    The West Edmonton Mall Ben Moss location made mine and my fiancés ring and wedding party gift shopping a wonderful experience. We purchased my fiancés wedding band before leaving on vacation and two days later they had it seized (as the can complete ring sizing onsite). We had also ordered watches for the groomsmen which upon our return from vacation were all onsite for us to pick up with the wedding band. We had also looked into a wedding band for myself which they didn't carry onsite but they ordered it in for me to be able to view, which arrived the day after we returned back from vacation, which we also purchased the ring. The Manager of the site is so friendly and helpful, he answered many questions we had, assisted us in making sure we found the perfect gifts for our wedding party, made sure we were aware of the benefits of the service plan, and also of promotions that were taking place. I couldn't of asked for a better experience and I thank them for that!

    Ben Moss Jewellers were great to my fiancé when he picked out my engagement and wedding band combination. Only two 1/2 stars taken off. One because they can't do same day resizing, which he remembered being offered (and is a pretty big deal for a newly engaged woman to send her ring away for 3 weeks) another because he had left his name and number twice for information regarding switching the wedding band to rose gold and upgrading the diamonds and we didn't hear back from the lady who said she would get back to him. I can understand the reasoning behind my two complaints though, so That's why only half stars. The sales associate was great about helping recommend ideas (like a rose gold wedding band) and they offered insurance for my ring, so overall it was a great experience.

    My engagement ring, wedding band/anniversary bands and my fiance's wedding band are all from Ben Moss. Their service has been great, with a few minor hiccups (caused by a lady who, we've been informed, is no longer there). I recently took my ring in as I was hearing a rattle. I didn't have my service plan paperwork with me (I was misinformed when we got the lifetime service plan for my e-ring, I thought I was supposed to get a little card signed, but it's the service plan that needs to be signed) but they took my word that I have the coverage and sent it away. Looking at my ring now, not only did they tighten up the stones so there's no more rattle, but they must of re-plated it as well!

    Ben Moss has since changed all the inspection dates from my little card on to my service plan (I was worried they were going to tell me I didn't follow the rules and my service plan has expired!), no questions asked. I love the assistant manager at our local shop, she's super pleasant to deal with and she's always complimenting my ring (I'm sure she does this to all the girls, but it's great to hear!).

    I had a great experience with Ben Moss. From going and looking at engagement rings with my husband to after the wedding and getting my rings cleaned and looked at I have had nothing but a great experience with Ben Moss in Southgate Mall.
    They are professional and we never felt like we were in a rush. The woman who helped us look at rings was funny, kind and knew what she was talking about.
    I was very impressed and very happy with my rings.

    Had a very positive ring shopping experience at Ben Moss (West Edmonton Mall). Lots to pick from and found the perfect set. The only part of my experience that I feel could have been improved on was employee familiarity with the service plans for the rings as I was told a few different things by various employees and it was confusing. Make sure you are 100% confident in what is being offered through their service plans.

    Ben Moss took away the deal of 20% off bands which is why we bought the engagement ring from them. They claimed we only had 1 week to use that but it doesn't say that in any documents. You also have to send away the ring every 6 months or the warranty is void. They take FOREVER getting the rings back

    This is not a reflection on this store in particular but Ben Moss in general.

    I purchased the lifetime warranty/service plan for my wedding ring. They "went out of business" except they actually didn't but now they don't have to honour my plan. If I can prove that my husband purchased it (11 years ago) they will give us a discount on a new "lifetime" plan. Unreal. I will NEVER go back.
