wedding because these women have a true gift for creating the most beautiful day. We recommend BDE a thousand times over!

    Coming from New Zealand being on another side of the world and having an internet as your only guide is a bit difficult. Found these beautiful ladies through Yelp. I'm soooo glad we were able to work with them, so easy, hassle free at no stage I had a feeling of uncertainty. They were always responding to the emails, answered every single question I had :) (trust me I had many he-he!)

    Everything was planned at the rite time; they were suggesting me what I should be thinking of next etc.

    We had a small wedding with only three guests selected the Basic Destination Wedding package, it had everything we needed.

    All the suggestions that Nicole made and every advice was thoughtful made for our wedding and our day. They truly understand what the bride (the couple) is after. They are professionals and know their staff. People who they work with are the best and have only positive words to share.

    I can't describe how wonderful they are!!!

    We definitely wouldn't have been able to do it without them. Being so far away and in a different country is very difficult, but having someone as amazing as they are is a MUST and made it stress free.

    My Fiance now Husband and I live in LA- I am from LA and he is Australian. I work in Entertainment and he founded and runs a non profit...we have crazy day to day and knew that planning the kind of wedding that we would want (super fun, unforgettable and won't put us in the poor house.) we would need help.
    Hawaii is the middle for our American and Australia guests. SO we knew we were going somewhere in Hawaii! I cross referenced every review and these blogs and it was an easy choice Best Day Ever - Nicole and Erika deserve every review. They helped us pick the Island - Oahu - They gave us the best list of locations and we picked the Ihilani at the JW Marriott they connected us with the most fabulous range of vendors and set up trial runs and meetings. They basically made wedding planning fun and easy. I do not know much about flowers or cakes or anything..and they brought me the best in their field and we picked from there. Nic and Erika get to know you and help you fill in the blanks when you may not be able to articulate what you want "but you know what you want" they helped us stay on and in our budget.
    AVAILABILITY - They emailed and called and were available to us 24/7..they would always get back to emails in a timely fashion and were efficient and effective with our time and theirs. Couldn't ask for more.
    COST - They have a package style for every budget and every need. We went full package because we didn't have the time really. But there is no doubt that their cost is offset by the deals and savings they negotiate. Hawaii is not a simple place to navigate price wise you need these girls on your side. Save yourself time and money and peace of mind.
    Overall, Best Day Ever and these girls have Hawaii wired they know how to do what they are doing and you as a bride/groom get to benefit because of their awesome relationships and stellar reputations. They have gone above and beyond in so many instances I can't even count. Hire BEST DAY EVER!

    Erika & Nicole from Best Day Ever Hawaii were our wedding coordinators--thank God! As a super-organized and completely involved bride/groom couple, we thought we could handle everything...until a few months before the wedding and we realized that our wedding nightmares were causing us more stress then we could handle! Haha. Insert--BDE. They were recommended to us through a friend who also used them for a wedding and gave a good review. We set up a meeting and signed the contract! Since all of the major work was done, we signed up for the month-of coordination.

    Like many other brides, we didn't really leave room in our budget for a coordinator as we didn't think we would need one for our small, intimate wedding of 75 guests. But come the day of our wedding I couldn't stop saying.."I'm so glad we have a wedding coordinator!" When we realized just how organized BDE was and how helpful it would be to have coordinators since we had 2 separate venues, we knew it would be loads of help. I thought I was organized with all of my excel sheets and wedding binder--they were the most organized I could ever dream of! So many small details that I would've never considered, they had it all down pat! Even when I threw some last minute details in, they made it happen.

    Wedding week was busier than I anticipated. The few days before the wedding, I barely had time to talk to my guests as I was running errands, but I'm SO thankful that BDE were communicating all the important details to the bridal party and family. It was nice to have someone else answer all of the many questions my family and bridal party had, and not having to repeat myself and worry if everyone knew what to do. They really gave us peace of mind and I knew we'd be able to enjoy our wedding day.

    And of course---the wedding day went off without a hitch! Everything was BEYOND perfect--and I know a lot of it was due to their behind the scenes work! Thank you Erika & Nicole!

    Our wedding venue required us to have a wedding coordinator, and they provided us a list of their preferred vendors. After doing a lot of research, we decided on Best Day Ever. We knew that planning our wedding would be a challenge because my husband and I both live in California, and we decided to have our wedding of 200 friends and family in Hawaii, which is where he grew up and where most of his family is, and Nicole and Erika of Best Day Ever made the process so much easier. It was always easy to get in touch with them whenever we had any concerns or questions. We ended up booking most of the vendors on our own, such as the bartender, DJ, valet, photographer, videographer, and baker, and we had them book the rentals (tents, chairs, tables, etc.), and they did a wonderful job coordinating them all on the day of the wedding. Thank you, Nicole and Erika, for helping us plan the wedding of our dreams! You two are amazing! For anyone planning to get married in Hawaii, even if you don't think you need a wedding coordinator, I would highly recommend Best Day Ever for weddings big or small.

    Nicole and Erika was easily the best investment we made when we got married. They were kind, organised, had great vendor connections (in quality and price) and definitely made planning the wedding from Australia that much easier.

    BDE really captured our vision and were there for us for all our stresses and worries during the planning period. The girls went above and beyond, when it came to our big day they had everything under control even the smaller things that we didn't even think about.

    Together with our 100+ guests (who flew in from all over the world), we were all blown away with the ceremony and reception and the whole vibe on our special day, to this day we are all still raving on and reminiscing about our wedding day.

    Highly recommend BDE for your "Best Day Ever"!

    I want to take the moment to thank Nicole and Erika for their hard work. We found them through review sites because they had the best reviews! And it turned out that we made the best choice by handing over the entire wedding planning to them.

    I do want to highlight for anyone who is interested in working with the Best Day Ever gals. They are amazing, thoughtful and hard working people with just awesome personalities - like the Hawaii sunshine. They will deliver your dream wedding to you and exceed your expectations. The wedding planning process can have frustrating and challenging moments. What we have been doing is to take a deep breath and call up Nicole or Erika to let them deal with it (thanks for being there for us all the time, I meant, really, all the time). Meanwhile, trust them and have faith in their abilities.

    Overall, Best Days Ever is not like any other service businesses that I have dealt with. Their core value is not to make money. They are there to bring you the ultimate happiness. I did get a very strong feeling that the goal of Best Days Ever is not only to deliver the dream wedding - what the couple have asked for, but also to exceed everyone’s expectations by bringing their unique hawaiian spirits.

    Words can't express how happy I am that my wife and I chose Best Day Ever to help with our big day! Nicole and Erika were great! They paid attention to every detail and had my bride's best interests at heart at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Day Ever to any of my friends or family. They were fantastic! It was very difficult trying to plan this wedding in Hawaii from Chicago, and Best Day Ever took a major role in making it a success! My only regret is that we won't be celebrating with them again...maybe a vow renewal in 5 or 10 years!     Nicole & Erika really do give you the BEST DAY EVER! I was all in when it came to planning my wedding, but told my fiancé at the time (now my hubby) that this event would be too stressful to do it on my own. At first he was hesitant about hiring wedding planners, but he didn't want a bridezilla so he went along with it. In the end he appreciated and realized Nicole & Erika had taken our vision and brought it to life exactly the way we wanted and More. Without Nicole & Erika we would have missed the minor details and there probably would have had some hiccups with the time line. They had everything so well organized without any errors. I can't forget to mention their personalities are AWESOME. They're easy to talk to, suggestions are always useful, and they really make you feel like family.     Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. It was everything we could have ever imagined and so much more, all thanks to the expertise, hard work, and attention to detail of Erika and Nicole at Best Day Ever! We were initially hesitant to hire wedding planners, unsure of whether or not it was worth the cost. Yet, after taking part in a particularly hectic wedding earlier in the year, my mind was set – we needed help. We wanted to be able to enjoy our wedding day with our family and friends without all of the stress of planning such a big event.

    I’m a particularly organized person myself, yet from our very first meeting with Nicole and Erika, I was completely impressed with the level of care and detail that they put into their work. Since we had already secured most of our vendors, we decided to go with their month-of planning package. However, Erika and Nicole continued to stay in touch with us throughout the year, constantly checking in and offering advice. As a bride, it was really nice to know that someone had my back amidst the craziness of planning a wedding. They were definitely a calming force and always helped to keep me centered.

    A month before our wedding date, we handed everything off to Best Day Ever! and in doing so breathed a big sigh of relief. Everything was prepped and ready to go and all we needed to do was show up, Nicole and Erika took care of everything else. We didn’t need to ask our family to shoulder any burdens, our friends could just show up and enjoy the festivities, and we could literally sit back and soak in our big day.

    Looking back, choosing Erika and Nicole to be a part of our big day was the best decision we made. Throughout the year we worked with them, they became more than just wedding planners they became our friends. We would highly recommend Best Day Ever!

    A self-proclaimed uber organizer, I was a little hesitant to hire a wedding coordinator and turn over my most important day to someone else. Living in Las Vegas and planning my wedding in Waikiki, my mother insisted that I find one and I'm glad she was so persistent. I reached out to a few companies, but knew as soon as I had my initial meeting with Nicole from Best Day Ever that I had found the perfect coordinators.

    Erika & Nicole were on point with everything - extremely organized and thorough. I booked the Bonnie & Clyde package. The girls met with my parents and I during our only planning trip months before the wedding and my parents instantly fell in love with them. They were very easy to work with and responded to all of my emails in a timely manner. Turning everything that I had worked on over to them when the time came was a lot easier than I thought it would be because I trusted them fully with my wedding. Erika assisted with my layouts and timeline and had everything down to the T. She was as organized as I hoped to be and then some.

    The girls ran my rehearsal and made sure everyone was comfortable with their roles. On the day of my wedding, the girls definitely did not disappoint. They were there the ENTIRE day, from setting up the ceremony to reviewing/signing the final BEO at the end of the night. They also handled a few minor issues that we ran into throughout the day. Just having them as our go-to people on our wedding day allowed my parents to enjoy my wedding A LOT more because they were confident that Nicole and Erika were taking care of everything. Knowing that we had Best Day Ever on our side took a big weight off of my and my parents' shoulders.

    Looking back on this whole wedding journey, hiring Best Day Ever was definitely one of the best decisions we made. I recommend then to anyone who needs any kind of wedding coordination. They were truly awesome and my husband and I definitely had our Best Day Ever.

    Oh my where do I begin... Nicole and Erika were AMAZING!! I talked to Nicole on the phone and IMMEDIATELY knew I wanted to work with BEST DAY EVER. She is sharp, detail oriented, and thought of everything possible.
    I planned most of the wedding myself but I needed a day of coordinator because I didn't want to be running around on my wedding day. A month prior to the wedding, Nicole and Erika came in and took over. They literally think of everything possible and for most brides this is the first and last time they will go through this so they want everything to be perfect. Nicole and Erika are dedicated professionals and they know what they are doing. It was hard for me to let the reins go on my wedding because I am such a control freak but WOW they do truly amazing work.
    I would highly recommend using Best Day Ever. These ladies are always on top of their game. They will definitely make your wedding one awesome day to remember forever!!

    I am so grateful and appreciative of you guys! Initially, I didn't think I needed help planning my very small and intimate wedding, but w/ Nicole's expertise, she suggested many details (I wouldn't have thought of myself) which made the ceremony extra special. We were extremely satisfied with the photographer, officiant, and private chef recommended by "Best Day Ever" - they have the best connections!

    In addition, Nicole was kind enough to make my bouquet and flower crown when I couldn't find a florist with the specific flowers I wanted. She designed and created exactly what I had in mind.

    Not only are they detail oriented but extremely artistic and creative. I realize now how important it is to have a wedding planner on your special day. I was able to relax and enjoy the ceremony knowing that they were there to keep everything running smoothly. Much love & gratitude for Best Day Ever!

    Erika and Nicole were a huge help the whole year before our wedding. When my fiancé and I got engaged, we knew we'd need help planning our wedding in Hawaii since we lived in California and weren't able to take care of everything on our own.

    The best part about having Nicole and Erika was that once we told them the general look and feel we were going for, they were able to help us execute and plan out all the little details.

    I can't count the number of times the girls brought up issues and things to consider, stuff we never would've thought of on our own. Their insight alone saved us so much stress, time, and money, and we can honestly say their services were worth every penny.

    They're extremely on-task, organized, and efficient, and those qualities really kept us at ease. The month or two leading up to our wedding day, there were so many contracts to keep track of and wedding details to iron out, but Nicole and Erika kept us calm and helped us through each one. On top of that, whenever we had late-night freak-outs, they were always available via text and email to answer questions. Super awesome.

    Our wedding day went flawlessly, exactly like we had hoped. If there were any issues, Nicole and Erika handled them perfectly and we had no idea :)

    We just wanted to have a relaxed, memorable night with our little group of 50, and there's no way we could've had that without the girls. Now, we're happy to call both of them friends. Nic + Erika, if you're reading this, we love you guys! See you next time we're on the island.

    We are a couple from Australia, and originally we thought that it would be quite easy planning a wedding in Hawaii as we'd visited the islands a few times before. After getting a few quotes for resorts and locations we quickly realised it would be much harder than we first thought. We did a bit of research on wedding planners and came across Nicole and Erica from Best Day Ever. From the first email
    and phone call we could quickly tell that they were absolute professionals and we felt very comfortable in hiring their services as our wedding planners. Over the next year we kept in touch with the girls and they were always responsive and fantastic to deal with in every way. Every question was answered and they went out of their way to help us with every single part of the wedding. When you are planning on having a wedding a half a world away it can be very stressful, but things were made so much easier. Once we were in Hawaii and met the girls we knew everything would be ok. Our wedding day went exactly as we hoped and it was all because of the hard work and preparation Nicole and Erica put into the day. We had 70 guest make their way to Hawaii from Australia for our wedding and so many of them commented on how wonderful the day was and how helpful the girls at Best Day Ever were. If you are planning on getting married in Hawaii I seriously recommend you use Nicole and Erica as your wedding planners. You won't regret it, they are fantastic at their job and beautiful people.

    My husband and I got married on Dec. 2nd 2012.. Our ceremony was at the Paradise Cove Crystal Chapel and our reception was at the Ihilani Ocean Ballroom.. It was a blessing that we found Nicole and Erika.. 2 months before our wedding we were all set, at least that's what we thought.. our wedding planner bailed out on us last minute.. I was in tears because the wedding was right around the corner and my husband freaked out! He was so awesome though.. he called about 5 different wedding planners and got on the ball right away. Nicole was the first to call him back and they set up an appointment.. I was still a little broken and wasn't ready to do the whole interviewing thing again but i went anyways.. It was such a good thing that we did though.. They seriously saved our wedding! After our meeting, my husband and i talked outside for about a half and hour and we decided to book them right away. It was so easy to to talk to them and to get along with them it was a no brainer! The price was reasonable too! We spoke to a bunch of wedding planners and for what they do, the price was awesome!
    They took care of EVERYTHING! Literally EVERYTHING.. I wanted my wedding to be perfect so I wanted to plan a lot of it but I couldn't execute it on the day of.. I thought I would be nervous and worried about how everything would turn out but when I got into the reception.. it was breath taking.. They did such a wonderful job, it was even nicer then what i had expected!
    Nicole and Erika became more then just vendors we booked for our wedding.. they became our friends.. we still keep in touch till this day! Without them, our wedding would not have been our BEST DAY EVER! Thank you so much Nicole and Erika!!

    I can't thank Nicole and Erika enough. They made my wedding planning as smooth as butter. They provided vendor recommendations, set up appointments, reviewed contracts, provided information for name change for after the wedding and so much more (even saved me some money with a few vendors). They kept me well informed throughout the planning process and were prompt to respond to all my concerns.

    The girls at Best Day Ever did a great job making my vision for the wedding a reality. They were able to accommodate all my request (like making sure I got my ice cream truck) and provided information on a lot of DIY stuff I wanted to do. If your not a DIY person BDE provides event design or graphic design packages. Although my budget did not allow for me to use their graphic design services, I did get to see some samples and it looked fantastic.

    The day of the wedding my groom and I were completely stress free (my groom even took a nap that day!). Even my mother did not have to do a thing so she started to make up things to stress out about (she one of those people who always needs to be doing something). It was truly a memorable day for my husband and I and all our guest. Everyone had a blast.

    I highly recommend BDE if you planning a wedding. If you can't afford full coordination, I still would highly suggest using them for day of coordination in order to have a stress free day.

    I contacted Best Day Ever after seeing their website... My husband and I were planning an small intimate destination wedding in paradise!! ( We ahil from Idaho) Nicole was very promt in getting back to me about my inquiry... The call was short notice, I think we maybe had 3 months to plan and Nicole made me feel right at ease... due to the time constraints and our wish to have a very small intimate beach ceremony, Nicole customized our wedding to fit our needs and our budget! It truly was the best day ever!!! We felt like it was all a perfect fit, from our pastor, to the music, flowers and photos!!! It was wonderful!!!

    I met Erika and Nicole at one of the Bridal Expos. I was with one of my best friends at the time. As we were walking around, Erika and Nicole's booth drew us in with the free delicious cupcakes and yummy candies. They were so friendly and didn't put any pressure on us at all. I wasn't sure that I wanted to hire a wedding coordinator, but everyone that I spoke to said that it would be worth it. I talked it over with my now husband and he didn't feel that we needed one but said that he would support me with whatever I decided.

    We met with Erika and Nicole and decided that we would hire them for their Day of Coordination package. Let me just say, they were worth every single penny and then some. The smartest thing I did throughout the entire wedding process was hiring them. They were efficient, organized, friendly, and just knew what I wanted before I even asked. On the day of, they were just amazing, they were there from the crack of dawn to the end of the wedding. I absolutely had NO STRESS on that day and neither did my husband or any family members.

    Erika and Nicole really care about their bride and grooms. They even sent us cards throughout the process asking how we were doing and even included little presents here and there for us. After the wedding was over, my husband and I headed back to the hotel room where we found our bed beautifully decorated with pink rose petals, personalized champagne bottles with our engagement picture on it, and a card from Erika and Nicole congratulating us on our marriage. It was such a wonderful and unexpected surprise! I don't know anyone in this business that would go through such great lengths to really show their bride and grooms that they care and that they aren't just another client. If there is one piece of advice I could give any bride it would be to hire Erika and Nicole as your wedding coordinators. Our only regret is that we didn't hire them from the beginning. They would have been worth it!

    I actually found BDE because their high ratings. I know it's not a big firm but almost all customers gave very good feedback, and that's why I was interested too.

    Nicole was the one answered my phone call and she worked with me throughout the preparation. She is very patient, a good listener and flexible on things. She is also quite creative and always give me different options. She suggested selected vendors and tailored the wedding well to meet my flavor.

    There were few difficulties such as settling payment with vendors, and Nicole helped to solve them. I really appreciated that.

    I am very happy about the Hawaii wedding with Nicole and Erika's help. I think they are passionate about their job and very professional. And comparing to other organizers, I chose them because the flexibility they can provide.

    The BEST thing about Best Day Ever is that Erika and Nicole were the BEST people to work with! They have such big hearts and truly want to help you out with your special day. They made my husband and I feel very important from our first meeting and communicated with us very well throughout the entire planning process. They are creative, prompt, and passionate about their jobs.

    Honestly, I originally thought I didn't need a wedding coordinator and could do it all by myself! Haha! Hiring them turned out to be a huge relief and they are so much fun to work with! We had a very large wedding with 300 guests and two young ladies, beautiful in and out, were running around the entire day to be sure everything went smoothly. They really helped us to let go, de-stress, and enjoy it all!

    My husband and I have said to each other several times since our wedding that hiring Erika and Nicole was one of the best decisions we made. We were the type of couple that had a very distinct picture of how we wanted our wedding day to be. We spent several months planning and coordinating things ourselves, but knew when it came to the big day that we wanted to completely relax and enjoy ourselves. Our florist at the time offered “Day of Coordination” services, but she had to back out of the commitment about a month before the wedding. So we were in a bit of a pinch and needed to find new coordination. We researched and consulted with different coordinators before we decided wholeheartedly on Best Day Ever, and boy was it the best decision ever!
    Not only did they offer day of coordination services, but they agreed to come on just one-month before our wedding. They poured through our contracts, coordinated with vendors, and met with us about once a week. Their goal was to make sure our vision for the big day was being carried out exactly how we wanted it.
    When it came to our wedding day, I can truly say we were able to relax because of Erika and Nicole. They day of our wedding began with pouring ran and they reassured us by routinely checking on me and telling me that the pouring rain would stop and the sun would come out, based off the weather reports they kept following. Sure enough the sun did come out and dried everything up just two hours before the ceremony! When it came to the wedding itself, they were like two well-oiled machines. We needed to make a couple of adjustments to the layout because of the rains, but it was totally handled without issues.
    These two lovely ladies make a great pair. Nicole has a background in design and helped us create a postcard (which everybody loved) for our out-of -town guests. Erika was the only person who could get our 2-½ year old flower girl to keep the beautiful rose haku lei on her head during our photos! Together they ran the show.
    Erika and Nicole went above and beyond on our wedding day. We had a few glitches with our Bartending Service. They were understaffed and didn’t have anyone to bus the glassware, so Erika and Nicole took it upon themselves to do it. We were married at an outdoor venue and weren’t allowed to smoke. Some family members busted out cigars at the end of the night, and we later learned that Erika and Nicole were walking around with flashlights picking up cigar butts. Trust me, these girls know what they’re doing and work their butts off to make your wedding day a success. My husband and I cannot vouch for them enough! So if you want your wedding day to go off without any glitches and want piece-of-mind that you and any of your family members will not have to stress on the big day, then hire Best Day Ever – they were worth every penny!

    My husband is in the Military and with him leaving all the time I was on my own. Our Guest list contained people from all over the US so not only did I have to plan our wedding I had to coordinate everyone flights their transportation, and events once they got here.

    I started to look for vendors on my own and that's when I realized it was a pain in the butt. Every vendor I looked at kept me on hold forever or always transferred me to someone else and having to have different services was just to much for me. I was a full time student and I worked full time as well so having the time to go through all the vendors was time I didn't have.

    That is when I decided to search for wedding planners. I called up several wedding planners and schedule meetings. One wedding planner I spoke to was very rude. I gave them my budget and my ideas and they told me that it wasn't enough money; then when I spoke to Nicole from Best Day Ever her and Erika spent a week researching everything before we had our first official.

    Erika and Nicole spent a week researching what I wanted for our wedding with the budget I had and before meeting them I all ready knew they were the wedding planners for us! I was so happy!! Then when I meant them their energy just re-enforced the feelings I had already had for them.

    Months went by and everything was great!! Erika and Nicole both did, what I like to call "the dirty work" they contacted all the vendors and dealt with everything. I just had to choose everything I wanted and any paper work they sent it to me; I never had to contact the vendors for anything.. any questions I had, they got back to me very quickly and it took so much stress off my shoulders!!

    Friends and family flew in a week to two weeks before the weeding... so I call it the "weeding week" I didn't have to worry about the wedding at all. I just spent time with my family and friends.

    I found out that one of my brides maids wasn't going to be in the wedding and so I had a back up bridesmaid but with no dress! :( Nicole was nice enough to let me borrow one of her personal dresses that matched my pink color!! I was so thankful because we couldn't find anything in the rose pink color and Davids bridal didn't have that dress in stock.

    The wedding day I felt like a queen!! Everything was perfect!! Erika and Nicole was very professional and had everything so perfect... They were everywhere! helping with the bridal party, the groomsmen, the vendors setting everything up and of coarse me, the bride :) It was our "Best Day Ever!"

    I would like to highly recommend Best day Ever as your wedding coordinators they are willing to work with whatever your budget and are willing to go on beyond to help you. We are so happy that we went this route because of all the family and friends that flew in my husband and I were all over the place with different people trying to spend time with everyone and since none of them have ever been to Hawaii we were also calling shuttle services and setting up entertainment. If you go with best day ever you won't regret it and you will have your Best Day Ever!!

    My bride and myself decided that we were going to plan and coordinate our own wedding. Well, just a couple months into the planning process we realized that with a guest list of close to 180 we had bitten off more than we could chew. With four months until the big day we decided to get some help. After sitting down with Nicole and Erika we fell in love with their energy. Even though they were the first coordinators we meet with, my bride knew instantly they were the ones she wanted. Even though I wanted to do a little comparison shopping, my bride said "No need. They are the ones" and we hired them on the spot.

    I have to admit that I was a little turned off at first after receiving the contract and noticing they had added and extra fee because we were having an outdoor wedding. After voicing my displeasure with the unexpected fee, they were quick to put me at ease and apologized for not informing us during our initial meeting and then offered a discount for the misunderstanding. I also take responsibility for not fully reading the package details where it did clearly state the added fee. They could have easily said that the fee is listed in the package and stuck to their price but with excellent customer service they scored big points in my book.

    Nicole and Erika were awesome over the next few months. With the stresses of the wedding planning now off our shoulders, they presented us with various vendors to choose from and experienced advice. Even though we had in mind what we wanted for our centerpieces, they suggested we go with a wider low profile one due to the fact that we would be outdoors and the location the reception was in was know for being windy. Boy were we glad we listened. Sure enough, the wind was blowing that day and if we had went with the taller centerpieces we originally wanted, they would have blown over into our guests laps. They even found discrepancies in two vendor contracts we had signed previous to hiring them and found money we had over paid. They contacted the vendors and got us refunds for the overpayment. Wow! Job very well done!

    The wedding was perfect. Everything we had pictured and with the extra details and design package they suggested, it was even better than we had dreamed. We got nothing but good compliments from our guest saying it was one of the better weddings they had attended and it was all because Nicole and Erika had the skills to pull it off. So very glad we found them. It was the Best Day Ever!

    If I had to explain Best Day Ever in three words... I wouldn't be able to because there are not enough words to explain how AMAZING they are! From the start, Erika and Nicole were emailing me and always keeping me informed and going up and beyond. Being a wedding photographer it can get difficult with planning the amount of time appropriate for formal picture taking and fitting enough time for details, etc. Best Day Ever would ALWAYS think of me and make sure everything was taken care of asap. These two girls are nothing short of fabulous and SO easy to work with. Through our emails I formed a friendship and could easily talk to them like we were old friends, THAT is the kind of people all brides need helping to plan their big day. Absolutely bubbly and friendly it is so easy to work with them and I am eagerly waiting to do another wedding with them in the future! Best Day Ever is definitely someone I would recommend to plan your big day... if you want your day to run as smooth as possible and have women who think quick on their feet and are fully equipped to handle any situation and make sure your day is fabulous? Best Day Ever will not let you down!

    Best Day Ever was fantastic! If you can afford it, I would highly recommend a day-of coordinator. Erika & Nicole came to our rescue when our other day of wedding coordinator, Alicia Means, bailed out on us at the last minute without a word. What you pay for is peace of mind on your biggest day, and that is exactly what Erika and Nicole delivered.

    From the first meeting, Erika and Nicole's thoroughness and warmth reassured us that our wedding would be handled carefully and professionally. Their wedding timeline was precise down to the minute (but also allowed flexibility), and both Nicole and Erika were constantly in touch with questions about our vision of our wedding, and to warn us of issues we had not thought of ourselves.

    Another wonderful trait of Best Day Ever was their promptness. We were surprised to find so many people in the wedding business are very late or lazy in replying to correspondence. We loved that Nicole and Erika were very very prompt with replies. This further reassured us that they would handle any important issues as soon as they arose.

    Also, just a story to illustrate how Nicole and Erika went the extra mile for us: On the day of the wedding, as I was getting ready, we could not find my wedding shoes. They were blue flats that were supposed to be my "something blue." Not only did Erika offer her own slippers for the time being, but then they somehow found time during that hectic pre-ceremony period to buy cute blue slippers for our beach ceremony. Throughout the lead up and during the ceremony and reception, Nicole and Erika handled every request of ours patiently and expertly. We really felt we were in good hands from the get-go, and this allowed myself and my husband to relax and enjoy the wedding. Both stayed until the end of the reception, and we were just so happy with their help. In sum, Nicole and Erika were kind problem solvers throughout, and invaluable.

    Thank you to Best Day Ever for making our wedding a huge success! We had them do the full coordination and everything turned out better than I could have imagined. We wanted something different and more personal than the norm and that's where I feel they really shine. They have great ideas and great execution and were on top of everything. We wanted to cut back on costs so on the day of, we had a lot of family members doing things that we would have had to pay professionals for. Nicole and Erika made sure all the responsibilities were taken care of and everyone had a scheduled list of what they were supposed to do and when.

    All in all, they made our life so much easier and we could actually enjoy our wedding day. The vintage decorations and designs were very personal, and everything turned out perfect!

    My hope was for a beautiful, stress free wedding day. My family planned this vacation having never been to Hawaii. I had no idea where to begin in terms of vendors, locations, restaurants, licenses...To have the advice on every need from a local resident was priceless. I scoured reviews of several different companies and chose Best Day Ever from all the positively raving comments I came across. They provided everything I needed, communicated constantly and were always helpful and friendly. All my questions were answered, all my needs were met. My expectations of the stress free process and a beautiful, unforgettable wedding were beyond expectations. Everyone had warned me to be prepared for inevitable problems due to every wedding seemingly having some. We didn't have one single problem AT ALL. I really appreciate all Best Day Ever wedding planners did. The vendors they got to work with me were phenomenal. Our photographer was amazing (one of many comments we received..."Those have to be the most beautiful wedding pictures I've ever seen."). Our officiant was perfect, and our vidoegraphers were unbelievable. The company that did hair and makeup made me feel relaxed and beautiful. It was the best of ways to start the day. All thanks to Best Day Ever. They found and meticulously arranged my wedding and kept in touch consistently. I thank them tremendously. It is wonderful to look back at the memory of one of the most important days in our lives with nothing but feelings of a perfect day.

    I am definitely happy to have hired Best Day Ever to coordinate my wedding day. I booked a Month Of Coordination package - meaning that Erika and Nicole will take over all of my vendor contracts and my wedding, essentially, one month before the wedding, culminating in them coordinating the wedding day. I have absolutely no complaints regarding their great coordination of my wedding day. They were punctual, and helped me with everything, even picked up and dropped off our slideshow equipment for the day. They even helped control our playlists as we didn't have a DJ. They developed a very comprehensive timeline for the day as well and I really didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day.
    The only thing I can say they could improve on is their responsiveness throughout the year leading up to the wedding, when I needed some vendor or set up suggestions. Perhaps they were busy, but sometimes it took over 2 weeks and my constant solicitation for an answer to hear back from them. That considerably improved the month before the wedding and it compensated for all the lengthy response times in the past.
    2 months after our wedding, Nicole sent me links to our wedding featured on their blog and a nice little video they made as a surprise as we didn't have a videographer. It was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, I will never forget it. These ladies are on top of their game! I would definitely recommend Best Day Ever for your wedding, you won't regret it!

    Both my husband and I are very thankful we decided to employ your services to plan our most amazing day!! We are a kiwi couple, from New Zealand so I've tried to think about what I would want to find out through a review, so that others reading it would find it useful. It is obvious from all the other wonderful reviews that Nicole and Erika are fantastic. So what is it that they do that sets them apart from others? Why should they be in charge or your best day ever? I believe that they truly want to provide you with a wonderful experience on your day, there are many other companies out there that are just in it for the money. I got the impression that their passion is doing what they do. If you are having a destination wedding, the vendors they use are highly professional and you can trust them. Researching vendors online and reading reviews only gets you so far when planning a wedding abroad. I booked all vendors through Best Day Ever and they were wonderful. The extras that Best Day Ever provide are great and they have absolutely everything on hand, there are no oversights with Best Day Ever! They are without a doubt worth what you pay for whichever package you get. If you think you can get away without employing a wedding planner, think again. On the day of the wedding, I did not need to think about timing, everything ran smoothly and if there was a problem, I didn't need to know about it because I know Nicole and Erika would've handled it. The last thing any Bride or Groom wants to do on their wedding day is have to organise anything. With Best Day Ever, you don't have to. All you have to do is love your one special day and have the most amazing time.

    My now-husband and I found Erika & Nicole just about 2 1/2 months prior to our big day. We had the very romanticized idea that we could plan our day on our own, but as two very busy working professionals with every intention to get a wedding planned, we just never got around to it. Boy, were we happy to have met them. Erika & Nicole did an AMAZING job, whipping us into ceremony shape in the most-kind-but-firm way possible in such a short amount of time. We valued their strong command of project management. They presented a very good approach to planning out each aspect of our big day, and kept sight of every detail. We also appreciated the artistic vision these ladies brought to the table. Nicole & Erika did a great job translating our vision for what we wanted the wedding to look like into a beautiful reality, listening a great deal to our often 'mish-moshed', vague descriptions and turning it into something memorable. Lastly, we were also grateful with their suggestions of various price-control solutions, as keeping things on budget was important to us. Besides their level of professionalism, these ladies are some of the most personable and approachable people you'll ever meet. They are great!
