The best makeup artist
the absolute BEST makeup artist!!!!!!! i cannot express and rave about her enough!!! my makeup was absolutely flawless and lasted the entire night. i have NEVER felt so beautiful! she knew EXACTLY what colors to use and she absolutely killed it!!!! i will forever use her for my makeup services. thank you SO MUCH!!!! -

I had the pleasure of having Lana do my bridal makeup for both my rehearsal dinner & my wedding day. I would recommend them a million times again to any bride who wants to feel like the most beautiful version of themself on their most special day. I showed Lana multiple inspiration pictures & she completely captured the look I was going for & somehow exceeded my expectations. My makeup lasted all night, all my insecurity spots were perfectly blurred & my makeup lasted all night!! If you’re considering booking them, please do, you will not regret the decision!! They were also super fun to chat with & the sweetest ladies!! My day was even more special having them a part of it! -

I cannot recommend Alana with Bella Vita Artistry enough. She truly is the best of the best. She listened carefully to what I wanted and absolutely nailed it. I still looked like me, just elevated and glowing. I felt so beautiful while still feeling like myself, which was exactly what I hoped for. My makeup lasted all day and photographed perfectly.
Beyond her talent, Alana was incredibly professional. She was responsive throughout the entire planning process and was punctual on my wedding day. -

Alana is an amazing makeup artist! She made me, my wedding party, and my mom feel beautiful on my wedding day. We were all very happy with our makeup and didn't need any adjustments. I didn't even have a makeup trial with her and she made me look exactly how I envisioned on my wedding day. Our makeup even lasted 10+ hours in 90 degree weather! In addition, Alana is very sweet, reliable, and excellent at communicating. I would recommend Bella Vita Artistry to anyone :) -

Alana is one of the BEST! She’s well versed in various skin tones and types and makes you feel so comfortable with her professionalism and gentleness. She brought Ayana as a 2nd artists for our party of 12 women and then did AMAZING!!! We all felt so beautiful. Hire them ASAP!!! -

Incredible!
Alana did an incredible job with my bridal makeup! 6 months later and my husband still raves about how great I looked and tells me the next time we have professional photos done “I have to get the same person to do my makeup.” Coming from the man who wanted me to do my own makeup because he didn’t want me to have “too much”! I was so happy with how it turned out and all my bridesmaids and my mom looked incredible as well! -

Honestly, as soon as I saw her work, I knew I had to have her do my wedding makeup — I even canceled another makeup artist I had already booked because Alana was just that good!
From the very first trial to the wedding day, she was so kind, easy to talk to, and really listened to what I wanted. On the day of the wedding, Alana and her team showed up on time, kept everything super organized, and made me and my bridal party feel comfortable and beautiful. They were all so friendly and fun to be around, which made the morning even more special.
The makeup itself was perfect — it looked natural, stayed on all day (even through all the happy tears and dancing), and looked amazing in every photo. I felt like the best version of myself, and all my bridesmaids kept telling me how much they loved their makeup too.
If you’re looking for a makeup artist who’s talented, super easy to work with, and will make you feel gorgeous on your big day, I can’t recommend Alana enough. Booking her was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! -

I had the best experience working with Lana for my wedding, and I can’t recommend her enough, she’s extremely talented. She created the perfect look for me that lasted all night!!
I also want to mention how perfect the makeup was for my wedding party and my mom. My mom has mature skin and typically doesn’t wear makeup, but Lana worked her magic and made her look stunning! If you want a makeup artist who delivers beautiful results and makes the experience fun, she is your girl!!

Wedding makeup
Alana did my makeup on my wedding day as well as the makeup for my bridesmaids and she absolutely crushed it. We had bridesmaids from various backgrounds and she did makeup looks that suited each one beautifully. She also listened to what i preferred for bridal makeup and executed the vision perfectly. I felt so beautiful and the makeup lasted all night. She also kindly stayed an extra hour to do my mom’s makeup who was scheduled in but was late arriving to the venue. 10000/10 would recommend. Best bridal makeup!!
Alana did my bridal makeup as well as my bridesmaids! The makeup lasted all night long and looked absolutely perfect in person as well as photos. Alana was able to adapt to all our makeup preferences while making sure we all looked cohesive. The morning of the wedding was a little chaotic, and it meant so much to me to have Alana to vent to. She really helped me calm my nerves. I would highly recommend Alana for all of your makeup needs!! -

I got married in September and had Alana do the makeup for myself and 4 other wedding party members. She was amazing! Being biracial and after a bad experience from my junior prom years ago, I was wary of hiring a makeup artist for myself for my wedding. However, Alana’s portfolio includes clients with all sorts of skin tones that it gave me the (much needed) reassurance to trust her to make me and my bridal party look beautiful! She was easy to communicate and work with throughout the process and gave me some good advice when I had questions. During my bridal trial, it was easy to come up with the moody look I was hoping for without going overly glam. And on the day of, my makeup matched the trial makeup and then some!
I felt like a goddess on my wedding day, and while the dress helped, it was Alana’s makeup that did it the trick! 100/10 recommend! 💕 -

Alana was great to work with. I wanted a makeup artist who had worked with different skin types and tones. The trial went smoothly and I loved the look. Alana was easy to communicate with and flexible. Greatly appreciate her for traveling to the OBX. For the day of Alana planned to have an assistant, but COVID had other plans. She let me know and the day of we adjusted. Alana took her time with everyone and we all looked absolutely beautiful. The makeup lasted all evening. -

Hire Alana!!!!
10/10 would recommend Alana. When my first hired artist could no longer commit to my wedding, Alana came through and I am soooo glad she did. First, lets start with my bridal trial... she did my trial on the day of my bridal shower and I got so many compliments from friends and family. I would definitely suggest doing your trial on a special day, so you look fantastic for all your events. On the day of my wedding she showed up on time, stayed perfectly on schedule with all 4 bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and myself. She had all equipment she could possibly need. Her makeup and gear were thoroughly cleaned between each client. She fit right in with my girls -making the getting ready process so much fun. We all absolutely loved our makeup. Even my mother who does not like makeup at all, loved the way Alana made her mature skin look so glowy and smooth. Do yourself a favor and hire Alana for all events, especially weddings. -

A vibe you NEED!
My husband and I decided to have a 5 year vow renewal wedding this year since we did not have an initial wedding. We booked our venue in VA Beach and I found the most beautiful, kind, and down to earth makeup artist! Alana, the owner of Bella Vita Artistry, is so attentive and knowledgeable about her craft. She responds quick and affordable. My bridesmaids and I enjoyed her on the wedding day because she came in with a positive vibe! Not to mention, she arrived way early and was already set up and ready to go! If we decide to have a 10 year reunion wedding, she is on my list to hire again! I highly recommend!! Alana is hands down the most talented make up artist out there. She was absolutely amazing and did my make up FLAWLESSLY for my special day 🥰 it was the best feeling to enjoy my wedding day and not stress over if I would love how my make up turned out because I knew anything she did would be fantastic. Her make up artists that came with her, Tyler and Jen, we’re also amazing!!
All my bridesmaids were so happy with their make up and we truly cannot thank them enough for making us all feel like pretty princesses ♥️

Alana was very professional and efficient! She did myself, my mom and my 4 bridesmaids the day of my wedding and was on time and everyone looked stunning!!!! As soon as I saw her work I booked her as soon as we set the wedding day a year in advance! She really is amazing and so talented, I could go on! I had a trial run before hand and she even gave me a touch up kit for the day of of powder and extra lip stick. Brides are $150 I want to say and it was $80 for each of my bridesmaids. Which is reasonable considering he makeup is waterproof and lasted all day even through us crying and sweating as we were dancing! Check out her pictures or her facebook page and book her for your next up coming weddng, shower, prom or other event. you wont regret it! -
