Amazing customer service start to finish!
My daughter found a veil she loved but hesitated to purchase it because it was highly priced at the bridal shop where she purchased her gown. She decided to look for a less expensive version on Etsy. I decided to reach out to Bella Mera and Jennifer responded immediately that not only did they have the veil but I would receive it in under 4 weeks for less than half the price we were quoted at our local bridal shop. Also we had been told 6-8 months for delivery! The communication is excellent through text and email. I received the veil beautifully packaged in less than 2 weeks and also received follow up messages to be sure I was satisfied. Jennifer and Bella Mera are perfect examples of customer service at its best. I cannot wait to surprise my daughter with her dream veil at her shower! Thank you so much! -

Unbelievable Service
Words can not even express how grateful I was to find Bella Mera Bridal/Jennifer. Long story short, my daughter is getting married next weekend, we have been trying to find her veil. We only had a designer name and a picture of it from when she tried it on. We thought it was one model#. So I reached out to Bella Mera and I was lucky enough to get the most attentive and caring person on the other end of my texts to them, Jennifer. After a ton of messages for 2 days and her helping right up until she was leaving work, sending pictures back and forth, Jennifer was able to find the exact veil we were looking for. Took care of calling the designer and getting it drop shipped to me in time. We live in New Jersey and we didn’t even get her wedding dress from there. If they were that great about getting a sale for a veil and going way above and beyond, I couldn’t imagine how awesome they would be to purchase a dress from. Jennifer you rock! This place was amazing! -

Saved the day!
Bella Mera Bridal Boutique, literally saved the day and we are so very grateful to them and to Jennifer! Thank you truly just doesn't seem enough. We unfortunately had a bridal party issue & needed two replacement dresses. The original local store we visited unfortunately weren't able to guarantee the replacements in time...so during Memorial Day weekend we went online in search of the dresses. Luckily & thankfully we stumbled upon their Boutique & site and found the two exact dresses we needed! We placed the order on Saturday of the holiday weekend & on Tuesday we reached out upon them being open. Let me just say, the communication via a phone call, follow up email & text messages were above and beyond anything I have ever experienced!! Their compassion for our situation, the understanding of our feelings and the worry we were having, was amazing, that they "actually" cared, I mean really cared. To them, we weren't just an order or a sale. Upon confirmation of the order processing, they literally, physically checked their stock for the dresses, and confirmed in fact,there were no issues, and our order could ship immediately WITHIN under one hour time frame!!! I could not believe the one on one chat I was able to have with Jennifer & all that she did for me, in order to make certain my daughter's day wasn't "ruined"! I will forever be grateful!! The dresses were ordered, dresses packed and shipped & received within a weeks time!! From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU JENNIFER & THANK YOU BELLA MERA BRIDAL BOUTIQUE!!

I could not be happier with the ease of ordering from this site! The birdcage inventory is amazing which made it very difficult to make my selection. Great customer service!
Bella Mera Bridal Boutique is wonderful! I was looking for Greek Orthodox stefana (crowns) for my wedding ceremony and it was the only store in the area that had a wide selection to choose from. Their customer service team was responsive to my emails, and even followed up with me after my online purchase to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend them! -

Fantastic service!
Really great at communication! This shop answered my questions promptly and were very kind and helpful when I needed help changing my order (due to a mistake on my part). I ordered my veil from Bella Mera. I found their veil at a bridal salon; however, the price was pretty marked up. I went directly to Bella Mera to order my gorgeous cathedral veil. Bella Mera was extremely responsive. They said my veil would arrive 6 weeks post purchase and it was almost exactly 6-weeks! I have very relieved it arrived prior to all of this madness happening in the world.… jut i the nick of time. Thank you Bella for being so easy to work with ! -

I found my dream veil!
I had such an incredible experience with Bella Mera Bridal! I live in Wilmington, North Caroline and I was on the hunt for a cathedral veil. I fell in love with a veil at the Boutique I got my dress, but it was way out of my price range. I began searching everywhere else - etsy, other local boutiques, and random google searches. Finally, I came across Bella Mera Bridal who had the exact veil I was looking for for less than half the price I originally found it at! They were so quick to respond to any questions I had. I paid for rushed shipping to make sure it got here in time and they sent it without any problems! I was also able to get a veil bag and hanger through them, which was super helpful. I would absolutely suggest Bella Mera Bridal to any of my friends getting married!! I am so thankful I found them! -

Very Helpful and Affordable!
I absolutely love the belt I ordered from them. It was stunning and exactly what I ordered. It was the lowest price I found for the belt I wanted. I was in no rush to get mine but it was still delivered in a timely manner. It even came in the cutest little bag and with a sweet little card. I purchased a veil and earrings and was so happy!
I purchased earrings and a fingertip length edge veil with crystals from Bella Mera and I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be purchasing my remaining wedding accessories with them! amazing bridal shop
Bellamera was absolutely incredible. I am a NJ bride who decided to work with Bellamera after going on their website and seeing they carried a veil I loved.
After speaking with Jennifer who is the manager there, I knew I had to buy my blusher and custom cathedral length veil from them. From the beginning, she made me feel very comfortable. She was so sweet, helpful, and caring. She truly cares about the happiness of her brides. And also their prices are amazing!
I had an issue with two of the veils I ordered. One was too long (but it was the length I ordered it at, I just needed it to be shortened after I tried it on with my dress) and the blusher I had ordered to be more poofy, came in way too poofy from Ansonia.
I immediately called and sent an email to Jennifer about this. She made sure to call the company and explained my concerns to them. Unfortunately, Ansonia's customer service was absolutely terrible and they made NO effort at all to help me.
However, Jennifer did everything in her power to make sure my situation was fixed and she quickly sent me a new blusher from her inventory, which ended up being perfect and exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend Bellamera to other brides. Jennifer was so amazing and TRULY cares about her customers. She was by far one of the best people I had the chance to work with during my wedding planning process. -

Highly suggest to any bride with a larger bridal group. I had my entire bridal party signed up here for Bill Levkoff Dresses and all the dresses came on time with a free garment bag! Every time I called them they made feel like an important Bride and my 13 bridesmaids including my four plus size bridesmaids. I wasn't expecting this type of service and was taking back from the prompt customer service. The staff was always pleasant every time I called or emailed. We just loved the entire experience from the easy registration for my bridesmaids and surprised how smoothly everything was. They were very transparent about about arrival times and even helped me pick out matching necklace sets for everyone. I had gone on a few shopping trips for bridesmaid's dresses, but prices were high at many places we looked. My sister tried on a dress at a boutique in Virginia Beach, VA that all of the bridesmaids loved, so I googled the style to see if we could get it somewhere cheaper. Bella Mera was that place. For ordering online and doing your own measurements, they give a significant discount from the retail mark-up. They worked with my bridesmaids to answer any questions they had, and the order was shipped promptly. Not their fault, but the only issue is that they cannot be ordered until all of the bridesmaids ordered, so if you have a procrastinator in the group it can stress out others who want to get it in time for alterations, etc. They do this so the dresses are all cut from the same bolt to guarantee the same exact color, etc. Great to work with! -

10/5/2017. I spoke with several people to assist in selecting and confirming details for my daughter's bridal veil. All were knowledgeable and accommodating. I even received timely responses well after I received the veil when we contacted them to learn about bridal veil care. There were details about the veil surrounding the length of the blusher, the way it attaches and the style/color of the lace that were all carefully attended to. We couldn't be more pleased that there was a veil that matched the heirloom bridal gown my daughter wore. The delivery was as promised and the custom order arrived to exact specifications and carefully packaged. We were thrilled to find Bella Mera! -

Jennifer was so incredibly helpful in finding a veil for my wedding day. When we discovered I couldn't get the one I wanted by the wedding date, she wored so hard at finding me an alternative. I ended up finding one on a different website, but called her to ask if they had that one and they did! She was able to rush it to me and I felt the veil was just as beautiful as the one I originally wanted! It was perfect! -

I ordered a beautiful cathedral veil from this company and could not be happier. I was dress shopping in NY and fell in love with this one veil but could not believe the price tag on it so I left it at the store. The veil I ordered was one I saw in the bridal salon where my dress is. The bridal salon wanted almost 4 times the amount Bella Mera asked for. I ordered and I believe around April, and right away someone reached out to me to let me know it would not be delievered right away. They assured me it would be to me by the middle of July, and sure enough, it came and I didn't need to panic or anything. -

Bella Mera was an absolute joy to work with coordinating the bridesmaids dresses. My bridesmaids are all in different states, have very different schedules because of their respective careers and have very different body-types. Bella Mera was great with working with me to set up a group account for everyone to order through, answered any and all questions I had about swatches and delivery timelines and even helped at least one of the bridesmaids figure out a size and style that was best for her. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful, delivery of the dresses were right on time following email updates of when the dresses were processed and shipped, and ordering online meant that designers that were outside the budget I set for bridesmaids dresses at other stores were back in budget. One bridesmaid saved about $100 by ordering through Bella Mera rather than at a nearby bridal boutique!
Bella Mera really was wonderful, and I am so grateful that they made what can be a stressful part of wedding planning so easy. -

This should be your first stop when shopping for wedding gowns, etc. Their prices are terrific, and sales people are very professional and helpful. My daughter found her veil here for considerably less than where we purchased her gown. The staff went the extra "mile" to call and verify the length of the veil before shipping it. And no shipping charges (just a modest handling fee)! The veil arrived in great condition and on time. -

I was incredibly pleased with the product I received from Bella Mera Bridal Boutique. I live in Texas, and had been to upscale boutique, where I fell in love with a jeweled headband that had a ridiculously high price tag. I came home and googled the product number and found the same gorgeous headband for a quarter of the price on Bella Mera's website. It was shipped and arrived within the timeline set by their website in perfect condition. The headband is perfect and I can't wait to wear it on my big day! -

My daughter didn't think she wanted a veil until she tried one on at the bridal shop for a fitting. Wel,l she did like the look, but the veil was expensive. We left the bridal shop to consider spending for the veil. Well, on August 8, I did some shopping online and found Bella Mera Bridal Boutique and they carried the veil my daughter tried on at the bridal shop for considerably less.
We needed the veil in 3 weeks time (Sept 1) so I paid the $25 expediting fee, purchased the veil and received the veil a week before we needed it. All in all, the veil looked gorgeous on the bride. I was happy it was received with plenty of time to spare, and I saved $125 in the process over what I would have paid at the bridal shop. Good job Jennifer at Bella Mera Bridal Boutique. -

Jennifer was great. A co-worker had told me about Bella Mera Bridal, but I was discouraged and disenchanted with bridal shops after visiting a couple. At other shops I found the mother of the bride selections very expensive and more matronly then I wanted. When I arrived I told Jennifer what I was looking for and she was able to key in on my style and help me select several dresses that I liked. I knew I would need alterations, but did not know anyone who would be able to do the alterations quickly---I was getting my dress just 2 weeks before the wedding. I had the best experience with Bella Mera Bridal Boutique. After a very stressful few months struggling to get bridesmaid dresses with other vendors, Bella Mera came through for me and provided the best customer service experience. Jennifer helped me right away and took care of every aspect of the process from coordinating emails with my bridesmaids, collecting their information, getting the dresses ordered on time, keeping me updating on shipping, even taking pictures of the dresses when they arrived, and getting them individually shipped to all the girls. I am so very happy with the service I received from Bella Mera. I didn't want my bridesmaids to spend a lot of money on their dresses so we went out shopping at local stores and found a style we loved which retailed for about $250. I found the same dress online from Bella Mera for about $150 and decided to purchase through them although I was hesitant about ordering online. The associates at Bella Mera couldn't have been more helpful. They quickly replied to my questions about size and shipping via e-mail and gave me instructions for how to set up a group so that each girl could order through me, thus getting the dresses from the same fabric lot, while paying for their own dresses on their own.
A few of my bridesmaids are taller so they ordered the longer length dresses. Due to a backup at the manufacturer, the longer length dresses were backordered a few weeks. I received an e-mail from Bella Mera right away alerting me of the estimated shipping date and offering to send my regular length dresses right away. During this time, I also moved and Bella Mera was able to update my shipping address within just a few days of the dresses being shipped so that they arrived at my front door on time.
The quality of each dress is exactly as I would expect purchasing from a local shop. I really can't say enough about how happy I am with my entire Bella Mera Bridal experience. -

It is hard to imagine that a woman's fairytale wedding day could be so beautifully preserved and recreated in such a custom manner. Jennifer at Bella Mera Bridal Boutique did just that with the preservation of my wedding gown. She was able to restore every sparkling detail, rid all stains and blemishes and display my wedding gown to appear brand new.
Not only did Jennifer so elegantly preserve my gown, but she also made that moment so personable. The memories I have of my mother and I searching for "the dress" were all relived in the unique way my mother and Jennifer presented my gown. I bought my dress at Bella Mera after visiting a few other salons. I had found a brand I liked, and saw that Bella Mera was having a trunk show for that designer. Jennifer was incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process, adjusting her schedule to work with mine. She also did a great job of providing some advice when asked, but really letting me and my guests decide what direction to go in. I felt like she really tried to help me find something I loved, rather than pushing a sale (which was an impression I got at other salons).
I wanted to purchase my dress with my family present, and since they were coming in from out of town, I made a store preview appointment with Jennifer to narrow down the options. She helped me try on probably half the store to figure out what styles I liked. I was concerned about which styles would be on hand for the trunk show, and whether they would be a size I could fit into, and she went out of her way to get a list of the styles & sizes that would be there. I was able to look them up online and make sure it was still worth mine and my family's time! I thought that was above and beyond.
When I made the appointment for the trunk show, she worked with my schedule (and my desire to avoid large crowds in her somewhat small store space) to set up a private appointment. She remembered the styles we had settled on and helped me narrow the selection down to a few dresses that I liked. She then suggested some alterations that could be done to make the one I chose exactly how I wanted it. She had wine on hand to celebrate the final decision!
I moved away before the dress came in, and she checked the dress when it came in, and had it shipped to me and even followed up to make sure I had received it and that it was right.
Overall, my experience with Jennifer was great. She handles emails and phone calls herself and she is flexible in her scheduling. She remembers her clients and follows up personally. -

Bella Mera is a quaint shop in the heart of Middleburg. It is mainly appointment only, which is great because she locks the door to the public during your appointment. Having that one on one time with Jennifer was great, it made me feel so special. For the size of the shop, which is relatively small, she has a great selection of dresses! They are all in pristine condition. Jennifer took her time with me, let me try things on twice and did not force anything on me! You can really tell Jennifer has experience in the industry and knows what she's doing.
I did look at other shops and my experience with those was poor compared to Bella Mera. The other shops were busy with other brides there at the same time and you could tell those places were just out to sell a dress. Bella Mera was such an intimate experience for me and my family...we even had a champagne toast when I said yes, to the dress! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for an upscale experience with dresses that aren't over the top expensive. -

I found the dresses I wanted my girls to wear at a local shop, but they didn't have the long style, and their price was the same as everyone else's. Searching the web, I found Bella Mira Bridal...and called to make sure that it was a legit place. The woman I spoke with was so nice, and explained they can offer lower prices online because they are not there to help you with your measurements, etc. Also, they have great tracking, and offer additional items that you can purchase to match your dresses. -

I found a veil I loved in the same bridal salon where I bought my dress but they wanted to charge me $250 which was more than I wanted to spend. I looked online just to print up a picture of it and happened to find it available through Bella Mera for only $100. The veil shipped within the stated 7-10 business days, my email was met with a quick and courteous response and my veil came in beautiful and undamaged. It's perfect and I'm so happy that I stumbled upon their website so I could get exactly what I wanted. Can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. -

I had a wonderful experience with Bella Mera. I spent months searching for a sash and veil and couldn't find ones that I liked and were reasonably priced. I had a private appointment, which made it a very personal experience. I was able to try items on at my own pace and never felt rushed to make a decision. The personalized care and attention made the long drive well worth it. I ended up finding a veil, sash, jewelry, and a hair piece all at Bella Mera and all for a very reasonable price. I recommend this place to all brides. -

My experience was wonderful. I called to make sure they had the veil that I was looking for and Jennifer assured me that if she didn't have it in stock, she would order it and ship it out to me immediately. I am not getting married until March 2014, but I ordered my veil on August 21st and received it in the mail on September 6th. The bridal shop where I ordered my dress told me that it would take about 6 months to come in. Needless to say, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and my interaction with Bella Mera Bridal. I only wish I lived closer to VA to have gone there and ordered my dress. -

I order a veil from Bella Mera Bridal on Wed July 10th. In the notes of my order I stated that I needed the veil by Jul 20th for my final fitting. Shortly after submitting my order I received a call from Jennifer that she would let the vendor send the veil direct to me so that I can get it ASAP. They typically charge a $10 fee for drop shipping which was waived because they really wanted to make sure I got it on time. My order was shipped the same day and I received it the next day. I was surprised and appreciative of Bella Mera Bridal’s prompt response. Initially I was planning on ordering from somewhere local in New York. I was told that they couldn't get this veil in time for my wedding and they attempted to sell me another veil at a higher price. I am so glad I found Bella Mera website online. I received my order and fell in love with the veil; it was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Thanks to Jennifer and Bella Mera for making me a happy bride -

I would definitely recommend Bella Mera Bridal Boutique!!! BMBB provided one of the best experiences I've had during my wedding planning process. I found their website online while searching for a specific bridal belt style that was extremely expensive in the store. Not only was their price lower than anyone, the customer service was fantastic. While their website is a bit different than most, because they don't provide prices on every item. You have to send a "request" for the price if it is not posted. They responded to me the same day, and explained their ordering process. After I placed the order, they called me personally to explain that the designer was a little back ordered and it would take a couple of weeks longer than the estimated date, and they wanted to make sure it was okay. I had plenty of time and was in no rush. Then I began receiving emails a few weeks later once my belt had been delivered to their store. Then I got an email as the USPS was processing their shipment to me. Their communication and customer service was fantastic, and the price was unbeatable!
I did have one issue with the shipping but it was because the post office made a mistake. I received the email that the order was delivered on a specific date and time, but when I got home it was not there. After contacting the post office and receiving little to no information, I called Bella Mera and explained. They filed a case immediately with the post office to help me track down what happened. I finally found that the pkg was delivered to the wrong address, and my neighbor took 5 days to get it back to me. They were so professional and understanding with my issue.
My recommendation when ordering from Bella Mera: BUY THE INSURANCE! It is very inexpensive and worth it. Even though my mishap was not their fault, I would have lost out on my purchase because I decided to just do basic shipping for a lower cost (it didn't require a signature and that could have prevented my issue). -

I just recieved my veil from Bella Mera Bridal! The customer service is incredible they couldnt be more helpful! I accidently ordered the wrong color veil and they were able to switch it no problem. The veil is stunning and even better was half the price of my bridal salon! I would defiantly recommend ordering from Bella Mera, couldnt be happier!! -

I live in Boston and had my heart set on a specific pink-colored sash to go along with my bridal gown. I was devastated to find out only months before my wedding that no one in Boston carried the sash! I did a search online and found that Bella Bridal did carry it so I called and Jennifer was quick and responsive to my inquiry. Not only was she able to help me pick out a few sashes, she sent me photos of each and quoted me prices much more reasonably priced than the Boston boutiques. After I picked out two sashes she sent them to me with in a week, just in time for my final dress fitting. I love my dress and the pink sash adds so much more uniqueness and flare! I just received my LC Bridal veil purchased online through Bella Mera, and I couldn't be more pleased. The customer service is absolutely outstanding, even if you are not an in store customer and just place an order over the phone or through the website.
I couldn't decide on a veil, and left on in my cart ready to purchase on the website. I received a phone call the next day asking if I needed any help or had any questions. She was able to price several veils, discuss my options, and I was finally able to settle on a veil.
Bella Mera has hands down the best prices. I got my authentic LC Cathedral bridal veil for only $200 when my local bridal shop wanted to charge me $385. I received my veil within a week with free shipping, when my local shop told me it would be 12 weeks. Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!! -

I ordered a veil online for my daughter. Jennifer at Bella Mera immediately contacted me to introduce herself. At that time she confirmed the order and wedding date. Although they did not have the veil in stock she explained when I could expect shipment. I received the veil 5 days earlier than originally expected. Bella Mera Bridal Boutique is absolutely wonderful! After visiting three bridal shops I found the Giselle tiara and veil that I had my heart set on at Bella's website for $100 less than the bridal shops were offering! The tiara wasn't on the Bella website but they looked it up and ordered it for me. I was so grateful for their responsiveness in helping me. I received my items in about 3 weeks from Bella's when the bridal boutiques said it would take 6 weeks. -

I needed a bustier for my daughter's wedding dress which we bought in Pittsburgh (our town). I couldn't find one locally so I began searching the web. I called Bella Mera at the end of the day and their staff were super responsive. They promised to email me and call first thing in the morning to order. When they ordered it for me, it was discontinued so they found a similar replacement. The new one was much more expensive but I was still given the price of the 1st veil! They had the veil I was searching for, and for a very good price. It was cheaper even with the custom blusher veil (over $50 cheaper!), than if I had bought just the veil at the store where I got my dress. I had to call them to ask them a few questions about the veil, and the person on the phone was very nice, friendly, and extremely helpful. A real person who spoke fluent English, not someone overseas or a robot.
Not only that, but the veil shipped to me even sooner than they had estimated (less than 2 weeks, and that's with the custom work on it). Plus their website is one of the few vendors that I felt wasn't an online scam :)
I will definitely buy from them again - in fact, I intend to buy my hair comb from them! -

I wish that I could have made all of my wedding purchases through Bella Mera! I was a bit nervous about ordering a veil I'd never seen from a store that I could find so little information on but my experience with Bella Mera couldn't have been more positive. Right from the get-go the staff was incredibly responsive and answered every one of my questions in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Once I'd placed my order they communicated with me step by step to let me know where things stood. The veil was supposed to take 2-3 weeks to come in but I ordered on March 26th and received my veil April 10th! The staff was very accommodating and double checked with me to confirm where I wanted the veil shipped based on what day it was going to be delivered (home vs work address). I took the veil out of the packaging and looked it over briefly while at work and it looks incredible! The price was significantly less than what I was quoted in the stores and the veil looks exactly the same. I highly recommend using Bella Mera for your wedding attire needs! -
