Great experience! My wedding ran so smoothly and I was able to enjoy it very much. Very, very helpful staff and the setup team was flawless. I was nervous at first because the other quotes I'd received were substantially more, but I am very happy that I chose them and I have no complaints whatsoever. We got help planning our entire wedding and it was great! We are really happy to have had the help and we definitely think that if you are going to hire a professional, which you definitely should, it should be this company. We were so relieved and got to enjoy our wedding instead of being all stressed out. Definitely recommended for all aspects of the planning process. We used them for day of coordination and it was a great decision! I'd worried that keeping things on schedule would be tough but they managed it all for me. My big day went off without a hitch, Thanks to Jennifer and her team. I really didn't know what to expect day of and worried that things wouldn't go smoothly, but thankfully Jennifer handled everything so easily and professionally, that I was immediately put at ease, so I can enjoy my big day as well. We have the best time working with these people! We had a wedding in Orlando in June and they made it as amazing as I hoped it would be. They're all so friendly and everybody really knows their stuff! We highly recommend them to other people. They really are the best!We have the best time working with these people! Before booking Bella Partenza, my mom and I were driving each other crazy. Immediately they helped us organize and prioritize. They were helpful, patient, understanding, and comforting. I can't even imagine how it my wedding would have ended up without them. What Planner? That's what everyone at my wedding was asking. We had two venues, the ceremony and my backyard for the reception. Thank god my parents and I did most of the reception set up the night before. The planners arrived on time but it wouldn't have been enough to set up. We told them what to take to the venue to set up and they left it at the house. My photographer had to take it. The seating chart was incorrect, I emailed them after to find out why it wasn't and they said that people moved, but people moved because they weren't seated next to each other in the first place. Not all guests could have moved. I mentioned that there were times that I couldn't find the planners and they told me that it is customary for them to be scarce unless needed for a specific reason. Well we couldn't find the planner for a specific reason and my cousin had to go looking for her. He found her around the house SMOKING. When he told her that she was needed she rolled her eyes and gave him attitude (a common theme of hers that day). When I emailed the company about that, they said that she was sick before and they know for a fact she doesn't smoke. Umm excuse, me but are you saying I'm LYING? Your're right she wasn't smoking a cigarette, she was VAPING. They said that the only issue they were told about was that the DJ was not accommodating. I was sitting three feet away from the DJ. They did come up to me and asked if I liked the music I said it was fine. And when I did want It changed, I asked him myself. They never went up to him. Because of rain delays they wanted to know when I was cutting the cake, I gave them the time (in about 20 min). Cake cutting time came and my husband and I stood there...Um do you expect us to cut it with my hands? Yes I know it was at my house, but as a PROFESSIONAL PLANNER you know who my parents were and what we need. That should have been ready for us. They were not helpful. I do not normally write reviews but since this company I feel stole my money, I feel inspired to tell you to stay away from them.
I hired them in December to assist with my weddings in June. They put me with a woman named Sandy who seemed very nice. I spoke to her twice via telephone and was supposed to talk to her in January. Well I attempted to contact Sandy and for days I heard nothing back. I finally contacted "Jessica" who stated that the planner I had was no longer with the company. Evidently no felt that the client needed to know this. January 5th Jessica stated they would release me from my contest and it would take 21 days to get my money returned. I stated that was a ridiculous amount of time to wait but never heard back from Jessica.
I tried to contact them tonight to get my email returned to me with this message:
"Your message wasn't delivered to bellapartenza@gmail.com because the address couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again."
I tried to take a snapshot but it will not paste in the box.
Here I am 21+ days later with no deposit, no Jessica to email and google telling me that the BellaPartenza domain NO LONGER EXISTS.
karma will show its ugly face to the owners of this company.

I was set to meet my planner at the venue and was traveling 2 1/2 hours to meet her.
I thought it was weird that there was no meeting confirmation leading up to the date and decided to text her to confirm the night before.
She had no recollection of this set meeting that Jennifer agreed to. I was instructed to call Jennifer/Jessica and in doing so all I received was excuses. The girl that was assigned to my wedding quit and that she should have told me.
I think it should be the company that I am paying that should inform me of any changes and make adjustments accordingly.
I received a call THAT NIGHT from the same assigned planner trying to reconcile the business relationship for the company.... But wait.... I thought she quit?
That confirmed I wanted NOTHING to do with this company.
She ensured me that she has worked at my venue numerous times and they had a wedding to attend that weekend but will get with me right after and make sure my wedding goes off without a hitch.
I ended up going to the venue by myself since I already scheduled the tour and could not cancel at the last minute.
I NEVER heard back from either Jennifer or Jessica with the promise to get with me the following week to continue the planning.
After I felt like this was a failed attempt and now 3 weeks in the hole with nothing accomplished, I decided to part ways with them and requested a refund NOTHING had been done...
I received an email of another excuse that unforeseen things have happened and a half apology and that I would be refunded in check form (all though I paid with a debit card) within 7 busThe review above mine from "Sandra" is the employee who was assigned to me that supposedly "quit"
