In every phone & Zoom conversation, you gave us incredible advice, referrals, and confidence that the wedding would be exactly as our daughter dreamed! Your knowledge and expertise helped us create a spectacular wedding day, one that we will never forget.
You told us from the beginning that you would be with us every step of the way, and that the timeline would be in place to ensure our vision was created & executed perfectly. When you said the wedding ceremony would start at 6 pm, you weren't kidding!! We never felt rushed or pushed for time, not a stitch of stress the entire day - your timeline was flawless. Bella Vista Wedding Planning truly made our wedding dreams come true! Amy and her assistant Riley were on top of everything the minute we walked into the venue. We were able to enjoy every part of not only the planning but our wedding, feeling confident that Amy had everything under control. She never missed a beat in making sure we had everything we needed, knew exactly where we needed to be, but also gave us the space to enjoy the day and our guest. As the groom, I can honestly say that hiring Amy was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning journey. From the day we hired her, she immediately took so much stress off of my wife's plate, which mean the world to me because I saw firsthand how overwhelming wedding planning could be.
Amy was incredibly organized, prepared, and always one step ahead. No matter what came up, she handled it with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about the details.
What truly set Amy apart was how fiercely she advocated for us when issues arose with vendors. She wasn't afraid to go to bat for us as a couple and always had our best interest at heart. Knowing we had someone in our corner gave us so much peace of mind throughout the process.

I worked with Amy for about a year and a half planning my wedding. I first chose to work with her because she had a sample itinerary showing how she organized events. As we went on, I quickly became totally confident that she could handle my wedding smoothly.
She always had a great attitude. When we had phone calls and meetings, she was 100% present. Of course she has other clients, but it never felt like I was reminded of that. She would not hesitate to offer to do something, take an item off my plate, call a vendor, etc. She would check in often, especially as the wedding got closer, to make sure I was in good spirits and not overwhelmed. Our wedding day was so magical and we owe much of that to her.

Simply put, promises made, promises kept! We had a complicated set of logistics for daughters wedding in Dallas in April of 2026 and Amy Cook helped us plan and execute the perfect weekend. It started with the arrival of 165 out of town guests, a bridal brunch, a grooms lunch, a church rehearsal, and a trip downtown to The Henry for the rehearsal dinner and welcome party. Saturday morning the bride, bridesmaids and Moms got ready in The Highlands Hotel spa with the fabulous Styling Stewardess team. After a midday nuptial mass at St. Thomas Catholic Church, we headed north to Knotting Hill in Little Elm for the reception. The bridal party and guests had transportation provided from Premier Transportation to and from every event all weekend and they loved and appreciated their professional staff and nice accommodations! In closing, I highly recommend Amy and her Bella Vista team. She was the glue. Amy was easy to work with, had an acute attention to detail and most importantly kept everything running smoothly so the we could fully enjoy our guests and daughters wedding!Bella Vista Wedding Planning's reply:

She’s simply the best! Amy Cook of Bella Vista Wedding Planning made planning a wedding worry-free. We were thrilled with the level of service she provided prior to the wedding and on the wedding day! As the Mother of the Bride, living in California, with my daughter’s wedding in Texas, we were delighted to have Amy by our side throughout the wedding planning. Amy was responsive when communicating with us; always returning calls and emails in a timely manner. She was available, promptly assisting us with any questions or concerns we had. Amy was accessible prior to our six weeks out contract meeting with us several times. Closer to the big day we had weekly meetings and I appreciated these meetings were via zoom so I could attend from California. As we became closer to the wedding, we were able to forward her all communication with the vendors to coordinate details on our behalf. Amy is a beacon of organization keeping us on track. Every detail was listed on an extensive document she designed, creating a comprehensive timeline to use prior to the wedding and down to minute by minute the day of the wedding. She knew and worked well with the wedding party, vendors and venue staff. Amy was cool, calm and collected which put us at ease throughout the entire process and allowed us to truly enjoy the wedding day.

Amy was absolutely amazing in helping us execute our wedding plans on the day of, and even before! We hired her as a month of coordinator, but she was helpful far beyond just that! She made our wedding day run smoothly and relieved literally any kind of stress off of our plates! It poured down rain on the morning of our wedding, but when we arrived to the venue, rain coats and all, Amy was there with a smiling face, sent us upstairs for hair and makeup, and took care of the rest! I wish I could explain all that Amy added to our day, but there’s simply not enough room! To any future brides, Amy is your girl! We met Amy at the Plano Bridal Show and instantly felt she was the right person to work with to make our dream wedding come to life. Throughout the process, Amy was incredibly organized and kept track of progress and action items. We started out meeting monthly and then weekly as we got closer to the date but she was also available via phone and text outside of our meetings. She provided a progress report to me to keep us on track month by month and made the process easy to digest and tackle. Week and day of our wedding, Amy and Sydney were right there with us. They had everything under control and knew our vision and executed it flawlessly. We had several family and friends mentioned how the day was stress free and easy - that was all due to the Bella Vista Wedding team! Even the photographer, mentioned how thankful he was to work with such organized and wonderful people. Kelly and I couldn't be more grateful to have the Bella Vista Wedding team with us on our big day.
