Best floral & design. No question!

To say that Bella Flora's service, execution and vision is exceptional is an understatement. The team at Bella Flora truly goes above and beyond, and I don't know what I would've done without them for my wedding. My husband and I were married on May 25, 2019, and we began partnering with Cesar at Bella Flora in the Fall of 2018. From the very beginning, Cesar made us feel like we were the most important client he had, despite how busy he and his team are! His attention to detail, his creativity and his patience added up to the greatest experience and the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen. From a gorgeous wisteria halo and chandelier over the dance floor, to designing the floor layout, linens, chairs & chargers, and creating tall & low arrangements as well as a stunning cake floral waterfall - Cesar took a small vision I had, and made it into a space that only dreams are made of. From day one I had the utmost confidence in him and in his team, and I was not disappointed. The creation by the Bella Flora team was breathtaking, and all my guests were in absolute awe. Best Florist EVER!

Cesar at Bella Flora was beyond amazing to work with. He executed my dream wedding with the most beautiful floral and decor I have ever seen. Every guest was in awe at how beautiful the floral and decor looked! Cesar was so patient during the whole process and really listened to what I wanted. Emily and Lucy were wonderful to work with. Our venue was a bit more rustic than we wanted and with their talented team they made it so elegant and romantic. At the last minute I requested blush ranunculus and they delivered! Our wedding was DREAMY because of them!

AMAZING! I used Bella Flora for my wedding this year and they completely surpassed my expectations. I asked for a 10ft X 10ft flower wall.. and boy did I get a flower wall!! It was absolutely stunning! Words can't describe how happy my husband and I were with the job they did. They truly helped make my wedding something out of a fairy tale.

Bella Flora went so far above and beyond the call of duty that I don’t even know where to begin with this review. Lauren Theisen coordinated our four-day wedding weekend in the Texas Hill Country. If she ever decides not to work weddings, she could easily be a surgeon on the front lines of some war zone. She was cool, calm and collected all weekend. It was only when we got back from our honeymoon, did we hear about all these last-minute issues she seamlessly handled without our notice. The only con was trying to keep the groomsmen from hitting on the smoking hot blonde.

Bella Flora also handled the florals, lighting, décor and furniture rentals. I really cannot say enough about their professionalism and the gorgeous quality of their work. Cesar answered my far too long emails quickly and thoroughly. The entire team just went above and beyond to ensure we felt completely taken care of – which we did! It’s like hiring a personal concierge for your event. Enough research, you’re done looking. They are, quite simply, the best team available.

Bella Flora is hands down the only florist I will ever look to in the future for any events. They are so professional and reliable, everything is to perfection and they really care about your big day. Cesar listened to my ideas and incorporated all of them into the final design plan. Bella Flora has done two wedding anniversary arrangements for us. Both times, my husband requested that the flowers be delivered to our hotel and be in the room prior to our arrival. Even though we had a small wedding, my husband and I desperately needed help to make sure the day ran smoothly and was everything we had imagined.

We have said many times (both before and after the wedding) that the decision to hire Carson Castellaw, Lucy Diaz-Flores and the Bella Flora team for planning and flowers was the best we made. From start to finish, they took terrific care of us, making sure all vendors were coordinated, providing us with wonderful ideas for the event, and then being on-hand throughout so that all ran smoothly. They treated our wedding as if it were their own, and we were so grateful to have them on our team.

The flowers for the day were absolutely beautiful and appropriate for our event. Again, the ideas that the team suggested for us were perfect, and perfectly executed at the event.

We feel as though we were able to have the wedding we wanted, the way we wanted, with the help of the Bella Flora team. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

People will be talking about those flowers forever. It was the best decision we made during our vendor selection. Cesar Diaz at Bella Flora is a fantastic floral designer and takes it beyond the flowers and creates complete table design and total reception venue ambiance. He took our ideas and expanded them and was so positive and helpful to us every step of the way. We didn't even interview anyone else after meeting with Cesar. No worries on wedding day because we knew we could trust that he would create the reception at The Room on Main we were looking forward to. It was great to get so many compliments from our guests! Cesar at Bella Flora coordinated our florals and head table linens and did the most amazing job. I (along with all of our guests) was blown away when I first saw the chapel and reception venue. The florals, table linens, and furniture rentals completely transformed our reception into the exact look and ambience that I wanted. I showed Cesar pictures of several things I liked and the look I was going for and he went above and beyond to make sure it was 100% perfect. Every single one of our guests has personally told me it was THE most beautiful wedding that they have ever been to. I can't praise Bella Flora enough for the work they did for us. I would recommend them to anyone who is getting married. So so happy that I was able to have the most beautiful wedding thanks to Cesar and Bella Flora.

Bella Flora did an amazing job on my florals! Marianne was my coordinator. She was very attentive to details when we met, and helped to ensure that I got the overall look that I wanted. She even came personally to my venue the day of my wedding to ensure that everything turned out the way that we'd planned. Their florals and rentals are beautiful. I received numerous complements on the centerpieces and bouquets, and had several guests asking if they could take flowers home with them after the reception. They are a bit pricy, but you are paying for amazing quality, which I felt was completely worth it.

Bella Flora came to my rescue after I had to fire my previous florist for breach of contract. Cesar did an amazing job and comments were that my wedding was the most beautiful my guests have ever seen. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he nailed it. I will be using Bella Flora for any event I have from here on out. This was the second wedding in our family ... and I found that Cesar Diaz @ Bella Flora was the easiest professional to work with. He is very business savvy and extremely creative. It was easy to communicate my ideas to him and gather his feedback. It was a continual process, and he insisted on gathering more detailed information to insure that the evening for the Bride would be nothing less than perfect. Cesar was easy to reach via email; and he was quick to respond to meeting times or answer any concerns. The week before the wedding, he provided a "prototype" discussion that illustrated "our" conceptions and eliminated any possible misunderstandings. The flowers used in our arrangements were very fresh ... colors perfect ... and very very fragrant! It is now a week later, and we are still enjoying some of the smaller arrangements in our home. I highly recommend Bella Flora to anyone planning a wedding or a memorable party ... for us, it became a sensory memory of a lifetime. Those gorgeous arrangements and masses of candlesticks and votive lights made the evening so romantic. The Bride and Groom were "blown away" by the sheer beauty and scale. I'm so grateful to Cesar and his talented staff ... thanks to Bella Flora for making my job so much easier!

All I've ever heard was how stressful planning for a wedding could be. At the time our wedding was being planned I was currently moving my work area, preparing for an important exam at the same time planning our wedding. There is no way we would have accomplished a wedding 10% as good as we had without our coordinator. I rated Bella Flora 5/5 for all categories because I was blown away by the amazing floral designs and wonderful planning services I received from Bella Flora. My planner, Jaime, made the wedding planning experience stress-free, enjoyable and fun, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for anyone seeking a planner. Here are some reasons why:
Jaime is very passionate about her job. Her friendly and outgoing demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I knew that I could trust her planning such an important life event. She is well respected by all the area bands, photographers, venues, etc. which made finding the right vendor super easy. She used her connections to negotiate the best possible deals and did an excellent job managing the budget. In addition, she was a huge resource for creative ideas, and she listened carefully to my vision and was able to relay my vision to all the vendors.
Jaime is a true professional, very organized and easy to communicate with. She answered my calls, emails and texts quickly, and was extremely flexible when it came to my last minute requests. She communicated the plans for the weekend with my wedding party so everyone was aware of where they needed to be and at what time.
On the day of the wedding, she remained composed at all times. She worked behind the scenes to keep all the wheels turning and she made sure that everything came together the way it was supposed to. I truly felt that she went above and beyond her duties as a planner to ensure my wedding was most the gorgeous, unforgettable day of my life.
In addition to using BF for planning services, I also used them for flowers and décor. Cesar is extremely talented and just as easy to work with. He read my mind when it came to the overall feel and theme of the evening, and he created an atmosphere that was absolutely stunning and everything I envisioned. His work was breath-taking, and I am still receiving compliments on how beautiful everything was.

Everything about Bella Flora represented the highest level of professionalism, design, and execution. Lucy and Jaime were flawless in making sure that our experience was first class. Cesar Diaz with Bella Flora was responsible for the entire atmosphere of our wedding. When we first started thinking about how we wanted our wedding to feel, we were having a hard time picturing it all together. Cesar completely understood our wants, maybe even a little more than we did ourselves sometimes, and was able to make our dreams a reality. Cesar took care all of the floral, linens, decorations, lighting, chairs, bar fronts, furniture-- and the list goes on-- for our wedding. If anything had to do with décor, Cesar was the one behind it all. Working with Cesar was great. He was very detail oriented, and on our wedding day, there was no doubt in our minds that Cesar would have the church and reception venue looking more beautiful than we could ever imagine, and that he did. Also, all of Cesar's proposals were very detailed and transparent, so you knew exactly what was going where. I highly recommend Cesar Diaz for all of your floral and décor needs.

Words can honestly not express how essential Jaime Jones with Bella Flora was to our entire wedding celebration. From the moment we first met with Jaime, all of our wedding stress completely melted away. Jaime is sweet, professional, and the type of girl who instantly seems like she could have been your longtime best friend. Calling Jaime our "wedding planner" doesn't even begin to describe all the roles she took on during the planning process. She was there with me during fittings, planted each of our 250 succulent wedding favors into tiny pails she had painted herself, and on my wedding day was even the one to zip up my dress. Having Jaime there to bounce ideas off of and give us her honest opinion, while still making sure the day was entirely "us" was invaluable. I am a somewhat indecisive person, but Jaime was extremely patient and would talk everything out with us-- she was even there helping me make the most trivial decisions such as which cake topper pose to go with (after days of me debating). I could go on and on with examples of how AMAZING Jaime is, and it still would not do her justice. From correcting others mishaps (such as robes with the wrong monogrammed initials) to delivering gifts and belongings back to your house after you're already long gone honeymoon, Jaime does not miss a beat. If you are looking for a wedding planner, I can assure you that after you meet Jaime Jones, you will never question whether or not you made the right choice.

Jaime's assistant Taylor Harp was also a huge help in our process. From researching things to do in our wedding city for our welcome baskets to staying with me my entire bridal portrait session making sure my bangs didn't "split", Taylor was always there and behind the scenes making sure things went smoothly. Getting to work with Taylor was an added bonus to working with Jaime.

I used Bella Flora for my floral/décor as well as their planning services. Jaime Jones, my wedding planner, went above and beyond her duties to ensure our timeline was executed as smoothly as possible. This was no easy task considering we were changing the schedule and seating arrangements up until the day of the wedding. Jaime was always patient, friendly, understanding and extremely responsive, and I knew I could relax and enjoy the big day with her by my side. Bella Flora also did an amazing job with our décor considering we had no idea what the space looked like until pretty much the week of the wedding due to delayed construction of our venue. Jaime went above and beyond. The little details are easy to forget (like transporting luggage to the hotel on wedding day), and hiring Jaime helped us enjoy a relaxed wedding day. I can't put into words the AMAZING experience I had with Bella Flora and Jaime Jones. She made my dream wedding possible. Bella Flora's beautiful spreads in local Dallas wedding magazines always caught my eye. I decided floral was very important to me as I planned our wedding, so using Bella Flora was simply a must. It was here I met Jaime Jones, our wedding coordinator. She took my dreams and made them a reality.
There was an initial visit at Bella Flora to talk about my vision, the differences between the kinds of flowers, layouts, centerpieces, bouquets, etc. A few weeks later, Bella Flora sent over a proposal that we tweaked here and there to fit our budget. As the wedding inched closer, we had a few more meetings with Bella Flora's Lucy and Jaime to finalize arrangements, lighting, bouquets, etc. When our bouquets arrived to the bridal suite on our wedding day, I was completely amazed. As I stepped into the ballroom for the first time, it took my breath away. It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. From the high/low centerpieces to the draping and lighting to all the intricate details that Bella Flora helped set up and create--it was perfect.

If you're a bride looking for a planner who is understanding, helpful, patient, hardworking and has a killer eye for detail, I would highly recommend hiring Jaime! She was absolutely amazing and the whole planning process (6 weeks up to the wedding) and day of went so smoothly. I did not worry. I was able to enjoy our wedding day. My mom, MOH and bridesmaids were able to enjoy our wedding day. Our whole wedding weekend was mapped out into :15 or :30 minute increments. I chose to hire Jaime for a 6 week time frame leading up to the wedding. I was one of those brides who wanted to plan and put my stamp on our wedding day but I also needed a helping hand. I am so happy I found her and the team at Bella Flora!

Working with Lucy and her team at Bella Flora was such a joy! They are conscious of your budget and are extremely creative in ways to make the flowers/decor look "like a million bucks" but still be within your range. They will go above and beyond to give you what you want, and if it's too expensive, then they will be creative and somehow find a way to make it on a smaller scale. Their show room is simply amazing and their professionalism is unparalleled. Every bride wants a vendor like Bella Flora because you don't have to "worry" about them on the wedding day... they arrive early, have plenty of staff to set up, and everything is complete with time to spare. You will get SO much for your money with Bella. The blooms are full and beautiful bright colors. You will not be disappointed!

Bella Flora was amazing to work with! The quality and design was beyond what I could have ever imagined. They were very good about keeping us updated and worked very well with our budget to tweak certain things. They were great people to work with and the final product was beautiful. Bella Flora was much more than flowers, they can design the entire concept of the night including flowers, lighting, table decorations, etc. They also have an amazing wedding planner Jaime Jones. We hired her for the week of our wedding and we could not have been more pleased! I don't know what we would have done without her. She handled everything from the final dress fitting, transportation, rehearsal, welcome bags, decorations, wedding night, etc. She made sure we could enjoy ourselves and took all of the stress away. I would highly recommend her and Bella Flora!

Lucy and her team at Bella Flora are absolutely WONDERFUL. I had always had a vision of exactly what I wanted my flowers to look like, and Lucy carried that vision out to perfection. Before my wedding ceremony, during pictures, the first thing I heard from my bridesmaids were squeals over the large altar arrangements and pew flowers. Then, at the reception, I was in awe (and so were my guests) to see the gorgeous, full arrangements of huge, white roses exactly how I had imagined them - and, of the FIVE florists I visited, Bella Flora's proposal was the most reasonable. I wish I had the words to describe how great Jaime was. She was there whenever I needed her for ANYTHING. I never had a second thought when i dropped something off for her to take care of. My coordinator at the venue honestly fell short, but Jaime saved my wedding day on many occasions both before and the day of. I was on the fence about letting my mom hiring a coordinator for the week of the wedding, but then i met Jaime and realized how sweet and helpful and useful she is. This would be the type of person I would be friends with and after the wedding i still consider her a good friend!

In particular, she sent me reminders to keep me organized. I also dropped my candy off with her and she put together the most gorgeous candy bar i could have imagined! Most notably, she took care of getting everything back to the suite after the reception, including some of the cake and candy that we couldnt remember trying. She also got everything (tuxes especially) back the morning after so we had nothing to worry about but our honeymoon!

This girl will make sure you get the wedding of your dreams! Completely worth it!

I had previously written a long commentary on how wonderful Jaime and Bella are. BUT I know when brides are considering adding a wedding planner, a huge consideration is cost..."I can do it myself and use the money somewhere else."

As a mother of TWO brides, please make this your first investment. What is really great about Jaime is that you can hire her for as much or as little as you want.
We hired her for bridal portraits and "week of" the wedding. I cannot tell you how important this was. She coordinated and attended the ENTIRE bridal portrait day...picking up the dress and having the flowers delivered (all the flowers were beyond amazing). She met my daughter at the first appointment and made sure hair and makeup were exactly what she wanted. She stayed with us assisting the photographer getting amazing pictures.

Then she really went into high gear. I actually felt badly that she was doing so much prior to the "week of" the wedding. She contacted and coordinated every vendor and sent us updates so we did not worry. She took all of the odds and ends (candy for the bar, sparklers etc) and we did not have to worry about a thing.

Then rehearsal and wedding day...everything from picking up the lunch platters to making sure the lighting was the perfect shade of teal to getting the ceremony comped because the sprinklers came on. (and smoothing or avoiding all of the ineveitable family tensions) THEN she returned all the tuxes, got the dress heirloomed and still had time to stop by the next day to make sure bride and groom were all set for the honeymoon.

If cost is a consideration (and it is in every wedding) this is MORE than worth it and the best investment of this wedding. The coordinators at the venues may be great but remember that they work for the venue and you really need someone to work for YOU, your family and the event.

bella flora was hands-down the best vendor for my wedding. they were very helpful in giving me ideas for flower arrangements and had pictures on hand to show me examples so that i could get a better idea of how it would look. i have a hectic weekday work schedule, and they were very willing to meet on the weekends and accommodate to my schedule. the flowers far exceeded my expectations and even better, their prices were the most reasonable out of the 3 quotes that i got.

at my 3-month wedding mark, i decided to hire a wedding planner as i soon realized the day-of tasks would be too much for me to handle. Jaime Jones is wonderful and i HIGHLY recommend her for wedding planning. she was willing to help me run numerous errands to pick up things i needed for my wedding and helped coordinate up until the very last minute to make sure everything went smoothly. i even had one of my guests come up to me after the wedding to say that Jaime had gone to CVS to pick up tylenol for her after she mentioned that she had a headache! you cannot get better than that! my wedding ran very smoothly and i give all of the credit to Jaime and the wonderful staff at Bella Flora!!

Cesar Diaz of Bella Flora is an amazing artist with floral arrangements and decor ideas. Cesar is beyond awesome and creatively talented. He was my floral designer for my wedding ceremony and reception on April 2, 2011. I was extremely pleased with all my flowers. The designs were so unique and beautiful! We are still hearing from our guest how beautiful and awesome the flowers were!

This is by far one of the best florist and wedding design company in Dallas. They did our wedding and it was out of this world. Cesar, was on hand to make sure everything looked fabulous. I cannot put into words the elegance and beauty that Bella Flora services provided for my wedding day. I thought I had seen it all in the magazines and the movies, but boy wasn't I in for a surprise. The flowers that Bella Flora created for my wedding day were absolutely AMAZING! They were able to bring my vision for my wedding day to life. Lucy and her team went above and beyond to accomodate any request that I had. I had quite a few addition/subtractions that I wanted to make after a couple meetings (even up to a few days before the wedding), and Bella Flora never once told me that I couldn't make them. They were so accomodating to my every request. I met with at least 6 wedding floral designers. They were all great, but Bella Flora stood out above them all. Bella went above and beyond what I asked for, as I knew they would. I had complete confidence they would do an exceptional job during the entire planning process. There was zero doubt or anxiety - incredibly valuable if you're a type A bride.

If they seem expensive compared to other florists, trust me it's worth it. You are paying for their unparalleled professionalism, service, and quality. Bella is best in the business here in Dallas.

Despite Bella's prestige, I never sensed any snootiness - everyone there was so friendly, lovely, and flexible. Cesar reworked the proposal several times to make it exactly what I wanted. This is one thing that really set Bella apart from its competitors like Jackson Durham. Jackson Durham will not make revisions to your proposal until after you've signed the contract and paid and ultimately, I didn't feel comfortable signing the floral contract without knowing exactly what was contemplated. By the time I'd worked out the details with Cesar, l felt 100% comfortable going forward. It was the best decision we could have made. They directed the design and mood of the entire event and ensured the wedding was as beautiful as it was joyous.

I mean there are no words for how beautiful our venue looked. We went for a garden theme and we had huge trees inside the room!! This is by far not the most inexpensive vendo for flowers and decor, but they are the best! Everyone told us how amazing the room looked and I feel like they really managed to capture our vision. They were even great about adding last minute details. The quality was impecable and the flowers were fresh, beautiful and really stole the show. I also appreciated their honest suggestions about which flower would look best for my June wedding. I am happiest with the money I spent on the beautiful decor and I would certainly use them over and over!!

I wish I had the option to post pictures of the amazing floral arrangements that Bella Flora provided for our wedding and reception. We had an outdoor ceremony, and Bella Flora designed and built our arch, the aisle, decorated outside, and did the bouquets/bouts/corsages/guest book table design. It was everything I could have imagined and more. Cesar was a pleasure to work with and had great, innovative ideas. They were willing to work with us as we adjusted different things in our proposal to fit within our budget. We had one minor instance where something had been miscalculated in our proposal and Bella Flora tried to charge us an immaterial amount, but Lucy made it right. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with the amazing floral designs that were provided for our wedding. They were absolutely breathtaking and I would recommend working with them. We had received multiple bids and Bella Flora was very competitively priced. Thanks again for helping to make our ceremony and reception beautiful!

Used Bella for the bouts, coursages and bouquets only. They delivered to my hotel the day of the ceremony and they flowers were beautiful and just what I wanted. I told Lucy my colors and theme and she came up with the rest.

The flowers at our wedding were breathtaking. I provided a photo of a bouquet I really liked and Bella Flora did the rest. My bouquet was perfect, the arrangements on the alter were so ridiculously beautiful...I couldn't hold back the tears when I first saw them. The florist suggested we transfer the arrangements to the reception to enjoy them there....perfect idea. The candle lighting around the reflecting pool was so pretty, the arrangements on the dinning tables were perfect....I could go on and on. The flowers were really the most beautiful part of our wedding. Several people asked who our florist was. Thank you so very much....the flowers at our wedding could not have been nicer.

Flowers looked amazing for the ceremony and reception. Prices are pretty arbitrary, but spending money on flowers is totally worth it. They were easy to work with, very responsive, and able to handle several last minute changes and additions.

Bella Flora was simply amazing. They were very responsive and professional throughout the whole planning process. They allowed me to make some last minute changes and the final product was beautiful. Marianne was our event producer and she was great! We received so many compliments on our ceremony and reception decorations throughout the night. We could not have been happier.

Bella Flora does beautiful work. The flowers are stunning, but they don't just do flowers, they create an event. They are great about flexibility--if you want to be involved with every step, they will let you. If you want to give them a general idea and let them run with it, they will basically read your mind and give you exactly what you dreamed about. I highly recommend them. Very professional.

Lucy designed the floral for my recent wedding and I cannot recommend her enough! It was simply stunning. I tend to be very picky, but everything exceeded my expectations and I didn't have a single complaint. She was extremely responsive throughout the planning process, and revised our proposal countless times until I felt that everything was perfect. We had planned to be married outside under an arch, but had to move everything inside due to bad weather. Despite the last minute change, Lucy translated the floral from the arch onto our venue's fireplace beautifully and we received so many compliments! I had heard that Bella Flora was very pricey, but after meeting with four other floral designers... I found them to be very reasonable and competitively priced. Absolutely wonderful!!!

By far the hardest thing for me to choose was my florist. Our budget was very small and flowers are expensive. That was problem number one. I waffled back and forth between this florist and another, trying to grow my budget to be large enough to create the picture I had in my head. Finally, I chose Bella Flora for one simple reason: I'd heard from a few brides that out of every vendor they'd had, Bella Flora was the one that got them exactly what they wanted. So the process of going through document after document, changing this there to make room in the budget for that there was very, very tedious. But props to Bella Flora for putting up with all of that. Serious props. In the end the floral was just beautiful, and I totally believe they captured my vision and brought it to life. If I had to come up with one negative thing to say, I would say that the color of the orchids in the aisle vases was wrong (burgundy rather than orange) but I guess that could be an issue with what shipped. Even with that I was so glad I chose Bella Flora. Highly recommended!

Cesar with Bella Flora was amazing! We had a tight budget and he was able to make our wedding look like we spent a million bucks! He was professional and we completely trusted his vision for our wedding from the very first meeting. Everything was so perfect and even more beautiful than I could ever have hoped for! He even came back to pick up the rental items at 1am in the morning due to some last minute demands my venue made. I could not have been happier with Bella Flora and I will recommend them to everyone!

I thought Bella Flora did really well in interpreting my descriptions of the style of flowers and arrangements I was looking for. The centerpieces were stunning and the boutonnieres were unique and exotic. I love my bouquet which continues to be beautiful after it has dried. The staff also managed to keep a special surprise for my mother hidden from her, even though she continued to call them and ask for copies of the invoice. Good work, guys!

My daughters wedding was spectacular.! We never had to worry about anything the day of,which is something I have what'd time doing. Our planner was so calm and in control of every little detail. The outdoor ceremony was exactly how we envisioned it would be. Walking into the ballroom reception our breaths were taken away. I watched my daughters face upon entering and knew it was worth every penny we spent . All the guests I spoke with commented on how spectacular the flowers were and what an incredible ambiance that was created. . We were so fortunate to have had such a wonderful experience with Lucy and Jamie at Bella Flora.

We had a wonderful experience working with Lucy and the Bella team. Y'all were easy to work with and took much of the stress out of the planning process as I was confident that anything you produced for our wedding would be beautiful. The reasons why I didn't rate you a 5/5 was for a few reasons. We used the fountain cover in the Crescent Courtyard but the cover that was provided for our wedding was not the photo we were shown it would be. Whoever installed the fountain cover on our wedding day failed to cover the sides entirely, thus all of the photos from the ceremony show the plywood underneath on the sides. Also at the ceremony, we had a wreath of baby's breath hanging at the entrance of the aisle. I would have thought Bella would have thought/anticipated this, but only one side of the wreath was covered in floral. Thus, every single photo from the ceremony (walking down the aisle, looking back on guests, etc.) from the ceremony the background is an uncovered wreath of green foam. I would have expected more from Bella in this sense as I know how much you work in this venue.

I had a very clear picture in my mind of what I wanted in flowers on the reception tables. The rest, I didn't care about so much, but there was no room for variation on our centerpieces. Bella Flora got them exactly perfect. The flowers were all stunning - from the bouquets to the centerpieces to the other decorative flowers. I'm really glad we used Bella Flora - they were great and I'd definitely recommend them.

The flowers were beautiful. The only issue was that they tried to get us to change the stage draping several times even when told that we did not want it. The hotel draping looked fine and we liked the idea of getting a second of our colors on the stage. It took a number of times to convince them that we did not need this draping. Everything looked just like we wanted the room to look in the end. Just know your budget and make sure they give you a proposal that meets your budget.

We had a few hitches along the way, but everything worked out in the end. I ended up needing to go to three prototype meetings to get everything right. I felt like there was a little bit of communication problem.
On my bridal portrait day, my bouquet was lacking the crystals that I gave them to put in the bouquet. Not a huge deal, but a little frustrating.... On the wedding day, my bouquet was exactly what we agreed on and looked amazing!!! There was a little issue with the bridal party bouquets and boutineers. As soon as I received them in my bridal sweet, I notified the assistant that delivered them. She quickly wist them away. The correct ones arrived at the church just as we were about to take photos. I was pleased with how fast they fixed them.
I do think it could have gone a little smoother, but in the end the flowers looked beautiful and we received several compliments. I would recommend this florist to other brides. They do beautiful work!
